I think it goes without saying that In-N-Out Burger is by far the best value quality taste service experience that you can get at a fast food restaurant on top of that their cleanliness is on par with the NASA JPL.

If you're not from here, you're missing out. The juiciest burger in the fast food market at a great price. No one can compete. You know the burgers you see in ads? The big juicy ones? That's every order I have at this place. Recommendation: add Animal Style to everything you can, it somehow makes it better. Can't recommend enough.

Great as always! I use to work here, and I know so many friends who refuse to eat at their old places of employment, but when it comes to In N Out that is definitely not the case! They are providing the freshest, highest quality foods and services, in a spotless, sparkling, environment, where I felt like I was the most important asset!😉

Took my daughter while my girlfriend had her Dr appointment. Line moved quickly and we recieved our food fast as well! Emma was very helpful assisting guests in the sitting area with anything they needed. She refilled drinks, got orders and brought them to the table, cleaned, and took trash. She was very nice and friendly as well! Thank you Emma!

I would say that the service and atmosphere is the best in the industry. I'm gonna get struck down for this, but the fries are not the best thing ever. I have a hard time getting how fries that don't taste blah? I love the food. Don't get me wrong, amazing! But I'm a protein style whole grilled onion and large chocolate shake kind a gal. I'll usually skip fries. But please, don't take my preference to not get the fries. They are good and a lot of people love them. 😁

Great food consistently. Dislocation had a nice outdoor covered seating with several tables. You have both a drive-up window and a window you can go up and order at. Would definitely come back here again.

Best restaurant that exists I’m from the Midwest and we don’t have this kind of place and I absolutely love eating here every time I visit the West Coast I love Internet and I will always eat here every time I come to the West Coast. I love all nice everybody is in the restaurant and I love the 50s type design in the retro paintings the whole place. It’s just a nice cool vibe and I love spending my time there and eating and I don’t care what anybody says. In-N-Out is the best place to eat. I love your cheeseburgers they are so delicious. I love you in and out forever. You were in my dreams.

What can I say this place is a staple of Southern California. The food has remained the same taste and quality. The recently rerouted the way to get in the drive through and it's kind of a pain. So be careful of where you park. You might get trapped for a few minutes.

Classic and affordable In n Out is always a go-to. Even on my keto diet I can still have a protein burger and it hits the spot! Always a LONG drive thru line...but definitely worth the wait!

I’ve been SoCal for 10 years now and have eaten at many In n Out’s around the state. I will say this is best burger I have had at any In n Out. I ordered two flying Dutchman with extra crispy fries. Both were cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly. The location is spotless inside and outside. Even the bathrooms are Impeccably clean. Next time I’m in the area, I’m definitely stopping by. A+

I don't know I usually have a good time at in and out and I only went through the drive through this time but the guy taking the order he didn't seem like a bad guy or anything but he kind of seemed depressed we're not happy with being at work at that moment. This location is close to our house, amd we come here often. We prefer to eat in because I don't like the drive-thru. The food is always good but some days better than normal, and its almost always clean inside. The employees are very polite, hard working, and respectful.

I was nearby for a doctors appointment and decided to have lunch here with family. The parking lot is a bit small but a lot of seating when I went. At least in this place, they give us plastic knife and fork to use. The other in-n-out didn't. The flying dutchman is what I ordered and it is always yummy. I wanted roadkill fries though but the cashier didn't know what it was even though it was on the secret menu. Other than that, I would eat here again. Just small parking and the parking was almost filled up.

My first time at In-n-out, I have to admit for fast food under $6 for a burger, fries, and drink, absolutely the best value, the onion and lettuce were fresh and crisp, I had mine with lettuce, but the buns looked great, and are made without any additives. Hey manager you should really put it in a work order to have your water dispense fixed on the drink station. It takes like 2 minutes to fill up a cup . Going through the drive-in isn't exactly an atmosphere. The food combined with the service..... balances on how well they listen to me when I order. This was the first time I had ordered the onion wrapped flying Dutchman. It wasnt my favorite choice. That's not on them. What I didn't like was the fact that it was super salty. I LOVE In-n-out & I am a faithful fan. However, this location (8955 Foothill Blvd, R.C 91730) has been a constant disappointment with their fries. Does anyone know if ordering light well fries is a thing? I like the fries, lightly crisp and soft in the middle (like they normally make it). I asked upon ordering for fresh fries. Sometimes, the request is typed on my receipt, sometimes not. I am not sure if it's because of the wait time (which usually pushes through quick) or the timing in the kitchen to drop fries is not lining up with burgers, but something is definitely off. My fries are barely warm when I pick them up at the drive-thru window. I hope this will be fixed soon. This location is less than 1 mile from my house. With the Vineyard location closed, my only option is to drive out of the way to the Campus site. Oh, on a brighter note, the yellow peppers are back!!!

Always very busy, I had to circle the black to get into the only entrance they had, very confusing with the cones since they only want you coming in a certain direction. Line moved quickly. I've been going to this In N Out for many years and up until the last couple of months, I would have given it 5 stars. The food was always really fresh. The last few times, the fries have been greasy, the burger barely warm and today my burger was dry with no sauce on it. I don't know if there is new management or what, but I've noticed a definite decline. The employees are still really nice and friendly, but the food is not up to their usual standard. I hope it is only temporary.

Soo sometimes I know the bread gets old and I'm sure they're told to to put it on the grill a little bit longer so my burger bread wasn't fresh. And their pretty stingy with their fries. I usually go to my location on Vineyard and G but their remodeling. I'll stop by again and see if it's better.

I give it a five but in reality when it comes down to it I love their food. But lately the one over here off of Vineyard has been giving me bubble guts towards the end of the burger it gets really soggy for some odd reason and it's kind of gross so I don't even finish it and I feel like it's a waste of money I never used to be like that. Food quality is very inconsistent at this location. Fries will sometimes be all crumbs. Burgers will be slapped together. At least the drinks are good lol. My least favorite in n out but sadly the closest to me.

June 16th. My husband and I came to this in and out burger for the first time. At about 11:00 a.m. And we both ordered number ones. Unfortunately my food was overly salty. Have never experienced that much salt at an In-N-Out Burger before. So had to wind up throwing it away. And had to order another one. I did tell Olivia at the front, about the problem. So I did wind up buying another double double. Will definitely not be at this location at all again. Have never had trouble at the In-N-Out at Upland.

On the weekends the have armed guards yeah you feel safe but not very comfortable lol 🤣 the security is very nice so I guess more safe vibes. They messed up my food only twice ever and they fixed the problem. But some employees may give push-back if you don’t have a recipe

I had a $10 gift card and got a cheeseburger, fries, and a hot chocolate with 40 cents left. The indoor seating is bright and fun. Lots of windows providing natural light and formed table and seats to provide easy to clean surfaces. The staff were quick to clean tables when patrons finished their food and left. The overall flavor of my burger was good, but the bun was over-grilled/burnt around the edges and hard. The fries seemed slightly under-cooked. The hot chocolate was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

On vacation in October, I had a double cheese burger "animal style" and fries, also "animal style". Burger was a 6/10. Similar to Five Guys. The fries are the worst, pasty, cold and unseasoned fries in the business, and having them "animal style" did not help them at all. Picked a few off the top and threw the rest out, as we walked out. It's a shame, as it was well recommended by a trusted friend. Maybe it's just poor quality at this location. Not sure. Won't be back.

My burger was raw on 1 side. After I requested it be "well done!"

Restroom was terribly dirty. My food sat on counter, I had to ask for the attendant to get it for me. No one in line when we got there, food had to have sat for a while. There was a person cleaning front eating area, hust no one checked Restroom.

Parking is limited and difficult to navigate. Inside was crowded even for an In & Out. Our order # was passed by 6 others, so another member of our party went up to the counter to check on our order. Burger patties were undercooked and still pink on the inside. Ordered well done fries but they came out as the standard kinda soggy ones instead of extra crispy. Drive thru looked more promising, that line wraps around the whole building. Maybe drive thru experience is better? Staff was polite, tho they looked overworked & understaffed. There are only 2 restrooms, so the wait was long.

Normally, this location gets no less than a 4⭐️, & usually a 5⭐️ … Tonight, tho, it was Very Disappointing. Drive Thru Staff was Amazing—Dexter wrote out my order correctly, was extremely pleasant & patient with me, lol. Melanie was Quite Helpful, Extremely Pleasant, as was Nyla… I only wish the food was equally as pleasant. I ordered No Salt on meat & fries … (and ticket very clearly said so…). I think one of the staff may have grabbed the wrong order because both my burger & fries were so salty I, literally, couldn’t eat either. So salty that it burned my tongue. Sadly, I wasted $12+ —even my cat wouldn’t taste the meat because of all the salt… 🥺

No room if you dont know how to drive dont go park and walk but then that is dangerous because alot of cars go in and out would suck to got to hospital just for a burger

The service attitude is good, The burger is delicious.But drive thru turning position is very narrow in every store, I almost hit the front of the car when buying food a few times. Today I bought a Dobule Dubule combo, two cheeseburgers and an animal fries at In-N-Out. Because I couldn’t see the meat in the Dobule Dubule burger, I went back to the store and asked if the wrong meal was sent to me. , but when I arrived, the clerk put on gloves and opened the bread to reveal the meat inside. This move was to prove to me that there were two "meat patties" inside. It was very interesting 🤦‍♀️, I have never eaten such mini meat Hamburgers, ironic. In-N-Out's product portions are much thin, smaller than before. I understand the price increase, but they have adjusted the prices already. The current portions are even smaller than the original ones. This is not reasonable. I think they are deceiving customers. , unfair to customers. I believe that many customers come here because the hamburgers are delicious and reasonably priced. But now that the prices have increased and the portions are small, I guess many customers have changed their minds because of this.
