Good place to drink a coffee. However, bathrooms are always out of service. Why? Simple, they don't want customer to use them. Not just people passing by, but the customer in general. Not good. When we denied that kind of services to the customer, they have no choice but to do business in the gardens around. It is a big problem in Albany area and the citizens or law maker are not doing anything about it. If you are a business owner you should allow people to use the bathrooms. Specially, if that customer comes from far away. It should be a law, that business owner allow people to use the restrooms.

Service at Drive thru was pretty bad. She rushed us for an order and then got it wrong. I asked for oat milk espresso with cinnamon. I got almond milk and coffee milk in it with no cinnamon. Why are they trying to make me sick? Stomach cramps half the night and I only had a few sips of it. Tried to call and they don't answer the phone voicemail was full so Im not the only one calling to complain obviously.

Ordered a dozen whoopie pies online and got to the drive through. Gave me a variety instead without saying anything. Didn't realize until I brought them to my destination and opened the sealed box

I’ll be crossing this location off my DD list. SLOW SERVICE, UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS & INCORRECT ORDERS. Understaffed? Or maybe it’s just multiple employees taking smoke breaks at the same time with the back door open. The public facing bathroom is locked & for employees only. One of the worst in the chain.

Employees are rude and ignore you. If you head to the pick up spot, no one will talk to you or even look at you. They just shove the orders forward, not confirming who you have.

never puts the right amount of matcha .. it's always too milky which is frustrating. it's not that hard to put the right amount of powder but this location seems to not know how to do it? they think it's all milk. please please do better because we're spending our money

hi! im a returning customer and hate to leave poor reviews, but the staff were absolutely horrible to me. they ignored me when i was waiting to be served and the drink i ordered wasnt up to the standard that dunkin claims to have. i went to the bathroom and there was a lot of mess that made me unable to even go into the stall because i was so disgusted. unfortunately i will not be returning because of this awful experience.

We tried to get coffee here this morning and we're told we could use the kiosk to place our own order or it was just going to be a while before they would help us. They had no less than 5 workers behind the counter and refused service. We were the only people in the store.

Been to this location twice and the avacado toast was cold second time they served me a half cup of coffee. Both times the person taking my order was very rude. If you can avoid this location
