A great place to get a full healthy meal or a alternative side dish. This was my first time going to Solata and I was very impressed with all of their options. Not only so they have different lettuce bases like kale and spinach - they also so many topping you can make it however you like. This would fit most life styles (vegetarian, vegan, keto, pescatarian, gluten free etc) and the meat options are various seasoned chicken or seafood (which do cost extra as shown on their pricing labels). Don't be afraid to ask for an extra scoop of your favorite topping, especially non meat toppings since they won't cost you!

If you're in a rush, use the app as this is a smaller location and the staff is still finding their footing. On that note, it's a nice place for a light lunch. They need to pack on the dressing a bit more, since it will get lost if you have too many addons in your bowl. I recommend the asian bbq chicken, so yummy. Place has potential.

9/10 they are generous with portions and I have no issues! However there has been a couple of times where I asked for a small salad, yet they gave me a regular ; the raspberry lemonade seemed to be misplaced with a darker strawberry tasting lemonade ; and I tried to use my rewards card and the cashier wasn’t sure what it was and was confused (which is shocking because she’s always there! She wasn’t new) Just minor things that can make an experience less than perfect, but nothing drastic that would make me stop coming. I come 1-2x per week!

Absolutely love this place. At a minimum I try to stop by at least 3 or 4 times a week if my schedule allows. If you are pressed for time I would use their online ordering because this place is popular and the line can get a little long. The vegetables are spectacular and the staff is phenomenal!

Love coming in for my daily salad. The crew is always so kind and helpful. The manager Shisel is always so pleasant and smiling and inviting. She also told me about the rewards program which helped me save money. Love Salata

I got a custom salad and mostly enjoyed it - everything was fresh and tasted good. The only thing we had an issue with was the falafel. It wasn't very flavorful and the consistency made it feel like we were eating cork. It was also a lot firmer than other falafel we've eaten. We are vegan, so this was our "meat" - kind of a disappointing experience. Next time we'll probably go for quinoa instead. A nice added touch would be to more prominently highlight vegan/vegetarian options on your menu, maybe even have a dedicated plant-based section? There are very few vegan options in this area, so you might get some additional business if you make it easier to identify the vegan options.

When I walked in, the workers seemed welcoming and nice. The atmosphere was spacious and clean. The salad bar was fresh with a variety of different iced teas and soft drinks. However, for just a salad, it is a bit pricy and they could have packed it on a little more.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. Tonight I had a very unpleasant experience with the Server and went away SO disappointed. it was about 5:45 pm Sunday and I went thru the line to take two salads home. When I told the server Evaristo that the salata mix did not look to fresh, it was the bottom of the bowl and day, could he get some fresh please. His attitude was put out, then as I told him the 2nd order I ask for some fresh not wilted looking spring mix. He yanked out a bag and ripped it open, spilling out extra. I at that time, I said I'm sorry but if I am coming to buy a salad I would like fresh lettuce." His body language and attitude were awful. Sorry he had to work on Sunday and that I happened to come in when he definitely wished I had not.

I love salata and have been to this location many times and it seems this location is very stingy with their portions. I ordered a regular salad and had to ask for a little more toppings because all I tasted was lettuce and dressing. Honestly you get a better tasting salad when you order a small. You get the same amount of toppings no matter if you order regular or small at this location.

If done right you can eat both healthy and at a reasonable price, done wrong, you might as well scarf a big Mac fries and a coke and it'd be way cheaper. Seriously, 2 ppl can rack up a $40 bill for 2 salads and a drink. So take your time, all the ingredients are fresh and typically super clean, I honestly don't have any gripes, and love their salads mix

Customer service need a lot of work! Cashier today just pay me out with out asking for my rewards card...she said well maybe you will remember next time. But I told you I had it and she wasn't listen...Love the salads and service before but now idk.. well try another time hope the service improve

I like Salata but yesterday I visited and got a wrap. The guy cut my wrap with a knife that was used on previous customers wrap. The knife had some red stuff on it and it got on my food. It disgusted me. I don't know what the other customer had on his but it's cross contamination. If he got seafood I am allergic and I worry someone else may have an allergy to something else. Salata employees need to be mindful and wash utensils off.

31.00 For two salads I could get at Golden Corral with buffet Who doesn't have 1000 island, One of the most popular dressings in the world. I guess I'm just old school. The 2nd star is for the customer service was really good. Me and my friend were both disappointed.

It is the "Subway of salads" it is a great veriety and it tastes very ok. You can get any salad they serve at any restaurant that has salads. My service was terrible but that could just be 1 person having a bad day. The worse part of it is for a mediocre salad with no drink it will run you about $15.00 easily.

Very disappointed with my experience at Salata. I did not like the salad here. It was expensive, and the ingredients did not taste fresh. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Wanted the usual salad I get when I go. Staff was barely putting toppings in my salad. Each scoop of toppings was getting lesser as I went. I got overcharged for protein because the worker barely put any protein on the first scoop. Just outrageous! Debating if I want to come back again and I love it here..

This place charges you full price and then gives you pinches of vegetables. I thought it was an isolated event and gave them another chance, it’s the same issue! Don’t waste your time at this location it’s a rip off! I frequent Salatas in Cypress all the time and NEVER go through this. They give you what you pay for. In contrast, this location must train their employees to cheat the customers on their portion sizes. If I’m paying close to twenty dollars for a wrap or salad, I want my moneys worth!

I purchased a salad that had a long white string in it and was told that it supposed to be there because it is a part of cilantro fibers. I had never heard such a thing and said can I have my money back because I don't want to eat it because it is a long white string. The manager tries to go to the back and show me and I don't want you to show me about more long white strings connected to cilantro. I just want a good customer service and the get my money back and be happy. I will just gp back to Whole foods salad bar.

I can’t figure out if this salata is the worst salata in existence or the whole chain is trash. I’ve yet to get an edible salad and my husband keeps wanting it to be good soooo bad, so we try it every once in awhile. It’s way too expensive for a small salad to then not be able to eat it. Bless their hearts, I just don’t think they are trained well enough, or it’s the blind leading the blind in there. :/

Usually love this place but today I went in for dinner (peak) with almost no prep left and they were playing inappropriate music through the speakers of the restaurant. The line was disorganized and one of them was on their phone scrolling through social media instead of helping. Won’t be coming back for a while.

Very small portion, I got two wraps and the first lady was putting almost nothing of the ingredients that I ask for then the other one put a half empty scoop of chicken, I’m very disappointed an dissatisfied costumer’s , and the price 😱I should have read the reviews and not gone here, they treated me the same of this people here,

Just order 2 salads online for pick up ... my son went and picked them up for me... I paid $27 and barely anything was on the salads...I received incomplete salads..didn't get my pita chips, and no plastic ware as I requested with my order. I called and spoke with Dalilah she was so unbothered and said she doesn't know why my order was incomplete and that there is nothing she can do for me... but if I want the pita chips I can come get them... I asked to speak with a manager she said there is no manager and said the manager sandy works in the morning... I asked to speak to the person in charge and she said she's in charge! Tragic that they would put someone in charge who could care less about the people paying $27 for practically lettuce. I'm beyond disappointed and I feel ripped off by Rosenberg Salata. I opted not to go up there because I didn't want to cause a scene. Doubtful salata will be getting anymore business from me and if they do it won't be Rosenbergs location.

I've always enjoyed the menu at Salata, but the customer service is terrible. Employees laugh, talk to each other, and ignore customer requests when going through the line. When you ask for "extra" veggies, the employees act as if you are inconveniencing them by asking. Specifically I asked for extra chick peas and the employee dropped a whole TWO extra chick peas in the bowl, when repeated, they did it again. Another issue that I have addressed with management is the dirty trays in which they cut the wraps on. There is food and dressing from a prior wrap on there EVERY SINGLE TIME that tray comes from under the counter. With the amount of money my family and I spend here on a weekly basis, I'm quite disappointed. I had enough after the chick pea incident today!

I return and when I order my salad I get half scoops of servings and when I ask for another scoop I get attitude from the employee. How can I tell (well the deep huff and puff and the slinging of the scooper) then I ask for artichokes that’s 1.00 more and only 2 are put in my salad frustrates me. I’ve been to plenty of different locations and this one by far has been my least favorite.

I had been wanting Salata’s all day and with all the traffic and running around I was able to make it but only by 8:40pm, 20 minutes before they closed. When I entered all the employees were wiping down, cleaning up and what looks to be preparing for closing so they can go home. I get it. However they close at 9pm and I am here to pay for a salad just as I would be if it were 12pm. I quickly notice the Romaine lettuce is empty. I asked if they had anymore. The young man said no we’re out. I asked you mean there is no more in the store available . He said no. I said no what you mean is you don’t want to get any more romaine from the back because I’m sure there is more. A lady comes and say unfortunately we’re not able to prep any more romaine . We have to use what’s already out. I asked is this a corporate rule or your rule she says it’s the managers rule and says they have been told that after 8:30pm they aren’t to prep any more food. I asked for the managers name they said Yette or something I literally had to ask multiple times. She then with an attitude says you know what I’ll make an exception as if she was doing me a favor. I truly think employees forget that customers make a difference and we should be treated with some level of respect just as they want respect. So she goes and cuts up the Romaine lettuce comes out and cough a bit close to the direction of the lettuce. She dumps it with an attitude into the pan. She prepares to make the two salads I was ordering and then goes on to say “ you know this is not what we typically do but I’m doing a favor for you because I have time on my hands” I laughed it off because this young lady has no idea what customer service looks like. But I know to address issues with corporate as opposed to their staff. Needless to say I will NOT be bringing my funds to this location until they provide training and if they want to stay open til 9pm they should be prepared to serve their customers with some respect and kindness. I really want to see what was happening to the lettuce behind that fall. If she was being rude in front of me I could only imagine what she did or said behind the wall. I prayed over my food in hopes that I wasn’t eating coughed on food or contaminated food . Update: District Manager made it right; I’m thankful for her listening and making necessary corrections.
