My husband and I were driving home through Salida and saw this place. So happy we stopped here!! I got the quesabirria and my husband got the carne asada burrito. I am from Pueblo, CO and this is some of the best Mexican food I’ve had by far! The two guys working the trailer when we visited were super friendly and greeted us with a big smile! Loved it. Our food was incredible and I especially loved all the color on my plate and the radish was a very nice and refreshing touch.

You need to eat here! Being an owner of Summit Wing House food trailer in Lake City, we try to frequent as many food trucks and trailers as we can wherever we go. This is at a wonderful location right on the main road through town, I got the carne asada burrito and immediately on my first bite I said “I’m going to get another one this is amazing”. This Mexican food is absolutely delicious! The trailer is clean, with friendly staff and your food comes out quick and is presented well. A must have for sure!

LOVED this little taco truck/trailer. The food wasn't cheap, but man was it good! Great quality and the tastes were phenomenal! Highly recommend trying this place!

I stopped in at this taco/burrito truck because the Subway across the street was “was behind”. I’m so glad I did, I got burritos for the family and they were as good as we’ve had here. Not a sloppy smothered burrito but a proper handheld with lots of tender meats. Thanks guys

I've been here a few times in the last couple of years. Carne Asada tacos are good. The Asada nachos were ok. The flavors didn't really compliment each other. This time I had the Birria tacos and they were ok. I'm not much of a shredded beef guy. It tastes like pot roast. I'll definitely go back just won't get them again. The salsa are good.

Went to try this place out and they were closed when they were supposed to be open. No mention on the facebook page or sign in the window. It's extremely important for any business to be open when they say they will be, so I probably won't try again. Their quesabirria tacos look REALLY good, but they're $1.50 more than the Tacos El Tapatio truck one block over. I got a photo of their menu, which they don't have anywhere. Guessing because of the prices. This taco truck probably won't last long because they're failing to compete in two major ways (price and actually being open), but if you catch it while it's open it's probably worth trying because the food looks amazing.

1 Tacos for 4.30 I ordered 10 tacos ~50$$$ It’s really expensive, why cant they have a deal if we are buying more tacos? Food was okay May be people in this area are okay to pay this. I honestly feel like it’s expensive.
