ROSY Meli, the drive through manager was pleasant, courteous and always with a big smile. I love when I feel welcomed and heard at any place and this is one of them. I pass about 8 McDonald's on my way to this one evey morning. .....Thank you Rosy for your attention.

So this location no longer has breakfast all day which is what my friend wanted. It ends at 10:30. So we switched gears. I got a hot cup of coffee and Dang!! McDonald's has great coffee! And I mean 2 bucks?? Crazy. I am seriously glad I broke keto for a couple days because I got their little blueberry muffin. I only at a few bites because it was a bit sweet but hello I hadn't eaten anything sugar for 9 months. My friend got an apple fritter and coffee and loved it. I mean it is McDonald's you know what you're getting it is so easy. I had not been to McDonald's in years. They have a drive through love it. The people are friendly that work here. That goes a long way! So they have an i door to order from in case you walk or ride your bike. I may go back for a big Mac before I jump back on keto because ri haven't had in since childhood and the thought gives me some feels of this boy I crushed on that was addicted to the big Mac. I had another friend who could not drive by McDonald's because she would always have to stop for the big Mac of she saw one lol. True story. McDonald's is well classic. I really am thinking about some fries now. Ok that's all tha needs to be said right. Just go if you want to this location because its truly a nice experience and clean and fresh. I come here after I get off work about once per week around midnight. The manager that works in drive thru is always very professional and gives great service. The mobile app is very convenient however, after 9 you only have the option to use drive thru to pick up your order and on a Friday or Saturday the line can get pretty long.

I'll finally say it. This is my favorite location, probably ever. Not sure I've given many fast food places all 5's, but for what they are supposed to represent, this location hits all the marks. At this point, I try to avoid any other McDonald's locations. They just know what to do if you don't mind waiting for quality. Yeah, it's worth it here.

This team is awesome! They were super friendly and welcoming. I thought we were going to have to travel far from the beach to find a McDonald's. But as we turned the first corner this one answered our cares. We used the drive through then went back in for more inside. Our 6 kids were super excited to get their minion toys and we felt welcome. We'll be back!

I went through the drive thru yesterday and had the quickest time ever. I ordered two big macs, my favorites, and I had a dollar off because of the app. This was all quickly processed and within 60 seconds I got my food. At other locations, I usually wait longer than that, but this location has the drive thru down to a science. Plus the workers seemed to actually be happy.

Wow this McDonald's definitely knows what they are doing. I have never received a more fresh order from a McDonald's. My fries were nice, hot and crispy with no too much salt. My burgers were perfectly juicy and the cheese was actually melted. My drink wasn't flat and the customer service was perfect ! I was literally in line maybe about 3 mins from start to finish. This McDonald's is on point! I may have gotten their at a good time because quickly after ordering my food it got super crowded as I was eating my food in the parking lot. I wish all McDonald's kept up to this standard and when im in the area I will always eat at this McDonald's if needed a quick meal as I did that day !

I got a strawberry smoothie and my daughter got a 6 piece chicken nuggets and a large Sprite. Everything was good. The restaurant was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. I just wish that they had paper towels and not just an air blower to dry my hands.

Came here with my group, 2 of them had a coupon for a free sandwich (from ICAN). my other 2 and myself paid for our sandwiches. Lady at front was very helpful and handled the coupon (free food) as professional as can be.

Premises was clean, food was hot, all staff members were polite and helpful, despite the fact I only ordered one free item for my birthday. The manager instructed the employee how to process the transaction. They also wished me a happy birthday! I would not hesitate to go here again. Can't think of anything they can improve on.

And everything is clean and organized I think it's a newly built place! Also the environment is very pleasant with soothing music and customers that seem to be students. five stars!

This McDonald's has great service. The double quarter pounder was nicely made and the chicken nuggets. The fries need a lot of work here. Not fresh this time and the drink was flat. It should be noted that I'm rating this restaurant for this visit.

The place is large and clean. There was no toilet tissue but the staff had napkins placed as alternative. The breakfast crowd was lively with lots of patrons. I wanted a burger but I was too early for lunch menu. They do not have tablet Ordering kiosks yet. The staff was friendly.

Consistent, if overpriced with a long drive thru. McD's is kind of plummeting themselves into irrelevance by charging $10-$20 per meal. Might as well go to an actual casual restaurant. Still, it is what it is and as a review for McD's, this one is decent. They are WAY faster and cleaner than the one on De Soto and food quality is... McD consistent. Pointless to go without an app coupon, you can get real food for the same price.

Food was exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Would have been a 5 Star Rating, but it was not crowded or busy and I had to wait over five minutes for my order which was basic, just a Hamburger Happy Meal and the lady's restroom needed to be cleaned (toilet paper on floor and trash needed to be emptied).

This is a notably good location. Sometimes fast food can be really good.

Very clean. Very beautiful. Right by the beach off Lincoln Blvd. Close by in-between Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. Beautiful, crisp, clean, and fun! Bathrooms and main dining area is very neat, tidy and pleasant. No bad odors. Nice to have coffee and blueberry or apple pie!

My local McDonald. Clean environment and friendly staff. Food is good and tasty. I come here a lot when I don't feel like cooking for myself.

American standard on PCH! However this location is not friendly to walkers or bikes. No safe place as a walker to enter store. No place to lock up your bike. They won't take orders in drive through if on your bike.

This place is hit or miss. Food is usually hot, but often wrong thru the drive thru. They never make it right either.

It took forever to get service where the only person in line and they told us to wait at quarter 26 in the morning and did not understand what they were saying could not understand the language we get to the window horrible service as well disappointed they want more money but yet you can't understand what the hell they're saying

I want thru drive thu for two drinks. That cost 2.19. So I want to window to pay the person in the window. He said I any have 2. 30 to give you not 2. 81 . So I told him to tell a manager that you need change...he did ask for change and manager give him a few different rolls of change...

The wait at this McDonalds is always incredibly long. I'm not sure what is going on in the kitchen but I always see numerous waiting customers inside and in the drive through. I usually try avoid this McDondals in favor for others. If your in a rush don't bother.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I just wish they hire more people. Place is somewhat clean. But needs improvement. I need to see hand washing after handling monies.

The manager needs to listen better. He canceled one of my orders because I was substituting a drink for a coffee, so I only received one of the meals, not both. Also, the prices are outrageous. It cost over $26 for two breakfast sandwich combos.

Messed up the order - receipt was correct but what they handed me was not. They did fix it but it held up the drive thru line for several minutes making other drivers quite annoyed (since it was already really slow).

The roller coasters weren't fun. I was expecting them to be way more fast. The toilet water did taste good though. 2 star

seemed like order taking was trying to upsize everything, including cheese on hamburger, sundae changed to cone, small frys changed tolarge, and i had torepeat everything three times to get it changed. cheese was not mentioned and order since it was quickly acceoted, could not see price nor contents. and noone was behind me. hamburger underdone. too much catchup. frys were ok. sunday in paper cup.

I get a large black coffee and 2 sausage egg Mcmuffins EVERY Sunday after church for $10.06 now it has become $10.28. Will someone tell me why the $.12 cent difference. The large coffee is always Luke warm and maybe 3/4 full and the Mcmuffins are never hot and the service has nothing to do with fast food!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P S. This place sucks. Every time I come here they manage to skimp you on the french fries big time. It's laughable. When I order a large fry I don't expect there to be the quantity of a medium inside. It's insulting especially when you also order a medium and see the comparison. Get rid of the damn Large sizes if you guys are going to be cheap. I find it hard to believe that a worldwide corporation like McDonald's can't afford to give the appropriate fry portions.

The food is okay for some cheap lunch break food, but do not go during the week about 11 AM - 2 PM. The place is across the street from Redondo High School and the slough of children turn it into a high school cafeteria. Not really the restaurant's fault, but it's really just not an environment you want to be in.

It's been 4 times now that they've messed up my delivery order. Dbl means double! The teas are labeled, one sweetened and one unsweetened. I'm already overpaying, the least you can do is get it right. I swear to god someone back there can't read. It's probably just one person too messing up all the deliveries. it's been a year now and you still haven't gotten it right! Whoever you are, maybe consider some sort of college program mcdonalds is offering or something. It's torture looking at the receipt and seeing all the mistakes you made with my order.

The food is rarely ever fresh and even when it is, personally, it's not worth the price. If you're looking for something affordable and convenient it'll do.

This is an update to my previous review of this particular McDonald's. I asked what the cost would be for a cup of hot water...get this...$1.79 plus tax. It seems they charge you for the price of a tea, when you ask for a cup of hot water. How disappointing and sad is that. Yes, I confirmed with the morning manger on duty at the time; that the $1.79 is the correct cost and pricing for a cup of hot water. SMH. 10/20/2023 The staff is always kind and courteous. They are quick with the service and accommodate condiment requests without issue.

This review is just for this McDonald's at 235 N PCH. Don't come to this McDonalds, it is absolutely the slowest McDonalds in the history of all McDonalds. If there is one car sitting at the drive thru window waiting for their food, then they might take about 5 minutes just to take the next persons order. I have been here at 9 pm on a Saturday and the employees locked both entry doors. There were people sitting and eating, people at the register ordering, but the doors were locked. Nobody looked my way or anything when I tried to get in.

I specifically asked for a Big Mac with NO CHESSE, after a while of sitting at the window the cashier told us to pull to the front with the numbers. We pulled forward and couldn't find any numbers! There was only one unclearly marked number. After all this trouble we drive home to find that there is cheese all over my burger!! What a waste, get better staff please.

Went to McDonalds on PCH n Diamond in Redondo Beach. Just went in to get a Lemonade and my friend ordered a couple things. The manager and employee couldn't understand our "english"!! Got the order wrong. Charged us for their mistake. Even messed up our drinks and the manager lady acted so insulted that we asked her to fix it. Then she refused to fix it!!! I have not had a good experience at this location once. One time, after a 13.2 mile run, I wanted a dipped cone. I went here and asked if they had any. The employee responded that they did! Sweet! When I ordered one, she came back with, "we don't have dipped cones." What? She, literally, just told me they had them! Whatever, I still got my ice cream. I went another time for a quick bite and the drive thru person told me she'd be with me shortly. I waited a minute, and she then again told me to wait. I drove away and when I was about to exit, I saw her talking with a friend of hers out of the back of the store. So yeah, never going here again.

Rudest customer service. Google maps states store closes at 1 am. Drove in to drive thru at 12:40am. Manager saw my vehicle and did not acknowledge to let us know store was closed. Waited 10 minutes waiting for someone to take an order. Automated drive thru machine asked if we would be using the app to place our order which made the store seem as if it were open. I called store while I was in drive thru and manager did not answer, but I could see he was looking through the glass windows. As I drove off I called store once again and manager answered and was very rude. Refused to give me his name and told me he was on his way out to call back tomorrow morning to complain. He Stated store closed at 12 but online said other wise. Please update closing times online to avoid confusion. Also staff should be more respectful to customers and should advise whether the restaurant is closed or not. Rudest encounter coming from a MANAGER.

So disappointed with the service we got at this McDonald’s today. My mother who suffers from IBS and bladder inconsistency wanted to use the restroom while she picked up dinner for her granddaughter. With the little English she knows how to speak she approached Evan to ask for the passcode to use the restroom. He not only didn’t acknowledge her while she was in line (the only one in line at that) he just stood there at the register looking like he hated his life and mumbled the code really fast. When she asked if he could repeat it he got really upset and with his hands basically told her to get out of his way and said really angrily “I don’t have a pen or paper to write down the code”. He didn’t bother to look for someone to translate or ask if someone could help her. Thankfully my mom was able to get the code from another very helpful and kind employee. I’m in disbelief on how someone could act so rudely. I know McDonald’s is better than this. I’m so sorry you hate your life Evan. Hope you’re able to find peace and happiness within yourself.

Slow and Bad service. ordered 2 sandwich and 2 coffee. got the coffee soon but sandwich didnt come out for 20 min! Went to counter twice in between and i ended up getting refund since i had no time. The store was not busy but the management was slow and not smart. My friend who ordered after 5 min i did, received the order. I asked few people but didnt seem to understand or care about my missing order. didnt apologize for anything. simply RUDE and disappointed. And trust me, this is not the first time. this location is known for SLOW and Rude service. Manager name Alma...totally not qualify for manager. Need new smart manager in this location.

Really messed up my order. I asked for a double cheeseburger in my childs happy meal and they gave me a regular cheeseburger and a separate piece of meat in a bag. They forgot my fries. The sweet tea i ordered tasted terrible like really dirty water.

This was probably the worst McDonald's experience I've had in the past 10 years. I paid $10+ for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a Filet-O-Fish. After waiting a couple of minutes, I paid and then waited to move forward to pick-up my food. They didn't have it ready and asked me to park and wait while they served others their food. They actually have two parking lots for Drive-thru parking which is something of an oxymoron. In a drive-thru, patrons drive through. If this place can't create two sandwiches in 5 minutes, they can't run a drive-thru. And when I got my food, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich had two buns and a chicken patty...nothing else...just pathetic.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They gave us our food and then we had to waite for our drinks about 5 minutes. Of course our food was cold by then. They said they maid new but it was disgusting. I really think the mocha coffee was regular coffee and they charged us for mochas. Disgusting the whole thing

TLDR my child's kids meal cheeseburger had no burger I understand things can be busy and hectic in a restaurant. And sometimes ingredients are added or deleted by mistake. But I've never seen the key ingredient left off. I used to think these were staged by the internet , but alas it happened to me. Truly shocked at this happening and that the manager told me it happens when their busy. This implies it's happened here before ? Unacceptable and would rather just spend my money at the plethora of other nearby fast foods from now on

Order here food almost every day by app. Never been ready NEVER!!!! You need come to counter and ask for your order, and only after this they will star make your food It’s not fats food! it’s slow food service You should be more patient for customers and you just make Macdonald completely awful for me. The drive thru lady named Juanita was very rude. She over charge me when I order even apply a app coupon. She seems she was annoyed when taking my order in the beginning and more rude after I paid and ask them why I got charge more. When the bundle was less. And didn’t even get any sauce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible management!! I was there today and witnessed the manager physically assault the cashier. I’m not sure what was happening between them but no manager should ever, ever put their hands on an employee! She called him names and pushed him. This manager should be fired! I will never come back here again! This young kid was clearly being abused by this manager.

I downloaded the McDonald's app and ordered my free large fries. I ordered as I was crossing the crosswalk to get to the McDonald's, but when I got there my order was not on the screen. I waited around 5 minutes, and whilst waiting I saw one of the workers push out several orders, call out "Mobile order" and then leave. He did not call out a number, nor look for the correct person to take the correct order. When I asked about mine, he said it had already been picked up. He then decided not to even apologize, but to plainly state, "to bad, next time order it when you are actually here", which takes away the whole point of mobile ordering. I understand that he may have been new, seeing as I had not seen him once in my months of coming here, but this hardly seems like the right way to opporate.

Majority of the staff seem unhappy, as if the management is awful, few smiles, few pleasant welcomes, minimal eye contact, reluctance to communicate, etc. 180 degrees different from an In-N-Out where employees are enthusiastic. The building itself was originally a Boston Market, so spacious with lots of windows in the dining area, and a large parking lot. Convenient location on Pacific Coast Highway.

Not a difficult order, evern got it repeated back. Don't get everything i ordered. Person had a blank stare and actually said, "oh, did you want fries?" Then doesn't apologize goes to charge me again. Im, no. I want what i ordered. I want what you repeated back. How is it you repeat my order then don't charge me?? All the tables were gross, crumbs, spills, food all over. Trash was overflowing. I understand whay it's always empty now

The service is fine, but the food quality has slipped lately. On my last two visits, the hash browns were overcooked, and most recently the McGriddle bread was burnt. This hasn’t been my experience here in the past, so I’m hoping they tighten things up.

Whoever franchises this location is stingy and lazy. They won't hire enough people to handle the rushes which means people wait 15 minutes for simple orders. They'll let you sit at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order and no one will acknowledge you. They also still haven't fixed their self serve beverage bar because they can't stand to let anyone refill their soda.
