I was very pleased with my meals. I had the oxtail and jerk chicken and I am looking forward to trying all of the other meals. I am Jamaican and this is what the food is supposed to taste like. It’s first of all very appealing to the eyes and has the taste to match. I was very happy that it was not overly salty like many of the other restaurants’. Compliments to the chef.

Great service. Definitely real authentic Jamaican food. I had the jerk pork with rice and peas . Everything tasted very well seasoned and flavored. Good serving for the price. Amazing!

This review was long in the making. I had to come to enjoy some good Jamaican food with my boss the other day. And what I had came to find was excellence. First of all the workers and the owner are all some of the most kind hearted people ever. You feel like family the moment you sit. And then what you actually go in for the food is some of the best Jamaican food I've had in a long long time. The dishes may take long to come out(at least certain ones) but when that plate reaches you, it feels like you've never waited a day in your life. Don't miss out such blessings!!!

The food was good and in the sense of food you would make at your house. It is nothing suffocated like say the Door but it was well prepared with a good atmosphere. They had many options even in the later evening so that was good for those who would visit after me. I would visit again when I am in the area for a quick meal. One other thing to note, the food was not greasy. Other items were ordered as well.

First time at this restaurant. For me, it's the staff. Thank you for being respectful and professional. I will definitely be back. I ordered 2 steam fish for my husband, and I was impressed by the preparation, and the fish was perfectly done. Not dry.

I liked this place at first, but this is my second time receiving old food. I ordered stew chicken with rice and peas, and it’s clearly been reheated. Although they tried to reheat the stew chicken, some of the pieces were still cold. The rice and peas is hard! Unfortunately, I’ve given enough chances and I won’t be ordering anymore. I ordered this food in the afternoon btw.

She ignored 🙁 me. I was hesitant to buy it, but they didn't have anything else. Took porridge home, and I should have followed my instinct. Since then, I have not gone back. Based on my first experience, I will give them another chance.

I drive from Brooklyn usually to come and get this amazing food However lately service and quality of food has been very bad.. I ordered oxtail and the heavier set women Gave me lots of bones, which isn't fair because the food is very expensive, I told her I wanted what I pay for and she then took out 2 bones and replaced it with one oxtail with attitude, also when I got home the oxtail was tuff, I had a plate full of rice with little to no meat, very disappointed because I paid $89 for 2 large and 1 medium extremely expensive and over priced.. Why aren't I getting a decent amount of food for that price. Also the shorter lightskin women very rude arrogant & tries to be intimidating if you don't order fast enough, what happen to the women who serve with smiles on there face? Please bring them back.. I have my entire job order from this place and service/business has not been well lately.. Hoping for a change..

The stew chicken was the best part of the food. The chicken was seasoned well. Everything else was okay. Nothing to make me come back here from Brooklyn. I also got food poisoning from this restaurant so unfortunately, I won’t be back due to this.

I order cabbage with my food instead I received big lettuce, onion and tomato?? Why would I want cold salad on my hot food???? If there was no cabbage why not tell the customer?

Used to be a very nice spot food was very good and authentic service has fallen off significantly recently staff plated food very haphazardly with food hanging from container ordered stewed chicken got home and it was essentially a plate of bones and rice try Jamaican flavors instead
