Honestly one of the most delicious burgers. I know they're a chain, but they are very good. A little bit expensive for what you get but not anymore than a restaurant. Just a little bit pricey for fast food but the quality is unmatched. My only complaint is that many of the dining room tables were dirty. They could check on the dining room a little bit more often. Ordering from their app is easy. They have kiosk so you can order from. I get the burger without mayonnaise and I'm never disappointed.

Exceeded my expectations. The two of us had the Impossible burger and one with fries and the other Garlic Parmesan fries. One with raw onion and the other grilled onion. Everything was outstanding. Fresh, quality ingredients, clean interior and friendly staff. We’re not vegetarians but like the Impossible which was a great choice. My brother cannot eat beef and found they cook the Impossible on a separate flat top to ensure no cross contamination. Sorry for the bite but I always forget to take a picture until after I’ve started eating. Enjoy!

I'm a big fan of The Habit but don't get to go as often as I used to when I lived in Southern California. I'm currently in Chico and waiting for our location to open. I was able to visit the Redding location yesterday which was probably my fourth time there. The staff was friendly, the presentation was great and the entire order was correct. If we had one complaint it is just that the chicken tenders were a little overcooked and my children are a little more picky. Aside from that, was a great experience and looking forward to The Habit opening near me.

Had lunch here while traveling to mount Shasta, great place to take break from driving and have burger. Tried grilled chicken burger and crispy burger. Redding is place to stay if you are visiting Burney falls and mount Shasta

Habit is one of my favorite burger places! I always get my burger with a lettuce wrap and extra pickles! The pickles are soooo good! Their sweet potato fries are phenomenal with their ranch! They also have really great lemonade, I always make sure to get a refill before I leave!

Not bad for a sandwich/burger joint. I have been traveling through Redding often and have been needing a decent lunch place. I was there on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy, but they got the orders out without much delay. Food tasted fresh (chicken sandwich). Restaurant felt pretty clean (including restrooms). The only negative is that the shopping center it is in, has a fairly large amount of what looks to be addicts/homeless hanging around. This is the second time in a month that I’ve been to this shopping center. First time I had the same observation. If I were a business owner in this center I wouldn’t be too happy about this issue.

We used to enjoy Habit Burger, however we will no longer be going to this establishment. First the switch from Coca-Cola to Pepsi products is a huge factor in weather or not I choose a restaurant. Then the fact that they removed cashiers and expect you to place your own order on a kiosk, however it's not set up for substitutions. When I asked an employee for help they came to the kiosk and ordered everything separately which resulted in a higher price. I wanted fry sauce with my French fries. Yet fry sauce was not an option on the kiosk. The order took 2x longer than my previous visits. When I asked if they still had fry sauce they told me yes, but that they would have to charge me for it. Seriously?! I realize these are little things, but those little things add up, and we're no longer happy with the experience. Goodbye Habit Burger, that's what happens when you sell out!

I've always loved this place go in to eat regularly decided to order the family meal online made a mistake and didn't put no Onions on 2 burgers that were for kids realized immaditly after I placed order no option to edit order online and when I tryed calling the store was sent to a call station where I was told company policie is they can't change anything or connect me to store to ask for no onions absolutely ridiculous two burgers wasted and a loyal customer completely irritated

This is my second time eating there, definitely will be my last. French fries were great. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, took one bite, umm something doesn’t taste right. So I smelled it, definitely smells bad. Took it back to the front and told the girl that it smells bad, her response…. well it’s fresh. Well that makes it right. In the trash it goes and out the door I go. So your food sucks and service is on par with the food!!

Ordered food. Nothing was right, got like 5 fries in my fries. A whole extra order of chicken nuggets, they're not doing anything right they didn't give me my sauces the only thing they got right out of the many things I've ordered was my Sunday. Thank God.

The manager was not pleasant when I asked for a side of pickle. I requested an extra pickle, and he opened my buger and fished through it to tell me they put 5 on each side. At least he had gloves, I guess. Why argue with a customer and put your fingers in the food. Just give me a side of pickle. He is usually very friendly. He may need some customer service training. For $18.44 for a Santa Barbara combo, it better have what you ask for on it.
