I visited Dairy Queen and had a fantastic experience. The place is clean and tidy, which made the visit even more pleasant. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly and attentive. Their cakes are really good, and the Blizzards are especially refreshing, particularly during the summer heat. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

New to the area and happy to see one of these locations. Not a ton of food options which was a bummer but could be happier with the amount of soft serve options! Friendly staff, clean location, no indoor seating at this time. Parking is easy.

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Kevin’s exceptional customer service! Not only was Kevin — along with the rest of the team — handling a steady stream of customers with impressive speed and efficiency, but he did so with genuine kindness and a clear focus on creating a great experience for everyone. Kevin took such thoughtful care in making my family’s two sundaes and cone that it honestly brought me back to my own childhood — that simple happiness and delight in a cup. The attention to detail, the warm demeanor, and the way he made us feel like valued guests truly stood out. Let me start this review by saying the staff was exceptionally courteous. Even on a busy Sunday night I was greeted and had my order taken promptly. The cashier recommended an orange cream shake based on what I said I was in the mood for and it was spot on. Super delicious 🙌. I’ve been to many Dairy Queens and this is the first I felt the need to write a review for. I love seeing staff with passion that go above and beyond. I especially appreciate their effort given they are likely making minimum wage. I had a genuinely good experience that even sit-down restaurants can struggle to replicate, let alone an ice cream shop. 10/10

Dairy Queen is my son’s favorite ice-cream. It was our first time at this location and i liked how clean it was and smelled. Staff were friendly and our ice-cream came out fast and it was delicious. It was my first time trying the moo coffee shake and it was the best!

Love our local DQ. Staff are always friendly. The blizzards are our favorites. Just wish they'd get over the Covid era practice of blocking access to indoor seating. It's over people.

Every time I have gone to this Dairy Queen, the workers have been very courtesy and attentive. It's refreshing having the teenagers and young adults working here (as they need to start out somewhere), and they do a great job. Ice cream sundae and root beer float were delicious. Keep up the good work!

The banana split was super. Had chocolate, strawberry, pineapple and banana. Possible to alter the toppings. Location seems fairly busy prepare for a line. Staff is very friendly.

I have been taking my grandkids for an ice cream every Wednesday after school since August. I give this 3 stars because my grandkids like the ice cream and the gentleman who helps us is always pleasant and efficient. However, the tables and chairs inside have been pushed up against the windows out of use this whole time. The bathroom has been non functioning as well. It is what it is. We just sit outside to enjoy the ice cream. Today, my 4 grandkids were waiting by the the tables for their ice cream to be prepared, as we have always done. They were talking and laughing, probably touched the tables while they waited. The 20ish manager comes out and requests the kids wait outside because she didn't want them "touching " the tables. Granted, they were not sitting or laying on them, they were merely touching them as they waited. I'm not sure how DQ operates a food establishment with all these restrictions. I will gladly request a chlorox wipe and wipe down the table that that was accidentally touched and never used next time.

Our blizzards were delicious and hit the spot 😋 However it would of been nice to have the person behind the counter be a little more personable with customers. Maybe she is kind of shy don't know seemed like she didn't want to be there 🤔

My blizzard was awesome. Staff not so much. I understand they are kids but they talk too much to each other instead of the customers and actually doing their job. I sat for way too long with 4 employees in shift for 1 item. They didnt know which orders were still open so they ignored them for a while. The food is good and mostly cheap. Just wish staff was a little more on top of it

You're better off going somewhere else for better tasting ice cream at a reasonable price. The wait isn't worth it. Take a good look at the work space and the floor in that place. That's what your ice cream probably tastes like. It's not appetizing.

(1 med dip cone and 1 med vanilla cone) Then another customer came and they too place an order. (1cherry dip cone). What was disturbing was the fact the server served the gentleman after us first. I'm praying that it wasn't a racial move because they were of the same nationality. This must not be tolerated. To the manager pull the camera footage. Please

The ad going around online shows all these unavailable flavors and this location is privately owned they are charging $1.00 for a regular vanilla cone. Extra charge if you want it dipped and they will only use Cherry or Chocolate......👎🤬 NOT signs on the windows or doors with any info about it. They are taking advantage of customers who have waited expecting free ice cream with kids so by the time tou get to the register, most people are just paying and settling. That's shady bad business and a bad look for Dairy Queen #freecone #DairyQueen

This was the worst experience ever at a Dairy Queen!!!!! I was there around 5:30-6pm 10/10/25... the bathroom was "not working" my blizzard was runny could not sit inside and the table outside almost fell over!!! Caleb the employee was rude and could see i am disabled!!!!! I have cerebral palsy and it is very obvious when I walked in to order, and even though there were several signs saying we are happy to assist...no help was offered what so ever!!! The tables inside were stacked against the wall with caution tape? The table outside almost fell over when i put my food on it!!! they made the Choco strawberry blizzard before the chili dog and stuck it in a little fridge behind the counter, so when I went to eat it was runny and they never turned it upside down either because it was runny I suppose?!!!! I usually go to the dairy queen on mission in Montclair, but I wanted to try another location, so we even drove further from our home in Ontario...big mistake!!!! This picture was in another review , but this was exactly how it looked when we walked in, they just don't want to clean up or do any extra work, same with the bathroom I’m sure!!!! That is a definite ADA violation to not allow disabled person(or any) customers to use the bathroom!!! I was going to go back in and really let them have a piece of my mind, but I was so disgusted we just left and will never return!!!!!! the worst experience/service on every level!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a peanut buster parfait. 2 workers were just cleaning and ignored me when I walked in. I was the only customer. No "hello" or greetings of any sort. Tall skinny guy just waited for me to tell him what I wanted. He didn't even make my order correctly and just put the cup on the counter and walked away saying nothing. Whoever owns this place. Please read your reviews and do something about it.
