Had a great experience at Chili’s! Our server, Jamaine Mingo, was outstanding friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The food came out hot and fresh, and the service was quick and professional. Jamaine really made the meal enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

I was working in the Albany area last week and wandered into this Chilis to grab takeout. Can I just say WOW!? Amanda and Karan were so fantastic, they made me feel like I was hanging out with friends! It’s rare for me to find this kind of engagement and friendliness when I’m out on the road. I needed to recognize these two individuals for truly being a bright spot in my day!! And my salad was fantastic too 😉 I’ll definitely frequent this location when I’m in the area again!

The food was pretty good but the best part of my dine was my incredibly talented waitress, Kamryn. Where do I even begin? She was amazing. So kind, great at her job, hilarious, and attentive. My drink never went empty without her swooping in to fill it up. Thank you for the great experience Kamryn!

Best Chili's I've ever been to! It was a busy Friday night but that did not slow down the service or impact the food's taste in any way. Angie, the manager. made it a point to introduce herself and come around often, ensuring our experience was top notch. Very rare to see this anymore. Definitely going back to this one! (Those triple dippers are no joke!!!)

The staff is so friendly and amazing. Our triple dippers are always so amazing, our drinks are generously poured and crisp. This is a great neighborhood bar to make friends, watch a game, and just relax. We get treated like family here

I order to go...food was done early and was sooo fresh. I was very very disappointed in the pb pie though. Ive had it before and the slice was decent (both times) but this time it was like half of the size it normally is. For the price of a slice, there is just no reason why the size was what it was. Extremely disappointed. Had I been the one to pick up the order, I wouldn't of even taken it.

When people compare Applebee's and Chili's it makes me mad. Don't waste your money at Applebee's, Chili's food is better, it's menu is better, it's people are better. This one is no different.

Haven't been to a Chili's in many years but the $10.99 cheeseburger deal was worth a try. The have a smash burger or a quarter pound burger which was thin like the smash. Just different toppings. Burgers were excellent, nicely cooked. Served with fries and either endless chips and or soup or salad. Also a soft drink and refills included. This is a great deal and the service was fast. A shout out to our server Amanda who was friendly and always checking on our needs. Thankyou!

Great Service but the food was subpar. It seems they have changed their chicken crispers again. They are now flat, more dense and less moist. Same with the grilled chicken sandwich. Flat, thin, not moist, not tender. This last meal was a downer.

Stopped in today at 3:30 after shopping. We were seated and it went downhill from there. Our waiter took our drink and app order and disappeared. After 10 minutes we received an ice tea and coke. Two Shark Bite drinks took over 20 minutes to make it to our table after another waitress rescued them from the bar area and brought them over. Our dinner order was never taken as our waiter was too busy hanging out in back of house and outside. We paid and left. Won’t be back as the service is deplorable and the staff is too busy hanging out together and playing around. Used to be a good place for a drink and dinner.
