Really great food and service at affordable prices. No negatives at all.
been here many times for breakfast...always very good!
Good place to go for a quick bite. Wide variety of food to choose from.
Fruit topped waffle. Bacon was just right. Crispy but not overdone.
Very nice diner with friendly staff.

We ordered breakfast to take out and it was great. Ordered over the phone. Our order was ready when I arrived and everything was correct and was very good. Would definitely go again.
Good food! Not breaking the bank! We enjoy stopping in!
Stopped for a late lunch and the food was delicious. My companion raves about the goulash and my fish sandwich was nice and hot and perfectly cooked.

Great place to eat, and all the waitresses are courteous and have great personalities. The food is always very fresh and so amazingly tasty.
Great diner in our community with an extensive menu! The owner always seems to be there so the food and service are always great Love it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We been going to long pond restaurant since they opened. Bye far the best food and prices in town. Never had a bad experience with anything.
As far as diners go, this is one of the best. It's the favorite of my school colleagues for a conference day lunch. Never had a bad dish here.
Had breakfast. Food was very good. Portions were adequate. Great breakfast specials. Didn't leave hungry.
The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. They had a ton of selections. The atmosphere was comfortable and family-friendly. It was very good.
Every wasj just great! The waitresses are courtesy and most kind!!The food was ready in timely fashion as well as the presentation!
I am so happy for Bill since he reopened as sole owner. The restaurant has never been better! You can't beat his breakfast specials and his dinner specials are even more incredible!
Three of us every Tuesday after church food always good girls great a pleasure to dine at Bills
We come here weekly. Our favorite breakfast spot. Also, go for lunch, occasionally, food and service is always excellent.
Great local breakfast spot. Solid food and fast service. Can't go wrong.
I have been talking a group of 14-16 people there for breakfast everyone loves it and request to come back. Are server anny is owsom.
Food is outstanding, fish fry is one of the best I've ever had
Food is always fast and fresh. Staff is great.
I always love my breakfast sandwich and the service is always amazing and fast!
This is our goto spot for breakfast on the weekends. Cute little place, good food and always fast service!
Absolutely mine and my husband's favorite place to eat breakfast on the weekend. We've been going there since we moved to Rochester in 2014. The biscuits and gravy and delicious and the pb waffles are the best!
Food and service were great. Fresh and clean all around
Excellent breakfast specials that include coffee. Very reasonable prices, quality food. Wait staff is attentive and are ready with coffee fill ups. We won't ever go anywhere else!
Great neighborhood restaurant 👌 Love the menu and staff. All the girls are terrific waitresses.
have gone a number of times. The food has always been good and as described. Waitresses have always been friendly and helpful.
Great little diner in the Town of Greece. The staff was great. They made a mistake with turkey Reuben and did a quick change with food quality food.
The menu offers a wide variety of entrees. This was Mother's Day which is a very challenging day for restaurants. The food was very good and served hot. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. I would grade Bill's Long Pond Diner A+.
I very much enjoyed the food. I don't use the eat eggs however these tasted like Eggland's Best cooked perfectly waitress was great also I was happy to see that coffee was included in food I have recommended this place to many people.
Great Food, Great Service, Great Prices!
Went with a large group on sunday morning place was busy and we were still accommodated! Great service and breakfast was good!
Back in my college days at the University of Rochester, we had the opportunity to eat at some of the local restaurants and Delivery was a staple of late night. Sal's Rochester Style Wings, the Best Sicilian and Italian Pizza to compare and Contrast with Dominos Pizza which we had at least weekly, and late night trips to Nick Tahoe's for the Garbage Plate were all parts of the "Rochester Experience". However, going back there in 2023 was much better. Having a local lady who grew up in Greece and Rochester was the most important difference. We both love Greek and Italian food, really any local family owned restaurants are our cup of tea. Bill's Long Pond diner had everything I enjoy about this kind of restaurant. It's a going back to New York State thing. The Southwest versions are excellent like Lucky Lou's in Chandler Heights, AZ. But so rare that we celebrate when we find one.
Just what I was looking for. Small town dinner with roots. Love the food and people that served us.
This place was great for value, service and food taste. I had a breakfast combo special for $7 that included coffee. We would definitely go back!
Been going here with my buddies for about a year now for monthly breakfasts. Food, staff and prices have always been spot on. Keep up the great work!
We met up with some friends for brunch and had a great time! The food was lovely and the service was quick. We snuck in between the breakfast and lunch crowd at about 10:15 and there was no wait.
Nice and cozy little diner! Service was good and food came fast. They have great breakfast specials.

Service is fast. Food is excellent and the prices are great. It’s a great diner that’s hard to find nowadays.
I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. My parents house was nearby, and I’m so glad it was! My dad would rave about this place and it’s easy to see why. Outstanding food with a fair price. Every time I go, it’s consistently delicious and satisfying. I’m not sure about the review below me, but I can you first hand this small local diner mainstay is ANYTHING but average. Nice clean atmosphere, welcoming servers and staff and a wide variety for you to feast your eyes upon. What more could you possibly need?
Big shout out to i believe her name was Liz.. the waitress with black hair! My bf and I were going here every week bc pt was across the street. Our waitress noticed and got our names and continued to greet us by name everytime. She's super sweet and down to earth. Generally seems interested in her customers. We also stop by with our godfather and haven't seen her in a while but you rock girl. Love sam and kyle
The people are amazing! I've worked and eaten in more restaurants than most people have even heard about, and when I say I've never worked with a front of the house staff that care for thir customers, I mean it. No matter how busy they are they will take the time to assist. Whether that means helping an elderly patron cut their food, or bringing out their "treasure chest" full of little toys to help my kids feel more comfotable. They even added gluten free pancakes so that my daughter can eat there too. This place has become our weekly staple.
Fast and delicious, great service. You can be in and out in 30 minutes easy, but you will never feel rushed.
Our Car Club, Rochester Street Rods have been eating Breakfast at Bill's for many years. Saturday at 7am. Best selection and service for Great Food1 Thanks Bill and Staff Ron Corts RSR Member

Prices are above average, service is good with most servers.
Food is always good at Bill's diner but sometimes service is too slow
Always a good meal at a good price, with good service. Can't be beat
Nice place, food is good
Been awhile since we have visited. Food was good, service was great. Wont wait so long before we visit again
Always good food the Italian chicken and Irish chicken always great only thing the French onion soup to salty and pepper.
Kind of strange that a cheeseburger deluxe does not come with fries but it was delicious. I would have given it a five star but our server was not very attentive. The restaurant had 4 parties at the time. Also asked for a kids meal due to medical reasons and was told by the server she would get in trouble.
Great breakfast place. The 2+2+2 is my go to. Very large pancakes. Never go away hungry. Good value for your money. Busy mornings but slows down after 10am.
Not very crowded at lunch. We were seated quickly. Food was served in a timely manner. But was never offered a refill of coffee. Prices were normal as other diners.
The owner is super nice. The waitresses are super friendly. Food is what you would expect of a hometown diner. Not bad at all. Would absolutely recommend it if you want that hometown diner vibe.
It was too expensive for mediocre food. The service was good, and everyone was kind. But food was mid.
People are great, food is fine, interior needs an updatd/upgrade.
Good food, waitress and busgirl were nice. also first place to ever hand me my check as i take my first bites, asking our group if were done eating every 10minutes (there were 2hours left before closing time) Also reading other reviews the owners sound very fun and sassy😩😍
Expensive lunch....$40 for a burger, fries and a wrap😔
I am from Louisiana. I chose to order the biscuits and gravy. On the menu it said southern style biscuits and gravy and had a delicious picture of what I am used to. It was awful. The meat was pink so I don't think it was sausage and it tasted bad. I took maybe 2 or 3 bites and I couldn't eat any more. The service was fantastic though.
It's okay food, nothing to write home about. I've had a few things on their menu and only really liked the French toast. The prices are not bad, but I don't think the food quality is worth it. I have had the French toast, quesadillas, and burgers. My friends have had breakfast options, lunch options, and dinner options - including the fish fry. All said that they were just okay meals. As for the staff, they are great! They are attentive without hovering. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is welcoming and open. They do have a small added charge for credit card purchases, but that's understandable so I try to always pay in cash. I wish I had a better review to give. It's diner food, so that's what you should expect.

The eggs were great the bacon was too crispy the sausage gravy tasted like it was out of a can and very salty hash browns were like the ones that you buy in the store and the home fries were like big chunks of cold potatoes I do believe they need to change up their food The Waitresses were on point and we're always at our table wondering if we needed anything which was great
Mediocre food, nothing great (five of us dining in). Food tasted like "heat & eat", not homemade. Many other diners close by with better food.
Breakfast with a group. Home fries tasted like soap. Eggs were ok and bacon was crispy like I ordered it, but had a funny taste as well. Large menu. If I went back, I would order something else. It was very busy for breakfast on a Thursday. Waitstaff was really hustling.
Cute little diner with a lot of potential! The kids' meal was fantastic, and the prices seemed really reasonable. However, my first experience dining here left much to be desired. When the waitress noticed that I had left a huge portion of my meal untouched, I asked her why they used Italian sausage instead of breakfast sausage. Her response? It wouldn’t be sausage gravy then! I had to enlighten her about what breakfast sausage actually is. 😂 To make matters worse, I wasn’t offered any compensation for my disappointing meal, and it seems I’m not alone in my frustration about the sausage gravy. Management really needs to take these complaints seriously instead of getting defensive. They should focus on fixing the issues customers are pointing out!

First time patrons. Had decent expectations but probably shouldn't have with other restaurants in the vicinity. Yet another below average diner. Service was good, food wasn't. Had the Belt Buster Omlette for $14.20 and the Eggs Benedict that came with no sides for $11, so we ordered hash browns, that were out of a box, for $4. Probably one of the lowest quality omlettes I've ever had. Thin, the bacon was bacon crumbles that were like pellets, the sausage was sausage links cut up. The whole thing kept falling apart. The hollandaise for the Eggs Benedict had no flavor. Add in 2 coffees and an OJ - $51 incl. 20% tip. Yes, seriously. Just very disappointing all the way around. I really think these places cater to clientele that are totally fine with low quality food and 1970's decor because they don't know any better. Recommendation? Make the drive to Blue Ridge Grill instead.
I ordered a Captains Platter online for pickup. The ordering process was flawless, but the food was not. Everything was overcooked and dried out. I do not think the fish was really haddock. I would never order again from Bill's Long Pond Diner.
I went on a Sunday after church got there a little before 1pm. There were a bunch of empty table and they couldn't figure out where to seat us. When we were seated the people next to us commented on how they had been sitting there a really long time and their order has not been taken yet. When they came to take my order I asked about a pancake combo with meat and eggs. The waitress said we stop serving that at 1 (they close at 2) you have to get them seperate. Then I asked about blueberry pancakes and she said we can't do that either it is taken out of the computer at 1, but we can put them on top. What ever happened to made to order? Buying everything seperate cost an arm and a leg. It was 1:03 you can't make a customer happy? I call it price gouging. I will not be going back.

I had an omelet and eggs were over cooked and serving size of potatoes was small compared to other resturantes
absolutely disgusting - management and ownership are rude and unfriendly. place is very unclean, DO NOT visit
Absolutely HORRIBLE. I will never be returning. My order came out wrong and the service was a nightmare to make my meal correct. Very rude waitress and the owner wasn’t any better about the situation. I wish I could rate this place a zero. Don’t waste your time or money.
Yuk ..food... service, had to ask for water refills, silverware, busboy poor, need to retrain all ..food bland .. meatloaf muchy..so Mr owner ..nice response..we won't ever be back so many other choices in the area... Horrible response.. to me.. I'm sure your help really loves you too..
Worst fish fry I've ever had! Soggy breading, undercooked watery mess.Turkey dinner tasted like a Swanson frozen meal.Waitress only returned to give us our check.Save your money and go to a restaurant that knows how to prepare basic food.
Went tonìte to Bill's Diner, Grece-1st time u/new mgmt;(u/ prev.=always plsd.)-wanted fish fry (2 fish sandwiches). Out/baked pot.; 2nd choice-mashed pot.-o/them too! Ck. was $54 & we left disappointed. Owner @ counter w/paying ck; told him how disappointed we were. NO sorry ,no comp-said "there ARE other places to go!!" How RUDE!!! His bus w/fail w/bad attitude. Don't waste your $: go where U R treated like a valued cust. Owners response: "Excuse me Alice , you said to me I will not be coming back." You want comp for something we have run out of. Please keep your reviews to yourself. ================ My reply to the owner: Wow! That was an extremely rude repl y?!! TELLING ME TO KEEP MY REPLIES TO MYSELF?!!? The nerve! Could it be you afraid your true disregard for customer satisfaction is being revealed? NEVER did I ask for a comp nor was there any apology or even a small gesture of good will offered-just a rude, defensive attitude showing total disregard for customer satisfaction. You should be ashamed of yourself! What ever happened to common courtesy? Customer beware! Don't waste your time and money. Go where you will be treated like a valued customer.
I am actually shocked this place got a 4.4 rating It took me 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee, and when the food came out, it came out cold. I finished my food and had to beg the waitress for another cup of coffee. Upon checking out. The girl at the Connor asked me how everything was I told her I’ll never come back again, her to that was, we are busy
We ordered using Grubhub and while the fish sandwich was good, the Rueben left a LOT to be desired for the price. 1 slice of corned beef??? And no Swiss cheese. Makes me wonder if they were taking advantage of us not being there to complain in person In response to my comment, I’m not lying and if I were I would’ve complained about the whole order. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture as he was having dinner.
I noticed this place was on to good to go app and I wanted to check the Diner out online before I try the food. Well the way the owner responds to people critiquing the food is terrible. You need an attitude check, learn how to take constructive criticism. Being in the food business, not everyone is going to like your food. I haven’t even tried it and I already don’t like this place just by your nasty attitude. Try being professional in your responses. You’re just proving my point, your response has nothing to do with what I said. WOW
The waitresses are amazing! The food was better when this place was Long Pond Diner, before the new owners. The “updated” hash browns make me sad, they are the frozen oval ones you can get at McDonalds instead of made in-house like they used to be. That, paired with the owners bad attitude, moves this once excellent little diner onto my “do not return” list. Sad to see!
Ordered a garbage plate to go with extra crispy home fries , 2 cheeseburgers cooked medium and Mac salad. Home fries were far from even crispy. They were just mushed up potatoes. Cheeseburgers were overcooked like hockey pucks and there was so much grease that the Mac salad was orange. 0/10 would not recommend. I couldn't even eat the plate. I threw it where it belonged. In the trash
They couldn’t figured out how to make a over med fried egg without popping the yolk seems like a skill a diner should have idk. No changing table for babies in the men’s room. Argued with me that kids get regular French toast and not cinnamon French toast even though they literally have a kids cinnamon French toast on the menu soooo.
