Ordered a pizza and bread sticks got three small ones in the bag, cashier was rude not going back.

So first of all I tried to make a delivery order at 9pm they close at 10pm. When I went to check out it said I couldn’t make online orders. So I called right away. When the girl answered she greeted me and then informed me that I would have to come down to the restaurant to place an order and that I couldn’t make a phone or online orders. Then when I was telling her that if I drive down there it will cause my order to take longer because of the 6 min it takes to get to the place. And that it would be faster to just take my order over the phone so they can start it sooner and be done well before closing time. But she hung up on me when I got 3 words out. And honest to god on my kids I was nice I wasn’t mean at all. In fact as dumb as the rule was I found it comical. So I drive there and when I come in they tell me that all I can order is whatever they happen to have in their hot box. And that I couldn’t make a fresh order. I thought this was complete bullshit. The time was 9:15pm they had 45 min to make the order. It take 6-8 min for the pizza to cook on the conveyer. They could have prepared my one pizza in plenty of time and still had time to clean up before closing. I was a chef for 26 years I know how this works. But I had thousands of nights that I had to stay late or cook past closing cause we took orders all the way till closing time. These kids get paid 20$ an hour which is double what I made as a chef back in the day and they are the laziest group of humans I have yet to see. So I was forced to order old food that had been sitting there for who knows how long. I just think it sucks and it’s complete BS. They could have made it.

Placed a pickup order for a classic pepperoni and got home just to see my pizza was still raw…. Not just uncooked, I’m talking raw dough. What the helli, I have no pizza sheet for the oven :(

They gotta rid of the $5 hot n ready which is insane. Nobody is paying $15 for that cardboard pizza. Wife paid $54 for 4 pizzas and bread sticks. Might divorce her now lol

I'm beyond disgusted with what I saw while waiting to order a hot and ready pizza. A male employee could be seen from lobby. He was wearing black clothing and had gage's in his ears and baseball cap. I witnessed him wipe his hands on the butt of his pants grab his phone from his back pocket, type on his screen and then go back to picking up dough and handling with his hands without washing his hands before. I told this to the girl that took my order and she had nothing to say about it. I asked for management name and she told me James. Tild me they dont work the next 2 days and next week schedule not out yet. I am confident this violates all santi-serve rules for handling food. I will be making a report to the health department as well as contacting the manager personally. I will never utilize this food service again.

Just drove 30 minutes to and from here to pick up my order only to realize after taking my first bite when I got home that they made my pizza wrong. Got 2 pizzas 1 - 3meat treat with no sauce and another custom pizza with light sauce. I hate their sauce because they always add to much and they put a bunch of sauce on my no sauce pizza and they also didn't put any sauce on the light sauce pizza. I wouldn't have cared so much if their prices wouldn't have gone through the roof but c'mon $36 for 2 pizzas just for them to be made wrong. Ridiculous.. They wouldn't answer the phone so let's hope corporate responds to the email I sent. Don't think I'll be going there again to be honest, overpriced and can't follow simple directions on custom orders.

If you could at least order through the phone that would be nice. Or to even cancel an order that you don’t want from this crappy place. Just go next door and give them a call sure they’d have a more better greeting than this place does😡

Well we were going to order from here. Went online to place an order but could only make a credit card payment, we wanted to pay cash. We tried calling the store multiple times around 8:00 p.m. and nobody answered after multiple times being sent to an answering system that says the voicemail has not been set up. This was after pressing two on their prompt to speak to a employee to place an order. If they can't answer their phones I guess they don't want our business unfortunately we had to go to a competitor who answered their phone so we didn't have to go wait for a half hour in front of the store. I will update my review when they start answering their phones again and we can place an order.

Should up 35 min before they close and was told I could only get a classic pepperoni or cheese pizza. Didn’t seem interested in wanting my business. Just interested in getting off right at 10 in my opinion. Won’t come back

Every time we order delivery from them I order marinara sauce on the side from their condiment section. I pay a $1.50 for the sauce. They never include it and I have to haggle with Doordash for a refund. At this point it's like their being told not to include it, so they can pocket the money. I would understand if it were free but it's not. I paid for the item and the staff should make sure it goes out with the order!
