My cousin’s and I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a food truck and was blown away by the food. The griot I ordered was cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous, and the accompanying pikliz added the perfect kick of heat. The service was phenomenal, the chef was great and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. If you're craving authentic Haitian cuisine, look no further than this food truck.

If you are looking for authentic Haitian food & a taste of Haiti … chef to go food truck is the only place in queens I vouch for. I had an amazing experience with his food. The customer service is top-notch, and the meal , Rice and beans with shrimp and legume exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality food and excellent service. Great first time experience the gentleman was so friendly! I was in the area and spotted it and saw the have vegan food and as a newly turned vegan I had to give it a try I ordered the vegan Rasta past it was amazing!!! While I was waiting he let me try their best seller veggie melody is was also amazing will definitely be back to try that!! Overall amazing experience I will definitely be back!

The food is served fresh as you order it, for me that is a plus as I know when I visit this location I will always get fresh hot food no matter what. All the food I tasted was perfectly seasoned. One of my favorites was the side of salad which fresh and crunchy just like how I like it. Five stars for me all the way around.

I wish I would have tried this truck sooner. Everything that I have tasted was delicious. My husband is vegan and this is one of few options near and the only one that serves vegan and meat dishes. We also used the truck to cater for a birthday party which was a great decision.

Coming home from a long day I needed something to eat. I remembered this awesome food truck I pass everyday and have been wanting to try. I got the awesome and flavorful Rasta pasta for myself and my son. I was the last customer of the night and the chef and owner accommodated me with no problem. I will be back again.

My first time ever ordering from Chef To Go and I was very very pleased. Food was very flavorful. Seasoned to perfection!!! I ordered the garlic fish with black rice. The portion size is huge. I was able to have leftovers for the next day. I recommend all my clients to order from this restaurant. They love it! Black owned business serving the community and beyond. Wish this restaurant nothing but prosperity and longevity. Trust me order and You will not be disappointed.

The food far exceeded my expectations, I chose the ox tail platter and my wife got steam vegetables with no meat , it was a nice size portion and it was very tasty well worth every cent and the chef has great service. I highly recommend trying Chef to Go Cuisine

I give this place a 10/10 the food was absolutely delicious the customer service was Amazing very patient and kind and the owner definitely packed my plate was enough food for me to have the next day I would highly recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing. I went here around 9oclock when most restaurants were closing. I called first and the owner was wells spoken and polite and fluent in both English and creole. I ordered the goat with rice and it was the perfect dish with some salad and plantains. The menu was even emote diverse than just haition food and featured some Jamaican dishes and even popular Italian pasta dishes!!! The owner also gave me a homemade lemonade and passions fruit drink which were sensational. My wife was absolutely floored the taste and flavor of the foods. This location is definitely a queens gem and I will be back soon.
