SO GOOD! And affordable! My scallion pancake sandwich with steak, mushroom, eggs, cheese was delish. Pancake? Crispy and flaky. Steak and mushrooms? Juicy. Cheese? Melty. Perfect combo. C&B Luncheonette is an absolute gem in Ridgewood! This place offers some truly unique and delicious creations — their bacon, egg, and cheese served on a scallion pancake is a must-try. It’s the perfect twist on a classic breakfast sandwich and worth the trip on its own. What really sets C&B apart, though, is the vibe. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and personable — you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Highly recommend!

Run don’t walk! The scallion pancakes are absolutely delicious. Perfect flaky, crunchy, juicy ratio. Every bite was loaded with flavor. Green tea pancakes were perfectly fluffy and the taste wasn’t overpowering, definitely trying them again. Iced Dirty Matchas w/ strawberry were perfect. 10/10 no notes. Way better than any overpriced nonsense you get anywhere else. Came here with my gf for a morning date, we maybe said two sentences (“yuuup that’s the business” and “mmmm mhm that’s delicious”) to eachother because the food was too good to stop eating. To top off the amazing food and drinks, Crystal & her parents were so sweet and charming. Definitely going to come back again and again and again… and again and again

We stumbled on this place on the way to my daughter’s doctor’s appointment and had the best time! Not only was the food fast and delicious, they let her draw on their awesome art wall with paint markers and gave her free macaroons for her birthday! VERY nice people!!

The mamas special (braised pork belly) is literally to die for. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the first thing I think about when I wake up every morning. Also- bao buns. And scallion pancakes! Prices are great here and servers are so nice.

Food is made with love. Truly some of the best I’ve had in the area, the scallion pancakes are delicious. Every employee is passionate about prioritizing the customer and providing you with a top tier experience. Kudos to the team and everything you do to for the community!

Honestly my favorite kind of scallion pancake. Flakey, crispy, not greasy~ It made my steak egg and cheese not so heavy. The staff is super kind and accommodating. I saw their kindness extend to all of the customers which makes such a cozy atmosphere. Also !The matcha is delicious.

gem of the neighborhood. great prices, diner/bodega classics and asian fusion treats (taro latte, katsu BEC). i’m never sure whether to be happy or sad on the days they are closed – it means i have to live without my spam egg and cheese on scallion pancake 😭 but also means that the lovely and hardworking people who run C&B are taking a well-deserved day off. in short, this place rules.

Have had their scallion pancake breakfast sandwiches many times and just tried today their chicken katsu sandwich and taro coffee latte. Chicken was crunchy with a delicious homemade sauce. Found out they marinate, season, and bread their chicken themselves too, not pre frozen packaged. The coffee flavor was strong even through the ice with just the right amount of sweetness for my preference. Space may be small but it’s quaint and has a backyard space to enjoy the weather. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Will definitely come back to have more of their coffee and excited to try other things on the menu.

The owner is super friendly and the service is fast. The prices are oddly high for breakfast in a luncheonette like this. The omelette sandwiches are also unfortunately not very good. I was hoping for better food. Too bad. It could be better.
