Its great, I'm a regular, delicious and aloha in every bite, a tad bit expensive but its filling so its ok, and service tad bit slow, but not that bad, place is ok, always coming back for the hawaiian chicken and beef mix combo and their sauce, man, those are delicious sweet and salty, and the beef mostly fresh and seasoned well, one of our favorite to go fast food place.

Came to this location for the first time, I got a mini meal with shrimp and hubby got bbq chicken plate. His was good but my breaded shrimp tasted like old oil, the rice and my salad were good. Almost all of their tables were dirty and the floors too, the trash can was overflowing and the chairs that have a cover are disgustingly dirty, they need to get rid of those covers or get them washed. Overall the service was ok but I don’t think I would be back to this specific location.

BEST MISTAKE EVER. They mistakenly gave me a side salad instead if my macaroni salad which I LOVE, so I was naturally mad when I got home and discovered this. 🤬 I was even more angry because they plated the salad with my HOT food. 😤 When I was removing the salad from my meal unto a separate plate, that’s when I gave it a taste and was surprised by how good and flavorful it was!!! 😋😋 This salad turned my frown into a smile 😃 I fux with the side salad but I would prefer my mac salad next time.

I love this place. However I usually go to the one in Fontana on Valley. Everything you get will be delicious. Unfortunately this time it seems like I got all the left over scrapings of fire island chicken, off the pot. Very disappointed. Usually it is always fresh. Guess someone was being lazy back in the kitchen. Haha. I should stick to one location. This wont stop me from eating it again though. Hence the 3 stars for the location in Rialto on Riverside Ave.

WANT TO THROW UP Been seeing this place for about a year and never tried it today me and my friend were looking for new places to try and we happily choose this (a mistake) long story short we got the Terrikai and I got the spicy whatever this is very disappointing I’m just so sad now ruined my appetite I saw a guy just sad in there that’s probably why and the workers were NOT happy to see us not a big deal but yeah it’s also expensive nearly 20 dollars for nasty chicken, macrioni salaf and bland white rice please don’t get this I promise you it’s not good I PROMISE you’ll regret it.

I purchased food from here today. The food quality is good. The workers attitudes are not good, they just stand around. Especially Jessica who works here. My order was on the counter ready to be bagged up for about 10 minutes when all the workers were on their phones and not bagging orders. Where is the manager/supervisor? Nobody is getting any work done. And if they do, it's slow and lazy.

If I could give it a zero I would. Over 20 min wait for my food and I had to ask for my money back. People that had ordered after me, were called and after 20 min they were still waiting for the katsu chicken to be done for my order. Not going back to this location

Called to place an order with Brenda, was hung up on and forced to go inside the establishment to place my order only to be attended to by the same Brenda, when I mentioned I’d called in to place and she hung up on me her attitude & expression shifted and she became passive aggressive. It cannot be that hard to pick up the phone and right down 3 items

They keep the phone off the hook, so I feel the customer service is poor. It is unfair to the customers that only get a 30 minute lunch, and want to preorder their lunch. During this pandemic I feel that they should be able to offer phone orders accommodations. I tried ordering online, but the price difference is about a $5-6 dollar difference.

Terrible! First off, I called in advance 12 minutes a head. Still waited 20 min for my order. My food was sitting for a while. Cold and hard. Chicken burnt. Not going back to this location.
