A fantastic experience! My wife and I did the pesto class and it was the highlight of our whole trip. So much fun, great energy, and came away with a deeper appreciation for the region, its people, and cuisine. Simone was an amazing host and teacher, and all the staff were friendly, helpful. The food and drinks were delicious, and of course the view is incredible. Highly recommend for anyone thinking of visiting the area.

The pesto class at Nessun Dorma with Simoné is incredible! He is clearly so passionate about pesto and people and made the class feel personal despite being a big group. The location and views are unbeatable. The class was informative and they make making delicious pesto very easy. It’s also incredible value with the pesto making class portion, the apron, the wine and the spread of food they provide. Would 100% recommend doing this class if you’re spending time in Cinque Terre.

We attended the last 5 pm pesto cooking class of the season. We had a blast! So educational, entertaining with music & dancing along with a spectacular view. The pesto & charcuterie were excellent. Plenty of wine provided with one to take home along with an apron. Great value for your money. Best activity in Cinque Terre.

I signed up for the morning pesto class and wow, this was such an incredible time. The class comes with the delicious pesto you make, an apron to take home, a bottle of wine and food to pair with your pesto once it’s made. I never take cooking classes while traveling but something told me I should try this and I’m so glad I did. It would be a shame if the city does not allow them to renew their contract next year.

Such a great time at the pesto making class in Nessun Dorma! The owner, Simone, guided us through the process while keeping it fun and informative. The view was spectacular and the food was so fresh! They close the restaurant for the experience but we saw people getting takeout and eating upstairs which has just as beautiful of a view. Download their app for booking to avoid confusion. This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Cinque Terre and I’m sure the reason many people even visit Manarola. We were appalled to learn the Mayor wants to shut them down by next year. So if you get a chance, be sure to check them out soon!
