Placed a 6am mobile order for a patty melt, large vanilla shake, apple pie, two orders of pancakes & two egg sandwiches and it was the best Whataburger meal(s) I've had in 6+ years! The staff was very friendly to me & the several cars in front of me at the drive thru. The food was hot, accurate to my order & as I said before, delicious. Small town Whataburger's are just somehow "better".

My first experience at Whataburger was great! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious! I had the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger. The fries were hot, fresh, and tasty as well. The strawberry shake was on point. I’ll definitely visit Whataburger again whenever I’m in the area. There are no Whataburgers in Indiana. We definitely need some after my experience.
Delicious burgers, finally got to try Whataburger after hearing about it for years now. They don't have this chain in Kentucky where I'm from so naturally once I got to Texas, my friend insisted on us going for me to try Whataburger and I'll say I was duly impressed with the food and the service. Atmosphere was a bit quiet and down when we were there but that's likely because it was very very late at night.
super super super slow over prices but prices so include tax and all so the price u see is the total price it rings up. good food n shakes thou awesome for the hours it's available for sure,
Good Food but Slow, even by Whataburger Standards and Often Inaccurate... There are good Whataburger locations and there are bad ones, the Quinlan Whataburger falls somewhere inbetween. The food has always been good. I’ve stopped at this location many times over the past year and food taste and quality have always been consistently good. But this location has some issues to beware of! 1. Order accuracy isn’t always that great. I’d say about 30% of the time my order isn’t correct. Everything from forgetting an item to completely giving us the wrong food, it happens way more often than it should. 2. They are really S L O O O O O O W I mean, all Whataburgers are a little slow. But this location can sometimes take 30 minutes or more to get through. It’s not always this way, but again, it happens way more than it should. 3. Customer service can be really awful sometimes Sometimes the employees can just be rude or just seem not to care at all. It can be super frustrating. BUT - other times they have people working that are amazing and courteous and attentive. It’s kinda a mixed bag, but leans more on the good side that the terrible most times. If you’re hungry, this is a great place to stop in Quinlan simply because the food quality is good and always consistent (Food quality has always been an issue at fast food places in Quinlan in the past). Just know that you might not get your fries or you may be waiting a while only to be served by someone who doesn’t really seem to care about their job.
Ordered on the app New Years morning. Said the order would be ready to pickup at 3:56 am. We got there drove straight in (no one was in the drive thru). Did not get our order until 4:15 am.
Service by Tracee P. was rude in nature. I clearly mis-spoke on order when given but instead of trying to resolve to correct what we wanted, she went on defense to justify her order placed. Wanted biscuit and gravy but got sausage biscuits. If she had repeated the order back to me I may have caught my error. By the way the biscuit and sausage was tasty.
Ordered two Whataburger juniors one was correct, but the bun was hard and the other one was incorrect. We ordered shakes one was correct, other was incorrect. It would be nice to come here just once and have our order correct and fresh.
I ordered the apple cranberry salad and they gave me a Cobb salad. It would be one thing this was the first time but it seems to happen every time I come here.
Every time we go to this location. Everytime our order is wrong. No one upfront to take order. Finally they came up. It took 20 min for us to get our food and then they corrected the order but why this location is always in a mess with getting orders out. Ugh
Relativity new Whataburger, seems to still have some kinks to work out with getting orders wrong, but that comes with time I guess. What can I say bad about the food itself? Nothing, same for years and always will be. They actually have some pretty good salads too! UPDATE: I have given this Whataburger NUMEROUS times and tries to get my order right but after SIX attempts in a row to have them get it right or hot. There is always something wrong with my order. Today I went inside to give them the benefit of a doubt, only to be served a cold, soggy, sloppy mess that is not indicative of a Whataburger. 15 minutes in the restaurant with no one else in there, I was served COLD French fries, a soggy cold burger. Last time in the drive through I was given a completely wrong order. The time before that was the order was the right number but everything on it was wrong. I am one unhappy camper. Not the Whataburger restaurant I’m accustomed to🤬
I been to this location a few times But this time I’m furious Due to the fact I order 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and fries Lmao!!!! Serious I got 2 single patties with soggy , cracking buns and after I was told that the fries are going to be fresh … Maury could come out of retirement to tell you that was LIE!!!! and the fries came out cold (as usually) !!!!! I have no idea what is going on. But I rather go make the trip to rockwall (30mins away) to get whataburger than spend my money at a place that cant get an order right …. Disappointed in every way
Only one helping us was Gladys the older lady everyone else was rude it was dirty before the lady started cleaning up and the kids just stood around never in my 50 years have I ever seen such an un professional place my burger fell apart and it was soggy and the girl who brought the food out didn’t bring the ranch I already paid for and then made me pay again for them
Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for 3 meals! My husband and I ordered the same meal but he had. no pickles and onion and they couldn’t even label that correctly! The girl at the window was very rude! Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, will pass up this Whataburger location every time!! Absolutely not going back!!!
Food took way longer than it should have (30+ mins for a #1) multiple people ordering after I got their food and my whole group was completely done eating by the time I got my food learn to cook and do your job in a time efficient manner kinda defeats the purpose of a fast food
Tried to order thru the drive though today. Waited in line for 15 minutes and was told they would have to remake my order. Where my original order went who knows.Told them I wanted my money back, which was14.77. They gave me 13.00 first, I reminded you them it was 14.77. They threw another dollar at me and, when I ask for the 77 cents. That confused the heck out of them. Needless to say I will not be going back. This is not my first bad experience with this whataburger.
Not only once but twice messed up a simple number one and was cold both times needs new management ask for cheese to SMH
(RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH) 7/13/25 11:00pm Hey guys If you are looking for a place that serves medium rare chicken sandwiches I would recommend this location. No but seriously, took about 3 bites before I realized it was a little chewy to look and discover it was pretty much completely raw. I promptly came back and was given a refund and a $20 gift card for additional compensation. Honestly don’t feel like that’s enough for poisoning me. Ended my night making myself throw up what I had ate. I’ve been to this location twice since I’ve lived close by and both times been extremely displeased with the food. Decided to leave this review after seeing the other many recent bad reviews, obviously something is going wrong at this location and hopefully this gets someone’s attention to hold responsible parties accountable. Lady at the window told me the person who pulled the chicken name is Austin.
I came through the drive thru this afternoon with my mom. We pulled up in two separate cars, but she ended up paying for my meal. My mom was very upset because she had to repeat her order 2-3 times for them to finally ring it up correctly. Mind you, me and her are the only people in the drive thru. My turn rolled around, and I asked for an avocado bacon burger, dry. The lady taking my order was very rude, and made me feel like an inconvenience for ordering. Once I got home (which is 20 mins away) My mom’s burger is wrong, and my avocado bacon burger still had sauces on it, and one strip of bacon and barely any avocado. Terrible service and terrible food. Please do better…
During my visit, I was very disappointed. I came after an event and there was a few people, so I expected a wait. Unfortunately, I did not expect a wait of over an hour for a burger and cookie. As soon as I went into the restaurant, employees seemed to be doing nothing with one even standing in the lobby on their phone. This is completely unacceptable and I hope that this does not happen again in the future. I understand that times may be hard with understaffing, but with everything that happened tonight, I will not be coming back. You just lost a loyal customer.
DON'T EAT HERE!! I am disgusted with this Whataburger! The lines are long, the employees are rude, and incompetent! The wait time gets worse and the food gets nastier! My husband went up tonight to grab dinner and not only did the emloyees let the cup holder sit in liquid which caused the bottom to fall out and one of our drinks dumped all over the car, but the gravy was nasty thick and super salty. There is not much in this area so you think people would want to do their best to serve their community! The inside of this location is always dirty! We will not be getting food from this location anytime soon! It is super disappointing that corporate would allow this to keep going!
