I walked inside and everything seemed clean. I had one of the best customer service interactions ever. The lady at the front at about 1:00 p.m. on Thursday was very enthusiastic, had good energy and very helpful. I hadn't walked into a dunkin' for about 20-30 years so the menu was pretty new to me. She very kindly explained the different kinds of coffee and that they serve breakfast all day. I had an assortment of donut holes and their hazelnut coffee all of which was very tasty. I left feeling pretty good and surprised at the extraordinary customer service received. I'll have to try one of their breakfast sandwiches in the future. 2/3-tried their Boston Kreme and glazed chocolate. Pictures added. 4/15- the $6 meal deal is an excellent deal, big bfast sandwich, hasbrowns, iced or hot coffee. Great deal.

Usually pretty good but I got jelly donut the last couple of times and they only had a speck of jelly. Literally all bread. If I could post a pic I would.

I visit the Rockwall Dunkin on Ridge Road all the time in the mornings and love the staff. However, I just left around 4:30 on 12/15/25 and was served cold coffee when I ordered a black hot coffee. When asked to have a different cup of coffee that was hot the girl was very very rude. I decided it wasn’t worth it and left. I was very excited for my free coffee that I earned in the app. Sad day.

What's going on, guys? You're better than this. In the drive through, you hand me one of my coffees, and by the time I get back home in Royse City, it's all over my truck's console. And I asked for 1 dz doughnuts: 2 glazed, 2 vanilla cream, 2 chocolate cream, 3 Boston Cream, 3 Bavarian Cream. Does this look like that to you?

I had a situation today. The cashier was scratching her nose by using the bottom of her palm on her left hand. She did it while talking to me and then while walking towards the donuts for my order. I simply asked if she could wash her hands. Reason she used the same hand to open the bag and dug her hand in the bag to widen the bottom of the bag. I asked very nicely to wash her hands and use a different bag. By that time she was already asking why. Her face was puffy and eyes were red like she was having allergies. I wasn’t rude to her but she became very rude to me by saying “I’m not in my nose I’m just itching it.” I explained that I understood but it not hygienic to please get a fresh bag after she washes her hands. She walked away abruptly and I heard her talking to someone. This very nice manager comes to the window. I explained what happened. I don’t understand why the cashier was so upset. She had dry snot on her nose. I’m not desperate for donuts to eat someone else germs. I come here all the time. Will not be back. Your manager by the way was a gem.

Ordered maple bacon croissant. It came to me cold. Had to park walk in & ask for it to be heated. Burnt the croissant & the cheese was not anywhere close to being melted. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT SANDWICHES. STARBUCKS IS BETTER.

This review/rating is mainly only considering their coffee beverages. I figure everyone knows their donuts. 😉 The donut holes have been a favorite of mine since youth and for donuts I would rate a 4. I have now tried a majority of their coffee beverages. Their iced coffee is fairly good (but nothing special). Their hot coffee is average at best. All the "specialty" hot beverages I have tried are horrible though. Tried their latest Signature Latte (Caramel) and it was disgusting. Tried several varieties of their normal latte (mocha, caramel, no flavor) and they are all fairly horrible too. I would only recommend getting the iced coffee (as you like it, e.g. sweetened, caramel, etc.). And of course the donuts, especially donut holes. Though also don't care for their apple fritters (whatever they might call them) as they are near the worst I have ever had (too doughy). This location is well kept, clean, hard workers, etc. No complaints on the location. Sometimes they run out of specific items but that is true of all locations and all donut shops.

This review is made for the person working the drive through on 1/13/26 at 12pm. She was very rude and disrespectful while trying to complete my order. I ended up pulling away and not getting my order. Shame on you, Dunkin do better in the hiring process.

The last 4 times I’ve come here my order is completely wrong. Like they’re not only giving me the wrong drink, they’re adding random things to it that I’m being charged for. Bagels are burnt with a pathetic amount of cream cheese. And being given a drink with oat milk for a person with an oat allergy. The attitude of the employees is unprofessional as well. This place has truly gone to hell.

Im a loyal client of this dunkin donut location. This review is for Emily. New hire perhaps. This young girl needs to find a job away from people!! Disrespectful, rude, attitude , disgusting demeanor and body language.. eye rolls as well! all over why is the cup not full type of question. I’m disappointed in the hiring process here. not a good image and representation for the store. Everyone else is amazing, Happy, Hard working and sweet! Wella is a gem, she should be in charge as i’ve noticed when she’s not there, the store is chaos! this interaction was sunday morning around 10:30 am - this is review from a customer that visits daily.I also want to Add that Camille was the most amazing employee and this place needs more mature people that care
