Never had a bad experience here! They accidentally put cheese on my burger, but at least they caught the mistake and asked if it was okay to keep it or remake. I respect a place that owns up to their mistakes and fixes it. 5 stars for sure!
If you're going to get fast food, this BK is great. ...anyplace that says"You rule!" after they take your order is good in my book. Quick service with fresh tasting food. BK, "YOU RULE!"
The royal chicken is hard rubber not edible. I threw it in the garbage. The dining area like all the ffr today are dirty, like not 1 table is wiped down and glass is filthy. What happen to state food inspectors that would shut down restaurants for cleanliness. You'd think after covid things would be more clean.
I ordered delivery from this location and my order included a honey mustard wrap, when I bit into the wrap I found a piece of plastic bag inside. I was offered a coupon for the whole situation when reaching out to costumer service but this can happen to anyone so please check your food beforehand.
So I realize now that this location closes at 11 and I went thru the drive thru at 10:43. I would have gone somewhere else had I known they were closing in 17 mins. However, when I order a large Bacon King meal and get a regular Bacon Cheeseburger and cold French Fries I feel like I overpaid. Again, I understand the risk of going somewhere 17 mins before close. If your employees don’t want to serve your customers that close to closing time I would prefer they be upfront about it so I have the option to take my business elsewhere.
This place has gone way downhill! The app never works and the managers don't give a shit about it. They never, and I mean never, have biscuits in the morning. Don't matter what time you get there....biscuits are gone. Then they look at you look an idiot when you ask why and how long. Pretty sure this is my last trip to this location. Please if you do anything good today, skip this spot! I'm guessing no one reads these that works there or things would change. 🤔
THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I have worked in the service industry for 20 plus years and I NEVER complain but this is beyond AWFUL! I went through the drive thru. I ordered 3 whopper juniors with no tomato for my husband, 8 pc chicken fries for myself and 2 original crispy wraps no tomato, add cheese, bacon and pickle. MY TOTAL WAS $20.70, I HANDED THE YOUNG KID A $50 BILL AND 70 CENTS...BASIC MATH I SHOULD GET $30 BACK....NOPE! THE KID HANDED ME MY RECEIPT AND 10 CENTS. I PATIENTLY WAITED FOR HIM TO OPEN THE WINDOW BACK UP. HE HANDED ME MY FOOD AND SAID YOU ARE ALL SET. I SAID NO, I GAVE YOU A $50. HE SAID NO IT WAS A $20. I SAID OH NO IT WAS A $50. HE SAID UMMM OK HOLD ON ONE SECOND PLEASE. I WATCHED A GIRL COME OVER PRESS THE SCREEN A FEW TIMES OPEN THE DRAWER, PULL SOME CASH OUT, COUNT IT AND THEN LOOKED AT HIM CONFUSED. SHE THEN WALKED AWAY AND ALONG CAME ANOTHER LADY. I WATCHED HER DO THE SAME THING THIS TIME SHE LIFTED UP PART OF THE DRAWER AND LOOKED JUST AS CONFUSED THEN COUNTED OUT $29.88 THE KID OPENED THE WINDOW AND HANDED IT TO ME. STILL NOT CORRECT BUT WHATEVER I LET IT GO AND DROVE AWAY. I MADE SURE THE BAG WAS CLOSED TIGHTLY AND DROVE 10 MINUTES HOME. BESIDES EVERYTHING BEING ICE COLD...... My husband's whoppers had ONLY onion on them nothing else..wait im sorry there was lettuce floating around in the wrappers not even on his whoppers that just had onion NOTHING ELSE! He looked at me after the first one and said that was THE WORST WHOPPER I HAVE EVER HAD! I LOOKED BACK AT HIM AND SAID YUP MY CHICKEN FRIES ARE ICE COLD AND THERES 5 WHEN THERE SHOULD BE 8 BUT HEY CONGRATS ATLEAST YOU MANAGED TO REMEMBER THE BBQ SAUCE 🙄🙄🙄 MY 2 WRAPS WERE THE SIZE OF MY POINTER FINGER AND ALL I COULD TASTE WAS BURNT BACON. IT WAS SO BAD I THREW THE OTHER ONE OUT! CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM YOU AND SERVING THE WRONG FOOD AND ICE COLD FOOD! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. This Burger King is a joke. Every time you order something that comes with a dip they charge you for an extra. If they don’t charge you for the extra that comes with it they AMWAYS forget the dip. One of their managers is really bad with customer service as well. I just got back home opened everything had to go back and didn’t bring the food with me knowing you cannot take food back and they refused to remake it as it’s now cold. They want the food back which is against NYS laws. A new gm needs to be at this location and get things in order. Terrible service all around
The 2 whoppers that we received were old, dried out and very short toppings, even tho most were ordered as extra. The fries were very over cooked, even asking for hot / fresh fries. I well realize that this isn't 5 star dining, but all of the food was unacceptable, period.

This Burger King consistently shortchanges customers. When ordering a double cheeseburger, which should come with two slices of cheese as depicted on the menu, they only include one. This has happened to me three separate times, and I’m certain of it because I order my cheeseburgers without a bun due to my diabetes. I recently visited the Burger King at 45 Greece Center Dr, Rochester, NY, on 6-21-25 and was so disappointed that I drove to the better-managed location at 3491 Mt Read Blvd, Rochester, NY 14616. To provide you my reason, here is the extent of my interaction with the location at 45 Greece Center Dr. I arrived near closing time at this location and the drive-thru employee informed me they had 'limited availability,' explaining they only had a few burgers left. When I requested three double cheeseburgers, I was told they could only provide one. A Burger King, known for its burgers, having just one available 20 minutes before closing? I questioned this, and the manager, who acted overly cunning, claimed, 'The flame on the grill literally just went out.' Clearly, they turned off the grill early to start cleaning and leave sooner, putting their convenience above customer service. When I pointed out they were losing a customer, the manager dismissively said, 'I'm sorry to hear that, have a good night,' showing poor customer service skills. I used to be a regular at the Dewey Ave location, spending about $10 per visit, five days a week, for roughly $200 a month on four double cheeseburgers without buns. I stopped going there after their manager rudely confronted me for driving to the wrong window when the first one was unstaffed. Now, this Greece Center Dr location has also lost my business due to the manager’s entitled attitude and prioritization of leaving early over serving customers. Having worked in food service as a teenager, I know cleaning or shutting down before closing was never allowed. This manager’s disregard for customers is unacceptable, and with a 3.8 average review rating, I hope the owner or regional manager takes notice of these persistent issues.
Absolutely Disgusted by the Manager’s Behavior I’ve been coming to this Burger King location for a long time. The food has usually been fresh, and I’ve never had any serious issues—until now. The other night, I had a late-night craving and ordered some jalapeño poppers and an 8-piece. When I got home, I realized I had only been given 4 poppers instead of the 8 I paid for. There was no receipt in the bag. I let it go in the moment, but a few days later I came back, ordered my usual Rodeo Cheeseburger, and politely asked if they could please compensate me for the 4 missing jalapeño poppers. When I got to the window, I was greeted by the store manager—and from there, things went downhill fast. I calmly explained the situation and even showed her my bank statement as proof of purchase. I told her I might’ve thrown the receipt away or was never given one. Instead of trying to help, she talked to me in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I were lying to scam them out of a few dollars. I made it clear this wasn’t about the money—I drive a nice car, I can afford jalapeño poppers. It’s about the principle—I paid for something I didn’t receive, and I’m showing you that I was here. But she kept arguing with me like I was the problem, instead of taking any accountability. It was beyond frustrating. Eventually, it turned into a back-and-forth at the drive-thru window while the customer behind me grew impatient and angry, making the entire experience even more upsetting. I looked her in the eyes and said, “I’ve been coming here for a long time. I enjoy the food. I’m simply asking you to make this right.” She even acknowledged that I’m a regular customer—but still chose to act petty and unprofessional. Let me be clear: someone who chooses to behave like a petty child should not be in a position of authority. Her behavior was unacceptable for a manager, and she made it very clear that keeping a loyal customer wasn’t important to her. What’s truly pitiful is how she acted like the jalapeño poppers were coming out of her personal paycheck. Over $2 worth of food. Like I was robbing her blind. It was immature, embarrassing, and downright disgusting behavior. She had the chance to show maturity, empathy, and customer service—but instead she flexed authority she clearly isn’t ready for. Over four jalapeño poppers, Burger King lost my business. Not because of the food—but because of a manager who lacks basic customer service skills and emotional maturity. If you value being treated with respect, I suggest going somewhere else.
My frys were cold, and chewy like they were reheated in the microwave. I got a double whopper with cheese no pickles, it was cold and had pickles. Bread was dry like it was days old, tomatos were not ripe and they gave me 2 tiny end slices. And my fruit punch was watered down horribly. 1/26/25 at 3:15pm no lines, no wait. I ate some of it because i was starving but the Food was gross i didn't finish it.
Employees didn't even acknowledge my family and I when we stood at the counter waiting for our order to be taken. When our food was being prepared, we used the kiosk when we weren't acknowledged, the girl making our food still wasn't acknowledging us or saying a word. Oozing attitude the whole time. I'm a retail worker so I try to give benefit of the doubt but it was just bad customer service. Acknowledging customers and being somewhat nice is the bare minimum. Do better.
If I could give no stars, I would, these employees are rude as hell! Poor customer service! Makes us pull around when there were no cars in drive through behind us! lol I work at a fast food place and we would never treat our customers like this! Never told us our total! My husband ends up going in to get our food because she tells us to pull around which we couldn’t because there was already someone pulled up in front of us waiting on their food. We were the only 2 cars here so yeah! He goes in to get it and the girl hands it across the counter and not only says nothing but doesn’t apologize for the wait or us having to go in when they were supposed to bring it out! Do better Greece BK!! This is unacceptable
