Wonderful staff, overheard me talking to ny passenger about how upset I was that the nearby A&W didn't update their hours and I didn't get ny rootbeer float, and even though they no longer had it on the menu, they offered to make me a frosty float. It made my day, and made the remaining 3.5 hour drive that much better with a delicious float to enjoy.

Tried Wendy's new spicy buffalo chicken salad for lunch today. It was definitely spicy and very delicious. I'm always happy when they add a new salad to their menu, as I love to try them all.

Better quality food then The other two fast food restaurants. Their breakfast baconator is so good! Their workers have always been friendly and able to get their customers served faster then SGF McDonalds.

There was 8-10 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru yet I don't think I even had to wait a total of five minutes to order and get my food. Great, quick service!

There's always a line at the drive thru but it's usually pretty quick. They didn't have any baked potatoes tonight which was a real bummer since it was the only reason I went there.

I love going to Wendy's. Food is always great and the speed of the drive-through is tremendous. Those guys really got their stuff together. There could be a line out to the road and you know you're going to get through and just a few minutes. Bravo well done

we pulled up cause we seen all the lights on. The girl took our order we got 2 4-4s. we pulled up to the window and all the lights went out. it was exactly 2am when we placed our order but instead of telling us they where closed they made our food all very fresh and perfectly made they served us with a smile not 1 complaint. I'm very sorry I held them up I didn't notice the time. I myself just got out of work and was so tired and so hungry. I'm extremely greatful they made my meal for me and didn't make me feel bad about it either. the customer service there is beyond 5stars!

This is the only Wendy's I've ever been to where the burger actually looks like the pictures you see in advertisements. Took a few minutes to get my food, but I'd rather wait and have a burger that doesn't look like the person who made it hates their life. My job sucks but I do things the right way for others. That's why I had to write a nice review for these folks. The cashier lady was very nice. Oh and nothing was missing. I don't get that very often!

Me and some friends pulled up to the drive thru at 2:57am. This Wendy's location closes at 3am the majority of fast food places close early but not here! They stuck to their word. Eric took our order and he was as enthusiastic as you’d expect him to be at 12am. Ralph took care of us at the window and did an outstanding job providing us his services and adding to the friendly and honest atmosphere of Wendy's.

We stopped in here with a group of 10 at a busy time of day. The staff kept our orders straight, were very quick, and our meals were great! There was a fellow constantly going around cleaning, wiping, taking out trash. It was a very clean restaurant and all the employees we encountered were friendly and professional. Kudos!!!

I have to give this Wendy's a good rating they are quick and efficient and the food is always warm. The staff are super friendly and know their repeat customers and take their time to memorize their orders. Parking lot can be difficult to pull out of when your going left but if you go right and pull into right aid there is a back street that loops you back to right where you need to be to take a left. Very clean fast food joint!

After eating at this Wendy's in Glens Falls I am impressed. Hadn't had Wendy's in awhile and this was a great experience. They still have reasonable prices (unlike McDonald's, Five Guys et al) and excellent food. This restaurant was very clean, and staff was awesome, cranking out food rapid fire. Baked potatoes are so good and can be swapped in on any value meal instead of fries. Burgers were solid, and my kids liked the nuggets more than McDonalds or Burger King. Really good experience.

My hiking buddies and I have made it a tradition to get Wendy's every time we finish hiking. This is our go-to spot, and we couldn't be happier. The food is always delicious and hot. The staff are amazing. A big shout out to the employee with red hair. Their positive attitude is always great!

Service was good at the counter getting the food took a little longer than expected but the counter-girl was awesome very attentive and double and triple check my order food was Wendy's you know what you're getting if you've ever eaten there but it's always been very consistent

Everytime I edit my order pay the difference they still get it wrong. My kids love their cheese and they forget it every time.

Wendy's is a well-organized restaurant that usually has very big crowds of people around lunch time. A little slow but food is on point every time.

It's my go to place for a quick burger, like you know what to expect when you order something called a baconator. While the building updated, the parking lot is on the small side and the drive through suffers when it gets backed up to the road.

Made a late stop with my son after his appt. He needed to get something not upsetting to his system. Drive thru only open, short line this time. He got a chicken sandwich & baked potato. I love & got the spicy chicken sandwich. Always good food and service and atmosphere.

Not too many booths and some of the booths are in need of repairs. Food is good and fast. Pretty clean when we where here. It has been remodeled fairly recently for a new clean more upscale look than the past.

Wendys has the best burgers 🍔 and salads 🥗 for any fast food place I've been to around here. I LOVE the lemonade and am so happy they offer that because I do not drink soda or the sugary fruit punch other places have. I hope they never stop selling that.... they'd be making a huge mistake. The fact that use pretzel buns .. definitely something that sells also. Delicious.

We just stopped for a quick bite, and the food was good, same as any Wendy’s, but the Frosty-ccino was bitter. Had to ask for extra cream to sweeten it up a bit. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and our food was out quickly.

This Wendys is well run and maintained. The staff is friendly and they keep the premises very clean. The food is ok too. Be careful where you park, the drive thru line frequently backs up and if you park on the right side you may get blocked in. There is plenty of parking available on the left side.

My main problem with THIS location is if you order online or delivery...the staff makes dashers get the customers drinks which is definitely against wendys policy and against the health department policy! You know darn well men aren't washing their hands ..so if you like their dirty fingers in your drink...you got that here! Online orders mean you avoid the wait...nope...not here! You are going to wait a half hour just like everyone else who didn't order online...so don't waste your time...poor management...poor staff...poor organization...unfortunately it's the only wendys in town..so you have to deal with it if you want their food...

When the food and service is good, this place is excellent. When the food and service is bad, I get food poisoning. We recently got burgers from here and they were not cooked all the way through, and this has happened a couple times in the past. I can't say don't go here, because when theyre good theyre good, and when theyre bad, theyre bad. Eat at your own risk.

Wendy's is a place where if you need somewhere to eat...its something, problem is line for the drive thru is AWFUL. Its huge it goes out to the street. Historically, ordering here has been difficult because even with the most specific instructions you can give for a very basic burger that just involves the burger, buns, and one topping, you'd still have to go inside and get it remade because it wouldn't be made like you asked for, and sometimes have to battle with staff. Ever since using the mobile ordering feature through the app, this has been a really great experience that I'd say is worth it. I like Wendy's, and now I like ordering from here too, lol. Not that you won't still have to go inside and explain your order 8 times to someone as you watch them make something totally different than what you ordered every now and then, but it's at least less frequent, and you can't be blamed for their mistakes when even the receipt shows exactly what you ordered. I've come here for a long time, and the employees working here these days have been pretty kind and friendly in my experience, so that's also great, I really enjoy that, rather than the sort of vibe that many former workers had. Recently, however, it seems like they've disabled mobile ordering at this location, and if you try to order anything at all, you'll get a server side error, and the code it gives is one that either points to their system being down, or to mobile ordering being disabled. It's been about a week now, and so I'm starting to think it's probably intentional, which is really unfortunate, because I could really go for one of their burgers right now lol. Easily a 4 or 5 star if they can get that back up. To update this review: about a day after posting this, there's no longer an error code when trying to order from here, just a universal error. This happens through the website and the app, and all other stores nearby work just fine, so I think that this confirms my suspicions of the restaurant manually shutting off their mobile ordering. I don't think the timing is a coincidence. To further update this post, the service has been down for 2 weeks now. No sign of it coming back up. If you want to order here, prepare to be in line for 30 minutes or so.

It was pretty chaotic as expected for dinnertime. But it was borderline stressful wondering when you would be able to even order. I ordered on a kiosk and paid with my card, which expedited the process a little, which I was happy for. Kind of startling that not one person working had on a pair of gloves, however. Regardless, none of these factors will influence if I get Wendy's, or this Wendy's, in the future because I love the food so much lol.

disappointed the panko fish is seasonal, it's all i wanted, so settled for baconator son. looks like I'll only want Wendy's when the fish comes back. otherwise it was average. meat was super dry, needed ketchup or dressing. fries are the best anywhere. I'll try the chicken ranch as a last resort & see how that is.

Wendy's is usually one of my favorite places to get some quick food, I ordered 2 large fries today and got home to discover they only gave me one and it was barely even half full, so that was super annoying.

The line for drive-thru was by the near Entrance Sign. We thought rather wait in line let's order online, and I regret my decision. We ordered 4 Sandwiches all off them were half cook they didn't Evan make it right. I understand that it was busy time but giving out half cook food that's just nasty.

Its kinda sad, and rather disgusting and off putting when your in line at the drive through and yous ee an employee come out back and start smoking. To each their own but you should not be in the back where everyone can see you, it makes you ask questions like did you wash your hands, are you breathing your disgusting stinky breath all over my food..

Buyer/Parents BEWARE, My son got chicken nuggets and almost choked on a 1 inch bone inside of one of his BONLESS chicken nuggets. This bone looked just like a leg bone of a much much smaller chicken. I contacted the dm, he immediately refunded my money for the meal, but my whole intentions of contacting anyone was to try and have "Chicken May Contain Bones" put on every menu of theirs selling chicken. This did only happen the one time, but had my son actually choked or even worse, is just terrifying to even imagine. So as a parent I urge all parents and others to order knowing that this could happen to you. BEWARE and supervise your children if you do choose the nuggets.

Food is what you’d expect but the service is AWFUL. 11:30pm and the drive through line is in the street. They have a pickup window but it’s ONLY for door dash. If you have a mobile order even if it’s already paid you have to wait in the super long drive through line. They constantly advertise that they are hiring yet no one can every meet with the manager. And or they promise employment then call off people 45 minutes before they are do to arrive for orientation. Then if you ask to speak to someone about it they have you wait over an hour before they tell you they can't talk. It's pretty obvious why there is only one in the area and it constantly needs to be staffed. I refuse to patron this establishment due to poor management and customer service.

I was getting my tire repaired across the street so I walked over to Wendy's for some take-out breakfast. Door was locked. So I called and asked if there was any way I could get served. 45 minutes for the wrong drive thru order, missing two items. My husband goes inside they say 10 more minutes. Offered absolutely nothing for the wait or errors. Totally understand the world is short staffed, we werent frustrated by the drive thru wait time as the line was long and some wait expected. But 45 minutes, the wrong order, and then no compensation is ridiculous. Took 20 minutes to get the refund for the item they said would take 10 minutes to cook. Very frustrating

I know that finding employees willing to work fast food is tough right now. However, some people are just not cut out for customer service. The young woman working the drive-through at 7:55 AM on 06/11/2021 should be relegated to a position with no human interaction. One of the rudest encounters I can remember. We left without purchasing our order.

My coworkers and I ordered some chicken nuggets, burgers and fries for our lunchtime. When we went to pick up our order by the time we got back we had opened it up and were shocked. We found about a half inch corse black hair similar to a peubic hair. Ofcorse we immediately called and told them we will not be eating this and want a full refund. They were sorry and told us to come back with the card used to pay. Upon getting there they had no recollection of the call we made about 15 minutes prior. The woman working the window was nice and tried to get here manager over to conduct the refund. The manager on duty was slamming stuff and through what appeared to be a tantrum. Refusing to refund the entirety of the meal. I'm really comfused but if you ordered food in a restaurant and found a hair would you eat any of the other food? In short we were refunded $5 for a $27 purchase after she told us to bring the card used to purchase but recieved less than1/5th of it in cash. We will not be returning and we are considering reporting this to a health code regulator. Do not order from this establishment.

Went to wendys because they are one of the better places to eat fast food in Queensbury. Got home took my fries out of the bag and there was hair in my French fries. Absolutely disgusting will not be going back and the rest of the fast food places are just as bad unfortunately.

Purchased two breakfasts through the self-checkout. The total for the meals was 16.28. I gave my daughter the money in cash, and the person at the cash register charged her 19.28. My daughter is very shy and she didn't say anything. She didn't tell me anything until afterward.

Staff is EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude. i called them trying to order some grub and they called me “caiden slack” or something and proceeded to not take my order. if you have a rumble in your tummy, never ever come to this establishment. Food is fine, but over the past 2 months all 3 of my orders were wrong. Every time I got a 10 piece, there was 8 then 9 the. 9 again….as well as my Dr Pepper was a Coke. Ordered a cookie as well and didn’t receive it as well. I ask for my meals to be small and the guy taking my order upsells and puts medium down. Called and spoke to the “manager”, she basically dismissed everything like no big deal and didn’t even take accountability for the actions of the staff. Got told “we aren’t going to sit here and count every item.” Last I checked you are a service where I am suppose to get 10 in my 10 piece. It is 100% the guys fault taking the order as well as the staff for not ensuring everyone is getting what they ordered out the window. I know that this is happening to 50-100 people a day here, DONT GO HERE. Not to degrade anyone but I see why these people can’t even get a fast food job right…keep putting the fries is the bag buddy.

I would give below a star. I broke a tooth on a piece of bone the manager put in writing. Now look like a piece of equipment and not taking responsibility ability for the tooth damaged or the bill to fix it. Happened in MayUnreal. Beware, eating there you may become injured. Here we are in August, Wendy sends you to their third party, instead of taking care of thr injury party. I hope this doesn't happen to your child, who loves chicken nuggets. The child will have a broken tooth or possibly choke a more serious injury due to objects in Wendy's food

We went at 9:15 this evening (04/05/25) and received 2 wrong burgers and the buns on them are HARD. Can not even cut it apart so I'm glad I didn't just bite it. Went to do the online survey with a QR code, entered my exact receipt information that was asked and the website popped up with an error saying I can't continue the survey with the information I provided. WHY PUT A SURVEY ON A RECIEPT IF PEOPLE CAN'T USE IT??! I wish I went with my first choice (TacoBell) but we accidentally passed it by and I didn't want to turn around. Never again.

Never have had an issue before today and am not one that would typically write a review but I’m a bit shocked. I had to deal with Kristy at the counter and she made it seem like everything I was saying and doing was wrong and was raising her voice with every sentence. Everyone else seemed fine there but Kristy was absolutely miserable

I waited in line for 45 minutes to complete two orders and order food for myself before I go home for the evening after working an 18 hour day and they couldn’t be bothered to put a sign out to say they were closed or anything. And if you tried to call the line was busy but they’re all inside and when you drive up to the window they won’t even say anything that’s wrong at least put out a sign. And turn your tablet off

Ordered my sandwich without mayonnaise and wrapped in lettuce because I am allergic to mayonnaise and gluten. My sandwich came smothered in mayonnaise on a bun. What’s the purpose of the app if the order cannot be completed correctly? Are you trying to kill me?
