This is the best Braums we've ever visited. Burgers looked like the ads. Staff was friendly and food came out in an appropriate time. Tables were clean. This store should be the model store others in the area need to level up to.

Their burgers are pretty tasty, ice cream is also very delicious. Prices are good. Dining area is kinda messy, I didn’t see anyone coming to clean tables. Food is ready fast.

Certain things are extremely delicious and certain things are just good. It's not a hate it or love it restaurant and dairy store because everybody loves it, at least some certain aspects of it. There are 9 people working here today and the restaurant is packed! Everybody looks happy! She hand made my limeade and it is so good! The burgers we got were delicious and don't forget the ice cream, which really defines this place as a destination. Eleven cars are waiting in the drive thru, but there is no line waiting at the counter inside. All the booths are full of happy customers! Highly recommend.

Ignored by 6 Braums employees tonight while in line for ice cream. Backs were actually turned to us. 9:55pm The store wasn't busy at all and there was only one person in line. But even if the store was slammed packed, great your customers team. Acknowledge them.

One of the workers attempted to get a Frozen Yogurt Twist and it appeared to be out. Another team member walked up and got a vanilla cone, so I asked the guy if he could try to get me a vanilla and he said he tried and it was out. Repeatedly, he refused and said he tried. However, he never tried the vanilla only. The other coworker even told him to simply try the vanilla only and not the twist. The other coworker walked up again and got 2 more vanilla yogurt ice cream cones, so I politely asked him to try again and he was very rude about it, but did try. Voila ... It worked and I was able to get what I wanted. If he had tried in the 1st place and not been rude, he could have avoided being made to look like a jack-wagon!

It’s hard to screw up ice cream premade in a box, so there’s nothing to complain about there! Braums has always had descent ice cream. Here’s my biggest issue. The store was GROOOSSSSSSS. The floors were sticky, dirty, and every one of the employees serving food and ice cream had aprons that look like there was at least 3 months of grossness on them. I couldn’t order but my wife did. Wiping their hands on them….this is just poor training. This is an easy fix yall. Get to it!

Ordered a bag of burgers and fries. I'm giving 2 stars simply because the fries were fresh. You charge 2.29 for a large fry but you don't even fill the container. Probably was the same amount of fries as in a small container... The burgers were poorly thrown together and the grease just soaked the buns.

Am I right or wrong? You used to be able to pull up to the drive through and get certain items in the drive through? Milk, eggs, bread, etc...? I was called a liar and made too feel ignorant by the little half English speaking woman taking orders. So after canceling the order and going inside to handle the order, she took the order and was very rude. Even postponing my order that I sat and looked at on the finish area. And pretty much making the whole experience an "ill show you" kind of moment. Mind you I visit this place 3-4 times a week. Pretty much over goin bk to braums rockwall.

Drive thru is the worst . No matter which drive thru lane I go to one is moving faster than the other . Jan 1st , 3 cars got to put in their orders when I came before them .

Customer service could be better. I walked in waited for 5 minutes made eye contact with several people before somebody decided they wanted to walk up to the counter and the drive thru line was longer smh

Every. Single. TIME that I come here, my order is wrong: I get chili fries instead of my chicken sandwich, I get flat soda when I ask for lemonade, and tonight - I ask for chocolate ice cream for my double, they give me vanilla, I catch them at the window and she replaces the vanilla with cookies and cream?! And look at the difference between my double sundae and my candy sundae?! Burgers and ice cream isn't that hard to figure out, and you all just lost a customer.

This is one of the WORST places I've ever went to based off of customer service. My son wanted a labubu ice cream he saw on tiktok, we called asking if they had it and I was told yes. Then I asked to place an order for it and he hung up. I called Rowlett asking if they have the labubu ice cream, she said NO braums has the labubu ice cream and I was upset that I was lied to. Then I called Rockwall back and she said she'll get the manager then I waited about 2 minutes and she hung up super super rude!!!! Then I called back about 3 times and they finally picked up, it was a man I told him exactly what happened and he said do I need the manager, I said yes. Then he also hung up. They were just playing in my face not giving me to the manager, and they were all so childish and rude, I called back but they wouldn't answer. Not only did they lie but they kept hanging up on me, this is insane and I still never got to talk to the manager. I could involve the courts, and I'm really thinking about sueing this insane place of a braums!

Usually when we come here it’s clean and well stocked but today we stopped by for some ice cream and it was so dirty unorganized and when we finally received our 2 single dip sundaes they were melted and they kept telling customers that they were out of many items. They are so unorganized and ran by school kids. Everyone was running around like they didn’t know what they were doing. My advice to Braum’s is hire ppl who can take charge and run this restaurant/store like it should.
