This one location has their donuts and other bakery items displayed which I love! The store is kept clean, it is busy so I can see it getting hectic inside. In my opinion they should have one or two more employees, for how busy they got. I have my complaints regarding the service but I do understand how busy it was. The girls working must've been overwhelmed.

Every time I come in here there’s always a guy and a girl making some ugly faces when they see my presence or my family’s. They tend to give me attitude not only to me but my family as well. We are just here to buy beverages etc from them, but receiving this type of service is unacceptable. It took me this long to make this review but this time it was my last straw. I’m beyond sorry but this is how I feel. I appreciate this other girl who wears glasses who works there , props to her because even tho it gets busy she still manages to give a positive attitude 🙏🏼

Depending on the staff the drinks can either be great or mediocre. I told the staff for one less pump of the syrup then they normally do she said okay and I got my drink and it was too sweet. The store was completely empty so it’s not like she was in a rush, I would have said something but I didn’t notice until I was already 5 min away.

Food and drinks are made well enough. The problem is with placing orders. I ordered a Vanilla Donut Signature Latte and was given a standard iced coffee with six (6!) blueberry flavor shots. I had to explain what the latte was, pointing at the menu three times until the boy behind the counter realized I'm asking for a menu item without mods. A lady who I assume was a lead on shift fixed it up for me. Although, both of them forgot I bought an order of hash browns as well. Ordering here is like pulling teeth. The tables were sticky, too. Would've been one star for me if not for the lead's good service at the end. Not coming back, though.

Went to dunkin for breakfast. Ordered 2 muffins 1 with butter, 1 toasted and buttered. When we got our muffins the toasted buttered muffins put in bag not wrapped the 2nd muffins had butter on the top and dropped on the other muffins. Before reservations they used to wrap the muffins individually. The muffins are very sry, pasty and crumbly. Very disappointing since I have been dealing with this store for 21 years. Guess I have to find another dunkin donuts or break down and go to Starbucks. The staff needs to be trained it took several minuts to order our muffins.

New 2025 edit, all issues underlined below are still there. Took almost 20 minutes to get 2 batteries while everyone that ordered after me got their food before me Editing this review for 2024 and this place is as awful as ever. Do not order hot food as they seem to work backwards as to who they cook first. The couple ahead of me and I had to wait until every single person that came in after us was already given their food before ours even started. Incredible how understaffed they are on a busy day. Save your time and money and go to a real bagel place in the area

I came here on Thursday my birthday. There was two lines so I stood on the wrong line. I was before some man that almost went first I ordered a frozen iced tea and an ice tea. I wanted whipped cream and paid the 50 cents extra. They tried giving me an ice coffee and argued with me when I said that I ordered a ice tea not a ice coffee. They never put the whip cream on the frozen coffee. I forgot my phone due to how nasty they where and how upset they made me. So my mom and I went back. They tried to ignore me and my mom when I went in to the store. We asked for my phone back when they finally stopped ignoring me. They stared at me as if they didn't want to give me back my phone as well.

I just came here a minute ago and ordered first but everyone else got served before me and the girl at the front I asked for a carmel iced latte and she gave me a ice coffee and was very rude about it if I wanted a regular iced coffee I would've made it at home I told her it was the wrong order after I waited for 10 minutes. She seemed to forget about me. I always come here but this is my first time with this kind of experience.

Need to hire more workers asap. One girl takes orders of 15 people and the other does mobile orders while there’s people in here waiting and complaining that they been waiting for coffees for 20 mins. It happens almost every time I come in. Most definitely will be avoiding this spot as my morning coffee stop until they can be more accommodating to the inside customers instead of only mobile orders and food. Please hire more people you need it badly.
