Coffee is good but the ice cream is even better! Absolutely must have the vanilla sunset in a waffle bowl or try the strawberry fresas in a waffle bowl. If your looking for coffee then try the mexi mocha. Shout out to Alicia for the great service!

Love the fact you can order coffee ice cream or tortas. Truly enjoy the coffee the size the price. Very flavorful. Conveniently available with drive thru. Staff is very friendly. Love that they not only have boba but the coffee jelly

I came in here for the first time a couple of days ago and got the caramel frappanutzz. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and espresso. The person who took my order was Edgar and he greeted my family and I with a warm smile and helped us decide on other menu items. He helped make our experience more comfortable and was so kind to us. I will definitely be returning!

Dear Coffee Nutzz Team, I just wanted to share my wonderful experience at your Rialto/Renaissance location today. I was craving ice cream and someone recommended Coffee Nutzz, saying you have the best ice cream. From the moment my family and I walked in, we felt very welcomed by the three ladies who greeted us. We were having trouble deciding on flavors, and Lorena was so kind to let us try a few before we made our choices. OMG, all the flavors were absolutely AMAZING!!! We ended up ordering Banana Cream, Horchata, Chocolate, and Graham Crackers. The servers were all great and incredibly friendly. I truly loved the service and the ice cream. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my family and I will definitely be returning for more ice cream!

I love trying local coffee shops, and this one was definitely on my list, it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the space was super clean and inviting. They had so many options that I honestly wanted to try everything! I ended up going with a matcha with banana and soft top, along with a bacon and egg croissant. Don't forget to add jalapenos it just gives it that extra touch. Both were absolutely delicious. Hours later, I was still thinking about that banana soft top. Seriously, so good. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Saw this place for the first time today when I was across the freeway online looking for somewhere to eat something. Immediately I knew I had to try the food and coffee. This place has officially become my number 1 go to spot in Rialto. I ordered their croissant, egg, spinach, onion, cheese, turkey, and spicy mayo sandwich, not only did it look amazing but the flavors were spot on. The crispy crunch of the croissant when put into the press and the flavor of the turkey marrying very well with the spicy mayo and onion. I had to stop for a second and really think about how wonderful it tasted. I also ordered their iced mocha drink and the coffee they put into is so bold and beautiful in flavor that the mocha part of the drink pairs so perfectly together. Everyone there was so cheery and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back here to try everything else when I can. Thank Coffee Nutzz!

It was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had it was a spicy chicken torta and it had jalapenos on it, it just made it a teeny bit too spicy for me with the jalapenos however somebody who's spice level is like a little kicked up it would have been perfect. Also had their raspberry square warmed up and it was like heaven especially on a cold day it was like the most perfect thing ever. I just can imagine it with coffee being exquisite. I just got a soda since I had a sandwich and chips but that square maybe like a chocolate latte or a vanilla latte would be decadent 100 starts little quick update cuz I went twice in a row and got the same thing just with a vanilla hot coffee. I asked for the spicy mayonnaise on the side just for them to make it plain and ask for the jalapenos on the side that's literally the only way to do it and just kind of dip it or add the spicy mayonnaise like you want because it's super spicy🔥🔥🔥🔥🤞🏽👌🏽🤗

Woo Hoo. I love to find good independent coffee shops to support, and Coffee Nutzz did not disappoint. Only four locations qualify as independent to me. I liked the layout from the start. It was big enough to see it was more than just coffee and they had good seating with outlets, which is important. Everyone there was attentive and cheerful. I ordered their pomegranate tea, forgetting to say I wanted an iced tea. I typically don't like hot teas, but I decided to try it and it was very good. Their spicy chicken torta was delicious, though a warning because it may be too spicy for some. I'm in that area twice a week and I've found my new spot when I have to sit for a while.

This location of Coffee Nuttz stands out for its spacious layout compared to other branches. The staff is exceptionally friendly and patient, and they are extremely generous with ice cream samples. They offer a fantastic kids' special from 11am to 7pm for only 99 cents, which adults can also enjoy. The music adds to the great atmosphere.

This coffee/snack place is one of my go tos when I come to this plaza. Employees are nice & the spicy chicken torta is delicious and reasonably priced. I also really like the matcha latte with boba. Highly recommend

I've been here a few times, and I've always had a wonderful customer experience. The employees are always nice and friendly. I have only ever gotten their Milk tea (no Boba, so I'm not sure if it's good), but I love it. Their prices are fair for the products they're selling. It's adorable inside with plenty of setting for any occasion. Also, they have great WiFi.

It was super quick and easy to order. Got our drinks quickly as well. The vanilla iced latte doesn’t have a strong milky taste which is always a struggle. The iced coffee black has nutty tones without the sour after taste. Great blended coffee as well.

The conchitas are small, 2 for $1. Nice treat for the kids. I had a mexi-mocha and it was pretty good. They also have ice cream. Which I think looks like gelato but it's not and it's pretty delicious. Definitely recommend trying this place. And we kind of like it better than Starbucks.

My kids like to come here for happy hour. You get it for 2 bucks which is a really good price. I did find that the last time i went the ice cream scoop was smaller in portion. Other times it's been great but last time one of the worker's made it up for me and scooped in a bigger portion and added some oreo sprinkles to it. Wish i got his name.

They make amazing sandwiches here! Definitely try their paninis 👍 I usually like to order a plain, black coffee as my coffee order and some days it is hot, fresh, and delicious. And sometimes it’s lukewarm or nearly cold. I think it may just depend on whoever makes the coffee cuz whoever makes that really good, piping hot coffee makes it perfect 👌 I also have tried their fraps and ice creams and they’re delicious! the atmosphere inside is nice. I like that it’s not too bright so it’s great to do hw or read a book in. Feels cozy 👍 All in all, it’s a really nice place to go to 😊

I ordered the Strawberries and Cream ice cream in the waffle cone but they had accidentally made me a smoothie. I wasn't upset. they were confused (by my original choice, I suppose) and didn't charge me the difference so that was nice. It didn't have a many strawberries as the picture so that was a little disappointing. I ended up coming back after a movie and dinner at September's to get a milk tea + Thai tea for my friend. The drinks were good. This place was overall, alright. I'd come back if I was in the area but it was a little disappointing. They do have a lot of choices on their menu so maybe another visit will redeem them.

Wanted to love this place. But after I asked them to fill my small honeydew melon smoothie to the top, they added large chunks of ice. : / This after I was already informed that they were out of boba. What a jip!

i would say drinks are pretty average the thai tea is good but its is a coffee shop wouldn’t recommend getting boba from here i tried the meximocha as well is was decent id say this place is for one stop shop more than a quality place you get you drinks and ice cream and food here but the quality is meh and service is decent

Nice coffee shop, but today Sunday 08/14/2022 around noon, I was ordered 46.Gansita, after a while they said runs out and I replace it with 43.Fresas & cream, I thought the replacement wasn't came with waffle and no price adjustment, which is I believe should be come with price adjustment. Hope the management will read this review and correct it.

Would not recommend the boba here. I had a Taro boba and it didn't really have the typical taro flavor. It was just sweet and tasted too sugary. The boba was overcooked and was added to the slushy while it was still warm so my first sip was warm slushy with boba.

Been before, not sure what was going on today but received Panini not even wholly toasted, and soggy. Usually not one to complain but waited excess of 5+ minutes in an empty drive thru. Onions were sliced but not even an attempt to properly prepare them.

Went through the drive thru yesterday, and waited over 20 minutes with one person in front of me. The person in front only ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich, so not sure why it took so long. Once I got to the window, had to wait another 5 minutes before I was even addressed. Enjoy the coffee, but not sure it’s worth a 25 minute wait.

I always come here and order the Thai Tea. I keep telling them don't put too much milk and Priscilla that was working the drive thru I told her light on the milk but again they dont listen. If I wanted milk with a splash of tea I would of made it myself. Learn how to do your job it isn't hard making a drink.

Funny review ahead! Honestly, the drinks are fine. Don’t order coffee… but other stuff is fine. But… and this is a major BUT… the service here is terrible and sweet at the same time… Every time we come here it’s clear the ladies working are friends, which is nice… but they never know what you’re asking for and seem to be distracted and ask the same questions over and over and still give you the wrong drink. We ordered a latte and she asked if we wanted milk… in a latte… of course we want milk, it’s a latte. Then she didn’t include it on the order… and we had to go through the ordering process again. To their credit, we ordered a slice of bacon for our dog and they only charged us a penny! However… that bacon WAS ice cold and the dog actually refused to eat it😂😂. Kind people work here! But they don’t really do their job super well😂😂

I’ll start by saying I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, good or bad. Today though, I was disappointed in this place. I had been here awhile back and enjoyed the coffee and breakfast. So I decided to come back today, 6/4/25 around 1:30pm. I needed to get some work done and grab a bite to eat and thought I should go hear vs. a Starbucks. Unfortunately, when I walked in, one of the workers with a headset on was with some guy at the tables that looked to maybe be her boyfriend. Not sure. Okay, whatever. I ordered my food and a coffee and it came quickly. Food was decent. The issue was, there were 3 different girls working and they were so loud talking with each other, laughing, cursing, and mingling with the guy I saw when I walked in (maybe he works there too since he was behind the counter when I left), that I had to leave because it was too loud. You can definitely tell they were young and immature. It’s fine, I get it. It’s a coffee house, not some super professional job. But, as a customer, that’s not the environment I want to go to at a coffee house. So, I ended packing up my stuff and heading to Starbucks to finish my work. I won’t be coming back here again, which sucks, because I was hoping to find a good place outside of Starbucks.

I am truly disappointed. I have been going to Coffee Nutz for 15 years. I started going to the 1st Coffe Nutz on Foothill for years. I decided to go to the one at the Renaissance Ctr since it's a little closer for me. I ordered a Pistachio crunch on a waffle bowl and The Yogurt Delight on a waffle bowl. They absolutely did not do it right today. It didn't have enough Yogurt on waffle bowl and Ice cream on Pistachio waffle bowl. I do know staff looks like they have new employees..not sure. But, I do know it was a young man that gave me ice creams in a bag. I did not bother to look bcuz I told myself everything is fine. By the time I got home I was disappointed. Smh

However we were not serviced because they were too busy taking care of the drive-thru and had us waiting over 10 minutes just waiting for them to attend to us and they were taking orders on the primary register that should be used for customers inside the store rather than using the drive-through window or cashier service register. There was a total of four workers there and none of them decided to hop on another register and help us nonetheless they lost your business and we had to walk out and when we walked out, nothing was said or tried to eradicate the issue. I don’t recommend coming here or if you have people that have large orders through drive-through tell them to come inside or park and wait this is ridiculous and the people who were served before us didn’t have the same issue we did.

(Update) i have done some research to my symptoms and it looks like their spinach might have been infected with E coli if i continue like this tomorrow i will have to go to the dr and if they confirm there will be a big lawsuit Got food poisoning from this place first and last time going here i been spilling my life away (iykyk) after eating their food yesterday yes i know 24-48 hours for it to take place and im 100% certain because their turkey egg croissant sandwich is the only thing im burping up idk if they messed with my food because i ordered a bunch of stuff for my family last night after not seeing them in 8 months or if it was the eggs that were bad or something and they arent properly managing their food safety but forsure it was this place its literally the only thing i ate all day after traveling 8 hours to visit family im probably going to contact the BBB and health department first thing monday
