Super convenient to my gate, fantastic buffet and bar. Comfortable seating arrangements. The view of the Manhattan skyline from the 2nd floor is a favorite. Staff is efficient, kind and professional. It's very clean.
Was here at 8am on the Sunday after thanksgiving. The lounge was almost deserted and I went in with priority pass no issues. The food selection was great and the croissants were still fresh although the eggs were badly overcooked. Not much of a view though, otherwise highly recommended when it’s not busy
Classy and quiet airport lounge in T1 at JFK. (Not the road warrior rat race so many lounges have become...) We had access through Neos, our carrier to Milan, and the staff could not have been nicer. Large variety of tasty quiches, some salads, hot and cold foods, wines, sparklies, good coffee maker with decaf choices, fresh madeleines and brownies. Comfy leather seats. Best thing is Clarins Spa offering courtesy facials, at 20 minutes each. Get here well before your flight since slots book up fast.
Excellent lounge. The food and drink options are endless. Nice views from top floor. Update Nov 25 still a great lounge with plenty of options and places to sit. Hope to see the new terminal 1 lounge soon.
A fantastic lounge! I visited the second floor, which I think is reserved for business class. What I liked: modern design, spacious, great selection of alcohol, real champagne, peaceful and lots of plugs in. Great French or French inspired food items. What I didn't like: nothing. One of the good things in the otherwise horrible terminal 1.
I’m always very critical of my perpetually unhappy Italian friends — so naturally, the French come next on the list. But credit where credit’s due: the Air France Lounge at JFK Terminal 1 is shockingly good. Gastronomic level? Closer to Paris fine dining than your usual airport buffet disaster. It’s so good, I started looking around to see if Alain Ducasse was secretly cooking in the back. Access is only with Priority Pass — because of course, excellence needs a filter.o 10/10, reluctantly impressed. Bravo, Mon amis (don’t get used to it).
We are a family of 3 that enjoyed our time at the JFK Air France Lounge. They had delicious hot and fresh choices along with cool light refreshing options. The arrangement of desserts were beautiful and delicious. There are every kind of of beverages your whole family would enjoy. The lounge area was very clean with a lot of attendance to help clear your plates. The lounge in equipped with plugs to charge your devices, couches, tables, chairs and a relaxing area to unwind before your long flight. I would definitely come back and enjoy this lounge in the near future
A very nice VIP lounge with a great selection of salads, entrées, and desserts. The wine and liquor choices are good enough to satisfy anyone's palette. Everything is self-service. The lounge is very clean and stays that way, thanks to the attentive staff. The bathroom is clean and small yet quaint, with a separate shower area. A highly recommended way to relax while you await your flight.
This review is to applaud Zlata who gave my wife Clarins facial during our visit to the Air France Lounge at JFK. She was pleasant, highly skilled and professional. She expressed confidence and pride for the Clarins products without being overwhelming. My wife truly enjoyed Zlata’s facial very much!
Good food, decent breakfast around 9am, although desserts were kind of poor (perhaps they were still making them), nice and quiet, good view (you can see Manhattan from the window), two floors, you can enter with the dogs (I saw a neighbour with a doggo). Good amount of fruits, and some alcohol for free. Best benefit is that it’s open at 7am when all the other lounges are still closed. Friendly staff
I spent around 1.5 hours in this lounge from 10:30 am to 12 pm. I had a chance to see their breakfast and lunch menu. I mostly tried the breakfast stuff and it was good. Lunch looked appetizing too. Place itself was not too busy which made the experience better. I’ll stop by again the next time.
2 levels of good food and lounging. Arrived at 11am for a flight at 6:30pm, lounge was empty and started to pick up around 2pm for the 4:30pm flight. Lunch was amazing, salmon and basmati rice. No showers available, bathrooms were little tight and you barely can see the airplanes taking off RWY 13R.
Happy customer. It's not spectacular but it's not a bait and switch like the Sapphire or Centurion lounge. It's just a nice lounge with no extra promises but delivers where it needs to. It has a nice quiet atmosphere where you can relax. Decent food selection that are not dried out like other lounges and also a decent set of beverages.

Comfortable. Food options were satisfactory although not many options for kids from what I saw. There is ample space, but outlets are few and appear to be old and not secured. Staff are moving around all the time, keeping the premises clean. Best part is if you're flying out of Gate 1-4, it's right next to those gates. Overall, I definitely recommend going there.

One of the better lounges for a Priority Pass. It was clean there were two floors with several seating configurations. There was good food options and the wine I had was good. When I went the weekend before Thanksgiving it wasn’t too packed. Someone took away my plate and cleaned the table when I stepped away to get a drink but I’ll take that as them being on top of service.
The staff at the desk is unfortunately overwhelmed by a plethora of passengers making excuses to get into the lounge -not to mention upstairs. The downstairs area gets extremely crowded and busy as one too many of the aforementioned manage to get through using everything from a library card to “…I once flew premium economy in the early nineties”. I digress, if you’re on one of the Air France late flights it makes sense to dine on the ground and fly fast asleep; using the flatbed as intended. The meal service is a bit slow but oh how they fill those glasses to keep passengers happy (just remember to get down to your flight as they seem to announce boarding late). The lounge has lost the vibe it once had; clad with pictures of personalities on the tarmac, Air France in the background. Still a solid four star experience.

3.5 / 5.0 - If you're flying JAL Premium Economy and above or have AA Platinum status (equivalent to One World Sapphire) and higher, you can access the Air France lounge at JFK. This time, I was lead to the 2nd floor, which was a small space with limited seating. The food was good, although I didn't love the bread or dessert options. The mini smoothies were really nice and refreshing. Not my favorite lounge, but nice to be able to stop by before a long flight.
I’ve been to this lounge many times before and I’m impressed at the overall improvement in quality. At around 11:30AM there is a good selection of hot/cold foods. The lounge is also fairly quiet unlike other lounges that are getting busier and noisier. Overall good job. I just wish the wi-fi was a bit better.

Came here twice, much nicer when it’s less crowded and empty early in the morning! I got here before 9am and it was pretty empty so it almost felt like I had the place to myself. Last time I was here when it was packed and it felt completely different. A much better experience this time around! Try the croissant! It’s buttery and flakey and a bit warm when I got one, so good!
No matter how you look at it, the Air France Lounge in New York JFK Airport would never be the most luxurious lounge, not by a long shot. However, it is a very well managed lounge and staffs are extremely friendly. I entered it through my Priority Pass membership. Strictly speaking, I could only get it after 11:00pm, and I was early, by about 15 minutes. Since there were only 2 lounge users inside the lounge, I was let in. I appreciated the flexibility. You can't really expect upscale restaurant food quality there, but the selection is more than enough for most people. I don't drink, so I couldn't comment on the alcohol selection, but there were enough beers there for a party. During my stay, the lounge was fairly quiet, but it might just be because it was late in the day (to be honest, if you can, you really should fly in weird hours these days to avoid the crowd). To summarize, this lounge is a quite pleasant resting place for people waiting to board.
Saturday morning. Maybe 70% full. Open shower. European breakfast items (alright but better than the other lounges’) until 1 PM. Saturday 1 PM pretty empty. Lunch is impressive. Two quiches, fish, chicken, salads, soup, a grilled cheese sort of sandwich, smoothie shots, wider selection of desserts. Wine and liquors self serve. Wifi through out. Facial bar for Air France fliers opens at 2 PM. Second floor not open. Entered with priority pass.
Best Lounge in Terminal 1: I went to the Turkish lounge and the premium lounge. It had more selection of food. Turkish airlines didn’t offer alcohol if that is what you’re looking for. Only thing I didn’t like about this lounge was that the screens didn’t display all flights.
Not sure Google got it correct as the Air France lounge seems to be separate from KLM. This is from Air France. Upstairs is very nice with great views over JFK. We ate before our flight and the food and service was very good. Drinks were top notch and most of food was very good. My wife’s risotto was excellent but my shrimp was way over cooked and very dry (otherwise I works have given five stars). Overall one of the better airport lounges.
The food was good. Breakfast is an important part of my meals, so I came because I wanted to have some salad before a long journey on the airplane, as I do not want to eat while flying. The salad was good, and the coffee was good too. I loved that they prepared berries that I like. The place was clean and spacious. I feel I might not have been very welcoming, maybe because I asked to see what they have. I guess I should have looked at the review pictures before asking, but I wasn’t sure. I wasn’t planning to come, but I’m glad I did and took the opportunity to enjoy some good food.
After reading other Priority Pass members’ bad experiences here, I was not sure my family and I would be able to get inside. We arrived at 8:30 am. Thankfully, the receptionist was kind and gave us no issues. Food and drinks were good. Lots of seating options. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner though. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this Air France lounge at JFK.
The food was okay... Nothing special. I think the only thing remarkable might have been the charcuterie early at 8:00. A.m. no bar, so I was disappointed. They had some alcohol out, but nothing great. I did see white claw, which was different
As a big fan of french wine, Air France lounge is always best chioce among many other lounges. They have chams that no other lounges offer and good veriety of wine selections. After travelling to South America, I missed french wine so much and now I’m so happy. Shower facility is good enough with good towel.

It’s easy to see why many consider it one of the best lounge options in Terminal 1. However, there is a disappointing restriction when it comes to the Clarins Spa. The complimentary 15-minute treatments are reserved exclusively for Air France passengers. Even as a business class traveler on another SkyTeam airline—SAS in my case—you are not eligible. While understandable from a brand perspective, it feels at odds with the idea of alliance-wide premium service. Overall, the lounge delivers a high-quality experience with its inviting atmosphere, well-presented food, and comfortable seating. The limited spa access policy is the only real drawback to what is otherwise an excellent pre-flight space.
The arrogance is par with visiting Paris in the 90s... Ha ha . The reception is arrogant. Don't expect to get in before 9+ pm on Priority Pass or anything else other than J w/AF. It's kind of laughable, but they hold the people waiting outside like it's a hot club with a doorman. Inside, crickets... Nobody in this place, the staff waiting around for the "ordinary people" to arrive. Ha ha ha 🤣 Beautiful view, better than the Turkish lounge.
An overrated and disappointing lounge! Very plain setting. Food & drink Menu were miserably shallow, limited and tasteless. Really wondered if it was the same Air France 🇫🇷 l am familiar with. Needless to eat when you get there, just seat down and kill time drinking water whilst waiting for your flight.QED.
Priority pass app and the signage outside the lounge says it opens at 7am, but it’s not actually open yet. Update: it ended up opening like 5 mins late. Somehow even though I was there right when it opened the hot food was cold. Otherwise the lounge is nice and comfortable.
This is a pretty dissatisfying international lounge experience. Their “dinner” consist of two soups, a mediocre salad bar, and a nice array of assorted cheese. At leastThey do with a nice assortment of bread and variety of cheeses. At least They did have some hot soup. The lounge is two story and it is not very spacious and they lack of outlets. We went when the lounge was super packed. To top it off, the Internet was slow. I am not sure they even taken count into the bandwidth of number of people or they are slowing it down to push people out. Who knows..??
Leaving Trip at AirFrance Lounge Positives: Location (easy to get there and near gate number 28). Cleanness. Availability seats & dining tables. Quick simple check-in and check-out process. Comfortable seats. Areas of Improvement Some food items are finished and NOT refilled Crowded. Limited flights show screens.
There is self serve food and alcohol. Seemed like plenty of working outlets to charge devices. Chairs were for sitting properly in, so if you enjoy a more relaxed position the chairs are not comfortable. There appear to be only 2 showers. I really wanted a shower and was not able to get one because both were occupied for the whole 3.5 hours that I was there. :(
We came into the Air France lounge because we heard it was the best in Terminal 1. That turned out to be a joke. We arrived around 10:55pm carrying an infant, just hoping to sit down for an hour before our flight. Erica, who was very kind and professional, greeted us and said we could sit while we sorted out an issue with our Priority Pass (we had the card number but not the expiration date). She was patient and helpful. Then another staff member, an older brunette woman, came over and immediately told us, “You can’t stay here. What’s the situation?” I explained Erica had told us to sit, and she brushed it off. Minutes later, she came back again with the same abrupt tone, pressuring us to leave. When we finally got the expiration date and were ready to check in, our friends (who are also Asian) joined us. Without even looking at their card, she cut us off with “We’re full”, mumbled some words and walked away. No explanation, no empathy, just rudeness. I understand that lounges can reach capacity, but there’s a professional way to communicate that and this was not it. Her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and frankly felt discriminatory. When I asked for her name, she refused. When I asked for a manager, she told me to “go to gate 7.” When my husband asked if a manager could come to the lounge, she flatly said no. That is not acceptable customer service under any circumstance. To make matters worse, as we walked out, I saw multiple people being checked in and the lounge was far from full. I was shocked and upset. Thankfully, I bumped into two other colleagues outside, apologized sincerely, personally walked us in, Erica came back and checked us in. Later, the two staffs came over again to apologize for their coworker’s behavior. Their professionalism turned an otherwise disgraceful encounter into a somewhat better ending. This experience deserves 1 star, but I am giving 3 stars only because of Erica and the other two wonder staff members who handled the situation with grace. They should be recognized, because they saved Air France’s reputation that night. The other staff member, however, should not be in a customer facing role. Don’t pay extra for this place or arrive early because you want to experience the lounge. Probably the worst one I’ve ever been in. It’s seen better times, maybe a decade ago. Half the outlets don’t work. Many chairs have tears and holes. The only thing it has going for it is free champagne.
Nothing to rave about here. Large salad bar but most of the items were missing and took forever for items to be replenished. Staff in the louge all seemed miserable and wanting to go home. Good alcohol selection with a couple french items such as cognac and champagne. 2 different soups were available, vegetable minestrone and lentil soup. Meager meats and cheeses.
This lounge is very dated and simply doesn’t have comfortable areas to wait. The limited food was quite nice. But needs a refreshment.
Its quite tragic what's become of this lounge. I remember being here in early 2020 before the beginning of the pandemic and it was actually a very good lounge. Not anymore unfortunately, its a complete shell of what it used to be. Accessed around 9:45pm with my priority pass and I have a feeling the lady only let me in because I asked super nicely and the lounge was almost empty. She glanced over at her colleague who looked like letting me in was the last thing she wanted to do but luckily enough I was let in. The lounge is in absolutely shabby condition, there are huge stains on the carpet, the upholstery on the chairs is falling apart and the food selection is pitiful. The most palatable thing to eat here at the moment is packets of chips which is what most people are eating. But I guess the minimum saving grace is at least they have (cheap) champagne and a Nespresso machine. I really hope Air France puts effort into this lounge again to make it at minimum decent. Two stars because I had a place to sit and at least they let me in with my priority pass. Other than that it unfortunately cut a very sorry figure.
If it wasn't for a lady (from Belgium originally) that came to save the day I would have given it 0 star or 1 star! I entered the Air France lounge and the lady at front desk told to come once I want to leave so they can call the wheelchair! 10 mn before leaving I went to the front desk but the lady in question wasn't there but another lady attended me very poorly and said she cannot call the wheelchair for me because the airlines knows and they will send me one. She refused to help blank. I thought going to a lounge is to be treated nicely and to be well received and helped. The lady was from South America and I could truly feel her vengeance and hatefulness for all the discrimination she probably endured and that she was projecting on me now. It was truly an awful experience! It was at 7pm on the 16th of November at the JFK Air France lounge terminal 1. Thank God her sweet colleague (her supervisor) from Belgium came in and told her why didn't she simply call the gate? The supervisor herself did and they were there within minutes. There is always a solution when you want to help (her actual job). Either people are not properly trained to have good manners or even trained you can't change bad behaviors. Or Air France went down the drain ! Nothing is granted, we pay for this privilege one way or another and this should never happen!
I went there on the evening of Monday, October 20, with my Dragon Pass from 10 p.m. until closing time at midnight. It's a relatively large and welcoming lounge. There's a wide selection of drinks and dishes, and upstairs you'll find the same thing, plus a coffee machine that can make hot chocolate! Pay close attention to the labels above the dishes, as they are not always accurate. I ordered soup that was supposed to be broccoli and cheddar, but after two spoonfuls, I realized it contained shrimp. As a vegetarian, I was frankly disgusted. It was disrespectful. From 11:20 p.m. onwards, they start to get oppressive. That is to say, they will immediately take away the few dishes on your table even though you haven't finished, which means you have to keep getting clean dishes to finish your meal and clean up everything around you. As for the showers, there are normally two, but that evening there was only one... A member of staff stands in front of the entrance and you have to show up to be able to use it. There isn't even a waiting list, it's first come, first served. I think this system is completely useless. I almost had my spot stolen, so I waited 30 minutes outside when I could have eaten while waiting and been picked up to go there like at any other praise service I've been to. Otherwise, the shower area is really basic, but they use good products that help you relax.
The lounge looks really nice inside and was pretty empty too. Priority pass says entry should be allowed but might be crowded which it was not. Despite that was denied entry at the front and told no entry or waitlist till at least 21:30. They should update and remove from priority pass or restrict the hours but this is not honest practice.
Though the lounge ambience is pretty good with nice view. The food was okay but pretty limited, second floor will have more options. But when I was there, the fire alarm rang and customers were worried what happened, then we asked and the staff just said they’re testing the system. That’s pretty bed without prior notice.
Used the upstairs lounge courtesy of JAL. The cooked dishes were awful! Beef bourguignon was the worst! Eating the beef was like chewing on leather. There were coffee pods & a decent small assortment of tea. Snacks & La Fermiere yogurt were available as well I would stay away and use other lounges instead the next time I fly out of Terminal 1

Trying to use my priority pass. The lady questioned why I don't go to Korean Airline lounge. I believe my choices of lounge is none of her business and asked why she didn't want to take me. (The place is not even busy). Then she pulled an excuse I need to come back an hour later .

Travelers, beware — the Air France Lounge at JFK is not the welcoming experience you’d expect. I arrived with both Priority Pass and an Amex Platinum card, only to be met with one of the rudest interactions I’ve ever had in an airport lounge. The woman at the front desk wouldn’t let us in and made zero effort to be courteous or helpful. No clear explanation, no alternatives, just attitude. For a premium airline lounge, this is unacceptable. Hospitality should be the bare minimum. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome and shocked at how poorly guests can be treated here. I hope Air France management responds to this review and explains how they plan to address such unprofessional behavior.
My husband and I checked into the lounge with Priority Pass and were told by the Russian front desk staff that we could only stay 30 minutes because our flight was delayed. After half an hour, the flight was still delayed, and when I politely asked if we could extend, we were refused. I was told this was due to space constraints, though the lounge was nearly empty with fewer than 10 guests. We left upset and disappointed. Between us, we hold over 20 years of Platinum or higher status with Delta—an Air France partner—yet we were treated poorly. This experience has left us unwilling to return to Air France lounges.
Genuinely the worst lounge I have ever been to in a wealthy country. This is an embrassement to Air France. The furniture is beat up and some outlets don’t work. The food is a nightmare and they run out. The serving staff is apathetic and don’t care about comments. I went to buy food outside. What a mess.
If I could rate this lounge zero I would. Other than being crowded, it’s tired and dirty. Tables around me sat with dirty plates and glasses on them the entire time I was there. The food and drink selection is mediocre at best. And then there’s the bathroom. The door of the stall had fallen off and was just propped up against the frame. No privacy. And this lounge is supposed to represent the national airline of one of the world’s most impactful countries?!
This lounge is notorious for denying Priority Pass entry despite clearly not at full capacity. Was denied entry on 26 Nov, 10.05am by the female customer service on duty (forgot to get her name). Hope they rectify this issue and high chance they are breaching their contract with PP.

Lounge was almost empty. At the beginning they say they do not accept Dragon pass. Then they realised they accept Dragon pass. Then because I did not have a seat assigned on my boarding pass they denied me the entry. It seems not professional and unpolite.
1: False Advertising and Rude Service If you’re a Priority Pass member hoping to relax at the Air France Lounge at JFK Terminal 1, don’t bother. Despite the big, welcoming “Priority Pass Accepted” sign at the entrance, they’ll turn you away with a cold “Sorry, we’re full” excuse—even when the lounge is clearly half-empty. The Reality Check • False Advertising: The sign says Priority Pass is welcome, but the reality is that they selectively deny access even when there’s space. • Rude & Indifferent Staff: No explanation, no apology—just a dismissive “not today.” • Not Overcrowded: It wasn’t even busy. If they had genuinely been at capacity, that’s understandable. But rejecting guests arbitrarily is just bad service. • Better Alternatives: Save your time and go to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse or even a decent airport restaurant. Final Verdict The Air France Lounge at JFK Terminal 1 is a waste of time for Priority Pass members. If they don’t want to honor it, they should remove the sign instead of misleading travelers. 0/5—avoid. The receptionist is working the 9 PM shift on March 27th.
Air France JFK is clearly purposely not letting people w priority passes in. A very rude woman working there at 10am told us to come back in 15 mins as people need to leave. It was not busy. Okay fine. She said the same thing 15 mins later. She had also let some other people on our flight go in, at the same time. They told us later on in the day( priority pass holders) people like this should not be working in hospitality. This really makes air France look terrible as well as the cc w priority pass when air France is not upholding the terms .
Tried going in at 10pm with priority pass and was turned away. There was a clear sign on the counter saying priority pass is accepted until 12 am [not 1am like other attendees]. The priority pass app says entry is allowed until 12am. The rep said they were crowded and so not accepting priority pass. If so, this should be reflected in the priority pass app.

The staff at JFK Terminal 1 were unbelievably unprofessional and downright rude when I called to assist with my flight. Instead of helping, the representative interrupted me several times and spoke in a dismissive tone. It took multiple attempts just to get a clear answer, and even then, they made me feel like I am not customer. The lack of respect and courtesy is shocking — especially from a company that deals with travelers daily. I’ll definitely be booking elsewhere in the future. If you value good customer service and polite communication, I strongly suggest avoiding this company.
Probably the worst lounge I have been in my life. Food is minimal, dried over and tasteless. Where are the cheeses and charcuterie ? The place is dirty and missing some love and guidance. I was looking forward to visit the lounge with a business ticket where I believe the lounge is part of the experience. I am French an this is certainly not to French standard. The staff was unwelcoming and frigid to boot.
Turned down all Priority pass members without explanation, no waiting list, nothing. This, while it was clearly not busy at all, GoogleMaps was able to tell us that it was even less busy than usual. Lounge has the right to turn down Priority pass members but this was arbitrarily and pure arrogance.
Don’t go here with priority pass. It’s one of those places that say the take it but really don’t. I waited in line for an hour to be told they don’t take it until after 6:30 PM. Ok… how about a sign?
They don’t comply with priority pass rules. If you aren’t on the same flight as your guest, despite being within 3 hours, they will deny you for that reason alone. Went to the Turkish lounge next door. Exceptional service there. Pretentious airline with pretentious staff.
Very rude and incompetent front desk staff. We had a long layover so came to the lounge 6 hours before our flight. To start, the woman who 'greeted us', if you can call it that, was surly, unwelcoming, didn't even crack a smile, and when we walked up, instead of saying hello, just said "boarding pass". Talk about front desk service... After our rude welcome, we were turned away as they only accept customers 3 hours before departure, annoying but fine, acceptable. When we returned 3 hours before our flight (at 2pm), we were then informed that they do not accept Priority Pass after 2pm!! If that was the case why were we not told that in the first place, instead of wasting our time to come back? I've never experienced such rules and honestly terrible customer service as at this airport. Completely unacceptable and honestly, if you're going to take a job in hospitality, you better be ready to be hospitable. Geeze.
Rude reception. Priority pass app states ‘3 hour maximum stay’. It says nothing about check-in no sooner than 3 hours before flight (many other lounges do say that). She said we close at 8::30 pm (it was 7:00p), I said that’s fine. She proceeds to ‘quiz’ me on what my flight time minus 3 hours was (used her fingers and everything). She said it states the rule on the outside entrance of the club, it doesn’t. I’d recommend against going there unless you can subtract 3 from any number.
Very disappointing experience at the Air France lounge. I was first told that DragonPass was not accepted before 7:00 P.m., even though it was only 5:30 p.m. Then, a few minutes later, another staff member said that DragonPass was simply not accepted today at all. The information was inconsistent and confusing. On top of that, the reception was miserable and unwelcoming. No effort to explain properly or help. Definitely not the level of service one would expect from Air France. Go to Turkish Airlines lounge which is much better.
I flew business class to Paris with my mother on November 7th and decided to have a bite at the lounge before our 1:30am flight. There was a staff that I was particularly unhappy about because the moment I walked in he gave me a side glance and once over. I let it go and didn’t think much of it. However, the unfriendliness went on when he came to collect the plates on our table. He had an obviously fake British accent and he was condescending. This is a guy probably in his 40’s, bald, on the heavier side, and very outlandish. I have been to many fancy lounges in many different countries and never encountered the tackiness of a staff other than Air France Lounge at JFK.
