I ordered the grill chicken combo. The sauce and the burger was completely delicious, I ready a few bad reviews from this place. That burger was seasoned and drizzled with a light sauce. It wasn’t dry and I’ll be coming back again.

My friend brought me here after we hit the gym; the food even at after 8 o'clock at night was fantastic. A perfect meal to enjoy anytime of the day, I would highly recommend this particular BurgerIM to anyone and everyone.

Good vegan options; tried both their impossible and falafel burgers. Both are very solid. Place is a bit pricey though.

This place is SO good. It’s becoming our favorite burger spot. So far have loved every burger I’ve tried, the onions rings are AMAZING, and the wings are DELICIOUS.

Darrius does everything- cook, cashier,etc.. & takes pride in his work. His attitude is phenomenal, very mellow person, with a professional attitude. Very service/ customer oriented. Any business would benefit from hin as an employee. The burgers are fantastic!! Omg for the fries...sweet potatoes fried just right, nice crispness with the inside soft & tasty!! I f you have never had them these are the best ones so far!!! They have all kinds of specialty burgers...salmon, lamb, chicken & it's not just lettuce & tomatoes & stuff, it's an upgrade on that too!

My partner just got back from picking up lunch here. I had the 1/3 lb Angus beef American burger and let me tell you! I’ll definitely be eating at this location again soon!

Super friendly staff. Crazy that he's a one man show. He did a great job, I just didn't really enjoy my food. Nothing negative to say, just not for me.

The burger was delicious but the fries tasted like they were fried with fish.Yuck!

I love BurgerIM, but I will never go to this location again. I would only go to La Sierra because their quality and customer service. I started coming to this location because it was close to home, and they didn't get much business, and now I know why. I would spend $50 every visit, and half the time my orders would be wrong. I got tired of it so I complained about food I received, and the owner told me she could give me one item again but not my burger. She said she gets scammed a lot of people trying to tell her they didn't get their orders right, but she completely disrespected me and my husband. I will never go to this location again, and I advise everyone else to visit a different location where they truly care about customer service., and get orders correct. Also, food hazard: they let employees children into the kitchen.

Very good customer service..... but the food was not good I got the Krispy chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce and it was not good it was like a chicken sandwich you would eat in high school. My son got Buffalo wings we couldn't not eat them they were so hard and dry the French fries were cold and hard The Onion rings were hard as a rock, my husband burger he said was ok..... Not worth almost $40 at all won't be going back there.....
