Run! Don’t walk here. From the beginning to the end the whole experience was exceptional. Every 15 minutes or so the whole staff greets the customers with a welcome! You can sample the meats if you are not sure which to get and the al pastor and chicken were awesome! They also hand make each tortilla by hand which is super unique. I could write a whole paragraph about the tortilla because of how fresh and soft it was. One of the supervisors on duty noticed how much I liked it and even gave me an extra one on the house. Alondra also was super attentive to the tables and even though it’s small and busy she was asking if the food was okay and if we wanted more salsa! Hats off to Baqba! If you are in the area stop by to get your fill!

Upon arrival, we noticed the line was going outside the business door. Although there's a wait time to start an order, it's done in a timely matter and efficiently. There are a variety of meal options such as burritos, salads, bowls and quesadillas. Variety of meat and toppings to choose from as well so it can be done to your liking. Similar style to chipotle but better in my opinion. Due to it being popular, the inside can get packed with limited seating and the line so one can get overstimulated. Overall good food and good customer service. Definitely will be coming back when in the area

Wow, beats my expectations! Leslie was so amazing and kind. She kept coming to us and asking how we were and even brought us sauce after we already ordered. The wet burrito was phenomenal! 10 times better than Chipotle and they LOADED their burritos, literally busting from the seams. The tortillas are soft and chewy, which is expected from homemade. Definitely will be coming back again 💯

Love coming here it’s like a chipotle but with better prices and better portions customer service is great. They try to move the line quick but they do get packed love the atmosphere love that you can eat outside. They got burritos quesadillas, tacos, bowls, and bread and salads. Highly recommend.

It was my First time I was in the line wasn’t so bad we stopped by, they worked as fast as they could with a line to the door. Food was fresh and portions are humongous so it’s definitely worth the price. Leslie was very helpful and attentive, We sat outside because the restaurant is very small and packed wall to wall by the time we paid for our food, she made sure she kept coming outside to get us anything we may need.

At the Rialto location, very first time trying Baqba and it was 20/10. Small line in the front took about 15 mins but i would wait for an HOUR!! Employees were friendly and fast with my food! Will definitely come here again and many times after. Even the soda was the best I've ever had at any food place. Food quality is ridiculously fresh including tortillas from dough to cooked right infront of me. It was awesome and Emily was very attentive and friendly!

Way better than that other place(Chipotle)!!! Freshly made tortillas and you fill it whatever you like!!! The lady could barely roll the tortilla up!!! It probably weighs over 2lbs. Everything seems to be freshly made and so much to choose from!!! My wife also split an order of tacos with me!!! She tried a bowl and we loved it!!! I ate half her bowl and 1 taco!!! Now we have a whole burrito to split for tomorrow!!! This place is amazing and portions are extra large!!! We'll be back to try some other items on the menu!!! The ladies are so helpful, beautiful and friendly!!! The place seems to always be busy, so be ready for a little wait!!!

First time here & it didn’t disappoint! We got 2 tacos de Al pastor, 4 tacos de sirloin & the burrito de Arrechera. I’m not a fan of fat on meat, so I’m glad none of it was on anything we ordered. All the meats were very tender & juicy when biting into them as well as seasoned & marinated greatly. They don’t short you on the meat or sides so that’s a plus. Wait time was around 30-40min, but it was Saturday night & the line was out the door. Well worth the wait, looking forward to going back! Gracias por el servicio y la comida!

I finally made the 30 minute drive to try this trending spot. portions are generous, service is awesome and quality is beyond great. I ordered the arrachera bowl and it's so good. I'll be back to try everything else. lol. The line was out the door at 1:00 so place your orders online and give them an extra 10 minutes, you'll be in and out. The restaurant is tiny with a small strip of booths and some outdoor seating so to go is preferred I think.

Such a great find! From the moment we walked in, the line moved quickly and the staff worked fast and efficiently, which made the whole experience even better. I ordered a burrito with arrachera, and they were definitely not shy with the portions — it was fully loaded and packed with flavor. We also tried three tacos, which were fun to customize and tasted fresh and satisfying. The guacamole with chips was creamy, well-seasoned, and a perfect side to share. The standout of the day was hands down the quesadilla with al pastor — crispy, cheesy, and full of bold flavor. Overall, great food, generous portions, and speedy service. Definitely worth stopping by and I’ll be back to try more.

Definitely recommend this place. Food taste and meats selection A++. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Smells amazing half a mile away from the busy parking lot. Definitely worth the wait and the drive. We need more BABQA Locations!! 💙

This is the best place for a great meal. All of their food is generously seasoned & cooked well. An arrachera burrito with guacamole is $17 and is double the size of a normal Chipotle burrito. Wait time in person during peak hours can be out the door , but ordering online is so much easier.

Had a great experience on my first visit. The line was long be very well worth the wait. I was surprised and how large the portions were. A guy at the door named Jorge was very friendly and helpful. The owner was inside grinding making tortillas. I never give places a 10 but for sure a 10. Will be coming back .

Hospitality – ⭐️ From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine “Welcome.” That matters. The employees were attentive, not just to me, but to everyone coming in. You can tell they’re locked in on their job. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t sure what to order, and without hesitation I was given samples, enough to actually make up my mind, not a tease. Miguel helped me out when I was already eating outside. He came by to check if I needed anything, brought me lime and salsa, and told me not to hesitate if there was anything else I wanted. That kind of service sticks with you. Quick, thoughtful, and personal without hovering. Environment – ⭐️ Being inside Baqba feels alive. People moving, working, eating. Music playing. The grill sizzling. The kitchen hoods pulling up the smells and dispersing them at the same time. Employees calling things out, asking questions, building meals out loud. It’s a little hectic, but in a good way, it’s energy, not chaos. Exactly what I’d expect from a real, busy Mexican spot. A trabajar. Food Quality & Taste – ⭐️ The food was solid and memorable. I ordered a bowl with white rice, pinto beans, pastor, steak arrachera, veggies, and a few toppings to make it my own. The steak needs no changes, zesty, lemony, ranchera-style flavor done right. The pastor was good, but slightly on the sweeter side. I’d recommend asking for it sliced traditionally off the trompo, with some pineapple if you’re going the taco route. The grilled veggies, especially the onions, were a great add. Rice had good consistency. Ask for a lime, it elevates everything. Cleanliness – ⭐️ Cleanliness was clearly a priority. Tables were looked after, floors inside and outside were clean, and the bathroom was clean, well-lit, and cooled. Even the outside was being maintained by the pigeons. Overall, the place felt cared for. Pricing – ⭐️ Pricing felt fair and honest for the quality and portion sizes. Compared to similar chains like Chipotle, where the price keeps going up while portions and flavor fall behind, Baqba actually delivers. Here, the pricing makes sense, you get what you pay for in both quantity and taste. Nothing felt overpriced. Overall – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I had to sum it up: it’s like Chipotle, but smaller, so they care more. There’s more want here. More hunger. More energy. It doesn’t feel whitewashed, It feels like a place still trying, still grinding, still hungry to be good. And that shows in the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Happy customer. I’ll be back. And recommend to friends and family.

The places is small but the food is amazing(better than I expected). I was surprised of the good quality of the meats and tortillas. The selection for side ingredients is great, we tried the Steak(arrachera) and Al Pastor...I would go for Al pastor instead steak next time because it has more flavor due to the marinate. I'd highly recommend the place if you are in the area. There's not a lot of eating space so be prepared to eat in your car if it's busy.

Everything was good. We ordered the Birria quesadilla, an arrachera bowl, and an al pastor bowl. I preferred the birria and arrachera over the al pastor. They have a queso dip, it wasn’t my favorite. I think the portions are bigger than that chain restaurant. Only thing that wasn’t my favorite was the cheese dip side I ordered. There will be a line it moves fast. Seating is limited but there are benches to the side of the building.

Saw this place in Instagram and decided to give it a try. When I got there the line was out the door in front of the other store. Waited about 30 mins and it was totally worth the wait! The smell of all the food was so aromatic. The tortillas are all fresh to order. There's so many different options definitely and varites to choose from. The steak arracherra is definitely the best in my opinion. I've been back several times and all the meats are delicious. Definitely definitely recommended.

Baqba: Build Your Own Bliss with Handmade Heart This spot hits all the right notes for customizable comfort food. Whether you’re stacking a burrito, bowl, or quesadilla, Baqba lets you choose your protein adventure from smoky pastor to tender birria or veggie options that actually slap. The real MVP Their handmade tortillas soft, warm, and just the right chew to cradle all that flavor. Customer service is top-tier: friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. You feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. And if you’re wondering whether it’s worth the hype the line speaks for itself. Prices scale with your protein pick, but the payoff is pure satisfaction. Bonus: salad base if you’re feeling virtuous. Fast, flavorful, and flexibly delicious Baqba’s got your back whether you’re chasing sirloin sizzle or carnitas comfort.

I found this place on someone’s YouTube short. Food was real good! They let you sample whatever meat u want and every one greets you. Great customer service. The only caveat is the line. It was a line out of the door but they provide small water bottles. The amount of food they serve you is huge! I’ll definitely be returning

Have been here a few times already. Mostly the food and service is great. If you didn't order online and the line is past the next business expect to be there and hour. The carnitas are a bit too greasy and so are the quesadillas. They put too much rice in the burritos for our liking so we ask for lite rice/one scoop of rice or no rice. The black beans are better than pinto beans. The amount of meat is great and so are the extras. The staff is friendly, but if you order online check your order when you pickup. I asked for the cilantro sauce and sour cream on the side and if I didn't check before leaving, I wouldn't have had it when I got home.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon and the line was more than 30 minutes long. Normally I would be like maybe next time. But because of social media my family wanted to try it so we waited in line. When we got to order it is pretty self explanatory what to do because it's almost the same as a chain restaurant we visited before. To be frank this place is pricey a burrito is more than $15 that's not a meal. The food is ok I tasted better. They have the meat on a vertical rotisserie but it is a gimmick. I don't know if it was the long wait because the meat tasted bland for me. Their sauce tasted like from a can. Don't get me wrong the burrito is huge but the salad bowl is not that much almost the same price. I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend this place for now. Maybe I'll try it in the future once the hype is done. Hopefully people respect my opinion about it.

My burrito was very doughy I don't Live close so I couldn't drive back. I tried to save it but The tortilla but it was so doughy I couldn't even eat it. The meat is good quality she didn't even add my Chili or add the cups of chili that I asked for so disappointed I hope it doesn't make me sick because it's so doughy

I got the al pastor salad, my wife got the barbacoa salad. The al pastor was chewy and fatty. The meat from some of the nearby food trucks is much better. The barbacoa flavor was good. There wasn't much lettuce for it being a salad. The queso was ok and the green salsa was good. We were surprised the food was this average given there's always a long line.

Food is good, but definitely not worth the wait. When I stopped by, the line was just out the door, so not as bad as other times I’ve seen. Regardless, I still waited 40 minutes. On the up side, the portions were generous. It’s upsetting (not to mention unethical) that this business gives a free drink or chips by showing the cashier you posted a good review on Google or Yelp. They have a sign at the front stating this, and they have an employee walking down the line informing customers about the free drink or chips. Reviews are supposed to reflect honest customer experiences. Offering incentives will deviate from the truth. So, be cautions when reading good reviews.

Last Thursday, I went to Baqba Mexican Grill in Renaissance Marketplace, drawn in by all the buzz on social media. With a menu boasting a variety of options like Al Pastor, Steak Arrachera, and Chicken Bowls, I was excited to see what the hype was all about. However, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. First off, I have to mention that the place was packed! I waited in line for over an hour, which was quite a test of patience. The limited seating inside and outside made it feel even more cramped, and while the staff was working hard to keep things clean, I did notice some leftover food residues on tables, which was a bit off-putting. When I finally got my Chicken Bowl, priced at $13.49, I was eager to dig in. Unfortunately, I found the flavor to be quite underwhelming. The chicken was bland, and the sauce didn’t do much to elevate the dish. While the portion size was generous, it didn’t quite make up for the lack of taste. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and attentive, doing their best to manage the busy environment. I appreciated their efforts, but the overall experience left me feeling a bit disappointed. I think I might give Baqba another shot in the future, perhaps when the crowds die down a bit. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend ordering online to skip the long wait. Here’s hoping my next experience will be more in line with the hype!

I came to the place because I saw it on Facebook. The guy was saying that it was similar to Chipotle , However the taste of the food is not on par with Chipotle at all. They however do make good size portion burritos. I noticed that the people that make the burritos for some people. They make theirs bigger than others.I just noticed that consistently while I was there. Me and my brother both got chicken burritos with brown rice, guacamole and cheese pinto.Beans pico de gallo cilantro.
