UPDATE! When I paid the bill she said I had enough in rewards to take off the $6.00 for the take home meal!Revised total$15.43 plus tip. Because it’s 40 mins from my house, I can’t go often. Come to Brockport, Cracker Barrel!❤️ Love Cracker Barrel!!!! Had a gift card from my brother from Christmas and treated myself today before a medical appointment out this way.Enjoyed the” sampler” which included a slice of meatloaf and the chicken, with a side of Mac and cheese and green beans. Included a biscuit and corn muffin and a side of Southern gravy for $14.29. Plus you can order a “ Take home meal” smaller but bigger than Lean Cuisine or any frozen meal for $6.00. Absolutely delicious ! Even “window shopping “ in their store is a blast! Check out their Thanksgiving meal to order to have at home! Love Cracker Barrel!
It’s been a while I’m ordering food from this restaurant on DoorDash. Today’s the first time I went for dine in. Whole theme of the restaurant is kinda vintage style, and is aesthetic. At first when we entered there is a long queue, and able to get assigned a table in no time. There are big bunch of options in the menu, so it took us 10 mins to figure out to what exactly to order. We had tenders, and fried chicken. Both are really delicious and worth every penny. They gave us cornbread, and biscuit with butter as complimentary. The best part is free refills for the sodas. By looking at the ambience, we thought it’s going to be expensive, but getting that kind of food and service for an affordable price is really awesome. We spent $34 for two including tip. Service is fast, and attendants are responsive. They have a big car parking lot, so, no worries about parking. Definitely giving it a shot again and again.
Myself and another mom stopped with kids after a cheer competition and we got right in and sat right down with fast service. The waitress was checking on her area great.
Mike serves us was great. Mike came to the table and asked if everything was alright. New Herb roasted Chicken. It was very good. Atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Prices wasn't that bad at all. I like the old antiques on the wall it made me think that's what people used back in the day. It was very cool to look at. The cashier thanked us and that was very nice of him. The food. And the Hospitality. We felt welcomed. Thank you very much. Yes I recommend.
I love the nostalgic feel of this place. So happy it's not going to be modernized. Antique on the walls are great for conversation starters. The food was delicious and our server was friendly and attentive. And, of course, there's the store with somewhat overpriced merch, but still somehow a pleasure to shop. I finally bought one of the unique root beer offerings, which also tasted good. I'll likely go back.
Our server was a doll. I think it was Alexis. I hope I’m correct. She was the sweetest girl and we chit chatted too. Food came out so fast and it was AMAZING! Kudos to the chef! Never been to this location before. Definitely will be back. The prices and portions were good too. I had breakfast for dinner. My adult daughter had a huge, juicy burger and topped it with mac n cheese and side of cheese bites. OMG! I loved the pickles from her burger. Supposed to be dill but thought maybe they were bread and butter. Let’s just say that I LOVED them. Like homemade or something. I’m sure from a can but still the best I’ve had
We love cracker barrel restaurant. It is always teaming with happy customers and amazing staff, and delicious comfort food. The restaurant is always full of vibrant people. The vibe of the restaurant is very uplifting. The service and food, organization, and cleanliness is consistently top notch. And the icing on the cake is visiting the amazing gift shop at the end. Crack barrel keeps you wanting to come back again and again. Definitely check out Cracker Barrel.
OFF THE CHARTS AMAZING – 10 STARS OUT OF 5!!! This meal wasn’t just food—it was an experience, a journey, and dare I say, a work of art. I can confidently say this was the best dining experience I’ve had in years. From the warm welcome at the door to our incredible waiter Fredric (I hope I spelled his name right!) and the magic in the kitchen from Sammy and/or Adam (I called in to get their names, because credit is due)—everyone made this visit unforgettable. We dined around 1:00 PM and left at 1:57 PM, and in that time, my grandmother and I were absolutely floored. And we’re not easy to impress—we’re the type of eaters who inspect our plates like they’re going under a microscope. But today? Today was different. I ordered the "Mama's Pancake Breakfast," complete with eggs topped with Colby cheese, crispy bacon, and a caramel latte. Grandma went with the chicken and rice with hot tea. When the food arrived, it was so beautifully plated I thought I was in a photo shoot for a Cracker Barrel commercial. The pancakes were a revelation—crispy edges cradling a soft, fluffy center that practically hugged my taste buds. The eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, and the bacon? Crispy, flavorful, and utterly satisfying. But here’s where it gets funny. The food was so good, I couldn’t help but joke with my grandma: “They’ve got to have a chef back there cooking under extreme pressure. Like, someone is hovering over them saying, ‘You mess this up, and you’re done!’” It felt like every dish was treated as if it were a make-or-break audition for a cooking competition. The level of care and attention to detail was unreal. And that latte? Forget Starbucks—it was smooth, rich, and indulgent, the perfect companion to my flawless meal. Usually, I only write reviews when something goes wrong, but this experience was so exceptional that staying silent just wasn’t an option. I even called the manager to sing the team’s praises, and I hope everyone who worked during that shift gets to read this. You all deserve applause, praise, and maybe even a raise for what you’re doing. If I owned a restaurant, I’d be begging this entire team to join me—and I’d happily pay them more. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a masterclass in how to make customers feel valued and delighted. BRAVO, Cracker Barrel. Keep this team happy because they’re what’s going to keep customers like me coming back again and again

They have amazing chicken , everyone was very friendly and I always enjoy my food. The place is very cute has a little store attached with goodies to buy.
chicken is absolutely amazing here, and so is the customer service. \n\nBoth my southern fried chicken and waitress aziza were very enjoyable.
Food and staff were amazing. Loved the atmosphere and the corner store vibe was a nice touch
Very pleased with the food, prices and service. My wife always wants to look around their gift shop afterwards.

Wonderful place. Great place, food, service and staff. We can always count on Cracker barrel. Unfortunately Cracker Barrel isn't available all over like McDonald's.

August 2, 2025 Update: Great food as always. They were short staff including wait staff. Long wait just to get glasses of water and menus. Once we got a waiter, he was great. They were busy, but not filled up... some open tables. Management needs to figure out how to resolve staff shortage. It could be a great restaurant again. Walls by tables had dried food on surfaces... they need a good cleaning. Recommended... but you may have to wait. Came in on a Sunday morning at 10:20 am. October 13, 2024. Food is very good when you get it. We waited a long time, nearly 1 hour to get our breakfast for two after ordering it. Waitress was very good, but something was wrong in the kitchen. They even ran out of small plates to use for our biscuits. We were given extra napkins for that. Great food.... long delay to get food is unacceptable. We were getting ready to leave, and then our food arrived. All tables were waiting for extended periods of time to get their food.
Good home style meals at great prices. Long wait time even though many tables were empty. Possible staff shortage? Food arrived lukewarm, almost cold. Could do without the country music.
Food was very good. Fast service on the food side. The wait to pay the check was another story. Waited 20 minutes. Browsed the country store, and purchased a couple of items. Store part was a bit pricey but some really nice stuff. The candy though, I can get same stuff some where else cheaper.
The ambiance and atmosphere were really great.. When we went, there was like 25 mins waiting time. The food is good for non vegetarians, but hardly there is any option for vegetarians.. somehow, I found a plate option with veggie dumplings, mashed potato, rice, and fried okra. Dumplings are not really what I imagined. It's just some steamed dough without any filling immersed in some sauce. Being a dumpling lover, this is what I was not expecting at all..fried okra was good. Rice was plain as it should be may be..not sure..mac and cheese was good. I hope at least they would introduce a veggie burger or sandwich or at least any 1 option because I loved the vibe...
Overall a decent experience. Had a group of 8 that for the most part were happy with their meals. Kids meal was the size of an adult plate(plenty of food). One of the pricier meals came with an over cooked (almost burnt) chicken breast (see picture ) that was disappointing. That family member chose to eat it instead returning to the kitchen. Our waiter was cordial and took care of most of our needs. He brought plenty of refills but no one came to remove the excess empty glasses and plates while we were eating which caused the table to be overcrowded. No napkins were provided, maybe in the future have some available without a customer request at least one per customer.
Nice family restaurant, but some of the families were noisy and bothersome….ordered Chicken n Dumplings with three sides ( $11.89)…meal was delicious….great value for your money…..menu is loaded with choices….great selection to choose from…server (Mattham) did a great job…however, had to call manager to register….black woman upfront was doing a horrible job ringing people out…she just kept allowing the two customers ahead of me to keep shopping while she was attending them…the employee ignored everyone else who was waiting in line…the manager herself was partially rude as well…..last impressions make a strong impact when it comes to deciding whether to eat here again in the future.

Prices have gone up quite a bit. Drinks pretty expensive. Service is good, but they won't do reservations so if you have more than 4 it's almost always a wait. Sometimes a very long wait.
Went there for dinner. It was a not so pleasant experience. First we asked for a coffee when we chose the drinks, were told the coffee would be there in a couple minutes because they ran out of coffee and the server completely forgot about it. Had to ask for it about 15 minutes later and still wasn’t brought to the table until food came out. The biscuit and corn muffins weren’t brought until food came out as well and corn muffins were burnt and so hard you couldn’t even eat them. Had to ask for butter too cause none was given to us for biscuits. No sweet potatoes available, Loaded Baked potato was cold. The host and the cash out staff were nice. There is a little room for improvement.

I came here, reluctantly, at the behest of my fiancé after one bad experience over 20 years ago in Florida. I figured it's been 20yrs, we're in NY and everyone says they are good. It's time for closure. NOPE! The long wait time was to be expected for a weekend morning/noon. After being seated, we had a lovely server(Christine) take our drink orders. Drinks came, no straws, thats fine not a big deal. Took our order [pics provided] for the "build your own breakfast" which includes biscuits n' gravy (I upgraded the meat to fried chicken). It took over 20min for scrambled eggs, hashbrown and bacon. Biscuits were brought first, no gravy. No color, cold dry and bland. We had to ask for gravy which came later. No silverware to eat or spread butter. Main entrées came, they had mixed up my scrambled with her overeasy. No big deal, we just switched. Eggs and hashbrown stone cold. They both tasted fine though. Hashbrowns were really tasty. Gravy arrived and it was a sad disappointment. Bland, smoky type flavor, which was weird, and it was also cold. The fried chicken was the only saving grace and why my score was not a 1 star. Hot, juicy and flavorful. Our server was also great. This experience, unfortunately, didn't change my feelings for Crackerbarrel. To me they are a disappointment of a restaurant. I'm glad others love it but that hasn't been my experience. PS: The server did mentioned that it was a rough day.

Would give it zero stars. Tried surprising my stepfather with a meal for fathers day we order it and the server just walks away and rolls her eyes. Foid is mediocre at best. Not a good ambiance.

Horrible service. waited in line for 10 minutes and a bus pulls in and they sit 50 people before the line of 10 that were waiting. This place has changed terribly in the past few years.

the experience here was mediocre at best. our server was pleasant enough but it took quite a while for us to receive our food and when we did it was honestly inedible. the eggs were so overcooked they were brown. the french toast was somehow saturated in oil or butter to the point of it also being inedible. for how long it took us to receive our food (over 30 mins) it was so disappointing for it to be so bad. genuinely would never come back here again based on this experience. they did offer us other food but it’s hard to trust the food to be good when you’ve already been given bad food so we declined.
We didn't even bother when the hostess told us it would be about a 90 minute wait. More than half of the tables were empty and they had half of the restaurant closed. We went to Peppermints and had real homemade food. Got right in and had great meals.
Waited almost 30mins for our drinks, 2 hot chocolate, and 2 dr peppans. They came out with Luke warm hot chocolate, a sprite and 1 dr pepper. Our food took another 30mins or longer and came out incorrect. I let the server who brought the food that items were missing. We didn't see our server again until our food was cold. We had her pack it and left. The only reason I would go back, is for the gift shoppe only. We've been before and I've never been too impressed but my daughter wanted to go. Go to shop, skip the food
One of my top 5 worst meals of all time. I had the Biscuit Benny and my wife had the breakfast sandwich. The hollandaise sauce was cold and broke and gritty. The ham was dried out and and very salty. The hash browns were cold, practically raw and gummy. One fruit was brown and warm. Didn't get a chance to discuss this with the Server as she brought the check right after she brought out the food and we didn't see her again.
