Absolutely love flame broiler and this location, the owner and staff are really kind. The food is absolutely delicious and I love the variety of sauces. Located in a convenient shopping center. I highly recommend this location.

Was it even closed and checked us out?And said we couldn't eat in even though it was forty five minutes before closing and we asked, what time you close?And she told us at nine, and we got there at eight fifteen, and then told us we had to leave, and we couldn't eat inside.Don't go here.They undercooked their food too

I come here often on my lunch break. Every time I am greeted with a smile. The food is always consistent- warm & delicious! Great customer service & fast service. I prefer them over Wabba across the parking lot.

This is my favorite flame broiler to go to. I feel like the food is consistently better than other ones I have gone to. This is the only flame broiler I will go to now. I love adding avocado to my bowls. Great customer service as well.

Great prices for great portions. Never have been let down by this flame broiler. For the price the amount you get will keep you coming back. Vegetables aren't bad and always taste fresh as they can be . They differently dont short you on what you pay for.

This is my go to spot for Flame Broiler when I'm at work - The cashier lady (who I believe is the owner) is always very nice. She makes her own house chili which is pretty darn cool (and the taste is amazing). I have never had issues here.

Love this place. I can eat healthy without skimping on taste. I get the mini bowl, but I ask them to cook my veggies well done, cuz I don't like raw broccoli. Best part? The sauce!!

This place is in a very convenient location and I have enjoyed how easy it is to stop in and grab something. However, the customer service and the cleanliness of the sitting area has always been mediocre. Today I ordered a tofu bowl and there was pieces of chicken in the bowl that I bit into while eating. I guess the tofu is cooked with the chicken. I can’t eat meat because it makes me sick. Sometimes even things cooked in proximity to meat upset my stomach. I thought this location had cooked the tofu separately, as I have not gotten sick here before. I I’ve lost my appetite for this bowl and I will have to stop going to this location and probably won’t be going to flame broiler for a while now.

I asked her about it today and she said that they charge more when you don’t want a specific vegetable with your food. But then charges me extra for the other . I never asked for extra vegetables I just don’t want any cabbage so I have to pay extra? How hard is that to understand. Shes so ridiculous for that I don’t want to argue with her so I said ok and paid for my food. Shes the only one who does that. It never happens with the guy who is usually here. Considering if I’m going to keep coming here due to this. It’s not right that I pay different price and I get the SAME thing every time.

I was driving home from SD and wanted to pickup your meal on the way, you don’t answer the phone so I can’t place the order. Google says your open. I stopped by and you’re open. 5 customers walked in while I was waiting for my food to be cooked all of them asked are you open? Your employees need to be checked lazy and making $20 an hour.. really bad service

Paid $15 for a half & half. Got more Rice than Protein. Every other Flame broiler I have gone to packs it with chicken and steak. Not here I just spent $15 on rice lol. First and last time here.

This place doesn’t deserve even a star. The customer service is horrible. I’ve made a Simple mistake, yes and ordered at the wrong place and called right away. They didn’t care and the “manager” who didn’t even give his name until I asked said “ok” when I said I made a mistake. Which I didn’t know until I came to pick it up. I do not recommend this place to anyone! They waste food on the daily and still want to take your money. I placed the order at 6:33 and it said it would be ready at 638 which only gave me 5 mins to realize it was mistake until I went to the flame broiler up the street. “Sean” was a horrible person. Horrible “manager” which he clearly has no sense of customer service. I admitted my mistake which I can’t know of until I came and not even a hey, well credit you or anything! Just an “I don’t care” is what I got. He even goes to say I made the mistake so it’s my fault. There’s just no empathy and extremely lacks any care for people struggling! I will never go to any come to any flame broiler ever again just for this one incident. He is horrible. The employees here lack care and lack any customer service!

Just lost a loyal customer
