I had an incredible experience today at Mona Lisa’s, and that was before eating the food! I’ve driven by many times and my curiosity finally gave in and I can’t wait to go back to try more menu items. The owner/staff were exceptionally nice, fun and spirited. Had I not been in the drive-thru I felt like i could have chatted forever. We ordered the chicken parm sub, spaghetti w/meat sauce & side of meatballs. You taste the love used to create these homemade delicacies.... I hope to dine IN sometime. I encourage anyone I know, and anyone I don’t to check them out - you won’t regret it!!

Time to re-visit this Italian restaurant. Counter staff was very friendly. We ordered zucchini appetizer and two sandwiches. Dining room was very clean with red and white tablecloths as you’d expect when you imagine a quaint Italian restaurant. Z fries came out ahead of the sandwiches and were tasty. Chicken parm hot sandwich was packed with breaded chicken on a toasted roll. Good flavor balance of cheese, sauce and chicken. Other sandwich was cold Italian, more like a grinder as the bread was also toasted. Generous amounts of meat. Plenty of other items on the menu to warrant a return visit.

Amazing! My mom and I drove thru to order some pasta and our experience was great! The woman working (we assume owner or manager) was so wonderful. She was genuinely really super nice. The drive thru there takes a little longer than some other drive thru places and I totally don't mind because the food is wonderful and tastes fresh. This visit we were waiting at the window and the lady offered us the MOST delicious Italian ice. Seriously... So good. We will be going way more often this summer just for that! ❤️

Great food. Came in just to try something new. There was no line, the dinning room was half full, and the smells coming from the kitchen smelled inviting. Seemed a good sign. I order their Gourmet Burger. When it came to my table it smelled great. Tasted great too. I got to come back and try some more of their food. :)

Had a craving for Italian food and Ordered dinner here tonight- Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Cheese Ravioli. Everything was very tasty and fresh. We will definitely go back. Their prices according to the market so please understand and they make your food fresh to order so prepare to have a little wait but so worth it. Don’t listen to the other negative reviews go see for yourself. 🔥

Awesomeness!!!! Amazing food you just have got to try one of the sandwiches. I had an Italian yummy!!! Denise the owner is such a delight always aiming to please her customers. Cute place, nice staff, this is an actual restaurant that provides window service not a fast food expect to order a head or have a little wait time good food takes time to prepare and fast food is completely different. This is one of my go to spots and should be yours as well!

I love this place! I like the antipasta salad and the cheesy bread. I've tried the spaghetti, not my favorite, but mija loves it! They are very friendly staff. Always makes sure that my older is just as I ordered. Would recommend.

Edit: Owner Ed sold the business and the place is not the same anymore. I ordered the chicken parmesan and it tasted like they microwaved it. It was gross. I noticed that none of the original staff work there anymore. They must have fired all of them. You can read my original review below. Great food and good service. I like to get the roast beef sandwich and add Italian dressing. The owner Ed makes their Italian dressing and they won't give me the recipe. I've had everything on the menu and they are all good.

Mona Lisa sucks at taking your order in drive thru!!!! Waited there for 8 mins and no one there to take our orders just kept hearing my daughter screaming spaghetti! I got so annoyed that I took off and then a car is in the drive thru window so I go back to try to order so I call them on phone I asked the young lady if they take orders through drive thru since I been waiting for sometime now she says sorry you can order inside screw them we took off to the spaghetti factory instead better service and quality food!! Get it together Mona Lisa!

This used to be my favorite Italian place. I've eaten here since I was 10 and it's always good. Tonight I went and got the usual steak sub and the lasagna. To my surprise the person who took my order didn't ask how I wanted my steak cooked and when I came to the window to pay she didn't greet me just told me the total and closed the window after taking my card. I drive home, get my food and the steak has so much fat that I had to tear it apart. Usually the sandwich steak is thinner and cooked nicely. This time it was old and chewy like low quality meat? (Keep in mind I am not a picky eater and usually love this place). So I decide to eat some of the lasagna. I open it to find hardly any noodles or cheese and it filled with 60% of the meal just sauce, I open my garlic bread and it's tiny (the serving sizes previously were always reasonable) the garlic bread I received was tiny. I'm sad to say I'm honestly really disappointed at how the food quality has changed and I will not come back again. I don't know if the owner or managers have changed but this is not the Mona Lisa I ate as a kid or as an adult now. It’s a sad day :/

I ordered chicken Alfredo and mushrooms, and of course, each thing was charged and very small portions You’re honestly better off eating frozen food at least it would’ve been more and there was no condiments on the table to add salt red pepper or Parmesan because they probably charge you for it and the Caprese salad I ordered was a joke. It was 3 1/2 slices fake cheese More than balsamic vinegar dried basil leaves I never been to a Italian restaurant that had dried basil leaves. Real Italian restaurants They use fresh basil 😭😭😭very upset, and I tried to give them a benefit of doubt by ordering the sub sandwich, and it was Very small for a 12 inch overall we spend about almost $100 including tip which I regret for two small size pastas and subway and Caprese salad I never been to such Small size Italian restaurant Italians restaurant are known to be generous and delicious foods So overpriced don’t waste your time and I’m looking at the old reviews and they never changed? It’s such a scam it was my first and last time I’ll ever go. We are not going to recommend anybody to go very upset.
