I loved everything about this coffee shop. When I was walked in, I was greeted By the staff. They had super cute stuff that you can buy that says Texas on it. The vibe was extremely cozy and a great place to have a meeting or somewhere quiet to sit the coffee. Taste really good. I highly recommend going and Checking it out.

Not only is this a very clean and comfortable place to work remotely or visit with friends, but the coffee is amazing. The espresso is the best in the area - this is the only place in Rockwall that I’ll go to for an Americano!

Strawberry Hibiscus tea is my favorite. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but all the food is great! Had some yummy biscuits and gravy last trip. I hear the Chicken Salad is good. I'll try that next time. North or South, the atmosphere is great to hang out a while. I love that they are supporting Samaritan's Purse.

Excellent food, Excellent coffee. The parking was a bit of a pain as well as finding a seat (only on weekends on my second visit I was able to sit, no line and find parking quick) but when you want quality this is expected. It's hard to find solid mom and pop/local owned in Rockwall area. It's nice to find a place like this and get away from all the chain restaurants. Loved this place.

5013 is the place for great coffee and yummy food. We stopped in to support local business and we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted immediately and with the nicest “good morning”. They have tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and a few other drinks. It’s nice to get away from chain coffee stores and this is a solid local business. The food was excellent, the coffee was excellent, and the service was excellent. We saw other patrons enjoying their coffee and quietly working on laptops.

First time here! Cute spot! Love the patriotism, posted scripture and atmosphere. The coffee was pretty good, too. I'm a super big coffee lover, and I love trying new spots around town. My only complaint with this place would be that I arrive at 2:30pm, half an hour before they close, and all of the pastries have been put away and the staff is cleaning the counters and sweeping. This was my very first impression of this cute little spot, and I'm not even able to get the full experience because the staff wanted to make sure they're out the door at 3pm. Not good for business and honestly put a bad taste in my mouth. I would definitely up the training when it comes to your staff not rushing out when you have first-time customers walking in the doors at all times of the day.

Very friendly staff but the coffee is something to be avoided. Steamed milk should not look like this. And when ordering a cappuccino it’s a sign it’s going to be bad when they ask you 12 or 16 oz…

On Sundays they only have 1 employee who is far too overloaded with work. There's always a line to the door and it takes like 25 min. just to grab some coffee :/ (This as been 3 Sundays for me, its a pattern). Please have atleast 2 workers there at a time. The poor girl was there alone with 10 ppl in line, totally not her fault. It's not even as if the place was packed, it wasn't, you just can't expect one person to do all that themselves. Will probably have to find a different coffee shop on the way to church :(

I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it tasted nothing like a white chocolate mocha. First time trying this place because of the great reviews but I was very disappointed. With the drink and the service.

Just as others have mentioned, the service is going to do this place in. Too bad it has a cute, patriotic atmosphere.

Really bad system. It took a while until they took the order and then they put the food on the counter hoping that everybody picks up his food. They may have announced it but not possible to guess if it is your order or someone’s else. It is not the type of service you want specially on a Saturday morning.

This started out as a pleasant experience a few months ago. However, the last few weeks I have been treated rudely twice and will not be back until something changes. The first time I went in, the employee (dark haired woman) was in the back, looking at me through the outside door and did not come in and help me for several minutes. Obviously just taking her break and ignoring me. When she did finally come in, she said the coffee grinder wasn’t working, so I left. I decided to give it another shot today and was treated extremely rudely on the phone by the same woman. Very disappointing experience for such a great little place. I wish I knew who the owners were so I could contact them and let them know that they need to let this employee go. I believe in shopping local, but I will not be back. I will go back to getting my coffee beans at Sprouts. If I could give her zero stars, I would.

Eventually, my drink was brought out—after we had finished eating—and it was still a hot chocolate. My wife went to the pickup counter to explain the mistake. After being ignored for a few minutes, she spoke with one of the employees making drinks. The employee insisted that the hot chocolate was what I had ordered, but eventually made a regular coffee. By that point, I was finished with my meal and no longer wanted it. We live in Rockwall and make an effort to support local businesses over chains because we want to see them succeed. Unfortunately, the customer service during this visit was poor from start to finish. I will continue to try to support this coffee shop, but the customer service clearly needs improvement.
