Let me just start by saying that the food is a five ⭐ star it was so 😊 good my grandson ordered the mac and cheese burger he absolutely loved it 😋 my husband got the red velvet waffles and chicken he said it was delicious he definitely wants to come back.. As for me I got lunch special which was recommended by Yannz,let me just say how sweet and wonderful she was to all of us. Wherever you are coming from you need to make a stop at Brooklyn Wing House, Queens.

I live in PA & always order here when I visit family. I usually get the phenomenal salmon burger but the menu is so enticing so I got the jerk steak with yellow rice this time. Steak was perfect, absolutely no complaints on the cook & flavor. But the yellow rice is what got me. For the price of the meal I’d expect authentic yellow rice not the typical boxed/jar one & a vegetable.

I'm an Uber eats driver , i have been there for my percel pickup for delivering to the customers. Somehow i lost my phone just nearby the restaurant, then i informed one of their employee , she was so generous, helped me to get my phone back and taking with uber customer care fast to last with her kindness , and generous mind , also she offered me some food to eat for free while waiting for my friend to pickup me. I pass by this spot all the time when commuting to and from work. Today I had a chance to stop in and see what they have. I ordered their jerk empanada with Thai chilly wings and fries. Everything was amazing. Customer service was extremely sweet and helpful. I would come back for these reasons alone, but the fact that they have so many unique things on their menu makes me want to come back and try everything.

I’ve have to say I was satisfied with my Salmon & Shrimp pasta. Seems like the prices are reasonable. The boneless wings basically seems like chicken tenders but they are pretty good. The mango lemonade was good just don’t think it’s worth $4.

Wait time was about 20 minutes( which is a long time when you're hungry..) I got the Brooklyn shrimp pasta with sweet chilly sauce. Pasta was friggin delicious, but the shrimp was salty.... really salty 😫

The food is delicious. I had the smoke BBQ wings. It took awhile for collard greens to be ready but it was worth the wait. This isn't fast food it's fresh cooked food.

Honestly my only critique is they need more help to contain the volume of work they get which is understandable considering the pandemic but the food is very good and well in demand. If you don't mind the wait at times then i recommend it because the food is very good!!!

First time ordering. Still in town. Got takeout delivery from here. Delivery time was ok usual slow. Ordered the Brooklyn pasta with salmon and shrimp and it was sweet chili glazed. It was ok nothing special but at same time not bad. Would order again in the future and try rest of their menu.

A little on the pricey side but worth every penny. The flavors for the wings are sooo good and the pasta is delicious. They’ve found a good groove with the waiting time for your order as they will give you a call when it’s ready. One of my favorite restaurants where I know the food is going to be delicious.

The wings are absolutely delicious. I tried the Sweet Chili Rum Glazed Sauce, the mild buffalo wings, they were crispy and very flavorful. The Brooklyn pasta was yummy. I also had the collard greens, but they lacked in the flavor department. But I appreciated that they were tender. Can't wait to try the dope burger and the oxtail empanadas.

I understand that this location is serving a certain demographic that customer service can be challenging but friendlier staff goes a long way in attracting more business. Food was great as usual and prepared even quicker than their brooklyn counterpart. Only gripe was usually when I order the jerk chicken empanadas in Brooklyn, they come with the sauce. This Queens location charges for the sauces separately, so if you don't ask for them, you won't get them.

The food at the Queens location is good but service is extremely slow and the phone just rings until you get the mailbox full msg. So you'll end up having to go place your order and wait 25min for it to be ready. EDIT: I went the other day. Ordered at 4:29pm according to my receipt. I had food in hand at 5:09pm. The original location in Crown Heights is much better sad to say. Not only in time mgmt but food quality and personality wise. P.S. why is the chicken si small? I want to see black businesses thrive but they have some stuff to work on.

Food was tasty; wings could use a crackpot effect ... mine were a bit too hard/dry for my liking but they were seasoned well. The waffle fries were rushed... not cooked all the way through. The empanadas....absolutely delish. I love the sauce that came with the jerk chicken empanada. I think it's my favorite of all of them. Lastly, the Passion fruit lemonade 🔥 🔥

This is a new local spot I wanted to try because of the reviews on TikTok. I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I ordered the lunch special 5 wings and waffle fries. Cant beat that for $10. I wanted to get a burger too but I couldn't understand why the price was $15 for one burger. My cousin ordered the sweet potato fries with her order. She said her fries tasted like regular seasoned potato fries but her chicken was good. My waffle fries were delicious but I wish my wings would have cooked a little longer like I asked. Otherwise the flavor was like a Thai chili and was really good.

The food was good I just wish the chicken came with more sauce on it half of it was dry and half had some sauce if I knew it would’ve came out like that I would’ve requested more of the sweet chili sauce I got. I was with my friend and she got the same order with fries and the sweet potato fries were pretty good only gave this a 4 stars because the chicken did not have enough sauce on it so that was just a little disappointing. This hidden gem located on Linden Boulevard, could easily, but over looked boasts a modest menu of comfort food including empanadas, mac n cheese balls, pasta, burgers and wings! Upon walking in you will be greeted by a young staff that will happily explain away and you will walk away with more then you anticipated. But the pay off begins when food meets mouth. This is not a healthy spot where you go to count calories! This is straight comfort food and good food at it. I had the mac n cheese balls! Looooved the oxtail empanadas and cant wait to come back for more. This place is open till 11 and stops taking orders at 1045.

Its ok. The Macaroni & chesse balls were spicy, salty and the chicken wings dry. We went to the one in Hempstead the food was better. The customer service was excellent.

You can’t hardly get anyone on the phone and when you do it’s not a good experience not to mention we’ve used Uber eats multiple times with this place in the last two months and there’s always been a problem!!!! They’ve forgotten food, they forgot the fries, they never add our drinks and today we found they cheated us one chicken wing from each order?!?! you charge for a six piece and yet we only received five pieces for each of the four orders. sorry can’t do it, I’m done

It was a long wait for the food but the food was great. I ordered 4 different flavored wings all were great. I order waffle fries which were too salty and fried mac n cheese ball. The mac n cheese balls were great but only came with 3 for $6 not worth the price to me.

I would love for this place to have more stars but every time I come I just feel disappointed. The menu is misleading. There is one price listed for drinks. Not unusual. However a couple was served drinks in front of me and then my drinks were served in smaller sized cups. I was confused because there was only one price listed. The cashier said I had a small. $3.50 for a small? And for drinks that tasted like they were made from drink mixes not fresh. I was annoyed and felt cheated. Their waffles are amazing. Biscuits are a surprising little gem. The food is good. However there are so many little things that keep me away. I feel like I'm not "cool" enough to order or eat here. Great tasting foods, they got my order wrong the second time i ordered there, which could be forgiven. Also,when i ordered the sauce with the pasta i did'nt realized it would of been poured all over the pasta instead of it being placed on the side, because of that it was just too much sauce all over the pasta which made it hard to enjoy.

I went on the coldest day of the year. No 1 was there. Not busy at all. I ordered jerk empanadas and got oxtail. I don't eat red meat. I ordered 2 different meals with waffles. They put the wrong waffle in each platter. I dropped the food off and took mine home. Opened up a bag of disappointment.

I entered this today and as soon as I entered I smelled a moldy scent coming from the AC unit which was above the doors entrance. I said some thing about it and the three workers there just looked at me. I stoped to pick up food for my daughter, She ordered the lemon pepper wings and fries. The fries were very good but they need to package it separate from the wings because it gets soggy quickly from condensation with the hot wings. The lemon pepper wings were very dried out and way too salty. Seems more like salt on the wings. Salt adds flavor to food but leads to major health problem particularly certain people. Cutting back on the salt would make the food more palatable and enjoyable My daughter who loves salty food agreed it was way too much salt.

Definitely overprice!!! I know food has gone up tremendously because of inflation but compared to other restaurants, this restaurant is overpriced. I bought a chicken and shrimp salad which was great! I bought a jerk corn for over $7. I got 2 small pieces of corn which was dry and overcooked. Horrible. It was 1 small corn cut in half. Corn is literally 5 for $3 on a bad day. I bought a serving of wings (6 pcs for over $14) and they were also overcooked and very dry. The Brooklyn pasta with chicken and grilled shrimp was good. I also bought a serving of mac and cheese bites which was average. I bought a passion fruit lemonade and it tasted like welch passion fruit mixed with some other ingredients. For over $7, I thought it would have been freshly made passion fruit juice. I paid $95 and had to pay an extra 4% for using my debit card. I was in shock when I saw the bag of food I received. I thought the young lady forgot some items from my order. When I checked I realized that everything was there but the quantity was very small for huge prices Overall, I think this business is exploiting customers and the quality of food you get here is not worth the price!! I'm so upset with myself! I definitely would not return there.

I’ve ordered here twice through Uber Eats. The food has been great, however I won’t be ordering again due to a different issue. In my first order, I ordered wings. Their menu states that sauces are put to the side. However, I received no sauce for my wings. I assumed the wings came with blue cheese, so I was disappointed. The food was good, so I figured I’d give it another try. I ordered wings again, along with a sweet tea. Once again, there was no dipping sauce for the wings, and no iced tea. Instead of calling me to inform me they didn’t have any iced tea, they gave me some kind of juice. I don’t like juice, so I was extremely disappointed. If I’m spending my money, why not call me to give me the option of either choosing a replacement drink, or just not getting the tea. It’s a shame because the food is good, but I don’t play about where I spend my money. And the lack of respect for communication is a no go.

I dont like the customer service here. They always either make me feel uncomfortable or get my order wrong. I went in to pay and since I ordered 2 wing meals asked for ginger ale. The front desk girl told me it was $2 a soda. Confused, I explained how I even paid extra for all flats on one of my meals and I got 10 more wings than what comes with a 5 piece special & they can’t give me even 1 soda? The front desk lady went silent proceeded to laugh in my face and smirking at the customer behind me who was talking behind my back encouraging her unwarranted behavior. The food is good BUT THEY CHARGE MORE MONEY IF YOU ORDER Via UBER EATS ... per item So if you call item might be 10$ But if thru Uber it’s 12 And that’s each item I contacted Uber to tell them nothing happened But Uber charges a fee and so do they So why charge 2$ extra per item Don’t believe me call and order then check Uber eats .. I recently tried this location and what a big disappointment. I ordered 18 teriyaki wins and eight-piece shrimp. The shrimp was delicious but the wings they seem like they were old and hard to chew. Like he had wings left over for days and decided to warm them up but they weren't that warm. They were like almost cold. I think I would have made it better by going to Wingstop. I don't think I'll be back to get wings. Maybe the shrimp.

The food was not worth the 45min wait for a simple chicken sandwich. Especially when the cashier initially got the order wrong and instead of providing a refund for the difference (a chicken sandwich is cheaper than a dupe burger), she asked if we wanted to buy a drink or a biscuit to make up the difference so she didn’t have to refund the money. My husband has been dying to go to this place since he saw it on Instagram. We should have went to the flagship store because all the reviews about the service are absolutely correct. The Pros- Has an A health grade. Environment is neat. I didn’t notice any dust or other elements that denote lack of concern. The cons- oh boy! Where to start. The staff. Two of the most unmotivated, unappealing, unrefined slabs of humanity were working the counter. We greeted them pleasantly, they regarded us with a mixture of revulsion and annoyance, as if we were something akin to what a cat might vomit up. We kept our order simple, as they seemed irritated at the prospect of working and waited. Now, on the plus side the wait time wasn’t overly long. One of the biggest complaints about this restaurant is the price. I don’t have an issue with. I don’t mind paying for good quality food, however the food was just Ok. Not bad, not good, just ok. But nothing left a worst taste in my mouth than the service. I’m a big believer in supporting BOBs but we’ve got to get a handle on the service aspect. Unfriendly staff will sink a business as sure as a dour menu. Also, the ice machine didn’t seem to work so they were serving ice out of a cooler. That didn’t seem hygienic to me. I really wanted to try the pasta but I think we’ll try the restaurant in Brooklyn or maybe garden city this time.

I order from this location of Brooklyn Wing House all the time, ever since I moved to this area of Queens. Usually, the service is pretty good (in addition to the food). However, tonight, was the first time in the year and some change that I've been ordering from here, that I regretted being a customer. I was on my way home and realized I was out pretty late. Starving, I knew that I couldn't wait until I got to BWH to order my food, because it would be too late (with all things considered; seeing as to how they close at 9pm on Sundays and the time was a little after 8:15). To be efficient, I called in to place my order ahead of time. The phone was picked up, but I could hear people discussing their own personal matters, as well as some of the restaurants' customers lack of timely pickups for their food (stating how "people need to come get they food" etc.). After saying, "Hello?" for about 5 minutes, I hung up the phone and decided to call again, to which the call rang twice and then went to voicemail. Realizing I would have no choice but to order my food there (and considering how everything else was closing due to it being Sunday), I went directly to the restaurant. Upon entering (the time is now 8:37) there was an associate that was at the counter. She noticed me, went back to whatever she was doing, stood in front of me as if she were about to take my order, then walked to the back of the restaurant. After about a minute, she came back and greeted me, then proceeded to tell me that they were no longer accepting orders for the night, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. As I've stated before, I order food from here quite frequently, but this has got to be my worst experience here thus far. It's upsetting because, not only do I love the food here and was looking forward to the dish I was going to order, but the blatant disrespect and inconsideration is something I never thought I'd experience from this place. VERY disappointed.

I never ate there before. So I went in and forgot to call my family. I walk away from the counter ans I made a call... they're asking me question s about the food. As I walk up to the counter again a young female has a nasty disposition. She asked me if I was ready to order with an attitude I didn't respond instead I responded with questions pertaining to the food and she had an attitude with that. There was another young lady there I was very polite etc... one I placed my order I was told it'll be 10-15mins i go and wait in my car. I then get a phone call from them telling me my food is ready ok no problem. I should've had my receipt when I went back in to pick up the order I didn't. Now when you say number I'm thinking it's a receipt like the one you get from White castle and it wasn't the young lady then rolled her next and hit her hand in an annoyed manner "isn't thr last four numbers that of your phone number " I said oh yes it is! Then I asked if she was okay because here it is I'm a new customer and if your service is poor I know that will take away from what I feel about the food. Nevertheless for 4 empanadas (2 jerk 2 oxtail and wings and 8 piece shrimp $52 I will never shop there again. The employee taking my order was great. The person putting the food together for the wings is awful. Ordered wings with garlic sauce and it wasn't sauce but had the consistency of cold lard. This is what happens when you put cold sauce on hot wings. Everything else was good. But was saving the wings for the last plate and was disappointed.

I went to the Hempstead location I asked for all flats paid for it and didn’t get that. The oxtail empanada had bones in it and my wings weren’t all that I give them a 4/10. This place isn’t what it’s hyped to be.

I’ve ate here before and the chicken and waffles was pretty good so although I was hesitant to try something new I gave it a chance . I ordered a salmon pasta and it was the WORST salmon or pasta I’ve ever had in my life . My 9 year old nephew makes better pasta than this it was so gross I wanted to throw up . The pasta was brown and hard and dry and tasteless . It made me never want to eat pasta again smh . The salmon was hard almost like if it was freezer burned or re cooked . The empanadas are ok but that salmon pasta was a waste of my total I paid 45 $ for my meal just to throw it away and eat only the empanadas leaving me hungry ..this place has potential I hope they read this and do better in the future .

My daughter ordered 6 pcs wings ONLY which clearly states on the menu board $11.50 but was charged $11.96 BEFORE tax. The light skin young lady (there are two young ladies but I want to precisely distinguish between them so my apologies) did not honor the price posted and further stated that $11.96 is with tax included but clearly it is BEFORE tax. Keep in mind, when it was our turn to order she just stood there and looked at us - no greeting, nothing. $2+ for half a wing is absurd especially when it’s not the posted price. I believe it also unlawful.

You can be the only one in the place for 5 minutes before one of the ditz heads behind the plexiglass lifts their heads from their cell phone, take your order, and then get your order all wrong. More than once I might add. Don't bother with this place.

Two times I had to pick for door dash and both young ladies had some sort of attitude problem . My delivery order was just sitting there and they just wanted me to waste time waiting for pick up. These girls didn't care if I cancelled the order or not. Not sure why they did this but this will definitely affect your business. I did sent out my concern to door dash also.

Staff is rude and dismissive, no customer service skills at all. Somehow they never get my electronic order right. They sent me red waffles instead of twinkies, when I asked if it’s the same price, the worker on the phone said it was (it wasn’t). I asked for a large mango lemonade instead of small (there is no option to purchase a large, even if you add notes giving consent for an up charge they will not give you a large) and when I get my order it’s still a small. Not sure of what else to expect when eating in these areas. Disappointing experience. There’s also no direct number to call them, all have full voicemail boxes.

I've ordered from here a couple of times the food is OK however, the service is unacceptable. The owner of this establishment should seriously consider hiring new staff. Sad to see that the employees cant even properly take an order. Its extremely disappointing to see a black owned establishment unable to keep up with the work required to provide quality service. This may just go down as another business that had so much potential but poor management.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!! Waited an hour for a simple order and the restaurant was NOT crowded. Also, the cashier had a nasty attitude. I was told my food would take 15 mins. I gave it 20 mins and it wasnt ready then she told me it’ll be another 10 minutes i came back, she told me another 10 mins. I was really getting frustrated because instead of asking the chef the time she kept telling me a time frame that she wasn’t aware of. Never again. I really want to support black business but the customer really sucks.

Cute and pleasant but eeeewwww to all the cheese in the seafood empanada. Americans believe empanadas are SUPPOSED to have cheese. UMMMMM NO. Melted cheese and shellfish is abnormal and must be specified when someone ordering it. It was so full of gross cheese I really wanted to bring it back. Such a waste of $12. Do better........ that was nasty.

I definitely won't return after this experience. Yesterday me and my daughter visited this establishment. She ordered honey bbq shrimp with fries. I ordered what I believe was 12 piece shrimp half bbq half garlic with mac and cheese balls. Now this place is pricey but to support our community definitely have no problem. I take part blame because I didn't realize young lady placed wings. When i got the order my daughter shrimp had no sauce. Of course I took a look at the receipt notice wings was put instead of my shrimp. Anyway the reason I'm putting so much detail. I do take fault not realizing. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE that was delivered disgusting!!!!! The young lady at the register was probably the only one who was nice. Trying make sense of it. She called Billy who was a cook to come out to do price adjustment. I was told i had to pay. 55 difference. Cool whatever. Then I was told 1.50 for sauce at this point I'm a little confused but still I said ok cool. After Ramon I believe his name was told me they can't do nothing about it. I explained I don't eat meat I would have never ordered it. I'm a pescatarian still could careless. I was told to buy a whole new meal. When I just dropped 40 bucks. Well I threw the food out and kept it moving. Thanks but no thanks. Customer service definitely not a win

Terrible terrible service. Workers are rude and nonchalant! The wait was 25+ min for wings 😒 And to make matters worse the food was subpar at best. Would never go to any of these locations again!

First time patron of this establishment. Haven't recieved the food yet as theres a 20 min wait time (which is ok) so this review is about the actual visit not food. The last thing I want to hear while with my 8 year old daughter is Cardi B unclean version of "F$!%# with me and get some money" blaring through the speakers. Otherwise, clean establishment. Wait wasnt too long.

Absolutely terrible experience. Staff were extremely rude with no manners at all. Felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in. A restaurant should value its customers, but here it’s the opposite. Definitely not coming back.

Very very disappointed. I was sold soggy burnt fries. When I got home and opened my order I was shocked and disgusted that they willing took my money and sold me burnt fries. I will never purchase anything from there again, and I will make sure and tell everyone as well.

A waste of $53 .the oxtail empanadas wasn’t even oxtails inside .wings was so plain ,so upset came all this way for what? and prices too high for what.definitely won’t be back .Cant trust social media .food needs no stars honestly .oh asked for extra seasoning after tasting that it taste like nothing and was charged for that as well .never again!

I was trying to delivery from this store. The thick black lady was so rude and aggressive for no reason. I was polite and respectful all the time. One of my customer asked me to make sure that I got barbecue and ranch in there order. I asked thet very politely but that lady replied me in a very rude and aggressive manner. If you don’t like your job, please quite and find some other job. her behaviour made me so upset and I felt so digusted.

Called to place order in which I was on hold for more than 10 minutes. Came to store placed order in person was told 20 minutes went home set timer came back and had to wait additional 41 minutes. When I asked why state 20 minutes there was no answer or apology.

The place sucked! I walk in and I was "greeted" with attitude! I do not want to waste my time in a long, drawn out review here. I will say that, that was my first and last time visiting that "Brooklyn Wing House!" The young ladies behind the counter had an attitude. I ordered 12 chicken wings, thinking I was going to get the actual WHOLE chicken WING altogether (12 of them...like you would get from say, the Chinese restaurant). Nope, they cut them up and only give you the tiny parts. One part that looks like a drumstick and the other piece to the wing (the do not include the tip of the wing). I just did not like the atmosphere, the ambiance. Again, after paying over $19 for 12 broken up, cut up chicken wings, I vowed never to go back there again! These restaurants forget that consumers are not just paying for their food! We are also paying for the (impeccable) customer service! I am PAYING for that! It was a rude awakening for me to just spend HALF the price, buy my own pack of chicken wings from the grocery store, and make the stuff myself! I work too hard to be swindled from these restaurants in MYYYYYYY neighborhood. And I definitely don't need any attitude, ESPECIALLY from my own ppl! Don't waste your time and energy frequenting this place, unless you don't mind the stank attitude and being taken advantage of. Ps...if I could leave a ZERO STAR rating, I would!

Walked into Brooklyn Wing House around 12 in the afternoon 01/28/26 and the place was completely empty. There was a woman at the register on her phone and a man standing behind her. I smiled said “good afternoon” when I walked in and neither of them acknowledged me. No greeting, no response—just nasty looks. I stood there for a moment and ended up walking right back out. First impressions matter, and this one was very unwelcoming. I’m new to the neighborhood and I definitely will not be coming back to this location. Customer service was nonexistent.

I have just purchased the lemon pepper and let me emphasized “how salty the lemon pepper wing was”.. I have called the establishment just a while ago and let them know my concerns, the girl answered and this is her quote “ lemon pepper chicken is known to be salt” and then she hangs up on me. This amount is salt is unhealthy for anybody, I will not be buying from this establishment again. I am not trying to die from heart disease. I had to throw away the food in the garbage.

Got 24 wings/ Mac / drinks /fries and it totaled up to ~$60. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw that the wings I ordered were all tenders. It pains me to give one star because the tenders were honestly delicious but the fact that I was never informed in the 20-30mins while I stood there waiting for my food is just unacceptable. If at any point someone at the establishment would have just simply said “we’re out of wings” or whatever the reason was for us getting tenders it would have been fine but to just give me tenders at wings price is crazy. Then to top it off the fries were obviously from a frozen bag and just over fried. Many of the pieces were stuck together and hard. In this age of air fryers I was taken aback to be given fries in such a poor state. They must do better.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a six piece which was $13.59. After I paid I noticed the lunch special which was $7.99. Five pieces, fries and a drink. I asked to switch because the lunch special was obviously a better deal. She looked at me with disrespect & such attitude and said in a Jamaican accent “this do work like that”. Never will I come back here again!! Is this the quality of customer service Brooklyn wings offers?? “SAD”
