We’ve lived in the area for over two years, and oddly enough, this was our first visit to this Wendy’s. The kids had been asking to stop in for a Frosty, so we finally gave in and made it a little afternoon treat. They were excited to try the new Strawberry Pop-Tart Frosty, and to be fair, they really enjoyed it. It had a fun, sweet flavor and the nostalgia of the Pop-Tart made it a hit for them. No complaints there. I, on the other hand, decided to branch out and try the Caramel Crunch Frosty. It sounded like it had potential — creamy, sweet, and with a little crunch to balance it out. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. For $5.49 (plus extra for additional caramel), I was expecting a dessert that at least resembled its name. There was very minimal caramel, and absolutely zero crunch. I kept digging, hoping I’d missed it, but nope — just a slightly caramel-y Frosty. For something billed as a premium item, it felt pretty flat. Service was fine and the place looked clean, but when your one indulgence doesn’t deliver, it kind of sours the experience. I wouldn’t call it a bad visit overall — the kids were happy — but I don’t know that I’d go out of my way to come back. If you’re heading here, I’d suggest sticking with the classics or trying the new kid-friendly flavors. As for the Caramel Crunch… save your money unless they bring the crunch back.

At this Rockwall Wendy's, there seemed to be good parking, however access during peak traffic hours would probably pose a challenge. The Rockwall Wendy's, service was prompt and my Biggie Bag was provided with minimal wait. The food was warm, fresh and tasty.

There are some loud employees in the kitchen, but they are mature and they are steady working. Keke at the register is really nice and gives a great effort for providing excellent customer service. You might get some luke warm french fries, just dip them in the chili! Spicy chicken sandwich was slightly over cooked. Had to ask for ketchup over the counter because the pumps were out and almost out on the plastic cups. You cannot get your own refills, gotta ask at the register. Maybe this will be corrected when this old store ever does get the remodel. Food is sub par to Dave's standard, but the place is clean.

Worst place to go they don’t get your order right they’re always leaving a lot of stuff off and they don’t wanna fix it. You lost my business.

Last time I was here was terrible. We had to wait 30+ minutes (no exaggeration) with only one car ahead of us in the drive thru. When we got our opened our half hour order after we got home, t burger had sauce on it that was asked to be removed, making it inedible by the person that ordered. $9 for a burger they couldn't eat.. The competency here is outstandingly low, as are the standards.

Worst experience. Service ; poor and slow. Burger over cooked; plain nasty. French fríes were not fresh; seemed reheated and limp. Dumped the whole meal in the trash. Disappointed, had not visited a Wendy’s restaurant in 4 yrs. Never again not the one on Ridge Road.

My wife wanted a chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich. I checked and breakfast ended at 10:25. It was 9:40 when I got there. I went in and ordered four chicken biscuit sandwiches. They told me they only had two biscuits and they weren't going to make any more biscuits. Fourty five minutes until breakfast officially ended and they just stopped. This seems to be typical of fast food places in Rockwall, so I'm not surprised by this.

I came to this location to try the new takies meal and it took me 30 minutes to receive my food in the drive through, they forgot all the sauce I ordered so I had to go inside and wait another 10 minutes just for them to hand it to me. I was very patient the whole time because I understand things can get hectic in the back so I was trying to be understanding. I then got home and they put literally nothing on my chicken sandwich. I just got the meal all the way with the spicy chicken and they didn’t even get the chicken right. It’s just a little crazy how long I waited just for my order to be wrong.

Ordered in the drive thru at 10pm on a Friday. Got the spicy saucy nuggets and when I tried my food the nuggets were cold. When the order was handed to me it seemed like the crew members were laughing amongst each other regarding the order. Don’t think I will visit this location in the future. Started to return the food for fresh nuggets but I will not give someone the opportunity to do more to food

Lady tells me that they’re waiting on chicken for my chicken sandwich and 2 seconds later hands me it very poorly wrapped with no gloves on her hands. Half way eating the burger I started noticing it was freezing cold in the middle and to look and see it’s very much not done. I even offer to pull up and wait in a parking spot understanding chicken takes time to cook instead handing me a raw chicken sandwich.
