Aytsha was a splendid help ! Will continue to return because of her !
Great portions. Nice people. Great in app deals
As someone that has food allergies, I love the create your own bowl options. The grilled adobo chicken is the ABSOLUTE Best of any of the similar restaurants. It is close, always clean, and the employees at this location are always so helpful
First time here and enjoyed it. I got the bowl with rice and chicken and added in pinto beans, cheese, sour cream. Many more options to pick from but I didn't want to overwhelm it. Drink station with sodas. Sweet tea and unsweet. Staff was pretty good. They were nice and working hard. I would go again.
🌟 Phenomenal service! Trey & Brodan are AMAZING — they always know what we want and recommend the perfect food combos 😋✨ Qdoba is super clean, fast, and friendly! Love the Coca-Cola freestyle machine with tons of drink choices 🥤👌
This was my second time here, last time was in 2015 at a different location.I was pleasantly greeted and offered a sample. The hot honey chicken was amazing but a bit too spicy for my liking. The manager came over and offered some options for choices. Both the young lady working and manager we're so kind and the food was tasty and enough for a second meal later. Excellent 👍 work to that team duo
Food is good everytime. Quality & quantity. Inexpensive and kind staff.
QDOBA is the best Mexican fast food place by far!!! They blow their competitors out of the water. The food is always fresh and they give generous portions unlike their rivals. They also don’t nickel and dime you on toppings such as guac on your entree, you can get it for no extra cost. Love this place, please build more locations around the Tampa Bay Area!
The staff was really nice, clean restaurant and the general manager was very kind and even asked how our lunch was which is something you don’t see a lot. We had a great experience.
The manager went above and beyond today for us. My husband asked for shrimp on his nachos. Since they took a bit to cook, he brought out a complimentary chips and queso and then ended up remaking my husband's nachos so everything was fresh.
I was very disappointed because they gave me the wrong order ! I ordered online and they gave me chicken instead of steak and everything I didn't want in my bowl they put it there. I was disappointed however, the bowl mix up was actually very great. Staff just needs to pay better attention to detail. I must say the dining area was very clean and bathroom was clean!
Went to try the birria quesadilla. To my surprise It was tasty! The meat was flavored and tender. They also have this in a birria burrito which I have not tried but I'm sure it's good too. Overall two thumbs up
Very good food very good service for a place that you got to walk up to the counter like McDonald's

Nice clean restaurant, friendly staff, good chips n salsa. Bowls were good. Super spicy 🌶️.

Came late at night, they where very nice, food was good and hot
This was my best experience to date at this location. The food was fresh. The toppings were fully stocked, and the staff was very helpful. I got the new habanero steak, and it was grilled perfectly. The bowl that I built was well worth the price. QDoba in riverview is my new quick stop Mexican spot. We got 4 bowls total, and everyone was satisfied this day. I hope they can maintain my level of experience every time.
Food is always fresh. Employees are marginally happy/nice you can tell they don’t really want to be but Qdoba must require it unlike the rest of the fast food chains in the area. One lady I assume she’s the manager is always friendly. The only reason I give four stars and it’s probably not something that will be addressed would be when you order a bowl to go the lid is always loose and never stays on wish they would redesign this in someway so the lid stays closed. Otherwise love eating here.
Our burrito bowls were great. No complaints.
This is my first time writing a review of a restaurant. We have only ordered online, and the food is excellent. However, I wanted to go into the restaurant to order food, and one of the servers was EXTREMELY rude while she putting the bowl together. She made me feel like I was wasting her time ordering and made me uncomfortable. I was cordial and continued to place my order. I’m sorry, but I couldn’t put a tip to my order, which is sad because the other person was pleasant.
Food had a fresh taste. Salsas were good. Chips were crispy, ordered tacos. The grilled chicken were actually excellent, the Brisket Birria…nice try but wouldn’t order again. $21.46 for lunch is a bit steep but the food was all edible. Guy behind the counter was very friendly. Would visit again.
I recently visited the Chipotle location in Riverview, FL, and had a mixed experience. I ordered a Brisket Birria Bowl with sour cream, salsa verde, guacamole, shredded cheese, and grilled veggies. My girlfriend chose the Grilled Adobo Chicken Bowl with white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos, and cilantro vinaigrette. Unfortunately, she wanted some of the grilled veggies, but they were out. Instead of trying to get more, the server simply said they didn't have any. From the beginning, the service was disappointing. We were rushed, and it felt like the staff was more interested in adding what they wanted rather than listening to our requests. They were unfriendly and seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. The one bright spot was the manager who cashed us out; she was very sweet. However, the rest of the team that night did not meet the same standard. Despite the poor service, the food itself was delicious and fresh, which has been a consistent positive aspect of our visits. This isn't the first time we've encountered rude staff at this location. While the quality of the food has kept us coming back, we're starting to wonder if it's enough to outweigh the consistently negative service. It's really disappointing, as we enjoy the meals here but may reconsider future visits if things don't improve.
The first time I tried last month was so so good. This one today 11/24 at the same location (Riverview) was very disappointing. It clearly states what I wanted on the online order, receipt, and on the bag etc. so why did I get only about 5 tiny pieces of chicken, about 7 pieces of pickled onions, no queso and no sour cream? I thought this was going to be my new go to place but now I'm just dumbfounded as to why things are hardly there or missing if it's clearly spelled out for y'all..? I also only ordered black beans but other kinds were in it.. anyway I guess take your chances? Edit to add* I was offered a comp meal if I gave my rewards number. I said I don't have one can they send a code or one in the email. I was asked to give my address for a physical one. I said I wasn't comfortable giving my address. I was told if I change my mind the offer still stands.
Kind of disappointed. I had a long day and didn't feel like cooking and I haven't had Qdoba in months. I ordered a burrito and my burrito wasn't made correctly. I just wanted to get home and eat. There were no beans, no shredded cheese and none of the salsas on my burrito or in my bag. Please check your food before you get home.
Edit to change review.... in one visit, my opinion is completely different. The service is awful now, and employees are so rude. My oder wasn't right, and they acted like it was my fault and got an attitude when I asked for my missing items. Thankfully, I decided to walk in this time and not my 12 year old like usual. Upon walking in, the employees were having a very loud and vulgar conversation. I couldn't believe the words coming out of her mouth with customers in the building. I think this will be our last order here, especially with a Moe's across the street and so many other options. Order is missing extra onion, and the condiments on the side. Looks like it was just thrown together all sloppy and gross not appetizing at all. Update: spoke with management about the food quality on this order, and the customer service. The manager was very helpful and understanding. She will be handing the issue of the employee having the very inappropriate conversation in the front of the restaurant and offered to replace order. I appreciate the management taking accountability, told her that I wouldn't be back in next week, but that we would give qudoba another chance down the road.

I ordered a chicken bowl with a side of salsa and chips. The chicken bowl was bland, the salsa tasted like only tomatoes, and the chips were ok. This is my second time eating here. The first time the food was good, but this was a disappointment. Maybe there is a new cook.
Food has no flavor, chips appeared to be the bottom of the bag and not fresh. I put tajin in my guacamole as it too lacked flavor. Service was good, however, food not so much. Won’t be going back. I feel lied to. I want a refund.
Could the worker with the dreads put on a hat or hair when working over the food. And tell him not to come to work so high that he moves in slow motion and can't open his eyes or speak coherently. Out of multiple items on the line, not ready yet. Pretty shabby service
Extremely underwhelmed. The cost for a burrito and a drink was $15 and I was fairly disappointed. As I watched them make it the majority was rice and very very little meat (Adobo Chicken), which was pretty flavorless. Definitely not worth the cost. This makes sense why this restaurant is always empty in a crazy busy town. Something needs to change. Follow up since the company replied. They asked me to reach out to them so I did and they didn’t reply. Makes me wonder if they just can their responses to google reviews or if they just want you to think that they care about responding. Just disappointing.
I’ve got to tell ya, pretty upset over the removal of the Habanero Lime Steak. Once I tried it, I immediately switched over from Chipotle as it was so far superior. Went in today and noticed it was removed from the menu… Ended up getting regular steak… I don’t believe I’ll be back. Super let down. Even the manager said it was a top seller, and didn’t know why it was removed. Said something about how they are bringing Shrimp to the menu? Who actually wants shrimp in a Mexican dish?
Food was at best marginal. The service was not friendly and sub-par. Half of the tables were dirty, and there were no customers seated. We had to search for a clean table to sit. My wife went into the restroom, and it was filthy and unusable. This was our first and last visit. I do not recommend d unless it's your only option.

On many occasions of going into this location the staff are always extremely quiet and have 0 customer service. Many times I go in and each time I order I have to repeat what I want two to three times because unfortunately no one listens. The entire staff honestly needs to have some coaching or be replaced if you expect this place to stay up and running! Won’t be back here again.
I have never had such awkward, terrible, rude customer service. Two staff members were arguing with each other, bullying the other staff members, and talking about how they were quitting and not coming back the next day, threatening to throw food at each other all while we were trying to order our food. I had to repeat what I wanted on my burritos at least four times prior to them listening. Maybe if they weren’t busy being absolutely awful to each other, it would have been easier to hear me. This is completely unprofessional and makes me want to drive the extra 15 minutes to go to Chipotle instead.
I will not be eating at any of your restaurants anymore. In times of despair due to hurricane Milton, you decide to conduct business as usual by closing your doors at exactly 930 PM. How do I know this? I showed up at 933 PM and was turned away while they were still serving other customers. If you can't show your community a little bit of sympathy and support, I can't support your business. Your community was hungry and starving. You could've extended your hours a little bit.
If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. Girl with long braids and wears bun on top of her head is extremely rude. As I walked in with my daughter she mean mugged us and rolled her eyes as if she was pissed that we came in to order food. She plopped the bowls on the serve table after we told her we wanted bowls, she then asked “what do you want?” Received unnecessary attitude all the way done the serve table until we reached the register. She tendered our order and we thanked her and she walked away not saying anything, didn’t even give us the receipt I had to take receipt from machine myself. Such bad energy received from this young girl to the point I don’t want to eat the food. Never been treated so poorly ever. Need to do a better job with scouting and recruiting. Terrible terrible terrible service. If you’re not happy with your job get a different job and don’t ruin people’s day with your terrible attitude.
Usually the food and service I good but, last night I came in and there was a bunch of teens working and an older lady and they all were being disrespectful. On top of that the food looked and tasted horrible. The chicken had a bone in it and cut the inside on my mouth. The rice was old. The beans were disgusting. And the pico was BROWN, something that’s supposed to be red and green was brown from how old it was
My family of six walked into this restaurant and stood at the counter for almost five minutes without any acknowledgment. There was no one else in line, and although an employee walked past us multiple times (likely working on online orders) not once did we receive a “I’ll be right with you” or any kind of greeting. We understand places get busy, but being completely ignored made us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving without ordering. Basic acknowledgment goes a long way.
I decided on Qdoba hoping to receive fresh, delicious, light tops and was highly disappointed. My first impression walking into the restaurant on Summerfield off of 301 was, “wow it’s quite empty in here” As I approached the counter I was greeted by an employee who was rushing me to select. I felt like I had to quickly choose and didn’t have time to look at what was offered so I decided to play it safe and ordered two chicken and cheese quesadillas. It was awful and greasy. The food was not fresh tasted like it’s been sitting there for days. After a long day at work and with the vast amount of Mexican food options on this area I regretted choosing Qdoba. I should’ve gone with my gut and drove to the opposite side for Moes. Which never disappoints. The staff was quite young and has no costumer service skills and looked like no supervision either. There was also a mildew smell near the counter by the register. I will not be going back unless they make some changes starting with good management.
Very disappointing for paying over $30. The portions were extremely small other than the stale chips that I actually paid extra for another bag... My Wife gave me the ugh face when I stated I chose Qdoba for Taco Tuesday tonight, but now I know why and will have to concede to her reservations. And who puts pico on an "all" cheese quesadilla?? It's for a child for Christ sake, regardless he didn't eat it.. My plate was considerably sloppy just to only find two or three pieces of steak on each taco... We all felt totally jipped tonight and this unfortunately will be the last time I patronize... I had to improvise when I got home... After adding my own items to my tacos and making my Son another quesadilla that was "all" cheese this time, the joy of Taco Tuesday had expired... Sorry, not sorry 😐
I use to love this place but they been so cheap lately like the food it’s for kids of 3 years I order 2 bowls and they were empty never coming back
Not offering plain white rice all of a sudden after over 10 years of offering it!? That is ridiculous. I won’t be back.
I went to the Qdoba in Riverview FL on U.S. 301 yesterday, and my experience was poor. This is the third time that I have been there that they have burnt the chicken. The servers was rude, and did not respond to me in any way aside from staring at me. I am ready to stop going there altogether. I am just so frustrated that I wasted money on food that was not even eaten by my husband nor myself due to it being burnt. The picture is of the pieces I could get out of the bowl I ordered.
I ordered a grill steak burrito and it had no steak. I also ordered ground beef nachos and it had no beef. I called the manager to let them know and she called me back saying that she "checked the video" and it showed that they put steak in my burrito and beef in the nachos. She pretty much called me back to call me a liar! Here is a picture if the beef nachos with no ground beef for your reference. Update 10/7/20 - My kids wanted 3-cheese nachos. Against my better judgement I decided to order from here again, only to discover both orders of nachos had no chips (just cheese in a bowl).
I’ve never seen a group of individuals with such poor attitude. None of the workers can follow simple directions, and they certainly don’t know how to listen. Food is always decent, but because of the absolute train wreck of a customer service experience I endured, I will never be returning to this establishment. If you’re going to work in the service industry, at least have some common decency and smile. They should fire every sorry worker in this establishment and start from the ground up.
I recently visited Qdoba, and while the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, the experience was overshadowed by something completely unacceptable—the unbearable working conditions. The young man with locs and the two young ladies helping on the line were doing an amazing job despite the circumstances. Their positive attitudes and professionalism were commendable. However, what really shocked me was the fact that there was no air conditioning in the store. It was so hot inside that it was difficult for me as a customer to even stand in line, let alone imagine what it must have been like for the employees working in those conditions. It’s ridiculous that the store was even open under these circumstances. It’s clear that the health and safety of the staff were not prioritized. Honestly, whoever is responsible for managing this location should seriously reconsider their priorities, if not lose their job altogether. It’s unacceptable to put employees through such harsh conditions just to keep the doors open. This needs to be addressed immediately for the sake of everyone involved.
