The worker gave me back extra change. She walked away. I had to give it to another employee. Then she got mad at her coworkers and cussed loudly enough to hear.

I really like this McDonald’s overall. All the employees are friendly and provide fast service every time. However, since they added the play place, the kids’ area has not been well maintained. The tables are consistently dirty, and on my most recent visit there was a section of four tables by the window infested with flying termites, including the tables, benches, and floor. I understand that some issues are out of their control, but that area should have been taped off until it was handled. I placed my belongings down to order and came back to termites on my diaper bag. I brought it up to an employee, but nothing was done. Everything about this location is great except the cleanliness of the kids’ area.

Morning crew is horrible. I stood at the register for 10 minutes workers looking at me and never came to take my order. Even with me saying can someone come to my order. I left without getting to order breakfast.

Do not order from this McDonald’s Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable and when you call the store and try to speak to the manager, they hang up on you. It is ridiculous that it is such a small town. The only restaurant open to get anything to eat is a Whataburger and then they changed their hours to close by 10 o’clock in the evening due to weather. It’s truly sad when people can’t even get a bite to eat even though you paid online and now have to wait 1 to 7 business days to get a refund I definitely will not be using this restaurant anymore

I came through the drive thru on January 10 at 9:40pm and your employees are on the phone while serving me. Literally having one of them go get Starbucks and passing their drinks and cash through the window while I am still here waiting for my order. Very unprofessional and bad service, so worried about their Starbucks drinks instead of giving me my order.

we came in and got two frappes and a thing of french fries we got to the window they handed us one frappe and fries and asked us to pull up even though the guy was almost done with the second frappe. we pull up and are waiting and 3 cars pull out from the window behind us and nothing. husband goes in and the second frappe is just sitting g there melting. it’s kinda goofy they gonna have us pull up and wait just for the guy to be almost done with it to begin with. this happens frequently. no one wants a watered down frappe.

Decided to try McDonald's again because my daughter loves it. So on the way home we sit in the drive through in a long line. This was at 1015pm mind you. Get to the intercom and the kid answering tells us they are not taking orders because they have nothing. When we ask why they didn't send someone out to inform the line of cars he said he didn't knw and kept saying they have nothing and also why were the cars in front of us still in line if they were not able to order the person just laughed again and said he didn't know because they have nothing....

Started off with having to tell the girl at the drive through my mobile code 3 times and she was “confused” and mixing up 4 numbers… then tried to order a medium vanilla latte WITH caramel drizzle and substitute the whole milk for cream and you would’ve thought I asked her a rocket science question. So after watching her try to figure that out on the screen for a minute or 2 I told her don’t even worry about it I’ll drink it with the milk. After paying and getting to 2nd window I'm being asked “so you just want a shot of espresso and no milk” so i explain the milk is fine just make it how it comes with the caramel drizzle. To which she says “caramel drizzle is an extra charge” and I said “I know, I will pay for it” that’s why I asked to add it at the speaker… I ended up leaving with a small not medium latte with caramel drizzle but I’m positive I didn’t even get the vanilla syrup.

This is one of the very worst McDonald's I've been in. The service is so slow I had to ask for my money back cause it took them 15 minutes to make a 3 minutes drink. The manger is very disrespectful, has an attitude. I will never again step foot in this store location again. If you're in a hurry don't go to this McDonald's.....🧐😡

They take forever and I get a simple meal and wait about 30 minutes and have nothing but attitude when I get my order and I will never be back to this location and the food taste like shit and they still always get the order wrong

Only gave us 3 sauces for 20 nuggets. Then when I went back in to try to get some more, everyone ignored me and the 1 other person waiting at the counter. When I finally waved someone down, she told me I couldn't have any sauce. I didn't have any cash and they wouldn't run my card for less than a dollar. I had to go dig through my car to find 43 cents. When I came back in, I was ignored aga5.

Don’t even want to give one star. Was there on June 14th 2025 and waited an hour for a 10 piece nugget meal and 2 cheeseburger meal. Was also charged over the amount 2 times. Came in next day after speaking to a manager on the phone and was told he would issue me a refund in cash today. I went back on June 15th to get my money and they stated they couldn’t help. The manager on duty was yelling and raising her voice at me and wouldn’t let me explain the situation and just kept telling me to listen yet this manager wasn’t on duty the night before and was unsure of the situation. Very un professional and will make sure something gets done about this.

Had to go back cause they forgot a small bag a fries. Also a burger I ordered had things I said not to put in it like two thirds of our food was fresh was an ok experience. We went when it wasn't busy. (Edit) Came back food tasted old no one wants to take your order. They want you to use the kiosk and they're talking in the back so you if you need condiments or help you end up waiting there forever. Go to another McDonald's!

We were there on a Friday around 8:00. We sat in the play area with the kids. There were tables not cleaned off and aciple of roaches. One was dying and one was stomped on by another customer. That roach was in the play area for 3 and under. When we notified the staff an individual came in to look but then left never to return. Nothing was cleaned up and the roaches were left where they were.
