The morning crew is very nice. They greet me with a hello with my name and bye(if they see me go). The food is hot and the service is accurate. The eat room is clean and at a nice temperature according to the temps outside. I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm never disappointed. I would recommend them if you want a nice meal in a nice atmosphere.

Very clean place. This is the last carls jr i found in dallas. The manager is fast and friendly. And gram gram is so so nice. I love her so much ! She makes the place feel so happy and bright. The food came out fresh fast & hot. They greeted everyone with a smile ! Will be back , even this 20 min drive is worth it.

I was a pleasant experience eating at this restaurant. Everyone was so nice to people here. You felt like you were actually eating among friends. Not only that, but manager was bilingual and that is a plus for me since my accent is sometimes too strong. So the food was very good, it was freshly cooked. Place was cleaned and although it was clean there was a very nice young lady cleaning the place and mopping. I am attaching a few photos of the food so you can see I was enjoying the place. Because there were a few other guest I couldn't take photos of the restaurant itself. May be next time I stop by I will take some photos of the restaurant. Good experience.

I don't get into a Car's Jr. much anymore, not many here in Texas. I grew up in California, and Carl's with the grilled burgers and abundant fixings on everything, just takes me home. Its like eating in your back yard, off your grill, just relaxing. This trip was early, you can get the burger menu all day, but I love the Breakfast Burger! So got it with extra hash brown nuggets on the side, and a coffee refill (this location they send you into truck stop for that). With only two people behind the counter at 6 a.m. it took about 5 minutes, but it was fresh, hot, absolutely perfect! So good I didn't take a bunch of pictures. So go get your own.

Customer service at this Carl’s Jr is always solid, but Sheila at the front register takes it to another level. She greets everyone with a genuine smile and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. She’s quick, attentive, and always makes sure orders are right, even . What truly makes her stand out is her sincere care for the customers she remembers regular faces, addresses patrons by name when possible, and treats everyone with the utmost respect and kindness. She often goes out of her way to make the dining and ordering process more enjoyable, whether it's offering a friendly chat or quick suggestions. It’s rare to find someone in fast food who makes you feel valued as more than just another order, and Sheila consistently does that every time. Her exceptional service is the main reason I keep returning to this particular location, knowing I’ll be greeted with such warmth and professionalism.

When we first went to try I was very excited since it'd been awhile since I had Carl's Jr and the experience did not disappoint! The establishment was pretty clean (and you could even get a peek into how organized the Love's gas station attached to it was). There were some spills on the floor near the fountain drink area, but seeing that it was still wet we assumed it was recent and no one had yet come to clean it up yet. Some tables weren't wiped off so there were crumbs and other food residue left with people being in and out, but we were able to find a clean place to sit. There's enough seating to eat comfortably and a drive thru is present at the location and kept separate so as not to disrupt the diners inside. The service was friendly and fast and our orders came out correctly while still hot (we chose to eat inside). As for the food, the taste was great and familiar to what I remember from when I was younger and the serving portions were enough to fill us both. There's a lot of options to pick from for everyone so that you can have a little of everything depending on your taste for the day, but the menu is still simple so as not to be overwhelming. I'd for sure love to go back again some time!

It's hit or miss depending on who's working, sometimes really nice and sometimes it's a throw together meal. I give it 4 stars, really it's about a 3.5 stars. Primarily because it's made when you order it and the veggies are fresh. Otherwise, it's standard fast food fare. Their signature burger is an attempt to mimic a whopper from BK, with Big Mac special sauce. It should be a mustard burger with pickles, but instead uses onions, ketchup & mayo. Chicken strips and fried zucchini are really good though.

I came yesterday at around 1:30pm. When I ordered at the speaker, the lady said total will be at the window….I needed my total before getting to the window and when I asked for it, I heard her blow her breath as if she was annoyed because I asked for my total. Once I got my food, which I only ordered, 1 famous burger and a small fry. They pulled me up to wait, I’d understand being pulled up if my food was fresh. However when I got my food, my fries weren’t hot and my burger tasted old and the bread was hard. I don’t normally put in reviews but I felt this was necessary as I was highly disappointed in the service and my food today while heading into work. Seems like they only pulled me up to beat times at the window. Says I was helped by Delores on my receipt. The young man at the window was nice but the lady was rude over the speaker. You can have off days, but it would at least be better having good service than terrible food and bad service all together.

Everytime I come here the order is wrong. Supposed to have a big Carl and they gave me this little burger with no sesame seed bun🙄. This burger looks gross and I will NEVER try carls Jr again One of the workers actually seen me I. The parking lot and brought me the correct burger. Thank you so much

My order was to go. While standing at the counter waiting for my order I was watching Sheila who they call gram or granny picking up fries with her bare hands off the preparation table and then putting them on trays under the heating lamp for the orders that were to eat in. She's picking up french fries off the preparation table with her bare hands putting them on the trays and this is after she was messing with her nose her face her ears and the big ball earrings. Pretty nice lady but really gross. It's amazing how she doesn't realize everyone standing at the counter is watching her..

This place is not good They got my burger wrong .I asked for mustard and ketchup, but they gave me a burger with like a pound of mayonnaise (which I hate). I returned the whole order and they were still trying to charge me for the drink and fries which were also returned as I lost my appetite. I didn't eat their fries and was surprised they were trying to charge me for them. I decided to give Carl's Jr. another try hoping for the best but was sadly disappointed 😞
