Really fun and tasty food. It's in a great location. Even though the service is slow, I don't mind.

The food here is good and there are dining tables inside. My one complaint is that they take too long with the food. I had wait almost a half hour to get my food even when it's not busy.

This was an experience to remember ordered the food. Went to pay for it and everything appeared to be good. We sat out in the drive in. Nostalgic definitely experienced at a few locations across the country. Anyway the server came out and asked for payment. I stated I already paid with card. She had our drinks and said the food was almost ready. She took off with drinks and came back out. She said the payment did not go through. She had all the food this time and asked for credit card. Instead I asked do you have change and she stated yes handed the money got the food when I asked for change she said she had to get it. Wow what a trip. Anyway one sandwich bun was soggy. The Reese cup milkshake was made well shame it was so thick and no spoon to eat it. Then when I finished on the bottom Oreo cookie stuck to the bottom of the cup. 👎🏻Buyer beware.

Went early in the day about noon. 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. 1st car i saw get about 6 bags of ice, then left. The 2nd car received a brown bag like food. For both vehicles I feel like it was a good 10-15 min wait. I ordered fries and a blizzard. When I got to the window, i still had to wait.🤷🏾‍♀️ Won't be going there too much in the future.

The customer service at this Sonic is TERRIBLE! My husband and I went inside to order 2 rainbow slushies! THAT'S IT! We waited around 5 minutes for someone to even come out from the back to take our order even after ringing the bell as a sign states for you to do. We FINALLY order and theeeeen it took around another 15-20 minutes for our order to be ready! We literally wanted to cancel our order in the middle of waiting but we couldn't even get ahold of an employee! DEFINITELY will NOT be going back to this Sonic!

I did an online order & was disappointed with their service. This sonic is usually fast from previous experience but tonight was a very experience. I ordered online & did my mobile check in when I got there & It took 20 mins to get my food & was already cold! I had to go inside 2 times to finally get my cold food because nobody ever came outside after putting in my spot #! Never again will go back I'm very upset by the advice and on top of that the way I was treated as well!!

Extremely slow service, burnt bacon, wilted brown lettuce, paid for extra pickles didn’t get pickles, by the time they remade my burger, gator tots were cold. Food tasted bad, not sure if the drive is worth coming to this place, thought my experience was going to like those in Texas.

Food literally had bread mold on it. I probably shouldn't of wiped it off to see but you can still clearly see it in the picture. Thats crazy... Also asked for tater tots, got fries. This is by far the worst sonic location around. Always slow, always issues with orders. How do you even stay in business?

If you mobile order hoping to save time, just know you'll be waiting at least 15 minutes after checking in, even if you're the only customer waiting. Any number you try to enter for mobile pickup says it's taken so you have to call and hope someone answers to check in.

This location was super understaffed. I also had the weirdest interaction with a worker named Gabriel here. I was trying to pay a 23 dollar bill with a 50$ bill. He refused and said I would take all his 1$ and 5$ bills. This was ridiculous. I ended up having to downgrade my bill to 11$ to satisfy Gabriel. I have no idea why he could not give me some of his change.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered two smoothies online and went through the drive-through. I ended up waiting 30 minutes with only one car ahead of me. Ten of those minutes were at the window because they had not even started our order. There were several workers but only one making drinks, and they still gave us one wrong drink. It tasted terrible. Overall, the entire experience was awful.

I've been a ride or die for Sonic for the last 20 years, but last night really broke that. The menu prices have increased to the point that it's not even worth going anymore. When I got my hot dogs, they didn't put any forks in the bag, there was no cheese with my pretzel, there was no ranch with my poppers. Yeah, the food was hot and delicious but that's not enough. If I give you $20 for dinner you need to be on top of it. My main reason for going was the deals in the app, but who in the hell thinks 8 tater tots are worth $3.60? And I can't use multiple deals together? Forget it. I'm out.

Customer service was extremely bad. I had to repeat my order to her many times because she looked distracted. My fries came with something strange green chunk. It’s absolutely disgusting. My bf asked for two small hotdogs and she gave us to big hotdogs. Place was dirty inside, crumbs on table seats as well.

First time and last time here! Have always wanted to try this place. Got a medium bacon burger meal as well as 3 other medium meals,which looked more like small meals.Talk about disappointment! Photo says it all! No other words need to be said! I know we got ripped off! My husband and son did say the buffalo nuggets were good.

This is the worst sonic around. Do not come. Haven't been since Nov 2021. Nothing has changed, stalls are 45 minute wait, drive thru takes 30 mins. Decided to go inside this time, 1 door is locked the side door open. Already a customer complaining to a worker about missing items and the workers then disappears, after repeatedly pushing the button for assistance to get ice cream to go some rude 16 year old worker yells the dine in is closed. There's no reason for a closed seat in area, it's all kids here who don't want to work, how this franchise stays in business is beyond me. Do not come here to this particular sonic. It is terrible. No customer support, courtesy, explanation they don't have any product to make half the menu. All we wanted is ice cream to go. The underage staff just hides in the kitchen.

First time trying this Sonic’s very unsatisfied. Friend were burnt they were out of regular and large cups so they automatically gave us small cups without notifying us and still charged us for regular size meals. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was pink inside. My whole family meals were burnt so unhappy. Will not be back at all.
