We had the triple dipper and sat at the bar. The bar tender Alicia was awesome. The food was good and the other customers at the bar were great to talk with. We will definitely be back.

I frequent this Chilis atleast once a month as I dont live far and it's a family favorite of ours. The triple dipper as it's pictured on the menu is sooo good and they have a new bacon, guac chicken sandwich that is really yummy! What's even better is the fast and friendly service. The employees are always upbeat and the restaurant is always very clean. This Chilis always seems to operate like a well oiled machine always churning out one yummy meal after another. Now I'm hungry for Chilis again!

I stopped by this Chili's with my family for lunch while passing by. We were amazed with how every single food item was waaay better than we expected from a Chili's restaurant. Philly, fajitas, Buffalo chicken sandwich, everything was cooked over the top delicious. I never leave review for restaurants but this place deserved it. Best Chili's ever

The wings are insanely awesome, however it happens that Applebees down the road has MUCH better deals. The deserts are lackluster, at most, and the appetizers generally are disappointing. This is at no fault of the location, but Chilis itself I would say. As for the specific location, the best it has going for it is surprisingly commendable customer service. The atmosphere is homely and familiar, and the young man at the front greeted me and helped quickly resolve a tech issue with their card machine. When i asked his name he told me it was Brock and i promptly made sure to tip him well.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Chili's. The food was better then it's ever been and Alex brought a joyous energy that lit up the place. I will be making sure to return to this location

I don’t usually post reviews, but I had such a great experience at this Chili’s! The service was phenomenal and kind- shout out to Alicia for making our Chili’s experience one to remember. Our food was delicious, and our server went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend for a late night dinner when everything else is closed.

We are both previous restaurant workers and know that is not an easy feat. I’m a first time Chili’s patron and their service earned me as a repeat customer. The food and drinks were ordered and served timely and delicious. We also got food to go for my friend’s partner and it was made and bagged with care! I asked the waitress to make me any drink of her choice, and Alicia the bartender came over to our table to learn more about me to really understand what I’d enjoy. After a few questions, she knew exactly what I wanted. Alicia deserves 6/5 stars, every time I come back I’ll ask if she’s working!

I saw the tiktok cheese pull videos and made me want to go to Chili's. I went to the one in North Greenbush and had two waitresses, I think Amanda and Kamryn, they were amazing! I will definitely be back for more mozzarella sticks 😋

My experience at this location was excellent - like a mirage of a tropical oasis in a desert. I do not know if it was the time of day, hour, or year, but it was as good as you would expect. As a restaurant experience, the food was hot, fast, and delicious. The food came out quickly and in order, drinks appetizer, main course, refills and sauces were served before you had a chance to think about it. Customer and staff alike were courteous and well spoken to each other with smiles and laughter. It almost appeared as if everyone was going through a well rehearsed simulation. It is worth going back to this location again to determine whether there is consistency, but until then I would highly recommend it.

I recently visited this Chili's with my mom. The wait staff was kind and the food arrived quickly. Everything was delicious, and Alex was especially friendly and gave us both a good laugh towards the end of our meal. It was, overall, a wonderful experience.

Good people, good food. Who needs anything else? Probably the most consistently positive burger experience I've had at a restaurant and I don't usually speak to management but I had the opportunity to have a conversation with Alex near the end of my meal and it really made me feel better about dining alone.

Conveniently located in the Van Rensselaer Shopping Mall, this Chili's (like all of them now) has a wide variety of foods you can choose from that will satisfy any appetite at reasonable prices. The staff have always been friendly and quick with orders, and there has been nothing objectively wrong with the food that I've tried here. However, I would say that the chili is slightly too salty for my taste, and the guac could do with a lime on the side. If this review was helpful, please consider a thumbs up. Rachel sees my name on the take out and has our meal plus steak sauce always ready for us to just grab and go. Rachel is always super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. 😊

Went for drinks & ended up ordering food. We sat at a table in the bar & the bartender served us. It really wasn't that busy but she seemed to forget about us a few times. The drink was DELICIOUS & hence the 4-star instead of 3.

I wish my chicken sandwich was hot when it came out. The fries were hot and really good. Our server was friendly and checked on us frequently.

Food's good in a town that doesn't have too many choices. Staff is very nice but orders are always wrong! Was supposed to get 20 wings, got 19. I got chicken quesadilla when I ordered the brisket and their cola was flat so we ordered a seltzer but still got charged for the price of a soda. We didn't make any deal about it as our waitress was lovely. And most importantly she didn't call two 60+ year old women, GUYS!

To go order. Burger, fries, chips and salsa were good. Service was prompt and friendly. Only issue was the Coke had no flavor. It was like cold, brown water. If Coke had been good, would have been 5 stars.

We were seated by a fully masked kid and our waitress got us our drinks then took our food order. About 15 minutes later the food came out exactly as we ordered it with the extra queso sauce my wife ordered with her salad. Now here comes the bad part. Im pretty sure I asked for a chocolate chip cookie for after diner from our waitress but after we ate all we got was the bill. After we paid and got our boxes I noticed there was a chocolate chip cookie in a container with chocolate sauce. Whoever "B" is they deserve a raise for their attention to detail and knowing that I wanted to eat that chocolate chip cookie late night. Thanks B.

I order to go...food was done early and was sooo fresh. I was very very disappointed in the pb pie though. Ive had it before and the slice was decent (both times) but this time it was like half of the size it normally is. For the price of a slice, there is just no reason why the size was what it was. Extremely disappointed. Had I been the one to pick up the order, I wouldn't of even taken it.

When people compare Applebee's and Chili's it makes me mad. Don't waste your money at Applebee's, Chili's food is better, it's menu is better, it's people are better. This one is no different.

Haven't been to a Chili's in many years but the $10.99 cheeseburger deal was worth a try. The have a smash burger or a quarter pound burger which was thin like the smash. Just different toppings. Burgers were excellent, nicely cooked. Served with fries and either endless chips and or soup or salad. Also a soft drink and refills included. This is a great deal and the service was fast. Great Service but the food was subpar. It seems they have changed their chicken crispers again. They are now flat, more dense and less moist. Same with the grilled chicken sandwich. Flat, thin, not moist, not tender. This last meal was a downer.

A friend and I went to this location because being on a Keto diet, they had offered dry rub ribs. When we arrived, we were told those were no longer on the menu. When the server was asked what was available for keto, they came over and said "basically those 3 things If you want to do that." What does that even mean? So we had to leave because there was nothing of interest for that dietary restriction which I get isn't their fault. However they charged us for one iced tea, no manager apology, no it's on the house for the inconvenience. I could live with paying if there was some sort of empathy. BTW went to a diner ..... yes a diner up the street and the server was happy to point out multiple choices for us.

Staffing at this location is clearly an issue. It was just me and families ahead. I waiting 15 minutes to be greeted by some nasty “manager” and those before me had to be waiting at least 5-10 minutes. Upon arrival the interior of the restaurant was an absolute mess, food all over the floors , dirty tables all over the place and by the look at peoples faces they weren’t pleased. The customer service was awful and the restaurant wasn’t clean and I was able to finish my beverages before my dinner even came. Perhaps some new management? Low standards means low outcome and performance. You can see the staff stressed out. As a former restaurant manager and culinary arts major it’s not a healthy environment . I’d like to add that the female who greeted the families was snarky, rude and unprofessional. The person at the door sets the tone for the experience. Do better. Dirty dishes the entire time.

We sat waiting for someone to bring us our drinks and silverware for 15 mins, after we got tired of waiting as we were leaving we told the server why and she just went oh ok. And honestly my wallet is thankful because theres almost nothing on the menu under 15 dollars, they dont even list the price for alcohol

This place has gone down hill over the years. I came and dined in with my husband a kids over the weekend and we had a rude bartender as our server, she has no filter and it’s clear she doesn’t like kids. My question is, why work at a kid oriented restaurant if you don’t like kids? The food was barely warm let alone hot. We barely saw our server, as she had to take several smoke breaks. we’ve came here a few times within the past few months as well and we didn’t have the best experiences. Most of the servers are goofing around and just don’t seem like they have any desire to even be working. It seems as if all the good people are not there anymore, which is a shame truly. Sadly, we will not be going back here.

Only order the chicken if you like it raw. The take out seems to be put together quickly and crispy chicken was low quality and not cook through. My daughter and I, both questioned if the crispy chicken was raw. Don't order take out from Chili's, it's gross 🤢.

We had a very bad experience dining in at this Chili’s. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty it still took us 5 minutes of waiting to even be acknowledged and then it took a bit longer for us to be seated. Once we were seated we were given time to look over the menu but our waitress was chatting with her friends and took quite a while to come over. After we ordered we were given our drinks and appetizer. Both of our glasses were filthy and had floating debris in our water. Despite this we weren’t able to send our drinks back until our food came because our waitress was no where to be seen. Once our food was given to us, we had to ask for silverware because none was given to us. We had to ask the lady who brought us our food, who was delivering food to other tables, for dipping sauce because again our waitress wasn’t available. Our food was only okay and was very overpriced for what we received. My quesadilla was mostly empty so unfortunately part of my meal wasn’t even edible. Our waitress stopped by our table and I believe she asked us how things were. I asked her to repeat herself because I didn’t hear exactly what she said and she responded with “Great, if you need anything else just ask.” Again, she immediately left and went to sit down with her friends. At this point we had poor service, mediocre food and just wanted to leave. Despite this we still had to wait for her to finish her conversation with her friends before we were able to check out and leave. Overall it was a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The waitress was great and tried accommodating a substitute close to what I get. My wife got salmon and broccoli meal. When that came out, the salmon tasted odd and dry, the broccoli may have been steamed for a minute or two at the most and was hard. The waitress said the manager took off some of the bill for this inconvenience, yeah a whole $2. Still an $80 meal for the 2 of us. The food has definitely gone downhill. It'll be a drinks and appetizer only place for us now.

Stopped in today at 3:30 after shopping. We were seated and it went downhill from there. Our waiter took our drink and app order and disappeared. After 10 minutes we received an ice tea and coke. Two Shark Bite drinks took over 20 minutes to make it to our table after another waitress rescued them from the bar area and brought them over. Our dinner order was never taken as our waiter was too busy hanging out in back of house and outside. We paid and left. Won’t be back as the service is deplorable and the staff is too busy hanging out together and playing around. Used to be a good place for a drink and dinner.
