The food is down right delicious. Drive thru employees are very couteous and fast. My meat is always hot and not thrown together. I just moved in this are. I am glad I did. If my family wants tacos, they always pick Taco Bell. We also love your kid burrito for my son, the taco supreme, challupa(?)but my taco shells was overcooked, your taco salad is fantastic. wanted to try the nacho fries w some friends, instead of 3 fries i got 3 chilupas and pulled away before i noticed. had to come back and wait in 20 min line, which was frustrating, but the late night manager on duty was apologetic and great. he gave us some extra fries and coupons for next time. i was pretty unhappy initially but he made it better. fries were pretty good too. thank you

I've been eating here for 30+ years. I've never had a bad experience and I can't recall ever getting an incorrect order. It's a shame the food became so expensive, because it is pretty much the worst-quality food out there, but it's still delicious and I do love this Taco Bell despite that.

I really like this taco bell. A very organized and smooth operation. The food is well prepared and delicious. I'm a fan of the Mexican pizza and this Taco Bell comes through every time. If you are in the Redondo Beach area, make sure to stop by.

Spoiler alert** love this TBell. LOVE it. Especially the night crew. They seem to rotate a little but I/we seem to go at least 1-2 x/week and every team just continues to nail it.. Even down to the sauce. I don't want to jinx anything but - we have never had an incorrect order. Not once and we usually have a decent $20+ order for just 2 of us. We were impressed when: (story of their awesomeness): [We] were in the process of moving-out of our home last week and were super tired but hungry... we went in about 15 +/- minutes until closing. And I want to give them them some credit where its deserved. The TB evening staff/crew at (inside dining) closing time were all very friendly and welcoming- and im sure it was nearing the end of their shifts but they still managed to have a good sense of humor.(Later on I realized they close the "dining room" at 10pm i think, but the drive-thru is OPEN TIL 4AM YOU GUYS...4 AMMMM...) The food was on point, just as great and consistent as usual.The cashier was very knowledgeable (yes I did have dumb questions and he didn't even laugh at me) about the menu changes (Mexican Pizza) over the last year and answered our menu and food combo# questions super efficiently, got our order in fast and produced it correctly...AND made our lives easy. The "front of house" staff at the Artesia Blvd location (Redondo Beach) including the young man tending to the ordering area (the guy taking our order at the register inside), were hospitable, and while we didn't stay too long- they also didn't pressure us at all to leave exactly at the minute of closing and made us feel comfortable/welcomed. Being exhausted from the move, we really appreciated that- and their humor- making it a good & easy experience for us to quickly sit down and have a bite to eat before going on our way. **Good Vybe Night Crew @ TBell for the Win!!!**

While visiting Redondo Beach Taco Bell early Sunday morning, Christian, the employee working there was very friendly, courteous, and very respectful. Although it seemed like he was the only one there, he was able to take my order, prepare it, and serve it very quickly. OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE. I've always been treated really well at this particular Taco Bell.

Good Taco Bell and has lots of vegetarian/vegan options. I really like the mild sauce and the nacho fries are so good! I highly recommend!

Can’t speak to other neg reviews I saw on Google, but we had no issues. Place is spotless clean, order taken promptly and arrived correct. And FAST. Every bit as good and fresh as any other TB we’ve been to. Food great.

Most of the staff is on it and down to earth, everywhere has that one person though. Orders are correct 99% of the time but I am picky and customize everything so I don't expect it to be perfect everytime.

It's a Taco Bell! They're pretty much all the same... If you know the menu you know how to order. Mexican pizza is my favorite and they know how to make it. It's not that difficult.

If you're really in the mood for dysentery try the number 8 combo. Actually it doesn't matter what number you order everything is the same food item here only folded different. Didn't want a tostada but a taco instead? Fold it in half. You really meant a taquito? Instead of folding it in half roll it up.

Super fast drive thru, even late at night. I barely pulled out my wallet and the lady had the food ready at the window. Go there for midnight snack.

I like Taco Bell, but this one is kind of annoying at times because people pulling into the other driveway on Rindge Street try to cut into the drive-thru line, when they should actually not enter there but go around the other way and enter the drive-thru off of Artesia Boulevard. Last night, someone tried to cut in front of me, and I wouldn't let them! But the person behind me let the person cut in, or should I say that the person cutting in was not going to take no for an answer! I was annoyed even though I was not inconvenienced myself, and I told the employee at the window that the person behind me was very rude, just for their information. At least, I got the satisfaction of saying that. That is the only drawback of this Taco Bell, and I really think there should be another configuration for the drive-thru. But the food is fine, and I haven't had a problem with it at this Taco Bell per se.

There was a Spanish speaking customer asking if cashier speaks spanish..she answered so rude as if he a had a disease!!! Funny how these kids don't know how much more pay they get to speak more than one language. I speak 4 and I'm humble. Kids are so rude nowadays!!!

My second option for fast food (After in n out). When you own a tacos place in the west coast, you know that you have competition with many great tacos places. So I will not review it compared to local tacos places,by compared to fast food places. And for that they are great!

I liked self order kiosk inside. You can add or delete pretty much any ingredient they have to any order. I'm sure you can verbally order that way also but to have all the options right there on screen was great. Although it took us about 20 min to finish our order!

My experience was good with this Taco Bell outlet. Once o ordered combo box ,food was good but fries were not crunchy at all. Specifically if you ordered online and pickup in store (not drive through)then you can't get crunchy fries as they packed beforehand and fries get soggy within closed package. I love their Cinnabon coffe. Though sometimes it depends who is preparing that. Over all it is good experience and I will return to this store again.

Service is good & so is the food. Usually a very long wait in the drive thru or else I would have given them 4 stars.

The one thing that I dont like is that you ask for something different from the ususal tacos, and they make it half of the orders. Other than that, Taco bell is good.

I highly rate Taco Bell when I want simple and plain food. But the staff when I came here was very rude and didn’t let me have the time to order, the food was cold but I recommend the Baja blast. Come during happy hour- huge sales!

Whenever Elmer is supervising, things go great but today on May 20th 7:40 to 8 o’clock I am waiting outside the door (when the doors open at 7) and went back home to check to get my car to check the drive thru and still no response. Ridiculous! Just wanted some breakfast bruh!

For fast food tacos place, I think they are alright.

I like Taco Bell but the drive thru only has the one menu where you order. Would be nice if there was a menu prior to ordering that way when you pull up to the order menu, you'd have some idea of what you would like to order. The menu offer many options and I could hear the frustration and lack of patience in the server's voice when ordering, after I had asked for a minute to peruse the menu. The awful intercom system didn't help.

4/23/18 update: Sharing an experience I just had... Sunday morning walked in at 11:01am literally...2 other guys in front let me go first...i ask is it too late to order breakfast? and the employee says sorry it is... they stop at 11am...other 2 guys want breakfast too...okay fine and the employee is courteous but then she says they only order enough for exactly enough to last until 11 and are all out.... Really.... That sounds ridiculous...so none of us want anything else...only breakfast...but they say sorry no more breakfast...so all 3 of us walk out! Really taco bell?...is it your policy to turn away so many customers? We're talking 1 minute after 11am??? Okay fine so it's after the time you stop serving but only 1 minute after!? LOL... I dunno I think I would rather keep 3 customers in and help them buy something than turn all of them away, but what do I know? Went to McDonald's instead... Drive thru exit sucks for lowered cars...you have to back up and go out the side entrance... Location is convenient but the service at the drive thru window is inconsistent...sometimes good sometimes bad...this morning it was bad LOL

Terrible customer service. Even though I was only doing deliveries. One of the workers was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't even look my way for my pick up order. I was there for about 10 to 15 waiting patiently for my order.

Make sure to double check your order before you leave the restaurant. I ordering through the drive-thru. Quickly I got my drink and food on a seal bag, so I'd asked the server if everything was in the bag, before I drove off. She said yes!. Since most restaurants are now handing your the food on a seal bag. I assume she gave me everything i order. So I said thank you and I drove off. Since I was on my way home I quickly got on the freeway. when I open the bag to start eating, I noticed I was missing 1 taco and a chalupa plus the straw for my drink. Since I was already on the freeway and far-away to bother to go back. So I lost money for food I never received. Make sure to double check your order when you order from this restaurant.

The food is good but the manager has srious issues. Not only was he indifferent and unhelpful to my simple/polite order off of the value menu, I overheard him sarcastically talking down to a young female employee. He is the real life version of squidward but even worse.

Ordered through the app. The hot sauce packets were not put in the bag. The taco was not wrapped properly and half of the beef was in the bottom of the bag. Crunch wrap had almost no beef inside it. Id recommend going to the Manhattan Beach taco bell instead, I've always had good meals from there.

Visited this location today and waited in the drive-thru only to find out when getting to the order menu that they are only taking orders for Door Dash and Uber Eats and not for the public. Not sure if this is permanent or not but some signage would have been nice at the entry of the property stating that instead of waiting in line only to be turned away👎

Update: They messed up again. Nacho fries box with no sauce. (the sauce is like the thing that goes with the fries. Otherwise its just sub par fries) Got 4 diablo sauce packets for a big meal for 3 people even tho we ordered more sauce. I think this was the 2nd time in a row they somehow mess up. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. ---------- Well they always seem to mess up your order. Last time we went half thebm order was missing in the bad and 2 out of 3 drinks where wrong. 2 different people came back to the window to ask what we where missing. 🙄🙄

This is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. Every single time I have ordered Uber Eats from there, they have never given me a single sauce I asked for. That is absolutely beyond ridiculous how I ask for sauces and they don't give me one. Not one. Absolutely the worst fast food place I have ever been to. I keep hoping things will get better. This is the only Taco Bell near my work and it’s one of the only things open super late. Unfortunately every time I go it’s a disaster and loss of money. Tonight was the second time in three days that I order on the app and when I got there they informed me they were out of soda’s. The only way to get your money back is through the app, which is impossible. I have been requesting a refund for two months now and still haven’t heard from Taco Bell. On top of this, there have been other issues. Once I was missing food, but couldn’t go back since I had to be at work. Another time I ordered a nacho bell grande and added guacamole, which I paid for, but they didn’t put it on there. As another person said, they only put sour cream at only one end of the taco. They removed the Baja Blast Zero off the app for this location, but they still have it, which makes zero sense. The manager refuses to carry the breakfast salsa, even though it’s offered on the app. I usually wait 15 minutes to pick up an app order that I placed 10 minutes before arriving. They are short staffed, but the manager seriously needs to do better. If the manager is struggling they need to let someone higher up know. I just don’t understand why there are so many issues with this location, but the Lawndale location is always amazing and always has everything in the store and on the app and has never messed up my order. I just don’t get it. It’s honestly really sad.

I used to go here often as it was nearby, fast, and had healthy options such as the chicken power bowl. Well, the last time I visited approx two weeks ago, my beef soft taco had a small bone or piece of metal in the taco meat that almost chipped one of my teeth. A friend was with me who saw me yell out loud in surprise and pain when it happened. Awful. Disgusting. Turned my stomach. I'll never visit this place again.

I wish there was a different taco bell around here. Maybe 1 in 3 times the food is even warm and maybe 1 in 4 times the can get the order right. Ordered a cheese quesadilla on May 19 Sunday around 2pm. Then soon after for the next couple days I'm dizzy and can't concentrate nor focus. Got food poisoning from this place. SMH. If you want to get sick, order from this taco bell.

Got a huge order for my office at this location. When I asked for a reciept I was told it would be in the bag. It wasn't so I had to get back in the drive thru line to ask them to reprint it for me. When I explained the situation the manager said "You lying." Then said they don't do reprints. I just wanted my reciept.

This Taco Bell has a poorly positioned drive-thru exit that comes out at the corner of a busy intersection making leaving difficult. This causes the drive-thru to back up leading to long wait times. On my last visit, after a long wait, the order taker asked what I wanted. I started my order then saw the screen pop up with the total for someone else's order. After being 1/2 done, the order taker asked me to start over. I finished the order and she asked me to repeat most of the order for a 3rd time. When I got to the window, the cashier told me the total and I handed him my debit card. He took it, turned to the register, then turned back and said "We are cash only at this time." Number 1: tell people BEFORE they order that it is cash only. Number 2: Don't take someone's card, look at it like you didn't realize it was cash then tell the customer you can't take it. After a wasted 20 minutes, I left with no food. Save yourself and find another place to go.

This is my go to Taco Bell. It's usually fast, and the staff is friendly. Today I noticed the cost of my average meal jumped about 50 cents. This is likely a franchise decision, so I think it's important to leave a one star review so they get the point. Over the years I've watched as extra sides of sauces go from free, to 10 cents, to 30 cents, and now it's all the way up to 40 cents for an extra condiment. It feels like price gouging. It's starting to get to the point where I can actually walk into a real Resturaunt and get much better quality food for nearly the same price. Franchise owner. Please fix this so I can start eating at your store again.

Food is standard Taco Bell. My problem is that they have cancelled my online orders 10+ times over the past year. I didnt want to bring this up because i figured it was a technical issue, but honestly I'm not sure anymore. If you want a Taco Bell but dont feel like driving, don't order from this one. Any of the other Taco Bells in this area is a better choice. Also, they never have Fire or Diablo sauce.

Okay so you pay a lot for the food and then the person making it, e.g. taco supreme, chaluppa, puts all the sour cream at one end of them, it has to be intentional. Won't order anything that needs sour cream. Taco pizza is good though

Horrible service. They literally messed up 5 of the 6 items I placed. Got home and realized it, called no answer. Went back the next day and they couldn’t do ANYTHING. Manager is a young useless kid that offered me a free drink. Asked for no tomatoes and the food had tomatoes. Two tacos were missing and gave me the wrong burrito. Went to complain in person and the “manager,” called the cops. Its all on camera, I never yelled, cussed or raised my voice. Don’t ever go here.

The food was great. However, when I placed my order, I received two iced coffees instead of the two hot coffees I had ordered. I didn’t realize the mistake until I sat down, but I didn’t want to complain right away. I decided to try the iced coffee to see if I liked it. After drinking a little of one, I realized it was too watered down. I went to the counter and asked for the two hot coffees I had originally ordered. The worker agreed but said I could only get one because I had already drunk some of the iced coffee. I pointed out that my receipt showed I had ordered two hot coffees, so it was their mistake in the first place. He eventually agreed, took both iced coffees, and came back a few minutes later with two hot coffees. When I got to my car, I noticed that one of the hot coffees was only filled about 3/4 or 4/5 of the way because I had drunk some of the iced coffee earlier. This level of pettiness is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this Taco Bell unless I receive compensation for this poor customer service.

This place serves crap in a shell and I'm somehow addicted to it. The bathroom durability was formidable as the toilet only shattered into two pieces this time. Props to tacobell for always keeping your pants in check and turning them brown when you get to touch a Doritos locos tacos.

They take forever. There was a man passed out, in his car, half on the street half on the entrance, PROBABLY asleep because the line took so long, but also probably drunk or high. What did the employees do? Nothing. Honking didn't wake him up. The guy in front of me had to get out and yell into his window just to wake him up.

There’s this one fat girl working at Taco Bell with lashes and brown eyes and she’s tall and speaks Spanish and she is super rude and made me pay $3 for a cup just so I can have some water! This is a disgrace. It is not okay to treat customers like this and being super rude just because I asked for a water cup. And I have to wait 10 minutes everytime I want to go order because no one comes to take my order and throws my order at me. She is a very rude girl who should not be working at Taco Bell.

After drinking a little of one, I realized it was too watered down. I went to the counter and asked for the two hot coffees I had originally ordered. The worker agreed but said I could only get one because I had already drunk some of the iced coffee. I pointed out that my receipt showed I had ordered two hot coffees, so it was their mistake in the first place. He eventually agreed, took both iced coffees, and came back a few minutes later with two hot coffees. When I got to my car, I noticed that one of the hot coffees was only filled about 3/4 or 4/5 of the way because I had drunk some of the iced coffee earlier. This level of pettiness is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this Taco Bell unless I receive compensation for this poor customer service.

They take forever. There was a man passed out, in his car, half on the street half on the entrance, PROBABLY asleep because the line took so long, but also probably drunk or high. What did the employees do? Nothing. Honking didn't wake him up. The guy in front of me had to get out and yell into his window just to wake him up.

This place serves crap in a shell and I'm somehow addicted to it. The bathroom durability was formidable as the toilet only shattered into two pieces this time. Props to tacobell for always keeping your pants in check and turning them brown when you get to touch a Doritos locos tacos.

There’s this one fat girl working at Taco Bell with lashes and brown eyes and she’s tall and speaks Spanish and she is super rude and made me pay $3 for a cup just so I can have some water! This is a disgrace. It is not okay to treat customers like this and being super rude just because I asked for a water cup. And I have to wait 10 minutes everytime I want to go order because no one comes to take my order and throws my order at me. She is a very rude girl who should not be working at Taco Bell.
