Ah, a tour agency took me to that place and I really recommend the buffet, the food is delicious (the cochinita pibil tacos are highly recommended). The staff is very friendly, they serve you everything you ask for and also give you recommendations.

The place was nice and the souvenirs were very pretty, but it's not a spot that I'd go looking for overall. It is very deep off the beaten path so if you are planning to come here plan accordingly. The atmosphere is very calm but the ambiance is not incredible.

This is the place the tour guides take you to. The business is a family affair. The service is very nice, but when it comes to the food, I honestly didn't like it. The spaghetti is too sweet, the rice is a bit mushy, and the chicken pibil wasn't cooked properly.

They tell you about the buffet. They only give you two tacos at a time with a couple of cochinita beans, but they also come with two tortillas. The rest of the buffet isn't worth it. The souvenir shop is extremely expensive; you're angry that they'll try to make fun of you. 60 pesos for a Coke.

We thought we'd found an authentic place with typical local food, but the buffet was rather bland. With the arrival of an organized group of hikers, we realized we were in a very touristy place. The bill exceeded European standards, and they even expected a tip. For four people, we spent 1,470 pesos (€75.73) for four boring dishes, three waters, and one beer. Not recommended!

We came to this restaurant through the tour operator "Magical Places" after a tour of Tulum and Casa Tortuga. The food tasted good, but the drinks were excessively expensive—a typical place trying to rip off tourists, regardless of whether they're Mexican or foreign. The buffet restaurants on the Chichen Itza tours are much better. If you can avoid this stop, do so.

The food and service were a disaster. The people from Lugares Mágicos and Chilango Caribeño Tours took us there after visiting Tulum, and they just wanted to rip us off. If you can, avoid going there!

We were taken there as part of a tour we booked. The "buffet" was awful; it only had about seven dishes, and everything was counted. Their so-called salad was extremely expensive. If I weren't at Rosa Negra, a beer would be 90 pesos, bottled water 60, flavored water 80, and a glass of red wine 160 pesos. It's outrageous! The food was tasteless. The only good thing was the habanero salsa. I would never go back on my own.
