Best Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever had.

Just got delivery and I must say that it was probably the most perfect pizza we have ever received. It was piping hot, perfectly cut and cheesy and delicious. Delivery girl found us no problem, and was super friendly. Whoever made my pizza tonight in 3/16/23, bravo. U deserve a raise. So does the delivery girl. And delivered super quick.

Not normally a fan of either cheap pizza or fast food. But, these folks and their pizza are a welcome exception. Wonderful thick crust pizza with good/fresh toppings. Please add salads (antipasto would be great) to your offerings. ))

One of the managers here, Megan went above and beyond after a DoorDash delivery person literally had my pizzas folded in on themselves from keeping them vertical in their car (just why??). Megan was quick to offer a replacement and was friendly throughout the whole process. 10/10 Customer service!

Had a medium pepperoni pizza. Have to say one of the best I've had from any papa John's I've been to. Pizza was really hot and fresh. The staff was very nice a big thank you to them from me.

I was born and raised in PA, and Philly cheese steak sandwiches are an art form in many PA families. Papa John's Philly Cheesesteak Papadilla is a taste of home without the airline flight. Delivery is prompt; soft drinks arrived cold and the meal arrived hot. The courier was prompt, courteous, and helpful. Thanks so much!!

Wanted to try them out, glad i did. Price was good for 2 mediums with 2 toppings and was ready in 15 mins awesome. Tasted GREAT

Being American-style takeaway pizza, it's obviously far, far too greasy. And not a real pizza, Raffaele would be turning in his grave! But you know what you're getting and Papa John's does a better job of it than most. This store cooked my custom pizza perfectly, came out quickly and even the DoorDasher was great 👍

Pizza was done really fast for carry out has been a long time since last time I had it. Will condider over pizza hit in the future

We've had a lot of issues with this location and it's been really hit or miss over the many times we've tried it out. Quality of the food is akin to the other Papa John's locations.

The Papadias were good...but the pizza and the jalapeño poppers were absolute trash. The pizza crust was doughy, uncooked, and the cheese seemed old. The pizza taste was the worst I’ve tasted in any pizza.

Last time for me. The only good thing is it arrived on time. The pizza was so dry. I thought I would give it another try. No more for us

If there were an option for negative starts I would have chosen that option! Waited over 45 min for the pizza delivery! Online said it was already delivered, so I called the store when I was put on hold twice! The second time I was on hold for 12 min! So I hung up and called back when I was put on hold yet again! Then the “manager” I believe she said her name was Jenna, said the pizzas had not even left the location yet and it was door dash’s fault! I asked why it said it had already been delivered online and she said she didn’t know! I asked for another manager she said there was no one else to talk to! Pizza ordered at 2:05 now 3:02 and still no pizza!

Extremely frustrated today. I ordered a The Works pizza and when I got it an inch and a half in from the crust is just cheese. All the toppings are in the center of the pizza and Papa John's wanted me to wait another 30 minutes to have someone deliver a new one and give them the one they messed up. They were rude over the phone, no customer service training apparently.

Medium pizza was smaller than most other pizzas. I ordered the meat pizza. I found it to be very dry. It's the worst pizza i've ever had. Will I go back, no! no!.

This place was super awkward to go to. As soon as we walked in, we got dirty looks & the cashier was rude & kept rolling her eyes. I’m pretty sure management yelled because they were bothered. Everyone in the place kept staring & if we werent supposed to go impose then explain that. Don’t just give us attitude. Worst customer service ever. From everyone inside.

They don't even have any prices posted.They want you to scan a q r code. My daughter had the phone in the car, so I just went somewhere else

Slow! Pizza sat in boxing for 20 minutes. Called to let them know, please don't deliver a cold pizza. Delivered barely luke warm..manager's solution was to wait another 45 minutes for a "new" pizza and give back the cold one....terrible Customer Service (Service) . Paid for microwave pizza. I'll stick to PIZZA HUT

Don't listen to me, as I haven't had pizza from here in almost 7 years. Not sure why Google maps wants me to review this. I will say that I am not a fan of Papa John's.

Can’t order online because it won’t recognize address despite them delivering to me for years. Called to inquire about issue and the lady on the phone was very rude and out right stated she had no time for this! Will never be using Papa Johns again!!

Personally I love Papa John's, but after getting a call for some random guy, saying he found my name, phone number, address, as well as what I ordered, paid and how I paid in a trash can at a car wash. I will never order from them again. That's just scary, so be careful who you put your trust in with your personal information.

Horrible customer service. The employees are rude for no reason. We walked in and right off the bat everyone was rude to us like we did something wrong by ordering online. Definitely need new employees.

Terrible customer service and terrible management. We order for delivery and never received our pizza. Redlands store manager was not remorseful or professional and would not refund us. I do not recommend this Papa Johns.

Ordered online and the email clearly stated 23 to 33 minutes. I called and their only response was they'll be there any minute. It's been 50 minutes still no food.

I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and olives and it had 3 olives and a few mushrooms on the entire thing. Plus you're was a grey hair in the crust! Yuck! Don't recommend this joint!!!

Probably the worst customer service in history. Place was dirty the person who helped me looked like they haven't showered in weeks. Pizza was terrible not like it use to be.

I do t know the communication between papa John’s and this location, but if there is any between online ordering and the store (i can hear them in the background and know they know what is going on), cancel an order or figure it out, so sad!

Terrible customer service! I placed a large order and told my order will take 30-45 mins. An hour passed by so I called and said my order was a minute away. Well 15 more minutes passed and nothing so I called and spoke to Crystal the manager. She said it was delivered 15 mins ago which left me in shock because I waited in the house by front door expecting the pizza to come. I opened the door and it was left on a chair near front door! The driver didn’t knock or ring the door bell. No one even called. I told her that was not ok because now the food is cold. Crystal was unprofessional and didn’t offer to discount or apologize. She just informed me she had customers in lobby waiting to order. I will not be ordering from this place again due to poor customer service and delivery errors.

Such horrible customer service and the food quality is even worse. I got home and discovered no garlic stuff crust with extra cheese, it was regular crust! Also, they refused to give me my money back so I will not be coming here again. Guess I will have to let corporate deal with this. Do yourself a favor and skip this location!

In other words cheaper to purchase a large one topping took them 30 minutes to make it and I called ahead to make sure it was done upon arrival . Sucks to be over charged and get attitude when you ask them to explain the charge and change it ....
