Kirin Court is a must visit for Dim Sum. Located in Richardson, the popular Dim Sum haven has served up delicious food for several years. The service is welcoming and attentive. You will enjoy the friendly atmosphere Kirin Court provides. Some of my favorites include the shrimp dumpling, chive dumpling, shrimp balls, baked pineapple buns, and sesame balls.

If you like Chinese food, you definitely need to come here. We tried many dishes, and to be honest, I didn't know the names - I just pointed and said 'I want this and that.' Great restaurant with a huge dining space. Great for events as well. Only place in the area that still serve Dim Sum using steam carts. They have a few different carts that are pushed by their staffs. They do serve variety of dim sum dishes. If you have not had dim sum before, you should try it. Best to go with a group so you can order varieties. When you order from the cart they will stamp the number of order of the item on a piece of paper and that will be total at the end. Must try are pork buns, fried pork bun, chicken feet, shuimai, carrot cake, sesame ball. They do serve all week long but may not have the steam carts during the weekday. Weekends are busy and line might be long.

Great all-day dim sum. Where else can you get dim sum any day ?! They have great choices and everything tastes amazing. The shrimp dumplings are some of my favorites, as are the steamed pork buns and the beef with rice in lotus leaves. They have the traditional cart service. It does get crowded on the weekends, so be ready to wait.

Kirin Court is our go to for dim sum in Dallas... and a lot of locals agree. Sundays are a guaranteed hour wait so if you have a party of 10 or more I highly recommend calling for a reservation. Regardless, it's always worth the wait. The variety and freshness is so good I don't know which item to highlight. Everyone who goes has their favorite from the revolving food trolleys. The kitchen is also very good about letting you order from the menu if you have a large group to feed. I highly recommend the Peking Duck. We also prefer the chrysanthemum tea vs the standard. And order an extra pot of hot water as the wait can sometime be lengthy

The food here is generally good. Tonight the shrimp and beef fun rolls were cold and felt like they were made earlier in the day. The rest of the items were served hot and tasted delicious. The service was impeccable to my surprise. Was it because there was only one other group of 6, or was it because the boss and his family were there, or did the service genuinely improve?? This place is huge and I’ve seen it packed. Would definitely recommend 👍👍

4.2/5.0 I was born in the 626 and if you understood that, you would know that it's dim sum heaven. My girlfriend was craving dim sum and this was one of the first searches that came up in the DFW area. They have a decent selection of items to choose from and it aligns with what I ate as a kid from the dim sum places back home. As it's something that I grew up eating, most of this review will be a comparison to places back home in LA. Overall, the food was decent. There are certainly items that could have been better. The sticky rice in lotus leaf was lacking a lot of the ingredients compared to the ones back home. It usually is my go to item for dim sum, but I won't be getting that if I come back. The BBQ pork fun rolls tasted better than the beef fun rolls. The egg custards tasted good and I enjoyed them. The chicken feet was also pretty good, I would say it's comparable to the ones back home. Parking could be an issue as it was pretty full. I was fortunate enough to find parking right when I got there but people were certainly waiting for spots. Very good service, and they actively go around with the carts asking if you want any items.

Came here on a weekday for lunch, not crowded. Not much food variety for dim sum. 2 carts came by but not very interactive with us, one of the ladies just came over next to our table but not offering anything from her cart 😅 We ordered a Pan Fried Spicy Clams. It tasted COLD, SOGGY, NOT PAN FRIED. It should be hot and spicy. We told them about it, they brought it into the kitchen and came out again. You can definitely tell they just microwaved it. It wasn’t hot at all. Very disappointed on this dish 👎🏼 I’m just glad I didn’t get food poisoning if the clams were not cooked properly.

It's located on the 2nd floor of an old building. Easy access to I-75. Lots of old customers. If you don't know the process, you will have to figure it out yourself. Servers won't explain it to you. BBQ pork is too dry for us. I was hoping they have more dim sum selections. It is expensive to eat Dim sum, I will shop a few stores.

We went on a Saturday. The servers do not speak English and do not take orders or help you. All they had was shrimp dumplings. I hope you like shrimp. I have not been to this place before, so don't know about its former glory. The food had no flavor. I can't figure out why people were going there. What happened to this place? Recently I went and it's mid. The servers kept taking our menu so we didn't know what to order for dim sum. The servers were difficult to find/flag down. The food was extremely lacking. The porridge, fried rice, and dumplings sucked. There was no soup in the soup dumplings; actually, there wasn't even a trace of soup in the steamer, as if it poured out. Will not waste my time or money here again.
