Love going to Cobblestones Pub & Biergarten! The atmosphere is always great! Super fun and welcoming. Whether you’re there for a casual night out or meeting up with friends, the vibe is always on point. The food is delicious, and they have an awesome wide selection of beers and cocktails. Their outdoor patio is so spacious and especially perfect in the warm weather. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They make you feel right at home every time. Definitely one of my favorite spots in queens!
It’s my second time at Cobblestones, and I’ll definitely be coming back. We went to watch the Super Bowl, and even though we couldn’t get a table, we stayed at the bar and still had an amazing time!! Our server, María, was absolutely 🔥🔥 even though it was packed, she took great care of us and made the night so much fun. The $40 wings paired with the frozen marg are a perfect combo. You have to try them!
On 11/16, my childhood friend and I wanted to have lunch and watch the finals of the Nitto ATP Tour at noon that day. I called a couple of other sports bars in the area and was that they couldn’t show tennis as all TVs would be on NFL games. I called Cobblestones and the female staff who took my call warmly welcomed us and told us they had plenty of TVs and could find a quiet corner for us while the rest were on football games. Maria and her colleagues were so friendly and found us an excellent spot in the back corner. Not only was their customer service excellent, the food and cocktail drinks were superb! I had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was the best I have had and the French fries were just as good even when they were at room temp. We will be going back again and I highly recommend it!
I really like Cobblestone's Food! Many of their appetizers qualify as a full meal. Last week, after early voting (Oct 26, 2025) we stopped for lunch. I had the Quesadillas and a couple of Pilsners (Radeburger?). My wife had a salad. Only one issue. The Quesadilla's were great, however served on a "paper" in a tray . The problem? I use a knife and fork to cut work well on a plate, but shred the paper. Solution? Make sure you have your Quesadilla served on a plate. And they're really good Quesadillas!
I was there on Friday afternoon. They have a new menu. As my appetizer I had the Toscana soup, it was amazing! For my meal I had the NY Strip Steak Sandwich, the steak was tender. The sandwich was so good that I forgot to take a picture. The margaritas are so good! Thanks to my server Maria, we would be back! Maria told us about the biergarten, which we didn't know about. I can't wait for the biergarten to be open!
An authentic taste of Germany right here! As a German, I was thrilled to find a place that captures the true essence of our cuisine. The selection of German beers, including my personal favorite, Radeberger, is impressive. The hearty dishes are prepared with great attention to tradition, bringing back memories of home. Whether you’re craving a classic schnitzel, savory sausages, or a perfectly poured pilsner, this place delivers. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience genuine German flavors! We‘ve been here in March 2025.
This was my first time here ! I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious 😋. I didn't take pictures of the food ! I was so hungry I forgot and just dove right in ! We ordered a few things and shared. We enjoyed the Sausage and peppers and the hamburger sliders. We sat inside because it was evening and we didn't want to risk bug bites. But there is a great outdoor space. This is also a great place to watch sports. Plenty of TVs. I will go here again! It's not typical bar food. Bon appetite 😋
I’ve literally lived in the area for 5 years and always walked past this place but never actually went. I am now happy to say I finally went and I had a great time. This spot has a great game day atmosphere. Enough TVs to catch any game you want. The staff is great, everyone is friendly and attentive. The wings were cooked and prepared to perfection. They had a nice crisp and were wet just like I like em, no dry spots. On Sundays for game day I believe they do half off wings. Definitely looking my new neighborhood sports bar.
Came to Queens and we picked a spot and here we are. They have a spot inside and a spot out back. It was a nice day so we stood outside. Great service and good food! 🤤 Don't be afraid to ask what you might be troubled to order, they will let you know which one you might like better. We had a great time. I will look forward to coming back again...
I wanted to watch the US Open tennis on Labor Day Sunday at the sports bar. A Cobblestone's Pub and Biergarten can be found on Queen's Boulevard according to Google Maps. The bartender greeted us immediately upon arrival and we were seated right away. A large number of jumbo-sized flat screens were available throughout the restaurant. Our orders included Jack Daniels chicken wings and a house cheeseburger. The chicken wings were my favorite, but both were delicious. It is a great place to watch the game. The restaurant has a large outdoor seating area with plenty of TVs at the back. I wish the owner would allow dogs in the outdoor area in the near future so I could watch sports games and have lunch or dinner here every weekend. I highly recommend it to all sports fans.
We chose to sit outdoors and were pleasantly surprised with this huge outdoor seating area. We thought it would be on the street. Amazing! Lots of space to sit and you can be as loud as you want so great for large groups. Happy hour prices and sizes are great! We got a buffalo chicken wrap (sorry, ate half already before I took the picture, I swear it comes with both halves), a pretzel (hand for reference) and a draught beer. The cup is for reference too. All the sizes are generous. It was a great find for us. Happy hour is on Monday to Friday from 4-7. Side note, water pitchers are on the side by the entrance and self-serve.
Great pub in the Forest Hills area and highly recommend!!! I went here with a friend and the service was top notch and so was the food! Everything we got was exceptional. You MUST get their Mac and cheese and giant pretzel. This is definitely my go to place to hangout with some family and friends.
Cobblestones is great for big get togethers! I was here on a Saturday night for a friend's graduation party and they have a large space to one side which was great for our big group. It was also a little quieter than the main bar area which had loud TVs. Definitely get the nachos supreme! I also really enjoyed the Valentine's Day mocktail! The wait staff was very attentive and service was quick. Highly recommend for any chill get together.
I came here for the first time last year during a Knicks playoff game with my boyfriend and friends. The vibe and atmosphere can be crazy during game days or nights, but it is definitely the right place for it. Cobblestone is very spacious and I do like the biergarten outside and it’s enjoyable to be in during the warmer weather. I came here a few times already either on my own or with company. Their burger is delicious, possibly one of the best I’ve had in Queens so far. The Cobb salad is enormous and is very tasty - I normally get this for lunch when Im at work. Their drinks are good too. The staff here are very friendly & attentive. If you’re looking for a good spot for a game day / night or just to grab drinks with friends - this is your go to spot!
Overall a good chill environment. Outdoor spaces were great as they had the local teams playing sports on the big screens. The drink selections were great and tasteful. Can get a little pricey if you plan on drinking and eating here. Typical bar fare but with an up scale quality and presentation.
I tend to wind up here when I’m in New York, and have been here a few times. This is the first time I had any of the food. Pretty solid for bar food, and would fit in pretty well with any of our 24h bars in Vegas. Can’t speak for the cocktails just had a few beers, nothing particularly rare but you will likely find something to enjoy. All around solid late night stop
Have been enjoying happy hour in the outdoors area this summer. There’s a list of drinks for $6, as well as a short list of appetizers at 1/2 off. Order a variety to share, esp the pretzel which is pretty big. There are table games you can enjoy while waiting for your food. Service is very good and fast.
Overall the experience was very good. I got there around 1:30, and stayed until after 5:00. The primary reason I came here was to meet a friend and to sit outside. Unfortunately, the beer garden outside only opens at 4:00 p.m. no matter how much of a nice day it is, if you want to sit out there earlier, too bad. And they're very strict about it. I even peaked out the door to take a picture and I got yelled at! I guess it depends what waitress you get, because besides the one gruff one who follows the rules, the rest of the waitresses were very nice. Some of them were fairly new, so they didn't really know what they're doing yet. But they were very nice. The food wasn't mixed bag. The pizza we had was phenomenal. But very small. For the price $15 I think a little on the high side. But it was really good. We ordered another one. The onion soup was a little sweet. And be careful, it comes out very hot. I still can't feel my tongue and I was careful, but not careful enough. The chicken tenders were pretty much as expected, french fries were better than average, but the chicken wings were really tiny. I mean, tiny! I got the habanero sauce and it was very good. But the wings were dry and did I mention tiny? I think the highlight of the beer garden experience is the giant ping pong table. Which can be very annoying if someone else is using it. But if you're using it it's a professional table and the ping pong ball that they give you (you have to ask for it) was also a three-star professional ping pong ball. None of that cheap stuff. There's a few other games they have as well, giant Jenga in a small hook the loop game. They also have a connect four game. Beer is available by the picture or by the glass. They have some premium beers, but the trick is to get there at happy hour between 4:00 and 7:00 when you could sit outside, enjoy the games, get half price appetizers and $6 beers. It's very pleasant open area in the back, a little quirky which is great, and it's a lot of fun. The tables are big long Octoberfest style tables, so bank a big crowd or meet your neighbors. Either way you'll have a great time.
I like to go to Biergarten in the back, where I can take my service dog, and always feel welcome! But I did not have a very good experience trying to have lunch in the inside restaurant. The bartender had me wait up front for 20 minutes. I finally walked up to Bar to get her attention, and she right away pointed out my companion dog! I told her that we would sit by the door, and she OD’s a very well behaved pooch! She then took me outside the building, go around the corner, opened a back door, and had me sit in the very corner virtually in the dark. I figured that was the very back seating area of restaurant! She could have just walked me through restaurant to get to back! I sat there for 10 minutes when finally the server came and immediately pointed out to me that the dog had to stay under the tables at all times with an aggressive tone! At that point I had it. We will not be treated like less of, given NY law makes it pretty clear that refusing service to someone with a service animal is a violation. I complied to their demands, but will not be humiliated given my situation. I have been back visiting the open air Biergarten , where I treated pooch for her third birthday. When one of your Bar patrons came towards my pooch, and she immediately protected me. One of your staff that had taken a Birthday pic of us in the big chair told this intoxicated guy to back off, and he proceeded to call my pooch a “MF!” Oh well, I really enjoyed your outside establishment for a few times! Always sat wherever I was directed to avoid any kind of issue due to my service animal, left great tips and always enjoyed your burger special and sweet potato fries! Some of your staff need to be better informed about service animals and customer service! I was in the F&B business for 25 years. All over the globe! I tend to die way more patience than most. Be better!
I did not have any issues in this pub until I got a service from the girls on the pictures. Just TERRIBLE !!! I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional behavior. I ordered double shot whiskey and redbull. The order came mixed in the same glass. I told the waitress that this is not what I wanted and I kindly asked if it’s possible to bring those drinks separately. She said that she’s gonna ask the bartender. She came back to me saying that I will have to place a new order in order to get what I want. I said it’s OK, and that I’ll keep my messed up drink. Five minutes later, she came back with the drinks I wanted. So, I thought that the issue was resolved. Then when we received the bill I saw that they charged for both drinks. I asked for the manager and my waitress brought me to the bartender. When I explained my issue, she didn’t seem to care at all. She gave me a lot of attitude and anger. That was very unpleasant stay for me. Those people should not work in hospitality/customer service industry.
⚠️ Caution if you are BIPOC – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience I visited this establishment on 9/25 with a group of friends to celebrate a white coat ceremony, and unfortunately the service we received was extremely disappointing. From the start, we were told we could not order drinks directly at the bar and bring them back to our table — something I’ve never encountered at any other restaurant or bar. (The establishment was empty) Our assigned server was inattentive, unprofessional, and never introduced herself. At one point, we discovered she had gone on break without notifying us or arranging for another staff member to cover our table, which left us completely neglected. At any reputable establishment, communication and coverage are standard practice. When it began raining, we had difficulty getting assistance to relocate. After several attempts, we have to find a way to relocate by speaking to other guests. However, when our original server eventually reappeared, she repeatedly passed our table without acknowledging us. Only when we waved her down did she approach, and her response was dismissive and rude — telling us, “you’re not in my section anymore,” and making inaccurate claims that we had refused help from other staff. This was both untrue and unacceptable. Regardless of “sections,” paying customers deserve to be acknowledged and treated with respect. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall disregard for us as guests left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to others.
