A nice place to go for a drink and a snack. They've greatly improved the food service, which used to be average to poor. The last time I went, I noticed a significant improvement. The place is pet-friendly, so you can take your dog for a rest from a walk. I'll stop by another time and try other options! I highly recommend it!

The service is very attentive and responsive at all times. Orders arrive quickly, the place is nice and has a good atmosphere, and the indoor and outdoor options are good, varied, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the menu is limited, and the price-quality-quantity ratio isn't justified.

A nice atmosphere for a coffee and a chat. I think they need to improve the seasoning, especially with the chilaquiles. The pancakes are delicious. The servers are super friendly.

Comprobado por enésima ocasión, el menú sobresaliente, nada extraordinario por los ue puedas regresar; las bebidas, buenas, algunas bastante buenas de hecho; el ambiente muy agradable... pero lo único que realmente salva el lugar es la ubicación. Y lo que se puede comprobar en cada visita es que el servicio no da para más, mediocre y sin chispa. Recapitulando, sin la ubicación y la ambientación, no hay forma de que les vaya excelente.

No está mal, la atención buena pero por el precio hay mejores opciones, lo más interesante es la decoración del lugar. La carta es bastante ordinaria y las bebidas no son nada del otro mundo. Una cafetería bastante ordinaria con platos y café ordinarios.

It used to be an excellent option for spending a pleasant time, with a varied menu and quality food. Unfortunately, around September 2025, their menu changed, limiting the variety. Hopefully, they'll improve and return to their original concept. The facilities are very nice.

El día de ayer 1ro de Marzo en Coffe York Huexo llegamos y el olor a drenaje era insoportable, por lo cual decidimos ir a la parte de afuera. La mesera al darnos el menú nos comentó que no tenían nada de bebidas hechas con leche, a lo cual pensamos en otra cosa. Al elegir otra cosa se acerca la chica para levantar la orden. Pedimos helado y contestó que tampoco había nada de postres. Literal solo café americano. Decidimos retirarnos e ir a otro lado ya que nos dijo que ya le había dicho a los dueños que mejor no abrieran y ellos decidieron abrir cuando no había nada para consumir. La verdad quedaron muy mal ahi. Iba con mi familia y nos dejaron con ganas de nunca regresar.

Ya conocía el café , pero solo habíamos consumido café y pastel, y tenía buen recuerdo. En esta ocasión pedimos chapatas y que decepción, primero muy tardado desde el tomar el pedido hasta servirlo. Muy decepcionante la presentación , muy raquítico sus platillos. El baño huele muy feo. Ojalá mejoren en todo.

Las últimas 3 veces ya no tienen Chai Latte los botes los rellenan con otros productos y lo peor fuimos el viernes en la tarde y estaba cerrado por inventario!!! JAMAS REGRESAREMOS!!!

They caused me a huge problem by not issuing me an invoice, even though I asked if they invoiced me upon arrival. They told me they did and never sent me my invoice. Not even when I returned to ask for it personally.

Today I retract my previous comment, and the reasons are as follows: 1. They changed management, and the current manager is very pedantic, rude, and above all, despotic. He doesn't know how to treat customers. It seems that the same person who took over the cafe is the same person who took over the La Paz branch (where the service is terrible and they lack warmth or respect). It also seems to me that he previously worked in a seedy bar or dive because he doesn't understand consumer laws, much less basic customer service. His approach to customers leaves much to be desired. 2. The employees do an excellent job within their capabilities. There isn't even a manager, much less a manager on duty every day at all hours to support them. They are left alone, unable to attend to or respond clearly to all of the diners' needs. For example: What desserts are there? They respond, "We have these 3," taking into account that only 1 is listed on the menu with a price, and the other 2 aren't, and worse yet, they don't have an official price on the menu. This happens to them every day. Their official menus say "what they have," and when you arrive, they don't have anything from the same menu, and they bring out food that isn't there and charge you whatever price they want (this is a management and administrator problem, not an employee problem). This is unheard of. PROFECO ALERT HERE! 3- The facilities are in very poor condition, the roof is almost falling down (when it rains, water falls from a hole that hasn't been fixed for years), the bathrooms are in a terrible state, the toilet seat is always dirty and moves to the point where you can't get comfortable. I've had to go without soap several times, and the hand-drying roll, let alone when the manager deigns to buy it. On several occasions, the cafe was open but the bathroom was out of service on more than one visit. Cables sticking out of the walls everywhere, and planters are very unkempt. 4- It was the worst experience for me. My partner and I arrived for a coffee and we arrived eating some Japanese peanuts, which we wanted to accompany with a good coffee, we ordered it, enjoyed a pleasant moment talking, finished and asked for the bill which was brought to us and the waitress told us that it was requested that food not be consumed inside the CAFETERIA because the next time a CORKAGE UNCOOKING would be charged (By law the uncorking is for a bottle of wine or cake because their cutlery, glassware and plates are used), so here I made the comment that we were not using anything for said UNCOOKING and that we did not require it, then a guy who did not introduce himself or give his name arrives to treat us very despotically and aggressively when we were calm, to scold us and very upset telling us if we did not want to pay the UNCOOKING when clearly we had already paid our bill and our ticket did not say anything and much less He didn't tell us anything, the manager or administrator yelled at us in a haughty and abusive voice, saying, "Aren't you going to pay the corkage fee?" (He said this more than 6 times like a scratched CD), and I replied that I already paid my bill, there was nothing else to pay. He asked me again, and I said no, and we left very upset. How is it possible that since we paid the bill and everything, a guy with no friendly presentation comes yelling at us like a vile club owner and says, "Aren't you going to pay a so-called corkage fee, FOR GOD'S SAKE, FOR A FEW PEANUTS!" Totally unheard of, and illegal. I won't be back. We value our time, respect, and money more. P.S. I leave evidence of my previous comment from 8 months ago and also photos of my attendance at the site and that they never put the so-called DESCORCHE charge on my account and that it was being done arbitrarily as they usually do in clubs or bars in Puebla.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE WAITERS! NEVER WORK THERE! The place is beautiful, the drinks are delicious, but the service and atmosphere leave much to be desired. We went to work because the place was EMPTY, and since we were the only table, the waiters took advantage of the situation to turn the place into a bar: - They spent the whole time chatting and complaining about customers who didn't tip even with a minimum spend (while we could hear everything). - They only took our order once and never came back to the table (we had to get up to order more). - They spent the whole time smoking outside, yelling, and laughing inside. - We were on a work video call, and they played the music at full volume—on purpose? - We asked them to turn the music down, and they only did it for one song, knowing we were on a call. - And to top it all off, they made a mistake and charged us on separate tabs. OBVIOUSLY, WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
