Forget the more well known spots further north of here on Cross Bay Blvd. This is a gem hidden from many people who don't frequent Cross Bay Blvd like a local. These guys can make some delicious pizza, pasta and other Italian fare. Walking inside and eyeing the food on display, including the specialty slices can be dangerous as you end up ordering way more than you intended. I'll update this review soon.

Service was great, and so was the food! We went here for mothers day. I had the grilled shrimp with Caesar salad and it was so good! It was freshly grilled and very tasty. The lava cake was the best thing I've ever had. Definitely coming back. These reviews calling the place racist are completely false. My family is hispanic and we were served very quickly. We were allowed to choose where we wanted to sit and our drinks were on the table with in ~10 minutes of sitting.

The service is always friendly and attentive at Divino’s. They really know what they’re doing. We stop by for a quick bite a few times a month. The menu is extensive, the food is super fresh and hot. If you go on the weekend, they have a specials menu that is to die for. They also have a nice selection of drinks that won’t break the bank. My fav are the frozen margarita and pink lemonade vodka. If you’re in the neighborhood and in the mood for some tasty Italian food and strong drinks without spending a ton, I definitely recommend giving Divino’s a shot.

Overall great food. Just not a fan of the reg slice.BUT Best Sicilians around. The several dishes I’ve had were always good. The workers n owners treat you like they actually want u there. Very good atmosphere. Great neighborhood spot.

Came in here absolutely famished and was treated incredibly well by our server, while seated in a clean and comfortable booth. The pizza was literally incredible, the GF pizza will blow your mind here. If I could give this place 6/5 stars I would.

My family and I are from Florida. We were in New York to attend my sister in-law's funeral. My brother in-law suggested DiVino. The food, service and ambience was excellent. I even ordered a couple of pizza pies to bring back to Florida. I would highly recommend this establishment.

My oldest daughter took us out as a family on Sunday 8/20th to DiVinos. What a treat! Not only was the atmosphere very clean & pleasant (including the restroom) the staff were exceptionally available at our service with a smile. They have a delicious adult/children's menu. The place was a full house with joy, wonderful smells and laughter. Great place to bring your entire family!

The food is great everything from pizza to fresh fish. I'm very picky when it comes to tomato sauce there sauce taste like Grandma's Sunday sauce.

From the outside it looks like a regular pizza shop, once inside man this place is pretty awesome. Service was exceptional. Food was the beat I’ve ever had; try the chicken parm man oh man!!! My first time at this location since the new ownership and I have to say I am impressed. The ambiance is bright & welcoming, charging station outlets at the booths; a perfect addon for the connected family or group. The food portions were amazing, was flavorful and served hot. As far as staff our waitress Age was attentive and always smiling. I couldn’t have been happier with the overall experience, food and service which we received. We order quite regularly from another restaurant, but we were recommended to try Davinos, and we were SO IMPRESSED! Had to come try out this place after seeing some delicious looking pics I ordered a regular slice a sicilian and a spinach pinwheel and I was overly satisfied with everything my favorite was definitely the sicilian slice great amount of sauce and cheese and great crisp I will definitely be coming back here it is definitely worth every bite!

Came here with reasonable expectations for a pizzeria restaurant and were blown away by both food and service. Surroundings are more typical but hardly offensive. Became abruptly overcrowded but progressively overwhelmed staff maintained their composure, which speaks volumes. All in all, a very pleasurable experience.

So i wrote a review yesterday and it was a negative one against divinos for having one bad experience with a rude employee.. i was shocked to get a phone call first thing this morning fromnthe owner but i tell you what, totally changed my perspective.. you can tell he took pride in his business and though maybe yesterday was just a bad day and the way things have been recently i shouldnt have been so quick to judge and i can admit when i am wrong.. with that being said he wanted to make it right and in 15 minutes after our phone call he sent over two pizza kits to make with my kids! And they didnt disappoint.. i am grateful.. wasnt needed but i appreciate it.. made sure the delivery kid got a tip cause he literally was just delivering something to a upset customer and this was by far an amazing gesture and i definitely take back my negative remarks.. though the employee was rude, you just never know what someone is going through.. and thank you divinos for your service especially during this rough time.. my kids had a blast!!!

Thank you to this amazing pizzeria for saving my daughter's 10th birthday! We originally went to Launch and they were a hot mess. The bathrooms didn't work they closed down the kitchen and had everyone coming to this pizzeria to use the restrooms. The staff graciously accommodated everyone who needed to use the facilities even if they didn't buy anything. Once we were all kicked out of launch early we decided to have dinner here. They were able to seat my large group and the food was amazing. My daughter also had a great birthday cake that came with a song. 10 out of 10! Will be back again!

Tried this restaurant for the first time and it was amazing. The food was super fresh and full of flavor—everything tasted homemade and done right. DiVino’s has become a weekly routine for us after my daughter’s karate class just a block away. The entire staff is professional, and the owner truly cares about his customers. We’ve always felt welcomed here. I will genuinely be sad to move next month, because this restaurant has become a real staple in our Friday nights. Both my wife and I have been coming here for quite some time. We were there this past Saturday night, and had to wait about five minutes to be seated. The place was packed wall-to-wall just further proof that my review is correct. The food is amazing, my steak was both seasoned and cooked perfectly. The staff were both attentive and courteous. The dessert was delicious. And Samantha was amazing and took care of us from the minute we walked in. Take it from a guy who eats everywhere, This place is a must try.

From the bread that they first serve you to the dessert this place is top notch. . We had the baked clams and they were so fresh and tasty. I had the chicken sorrentino with broccoli rabe. The portions are super generous. Had to take the other half home. My husband had filet of sole francese with capellini. The marinara is perfect. I tried to pass on dessert but I couldn’t resist the rainbow cookie cheesecake. Fresh and delicious. The drink had a nice kick and the sangria super delicious.

Excellent food and great prices. So far we have tried a good amount of their menu: the pasta with vodka sauce, grandma pie, Sicilian pie, chicken parm, buffalo chicken pie, and salads. All very delicious and I love that they have many pie selections. I would like to try some of their specials in the future. Nice atmosphere!!! We definitely plan on being a consistent customer and trying more items on the menu.

Went here today with some friends and were seated right away. There is a parking lot but it's a tight squeeze when it's full. We were seated right away and the place was packed. There's take out food in the front and tables for dining straight ahead. The service was prompt and the food was great. The penne vodka was a bit cold but didn't make a big deal, still tasted good.

Very good delicious fresh pizza. Very friendly staff, I have visited this place for years and the staff are always very quick to help. I really like the selection of slices they have and always find it hard to choose. The pizza is always being made right in front of you by people who seem to care about the quality of their food. Do not hesitate to visit DiVinos. Also their employees are all very nice people. Parking can be a little difficult sometimes but generally a spot opens up nearby. Just a good place to eat and also forgot to mention it's very clean inside.

Chicken parm was delicious and a big portion. Had to take half home. Wife got grilled shrimp. Also delicious, but expensive at $27.99 for 6. Shannon was a wonderful server.

Meat lovers pizza was amazing!! Their line up pies and single slices is 🔥🔥🔥!! Service was decent once I got some. The chicken Alfreo was pretty good but nothing to rave about. I would go there again to check out there other slices.

The best pizza we've found nearby, albeit expensive. The salad slice is good. We get regular pies there often. Their sausage roll is huge and delicious. We usually get their Ceasar salad dressing to go.

I think the food there used to be much better. Also, they used to do separate checks which they no longer do. The place is always very cold so if you like that, it’s very good.

The food is good and the staff is friendly. This is a good family restaurant. The parking is an issue since there is no parking lot. You will probably have to park in one of the side streets.

Nice neighborhood pizzeria. I don't always get the pizza but the chicken rolls are delicious. Eat dinner here quite often. Love the moneybag egg drop soup & the hot antipasta. The staff is mostly young people which is nice to see. Service is good and friendly. It's a good place to get dinner.

We usually get takeout as it’s more convenient for our lives. They have the best pizza in the area and their customer service is good. My family appreciates the quality and craftsmanship in the pizza options they offer. I myself am a chicken parmigiana fan so its my go to every time. Recently, though we have noticed a difference in the pizza dough. Not sure if they’ve changed the recipe but its has made us sick. Nonetheless, its not something we like thus we’ve slowed down on our takeout.

I stopped in here immediately after arriving from Virginia. The restaurant was neat and clean. The service was impeccable. The pizza was top notch delicious. The reason for the 4-star review was solely because there was only one available restroom. One restroom had a tacky, hand-written sign saying the restroom was out of service. This left only one available restroom, and despite waiting for 10 minutes, nobody came out of the single bathroom. Fix the bathroom because I never got to go pee.

It’s a very nice Italian restaurant across from Launch the trampoline park. The food and ambience is great. The portions are ample with reasonable prices. They have both dine-in and take-out. It was my son’s birthday and they let us cut a cake brought from outside for his party.

Popped in for the dine in option with my family of four after a quick trip to Launch (across the street). I love Italian food so I was excited to try the penne with vodka. My son ordered the salmon Alfredo with linguine. I’m sad to say the food for me was just ok, my son on the other hand could not eat his food so….. yeah. I informed the waiter and he still charged us for his meal then disappeared when it was time for us to pay. I had to physically get up to get the guy to process my card, which was an inconvenience because we were waiting for quite some time (not fun with a 1 year old in tow). Not sure if we will be back.

I have been a customer at this place for about 5 years, but today i felt very unfortunate. I went eat pizza with my family cause they just wanted pizza but the lady in the front told us if is only pizza there is no seat available, available seats are only for people eating from menu . The owner is very friendly and most of the staff is very pleasant but today felt very disappointed, what about if only wanted pizza plus i had kids on strollers 🙄. Hope this change and treat every customer the same way no matter what they eating as long as they paying for the food.

I can’t rate service because I mostly order take out and it a nice atmosphere when I have been there. The problem it take out. Most times the pizza has a large crust because they don’t put enough sauce on it, I use to really enjoy their pizza. Tonight we ordering a sausage roll and a regular slice. We had to wait because they said they had to make the sausage roll. We pick up and both the roll and pizza were so overcooked and dry not to mention overpriced. When we call and spoke to a manager that did not go well and his attitude was go back to Gino’s. So we will , sad that he handled this problem poorly.

This establishment is absolutely DISGUSTING.. If you notice there’s multiple reviews regarding their racism. My mother and her husband came here and was ignored for 40 minutes. They’re Latin American, Every white person was treated nicely and serviced. They didn’t even hand my mother and her husband a menu til they asked for one. This neighborhood was always known for its racism, but Di Vino’s is like the capital. Their pizza isn’t even as good as La Villa’s. We are local residents here. They need to treat EVERYONE nicely. Especially since my mother and her husband would get take out here very often. The day they finally decide to eat in they’re treated like they’re not even there by a blonde lady & the staff. Over priced for a bad slice of pizza. When I ordered two slices of pizza and was told $6 I was taken aback and began expecting to embark on one of the best slices in my life. But then I was handed the slices and tried to pick it up only for the slice to sag from the heavy greasy slice. What a disappointment. You are much better served at least in regards to pizza going up the road paying a quarter less a slice and getting pizza from new park. I can't speak for any other dishes here but I can only assume more over priced mediocre food judging by these two plain slices.

Tried DiVino Pizzeria and was seriously disappointed. pizza was just bad — soggy crust, bland sauce, and overall no flavor. Driver just called now to tell me he is outside with my food. Gave me all excuses about the place being busy. The manager told me over 30 mins ago someone will be there in just a few minutes. Said he would credit my next order. What did he mean? Sell me cold pizza that was driven around for over an hour and then credit me when I call to order again. Not me, this place just lost a my money forever. This place has poor customer retention from the top manager, phone personal and delivery. Update: The owner replied stating that they tried to reconcile the night of. Well maybe the communication is off with driver because the driver had no idea I spoke with a manager. And at this point, we rather not support this business. This is not the first bad instance. A few weeks prior we went for dinner and spent $189 to be ignored because our waitress was given a party in the party room. We dined in and she kept forgetting items. I thought take out would be better. Never again.

Got chicken Parm and pasta that was so over cooked it was like mush . The chicken was so over cooking dried out wasn't fresh and drowned in tomato sauce and so was the pasta horrible would never get food from them ever again .
