I come here about once a week and the employees here are truly the nicest people. They work really damn hard and they deserve more credit. Taco bell please give them a raise or something. And the store is very clean besides during rush when the customers come and make a mess.

The only Taco Bell in Suffolk County where they get "fresco" right, and the only one I've ever been to anywhere that the tomatoes aren't contaminated with cheese. For those with severe food allergies this is a total bonus! The service here is ALWAYS courteous.

Probably the only location that still serves the nacho fries as of now 🙏🏽

I love this Taco Bell. My food is always correct which is so important because I have life or death allergies. The food always tastes fresh too. Drive thru or inside, or mobile order my food is done so fast. Always clean inside and staff is so friendly always.

I live pretty far away to the closest Taco Bell and usually order a ton. I mean a ton of food. Its actually obnoxious how much I order. Sometimes an item might get forgotten. It happens. But when I make it back to my localish Taco Bell and let them know. They have apologized and hooked me up with said missing item. I appreciate things like that since Taco Bell isn't an every day kind of treat for me. The team here at this location is really nice and polite. They always keep this spot super clean as well. Customer service can be difficult to come by in fast food joints or just anywhere these days. So I always enjoy my trips out to Taco Bell. Now with the app I'm earning points and thats even a huge plus!

I’m giving the Riverhead Taco Bell 4 stars b/c the quality and taste for the price deserves it. I had the soft taco with extra guacamole, nacho fries, also chicken quesadilla for $7.15 total! And it was really good. It was late in the day , around 4:00 ish and inside tables were a little messy that was the only slight negative.

I've been going here for almost 20 years. The only problem I've ever had here is it being a little slow to wait for food at times. It's usually clean, although I usually use the drive through. The drive through is a little tight. Great prices and deals.

This was a very nice tacobell. There were monitors to rider from and even though there were like 10 cars outside. They finished my order in about 2 minutes. Remembered the extra sauce, would order again from this one.

Eat In and outtake out service with drive thur car service. Food is very good, they have spicy packet mild to fire. Service is good but they have trouble keeping up with their Apple desert which is exalent in taste and one of my favorite things about Taco Bell if I could I would order alot of them and then one of there tacos.

Food is excellent, whether you're there in the afternoon with a friend, or cruising around REAL late. Only downfall is their staff who don't seem to know what they're doing half the time. Usually that is an awful thing but the food saves it.

Came here once on a Sunday. They seem a bit short staffed but food was good and ready for pick up on time. Other than a bit of a wait to get the drinks, standard Taco Bell. The cashier was doing his best to clean the dining room and help all the customers including those trying to work the kiosks. Employees definitely hard at work at this location.

Food is good for fast fare, pretty reasonable too. They are efficient and speedy. But....inconsistent customer service. The interaction is only 2 minutes and is alternately pleasant or the opposite...why? We all have it tough....I get it....I'm never rude to order person or cashier..it's just 2 minutes...simply cordial, is fine by me.

Used the app to order to pick up...app said it would be ready at 4:23pm...finally at 4:48 is was ready. They hadn't even started making it at 4:23pm. The 3 people ahead of me had wrong orders, I guess I should be happy they at least got the order right.

Only 2 kiosks to order so there was a wait. Can't print a receipt. You have to provide your email address or phone number to get a receipt. Pfft

It's the standard Taco Bell experience; weirdly long wait times on the drive thru (without being so long you give up) and just-on-the-right side of edible fast food. Ended up getting the new-ish Cravings Deal box (hey, it's five bucks!) and it was edible. They did make a substitution of the cinnamon desert pieces they usually put in this box without so much as a peep before giving it to me which was a sort of disappointment but again, five bucks.

Just your regular fast food place. Decent food with pretty long wait lines sometimes. I prefer the drive through just because I don’t want to smell whatever smell is on the inside.

Customer service isn't so bad. The drive thru takes a while and is a little upsetting. I went several times and they never gave us the total before the window. Walking in is better, faster.

The counter service was fine. However for over two weeks the fountain drink machine was disgustingly a mess and partially not functioning properly.

Drive through is a bit hectic but they seem to handle it well. I prefer going in due to the rare occasion they may forget something or are out (mobile orders). They accommodate with little to no hassle ( Just proof of purchase ). The earlier you come the better

Ugh taco is the worse every time I eat it my feet swell in the morning. Whatever they have in their food it doesn't agree with my bodys chemistry. But that vegetable bowl tastes so good. What a shame.

16 minutes in the drive thru, guess I should be happy it wasn't 30+ minutes like last time!! The food was great, however, the price on the drive thru menu was different than what they charged me.

The ice machine is broken for over a week now and I got ripped off buying warm soda this past monday July 6th 2020. I went again today July and said to myself I better call and see what's going on. Guess what no ice again for almost a week and they don't tell you this fact. No sign on the ordering board. I called the manager today and she said they tell you the ice machine is broken. No they did not tell me. If they can't get it fixed right away I can understand but don't hind the facts from me. My lunch was ruined

Good for fast food, but slow service at the drive thru took me 20 minutes to get my food a few night sago and when I got to the window gave me someone else's order and completely lost mine. So wrote that review 10 months ago sitting at riverhead taco bell at drive through for 15 minutes and haven't even ordered yet. Wondering if anybody actually works here. WORST service ever.

I was pretty grossed out by the kid at the register. He kept coughing and sneezing and blowing his nose at the counter and not washing his hands before handeling people's food and money. I had to tell him I didn't want him touching my food. And I'm not the only customer to say something to them about it.

We've done the Doordash/Grubhub thing a bunch of times. Unfortunately they get the order wrong about half the time. Didn't realize it was that difficult to make tacos. Why have the custom options if you can't get them right? Ashamed because I really like T-Bell.

Place order and besides a 18 minute wait they don't get it correct. It's not hard to follow the computer screen. I don't know what else to say.

I did not care for the new drive through system where employees walk up to you with a menu card and take the order personally. No one in my family enjoyed that. In fact everyone felt pressured to make a decision without knowing what they wanted. Please return to the previous system. NOT A FAN!!

They're okay, not the greatest place. If I eat it I can't get it again for a few months because it makes me sick if I have it too often. It's just a cheap quick meal. To be honest if you're gonna put the effort into going out for dinner and are wanting tacos or something like that just go down the road a bit more and go to Moe's.

Drive thru is not set up properly the shape and line spill out onto the main road making hard to even pull in the parking lot. Upon entering the woman said can I help you, then immediately told me she does not take orders at the counter and that "we don't do that here". She told me to use the kiosk. She must have been helping someone over her headset. To me it is clear that this taco bell does not care about it's customers, customer service, and I feel like I'm made to be dumb. I don't want to use the kiosk. I would prefer to speak to a human being. Also the kiosk is not user friendly. Very very disappointed. What do I pay such high prices?..... For what so we have less human beings working, so corporate can save money from their billions they make, while they won't pay workers a liveable wage. Taco Bell needs to up their game stop sucking. Social injustice.

Not Pleased with the self checkout kiosk..atleast put some hand sanitizer next to the touch screen machines. Order to not add 🍅 but still the soft tacos came w/ it. Ordered dine in but didn't even get a tray.

Worst taco bell in a 50 mile radius. Rude staff. Never get the food right or quick. I try and avoid this one at all costs.

Never coming to this location again. The people at night are so rude and they sound like they don’t wanna be there through the speaker. I made a mobile order and they were out of almost everything in my order. The guy in the speaker was straight up mumbling. Never again.

Took 40 minutes to get food with 2 other groups at the restaurant. They messed up our order and we had to argue with the cashier to get it fixed. Same thing happened to the lady who ordered after us. Hideous service.

Now I am a loyal taco bell lover, but after this not anymore. if you are reading just know, the taco bell in riverhead is the worst I have ever been too. The drive through line is always so long and takes an hour. Going inside it took 40 minutes for an order, and we were not the only ones. Five other people were waiting. So many things happened that led up to being a terrible experience. They screwed up numbers, completely bypassed us and some other people. Once we had to speak up and say something , they were very confused. Lots of fighting withing the kitchen that we heard. The poor lady who ordered after us they actually forgot about and if she had not spoke up wouldn't have gotten her food. People before us left without getting their food and asked for their money back. I'd like to say it was worth the wait but once we got our food, it was cold, and just not as good as it used to be. People were not getting their food and orders were mixed, everything was weird and confusing. I wish I could give no stars. To hell with the bell! please take this advice and go to a better place to eat. burger king is probably the fastest. Hopefully other taco bells are the opposite, as i've experienced good service in the past in other places.

Visiting from out of town. Stopped at my favorite fast food place to get a quick meal I know I would enjoy but had an awful experience at this location. First off I went inside because the drive in line was into the road and was not moving after sitting in it for 5 minutes. When I went inside I ordered at a kiosk. I order a $5 box and a few other items. Nothing crazy. When I was waiting for the order there were numerous young hispanic men walking around the dining room speaking Spanish and making eye contact with me and laughing. I dont know what they were saying but I thought it was very uncomfortable to be around them not knowing what was being said. I went to get a drink and grabbed some sauces and napkins and next thing I know my hand is completely sticky from something. Another patron had to ask them to refill the sporks since it was completely empty. Once I left and got back to my hotel I opened my box and bag of food and realized they totally forgot the chalupa, which was the main part of the box, and at this point I am not wasting my time to drive back. Save your money and as delicious as Taco Bell is, go somewhere else until this locations management gets this place turned around. What a joke

Im disgusted with the service. 1. Our Server Diamond, was pleasant, but mid taking our order . . Stopped to give her friends free drinks, but didnt even apologize. service slow and distracted. 2. There was 20 mins wait time for food...understandable with two ppl in your messy food prep area, food all over the floor and cross contaimation cleary visible ! Yellow cheese all over prep surfaces! 3. Food was then give to us upon a wet ( very wet ) tray. 4. I complained about food on a wet tray that had clearly soaked through the food package to the food. 5. ANOTHER 20 mins I ask where our food was..to be told she threw the ticket out, then to be yelled at by the food prep he had made it already.... The solution i was given, was to wait even longer . ..i asked for my money back, I then apoligized to other customers for causing more of a delay. This location has been highly dissapointing for the last 6 months. I watched as customers walked out, because the servers are too busy chatting to friends instead of doing their job ! Was sitting at the drive-through window for 15 minutes watching all of the employees Play Pokémon on their phones instead of making my food. I kindly asked him to hurry up and they told me "hold up". When I receive my food both grillers Were uncooked and cold and the rap was as flat as a pancake. (Looks like someone stomped on it with their shoe) every single time I have went to the restaurant I've sat in the drive-through for longer than 10 minutes and 95% of the time my order was wrong. at times after 10 PM the drive-through wait time reaches upwards of 20 minutes. Most inconvenient restaurant I've ever dealt with in my entire life

I would not order under eats from Taco Bell it’s either the soda or things missing in the bag. Never fails your better off walking in and not dealing with hot end from the diver or the store sucky service of you don’t walk in.

I work overnights in the area so I go to this location at least 2-3 times a week and they ALWAYS get the order wrong whether it be missing items or incorrect items. I've been overcharged multiple times. I've been charged for the wrong orders as well. The staff are friendly but hardly understand English. Waiting time isn't to bad. Food quality is a gamble every time could be bad could be good.

I was here a year ago. The food was awful and they messed up my order I said never again ,fast forward to today,I was hungry and didn’t want a burger so I figured I’d give it another shot and guess what no napkins no hot sauce no ice in my drink and the burrito was mush. On top of that I don’t know if I’m going to make it home if you know what I mean. Hopefully I don’t have food poisoning. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dump.

Really getting tired of the kiosk way to place your order it's not helping anybody it's not making anybody happy and it's not saving anybody anything and it's creating a lot of aggravation why can't I just go up to the register and order food... the man in front of me walked out because he got frustrated... I was almost right behind him. There's a person who can help you so why can't they help you behind the register like it used to be and it would take a lot less time and you're not saving any employees anything and you're getting customers very aggravated. Just want to warn anyone else who trys to go to this tacobell. I got only a few soft shell tacos here last night and I have been so sick since 4 am, it is now 8pm next day. I have had severe food poisoning and this is the only thing I ate. Eat here at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!

I have been to this location numerous times. This time by far had been the worst. To start with half of my order was wrong and this was due to the woman taking my order did not input the order correctly. Next when we arrived at the window they had all of my drinks wrong. To start with we had 5 drinks. We were given 3. One of which was not even ordered. Then we paid 100.70. Our total was 27.70. We were given back 72.00 when we should have been given 73.00.

Went late at 11pm. Waited in drive through and no one answered. Everyone drove up to the window and waited at least 10 minutes each before driving off. When getting up to the window the man said wait one moment and never took my order. Workers were messing around and kept looking at me as I waited for them to open the fort and take my order. After 15 minutes I drove off like everyone else.

I have been in the back of this place once and I never want to get anything from this place again. And the school is nearby and all matter of college kids go here daily so it's always crowded during lunch. And at night the drive thru is always 5+ cars deep. But 5 cars isn't a lot for other fast food places but this place takes forever to serve you.

Worst dinning experience I have had in a long time. Bean burrito had the consistency of toothpaste. Taco filling was flavorless and the shell tasted very artificial... Went because my daughter wanted to try it based on tik tok....we both agreed never again.

This place is disgusting. Been coming here for years and I don't know what changed this year but the food is horrible for the past year. No meat on the crunch wrap supreme every time I go, I have to pay extra to actually get meat on it. They gave all 3 cantina chicken quesadillas instead regular chicken quesasillas. And also couldn't even cut the quesadillas lol a drop of sour cream on the end of the taco lol what in the world. I asked for a cpl mild and hot sauces and the guy literally gave me 50 packets of hot sauce, so much my kids were rifiling their hands through the pile of sauce bc they thought it was so funny that they gave us so many. Why would you throw such an obscene amount of sauce in the bag. This place is just weird, the food is terrible, besides the fact it's already so unhealthy, I suppose it makes it easier to just not go here anymore since they just continue to make bad food worse....

Order restaurant number 009509 on 9/9 2025 oder #557 .8:14 pm spent over $10. I ordered a chicken quesadilla sour cream. 40% of the wrap was empty. If there was eight pieces of chicken that was a lot. The cheese very light, beef saw taco it's adequate.

I have not been to taco bell in a long time, just moved to riverhead. Bought Soft Beef Tacos. To say they were awful is an understatement. I will never ever go there again! I highly doubt you would need to make a reservation there - the food was disgusting. If you cannot make an easy peasy soft beef taco, then I dont know what you can make.

My coworkers (which we are all nurses) and I frequently use DoorDash for Taco Bell since we work overnight and can’t always leave our facility. Unfortunately, our most recent order was incomplete—the delivery driver only brought one bag of our food. I called Taco Bell and spoke with a manager (either Juan or Jose, I don’t recall which). He confirmed that the DoorDash driver had left one of our bags behind. I offered to come pick it up and simply asked if they could remake the missing items so our food would be hot. Shockingly, he refused and told me I’d have to pay again. I had to laugh—how much would it really cost to remake one Mexican Pizza and a Hard Supreme Taco? It’s not coming out of your paycheck, Mr. Juan or Jose. A little customer service goes a long way, and clearly, management skills are lacking here. You run that Taco Bell location, but you don’t own it. No worries, though—neither I nor my coworkers will ever spend another dime at this location.

This Taco Bell really needs help from corporate or the private owner that owns it needs help because this is just not it. There is no reason why they should be such short staffed to the point the cook is desperately taking a quick 3 minute smoke break so he can take time for himself because he’s the only cook there & the line is out of the parking lot. The town we live in is filled with families as well so it’s not like this is a typical quick lunch spot. These poor staff have to suffer horrible working conditions. It’s been this way for a long time. I used to complain everytime my order would get messed up but now I understand why. It’s only a matter of time before this Taco Bell shuts down if the owners don’t get help.
