Being a regular customer at this location, I can say that I never had a bad experience over here. The pizza is always well made with right amount of toppings.

Service is nice, Staff members are super-friendly. Although, a little far off from the shopping hub of East Greenbush/Rensselaer area, its worth visiting the place. There is a kid corner too to have them show the creativity.

I've ordered delivery from there and they are extremely reasonable and the food is great quality. Only this place do I order pizza because it's never burned and the crust is perfect thickness- two things about a pizza that are vital to keep ordering from there. The delivery people are great. Definitely get your pizza from this place.

I work in a pizza place, so pizza isn't my go to by any means. I ordered none the less and remembered why i enjoy the occasional Dominoes pie. SUPER cheesy (almost to a fault, but this is America, we like our cheese), fresh produce -Because when it comes to Mushrooms, fresh is best- and made with professionalism in mind. My driver missed the street on the first try (so not his fault! the street sign is up high) and was very friendly and apologetic and complimented my order. if Kristin made your food, ooooh man are you in luck!

I feel bad because I have a hurt knee so I use curbside but I've had the same guy meet me at the door and he always has a smile. It just warms my heart. To add to my previous post, I went to Domino's tonight and I encountered a man that was working alone. I think his name is Jeremy or Jerry ( I'm so sorry I forgot your name) He was making orders for delivery and for the vehicles in the parking lot. Including myself. I watched him work and was managing. I would have went crazy. I normally order curbside and I told him since he was busy I can hop in and grab it and he said he will bring it to me and just relax, he appreciates my patience. He said all this with a smile on his face. He prepared everything in a prompt manor , you would think he had magical helpers in there with him. He was so apologetic and informative, he was more worried about me in the car as he threw up fingers to show how much longer. I would have waited an hour if I had to. He was cooking and bringing out the orders to our cars. He needs a day or 2 off with pay because he did an amazing job. He was alone and still was making the company money, so selfless. I couldn't thank him enough. His hard work didn't go unnoticed. If you see him, tell him job well done. I hope he gets recognized for this.

I have been debating on whether or not to start doing this whole google review stuff, but after tonight’s experience I feel that I must. So this will be my first ever review on here. I have been ordering dominos pizza for well over 12 years now from Colonie / Albany area. I recently moved out past East Greenbush. So I decided to give this new dominos in Rensselaer a shot. All I can say is WOW. This is Literally THE best pizza I’ve ever gotten from dominos. EVER. I’m fat. I like double toppings and all that fat stuff. I never feel like I get what I pay for or rather even the employee making the food ever cared about putting double or extra on the pizza. Again, I’ve been ordering dominos in the Albany / Colonie area for many years. So Im used to getting a certain product. The staff here at this Rensselaer location are also very friendly, just another plus. Very different employee attitude here at this location than what I’m used to. So all in all, this experience at the Rensselaer location has single handily changed my ENTIRE experience with dominos pizza. Owners / corporate dominos take note, this location is what the city locations need to be like. Amazing food AND great friendly staff. I am also planning to call the store and speak to the manager and give my credit to their employees. Truly a very wonderful experience. I highly recommend anyone to try this location.

I did have a few things missing with one of my orders, after calling them up the manager made a fresh batch, delivered it and gave me a free pizza for next order. BEWARE or be extremely cautious for the delivery van thats a white grand caravan, license plate fze4525, I witnessed him place all of the pizza's, like 4 or 5, that he was going to deliever on the street outside of his van before opening the door and placing them on the seat. On the contrary their on time but there were a few times that it took an hour and a half to two hours for delivery and there have been twice two times that I ordered extra dipping sauce for the set of sticks that I never received and the pasta went from a normal full container to a half the last two times ordered and the cinna stix are AWESOME but there was a time when the bottom and edges were burnt.

I usually don’t have any complaints but I’m pretty upset. I woke up early this morning and threw up 4 times from eating here. This has never happened before but I know it was the cheesy bread because that’s the only thing I ate yesterday. I’m extremely disappointed because I definitely will not be eating here again.

My son loves this place. It’s ok ..... nothing to brag about. My only complaint is the delivery fee that does NOT go to the delivery driver. It’s kind of strange so I usually just pick it up to avoid paying an extra 9-15 dollars just for delivery fee and tip.

Pizza is always really good. Wings are always a different story. So fatty and sometimes the wrong sauce is put on it, it’s 50/50. Also if you don’t deliver until 3:30pm on Tuesday you should really fix that time and stop saying you deliver when you open

It's domino's. The pizza was hot. The wings were so small they looked like they came off of a chick and not a chicken.

The food was nice and hot but for some reason I arrived early. While parked right out front I noticed none of the employees had on hair nets or even gloves. Covid is real, so there is no reason anyone doesn't have gloves on while dealing with people food. It was at least 3-4 females working and not even 1 person had a hair net on.

Supervisor wasn’t pleasant to her new cashier. The wait was long and the order was incorrect in three different ways. Pizza was delicious though.

It had been a while since ordering from Domino's. Seems like quality of there pizza's have gone down and had to wait about a hour in total from putting in the order on the app until pickup at the store.

Good Domino's location for quality but be extremely cautious when ordering delivery online. They seem to be understaffed on drivers and 60-75 minute estimates online can actually be 2-4 hour waits. I've had multiple 2.5 hour plus waits for delivery and most recently had a wait of almost 4 hours when I ordered at 7 and the food got to me around 10:45. They do wait to put your food in until the driver will be ready, so it still comes hot, but you can be waiting a very long time and it's hard to tell ahead of time.

Pan Pizza was good. Reminded me of pizza hut. Wings were fatty and gross. Didn't even eat them all. Wings were a total waste of calories and money. It's like the wings weren't fully cooked so the fat didn't render. Next time we'll order Brooklyn style pizza and definitely NO wings.

It used to be good food and service with the old crew that was there, not so much now. They almost forgot 2 of the 7 items I had ordered.

The wait times for delivery are beyond ridiculous. Order placed at 5:13 PM and it didn't hit the oven until 6:26 PM. Now it's stuck on "Quality Check". Pretty sure the quality is going to be suspect. Recommendation: Don't bother.

Nowhere on the website it was written that ordering online would be stopped at 8pm.I tried making a purchase and the system rejected me.I decided to drive to the store only to be told oh we stop online orders at 8pm. As a result I was unable to get my coupon or deals I had online and I actually paid more and got less than I was suppose to. This might just be my last purchase here

An hour and 15 minutes after I ordered the worker told me it was going to be another 40 minutes at least. I had to cancel the order at that point. The system shouldn't continue to let orders come in if the business can't keep up

Decent enough food and good desserts, however, lately the delivery times are outrageous -150-160 minutes the last two times we ordered from them! And they charge $5.99 to deliver it that late. There are plenty of other pizza places that do NOT charge for delivery and can get the food here in a lot less then 150 minutes. That will make me think twice before ordering from Domino's again.

I've been buying pizza here years now. I just came to order the same pizza that I normally order, (large extravaganza half and Hawaiian specialty pizza) only to be told by to person that Domino's don't make this and she would get into trouble for placing such an order. Just lost my business...

I never leave reviews, but this experience really frustrated us, and I feel like I need to say *something*. We ordered online tonight, and about 5 minutes after we placed it, someone from the store called us to ask if the name we placed “was a fake name”. What..????? She was extremely rude when calling to ask, and swiftly hung up on us after we answered. When we went to pick it up, they forgot the bacon we paid extra for, and said if we wanted it fixed, we had to wait 15 more minutes. No point waiting…. Additionally, when asked what the name was when picking up, the lady was extremely rude AGAIN, making fun of my husbands name on the order. ITS HIS REAL NAME! Why such the attitude??? She must be new. Do better. Until now, we’ve had nothing but good experiences, but tonight they really dropped the ball in customer service and overall atmosphere.

our order was supposed to be done in 31 minutes for takeout according to the app. it took an hour and 8 minutes before the order was ready for pick up. my boyfriend waited in the parking lot for a half hour before the food was brought out. they are normally wrong with their estimated times, but typically only mayyyybe five/ten minutes ? 36 minutes late is ridiculous. the food is always good here though, as long as you don’t want it on time. i would have messaged corporate instead of leaving a review, but the website does not offer contact info.

You wouldn’t believe how times this place messed up my online order. Received burnt pizza, incorrect dressings, incorrect pizza…like it’s an online order…how could you mess that up!!! Last week I ordered icing for my cinnamon twisters and received ranch dressing instead.

The worst Pizza ever I got a half pepperoni and the other half supreme supposedly and it looked as if it was throwed together with the ends of the bell pepper and onions throwed in!! Done with this place. It's never right or easy with them. I'm tired of jumping through hoops to pay for insanely overpriced pizza that they never get right anyways. I especially love being "gifted" a 10 dollar gift card for the trouble I went through, that has no value whatsoever and doesn't work. What was even the point of that?

This place will eat up your time like no other. When ordering, it'll say 20 minutes to pickup but when the order goes through its 2 hours. I waited 2 hours today for my order and they still didn't have it ready. They wanted me to wait an hour more after that. This dominos is consistently late. I have ordered from here 7 times so far and got my order on time twice. They were excessively (1h<) late more than not. Do not order from here if you value your time.

This Location Has Become The Worst, You Have Been Warned!! I hate to say this, but since November the service has just gotten horrible here. Delivery times of over an hour, food quality has suffered and consistency has gone out the window. The latest issue was the last straw. On Monday we ordered a pizza and boneless wings for lunch (around 1pm) and got a phone call from the driver at 3:23pm saying that they got a flat tire. 20 minutes later I get another call from the store to let me know about the flat tire and that they were sending a driver to meet that one and get the food to deliver, we did not get the food until after 4pm, and by then the pizza was so soggy it was falling apart (couldn't even eat it with a fork), and the chicken was soggy and half a usual portion. I completely understand that flat tires happen, but in November we had a delivery issue because the driver got a flat tire in the same exact location as this time (tracker app shows them in the same downtown Rensselaer neighborhood), that time they delivered my food to the wrong address and then I had to go to the store for a fresh order and they didn't refund the tip that I had included in the online order. This time around I think that since it was over two hours old, they could have made a fresh batch and just delivered it from the store instead of going 20 minutes out of their way to bring me a soggy box of mush. This location has lost my business, which sucks because they used to be the best location in the Capital Region. Corporate has been MIA and had to be contacted repeatedly just for us to get offered $20 credit on a $29.13 order that was inedible, a credit we have yet to see applied to our account.

Very bad experience, we ordered hand made pan pizza, it’s too bad and it’s not even cooked or baked well, do not try this. I don’t recommend at all. I used to eat at Domino’s Malta , they do it very well and satisfy the customer but this store is too bad , I also raised a ticket with customer support and no response till then. I’ve never been to this location but every time I’ve ordered delivery from here, it says it will take maybe 40 minutes. It always takes over an hour and a half. This is not due to me always ordering on busy nights or due to the delivery drivers. I’ve ordered on weeknights and weekends with no difference in the awful times. Half the time the cheesy bread is undercooked.

After waiting an hour and a half for my delivery and getting the wrong pizza and COLD! I asked the manager if she would pick the entire order and refund me . she refused and she said she would only refund the one item and I would have to come in ! Waste of time .

4/27/23 I will not ever order from this location again. I was told 27 mins for my order, it took 2 hours. The driver arrived to my door cussing. My door was closed but I could hear him. The pizza was mushy in the center and the dessert/brownie was black/burned on the bottom. Domino’s solution is to send me a coupon…

This place needs everything new, starting from the owner! Very horrible and rude customer service, not to mention the extremely long wait times. If you want to order delivery at night, you’re better off walking there by foot… I assure you, you’ll get your food faster

Call rennsaler ny Domino's they never pick up the phone and when they do they hang up the phone 3 times on me noy professional at all. Domino's went down hill once they added the answering machine everything take to long. They should go back to the old ways when people call somebody pick up the phone. This happen on Dec, 9 between the hour of 7 pm to 7: 30pm. The guy answer the phone you start ordering he laugh and hang up the phone. I guess Domino's hiring anybody now.

Delivery driver drove 15 min past my house. I live 5 minutes away. He got there 25 minutes later. Who knows what he was doing. Very little marinara sauce on pizza. They forgot the buffalo sauce on the other pizza. 1 pizza over cooked the other undercooked. It’s not Starbucks. A cheese pizza shouldn’t be that problematic to make. I got sick from something. The managers apparently don’t care about quality control. I hope the paycheck is at least good the food was not.

The girl working said our food wasn’t ready, when it was on the rack and 10 minutes later she goes to the rack to get our food and just places it on the counter not even acknowledging us. Usually i don't prefer to write reviews but I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the treatment I received from your management team during my recent visit on 07/10/2025, 9:00PM at your store. I ordered the pizza at the store from my mobile app and i went into the store immediately and informed to the guy who is standing at cutting table it's a clean cut . The time when my pizza is out from the oven i saw the lady is cutting my pizza i just reminded her it's a clean cut. Immediately she raised her voice by saying it's clean, she turned out very aggressive, dismissive attitude, she started murmuring herself which I found to be unprofessional and very much disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect courteous and fair treatment, and this experience fell far short of that standard. I felt very bad the way she behaved with me. I seriously suggest the management to have a respectful staff who behaves properly with their customers. During my visit on 06/24/2025, After we waited 20-25 min we got the order. Me my sister & my Fiance decided to have the food by sitting in the dining hall. The time when we are having the food the flies were fallen into food and my fiance got pissed off and he left the food and went outside immediately . The trash can which is behind us is completely full and no space to trash the pizza boxes. The store main door was kept completely open by the time we visit the store. Lot of These conditions made me uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about food safety and overall sanitation. Even while we are waiting for our food the horrible thing is big big mosquitoes are biting like anything. I observed several hygiene issues like dirty floors, unclean tables, overflowing trash bins. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any food service environment. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent experience with this Domino’s was so frustrating I felt compelled to speak up. I ordered a pizza and paid extra for extra chicken, expecting a decent amount of topping for the added cost. What I got was a complete joke — barely a sprinkle of chicken across the entire pizza. Honestly, it looked like they forgot the chicken entirely and then tossed a few pieces on top as an afterthought. If this was “extra,” I’d hate to see what a regular amount looks like. It’s not just about the money (though it’s ridiculous to charge extra for something they clearly didn’t deliver on) — it’s the principle. If you’re going to upsell customers, at least have the decency to follow through. I tried contacting the store, but no one seemed to care. No apology, no offer to fix it — just a shrug and silence. This isn’t the first disappointing experience, but it’s definitely the last straw. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest anyone who values their money and expectations being met do the same. Domino’s, do better.

They’re usually amazing never had a bad experience until last night, called them right away after waiting for an hr for my order as they were busy(which was ok). Brought the food home and found a long hair in my food. Called the store right away and some guy said “the manager is busy he will call you when he’s free” never got a callback or anything which is pretty disappointing.
