My 10 year old favourite restaurant in Lanzarote, we go back again and again. Staff are always friendly and any issues dealt with pleasantly and quickly. Nice breeze from open windows and great view of the sea,lively atmosphere and live music in evening. Breakfast is great,full Irish and proper Nutella pancakes for the kids. Casual dining and drinks. All staff are great with the kids but Abdel gets a special mention .

Visited quite a few times now and every single time has been perfect. Spectacular views, amazing food. The best customer service, specially from Nico who went the extra mile to involve the kids. Highly recommended !!

Good location overlooking the sea, good staff always polite and speedy with the service, the kitchen started to smoke today and we had to leave due to the fumes but we were about to leave anyway. They opened back up shortly after. All was ok, nice views watching the Ironman contest too .

Spoon's is exactly what you'd expect, and some. Great products, views and entertainment for everyone. It has a sister bar at the other end of the strip, so you're never too far to partake in a few sociables.

Great service and great atmosphere! We didn't have any food as we had booked elsewhere, however a one drink stop turned into multiple with the attentive service and great atmosphere, the band was the cherry on the cake! Can't thank Sarita enough for service and smiles provided

Love this place! Well worth the 4 mile walk we did. Natasha our waitress was super friendly and great at her job! We ended up here several days, sitting and watching the sea activities and the planes coming and going. Bliss!

This bar is a must if you’re staying in or around PDC, The Mad Goats band was an absolute show to see especially the young lady singing her heart out she’s an absolute star what a pleasure it was to hear them! 😍 Jack, one of the managers, was an absolute sweetheart too, just such a welcoming place. All the cocktails being a 10/10 was definetly a plus too

Visited twice to this pub and we'd definitely go back again! First time just nipped in for a beer and it came in a frosted glass. My husband's favourite and again just nipped in for a beer but spotted they did the best onion rings and that they were. Also the toilets were the nicest pub toilets I've ever visited!

Premier jour sur l'île et nous découvrons déjà une pépite. Nous y sommes allés vers 12h pour manger. Il faut savoir que jusqu'à 13h il y a une carte 'brunch' puis à 13h une carte 'lunch'. Ayant rien mangé depuis la veille nous voulions attendre 13h pour profiter de la carte 'lunch'. Nous avons pris des boissons en attendant. Sangria très bonne ! Et découverte de la bière San Miguel. Plats : bouchées de mozzarella panée avec une sauce style chinoise, fajitas poulet et ribs. Tout était très bons ! Rien à dire sur le service, personnels souriants et agréable. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un serveur qui parle français, une attention agréable. Vue sur l'océan, bonne ambiance. Addition plus que correct. Moins de 50€ pour deux avec apéro, entrée, plats et café. Nous avons eu la chance de voir des dauphins pas loin du rivage 😍 Merci pour ce premier moment sur l'île 😁 On reviendra sûrement durant notre séjour.

An amazing view of the ocean. Give yourself time as this restaurant is very busy in the evening and you may not get a table straight away, it may well be worth booking your table in advance. Happy Hour every day 12 -6 pm, currently one pint of local beer 1 euro. Meal offers on different days of the week too. A really enjoyable meal with real hand cut chips. Well worth a visit. And good TV entertainment too (England were playing football). The staff were very helpful and friendly, some of which were English. On many days they have a singer as your evenings entertainment too Take out is available.

Lokaal biertje 1 euro voor een jarra! Tropical heerlijk van de tap! We hebben er ook een tapas op, en die was super goed klaar gemaakt! En smaakte heerlijk! Uitzicht geweldig! Het was erg druk, maar het personeel bleef lachen! Als we ooit weer op Lanzarote zijn, komen wij zeker weer een keer terug.

Another visit to Puerte del Carmen and I can’t recommend Spoons highly enough. Best staff , service and food is really nice too . It’s one of our favourite bars in Puerte Del Camen and all the staff know us well . Jack goes above and beyond everytime we visit . He always remembers our drinks and this time he went out his way to find our local team Motherwell on Tv on Sat night .All staff are amazing Abdel looks after us every morning for breakfast and it was so nice to see Sarita again who always remembers us and looks after us so well . Best bar and best staff . See you all in April

Spoons Bar & Restaurant was an absolute highlight of our time in Puerto del Carmen. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed — the kind of place where you instantly know you’re going to be looked after. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without ever feeling rushed or rehearsed. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. The food was fantastic too: fresh, full of flavour, and served piping hot. Whether you’re after a proper hearty meal or something lighter, there’s plenty to choose from and everything is great value. It’s also a brilliant spot to unwind with a drink — lively enough to have a buzz, but still comfortable for families or anyone wanting a chilled evening. We left already talking about what we’d order next time. If you’re in Puerto del Carmen and want good food, great service, and a place that just gets it right, Spoons is definitely worth a visit.

Lovely spot with excellent food and accommodating wait staff. Abdel was very helpful and kind to our young son. Would recommend if you are in PDC and looking for some lunch or drinks. The mad goats band are brilliant also. Probably the best place for food and drinks with beautiful views of the sea.

Was here last week with my aunt and my niece. In multiple times during the week every time we where there Abdel the waiter made the experience amazing remembering us especially my 4 year old niece. Food was amazing no matter what we ordered absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back next time we are over. Abdel gives 10/10 service with excellent people skills and doesn’t make you feel like you are just another table. Highly recommend

Whether it’s a quick bite to eat, drinks to watch the footie or an evening meal this is a place I’d always recommend. The food is always perfect our favourite proper chips 🤩🤩 but I assure you the food is great throughout the menu. Great views overlooking the small beach and the sea, and a nice sun trap should you choose whilst having one of their many ice cold beers. Perfect and friendly atmosphere for the football or Rugby The staff are always on hand helpful and are brilliant with the young ones. A place I will always return to Big thanks to the Spoons Team!!

Over many years I have tried lots of places on the strip for breakfast without doubt this is the best. The service was impeccable we where attended to by a lovely guy Abdel who his very attentive. If you are in the area pop in I would highly recommend the Irish breakfast you won't go wrong.

Great place at the end of PDC (not old town end) upstairs terrace overlooking the sea makes for a great cold beer and something to eat. The Fish Friday is a great deal and agree with other reviews, it was delicious. We would recommend a fun later afternoon activity of the quiz, one game of Bingo then your fish dinner. It gets busy so come early. Jack is an amazing server and always happy and welcoming.

Came here for a lunch, the lady who served us was lovely. The food was hot and delicious - very impressed with the quality and quantity for the price. The toasties/wrap came with chips so that was great and the fillings were generous. Nicest lunch we had. Lovely view out of the window too. Would return and highly recommend 😊

Food here is amazing. They have loads of space as well, inside and outside seating. I've always felt like the food was priced appropriately as it is excellent. The service is also amazing. Well worth a visit if your were in the area, but even worth a visit if you were a bit further afield.

A firm favourite just at the end of the strip. Great food at a reasonable price. Extremely friendly & polite staff. Bingo & quiz with Steve on a Friday whilst sipping "happy hour" cocktails is good fun. No gluten free menu as such, bit when asked Jack gave me plenty of options. Spoons is a large open, bright restaurant on the main drag in Porto del Carmen offering a good menu. We all enjoyed our choices of Chicken Fajitas, Veggie Burger, Chilli Cheeseburger and Lasagne. Considering the large number of tables the toilet facilities seem quite small. There a fair number of TV screens used for showing sports. There is also live music late in the evening. Service was friendly and good.

We visited Spoons twice. Once during the day, and another time at night. Two very different experiences. Day Experience: Great! The food was very nice, and fairly priced. The staff were nice and polite. The cajun chicken and nachos were very tasty. Although the nachos needed more salsa. Partner had garlic bread with cheese to start followed by chicken parma main whixh he liked. Service was a bit slow, despite not being overly busy at the time. The prices were reasonable. However, the food was tasty enough to still warrant 4 stars. Great views! Night Experience: Sadly, this was a whole other story. It was just over an hour before closing time on a Friday night. There were still 5 tables with people sitting and drinking. It was clearly still open and serving. The reception from the waitress was frosty. No smile, no welcome... just a sour face as she pointed to a table. We ordered drinks, which took a while to order and to arrive. When she brought the drinks out, she was scouling, and had a pissy attitude. No idea what her issue was, but we were polite to her regardless. She really let the place down to be honest, and is definitely in the wrong line of work. The drinks weren't that great either. I had a pina colada which was more like a jug of milk with ice and a splash of vodka (nothing like the menu photos!). I would have tried a different drink if it wasn't for the grumpy waitress. This was the only bad experience in Lanzarote, thankfully.

Gastropub - dunno about the gastro. A standard restaurant, nothing spectacular. Did not expect spectacular, but cannot find a reason to go back. Ok food, not extremely tasty but ok. The service was ok but some of the servers seem unmotivated. I dunno who is the owner, was he the one the looked to lack of motivation? Maybe the reality had hit and the restaurant became a grind? The food was ok, served the purpose, but was not nice enough to come back. Particularly the potatoes had no taste whatsoever. The one who ordered the chicken complained that the chicken was tastless.. I appreciate that this is someone's business. We are just one set of customers who hoped for some more taste. Thank you. No immediate need to return.
