Strongman Pizza takes Customer Service Personally. Small Story: My wife and I were debating where to order pizza from while walking the dog. When we brought up Strongman Pizza, we said, "Oh yeah, they're always really nice when they deliver and have good service". We ordered like usual. When the driver arrived, he told me they were out of the drinks we ordered so he stopped at the store on the way to make sure we got them. He was still 5 minutes earlier than the estimated time of delivery. I was not expecting that. Regular chain joints just can't beat their customer service. Thank you Strongman Pizza!

Alway great pizza! I see people try to compare to gourmet pizza shop but sure if you want to pay 50+ for a pizza. Strongman is always dependable, friendly, and has great food. Well except for maybe the antipasto salad.....

Great pizza - not too thin , not too thick - virtually no grease . The all meat pizza is amazing . I've had several different versions - the buffalo pizza was also amazing .

We walked on after a day off moving to Redlands. The staff was incredibly helpful. Pizza was absolutely amazing. The jalapeño cheddar bread was by far my favorite. The Buffalo chicken pizza was a close 2nd to that

Wings to me were bad to much sauce my friend liked them .... the Supreme I didn't really like maybe the toppings .... the regular pepperoni was good I prefer the gourmet pizza spot tho ... I was referred here by some guy that said it was better than romanos and gourmet ... now that I've tried it I disagree my friends think it's good tho

This is a really good pizza at a fairly low price. Quality ingredients, and they don't skimp on the toppings. They deliver too. Good stuff.

This is a really good pizza at a fairly low price. Quality ingredients, and they don't skimp on the toppings. They deliver too. Good stuff.

Excellent pizza!! Like, really fresh, really delicious. Every time. Usually arrives ahead of the estimated time also. Excellent breads also. The wings are a no-go but the pizza makes up for it. The only issue is ordering is such a hassle. I wish they would hire a new web designer or fix their website or something because trying to order from their website makes me crazy. The pizza is still worth the headache of ordering, it's really that good.

For 80 bucks on three pies you would expect something delicious fantastic what we got was absolutely gross the burger pizza the veggie and a pep with jalapenos all I can say it definitely not worth the money at all. Flavorless crust was hard as a rock and over all for that price basically felt robbed

However I will not be ordering from them again nor can I recommend them to any clients or friends. On 10/26/2024 we ordered $100 of pizza for my son's birthday party. When the driver arrived I signed a $30 tip. A few days later I noticed I was charged $103 (instead of $130). I called the store and asked them to find my credit card receipt and tip the correct amount of $130, and please make sure the driver who delivered to my house received the correct tip. I gave them permission to charge an additional $27 difference to my card. I checked my credit card the next day and then charged me $54 (instead of $27). I have since made 5 calls to the store, spoken to multiple different managers and employees, and made a trip to the store to get the situation rectified and my overcharged amount returned to me. I have been given nothing but the run around. Everyone I talk to says "someone will call me back" or "my brother runs the books, he will correct it." It has been 22 days since I was charged the incorrect amount. I informed Strongman if they did not correct the mistake within a week I would issue a chargeback and write them a fair review, and they have yet to respond. They may make a solid pizza, but they are a plethora of local businesses I would be happy to support over dealing with a company that does not care about the customers and does not do the correct thing when they made a mistake, twice. If you do order from Strongman, check your credit card receipts. If they made two different mistakes (on different days) on my order, I wonder how often it happens.

Never again. Delivery is now doordash not employees. Pizza was 30min late and ice cold. What used to be a great pizza place is now not worth the cardboard box it was delivered in. Way to ruin your business.
