Always love the food here. Just a rarity for us to get fast food anymore because of the insane costs of everything. And fast food employees don't seem as friendly as when I was a fast food employee myself but that's been like 20 years give or take.

I ordered a couple of combo meals one for me and 1 for my employee, the concern that I had was apparently a new employee was giving me a difficult time with the sauces that I requested for the meal. One of the colleagues of this person jumped in and told him to not make a big issue of it because it was paid for and after speaking with the manager she apologized and the matter was deescalated The fries that was given to both me and my employee was burnt or a taste burnt, I did speak with the manager and she swap them out without question with some fresh fries. We did have our meal there at the location and we felt rather things were OK and had nothing to complain about.. The manager, the female was glasses seemed to be focused on keeping the place clean and the tables were we ate at them.

Always out of fries which limits their menu. When I order in app nothing is available because all combos come with fries so you have to order everything individually. Fries they serve are not McDonald’s fries. They are all shorter fries and pieces. McDonald’s use to use fresh larger potatoes. Food was more fresh. Back to jipping on fries though. If they are charging $4+ for fries they better fill them right! Too much salt on fries too. They’ve been getting my order wrong though. I order no pickle no onion... they give me pickle and onion. For those of you who comment...well it’s McDonald’s what do you expect? I expect to get quality service and food for my money or put it on the dollar menu. I go to other McDonald’s and compare. I’m sure other customers too.

This place is mostly good, sure sometimes there’s a time where my food takes a little while, but come on, it’s McDonald’s. The only reason I put atmosphere at 1 star is because there was a fight here one time that I know of, don’t bring your kids here

McDonalds is always McDonald's. Consistently delivering the same quality no matter where you go in the country. This place does a good job and the people are fairly friendly and polite. I have been going to this place for 4 years now when I need my McDonald's fix and every time I go the workers acknowledge you and treat you with courtesy and respect....................................unlike some of the other small town highway stop locations this place is friendly enough to keep coming back.

The parking lot has a terrible design and makes trying to go through the drive thru difficult. Traffic gets bottled up and there are not many parking spots next to the restaurant itself. Going inside it was very busy and the wait was long for being fast food. The quality of the food was what is to be expected of a fast food restaurant. Overall, it wasn't too terrible an experience, though the wait for not too much food was ridiculous.

Sometimes good but often missing items from orders. They never offer you condiments. If you go through the drive thru and forget to ask, you will not get ketchup. And then when they do give it to you they try to give as little as possible.

Service was soo slow inside, lunch time around 2pm inside is crazy busy. After school is out, 3pm-ish drive-thru is packed (school is off now for summer), staff forgot items from our order this last time we went, happy meal was missing the juice and the toy, that's the reason our kids get them! Previously we asked for bbq sauce and get home and realize there is none, things like that, small, but still annoying. Keep going because it's so close to home, but going to probably look for an alternate place to eat and hang-out; out of the heat. Playplace is open, they do provide disinfecting wipes and keep their restrooms clean. Air conditioning earns them 5 stars 🌟 Lol. Food is okay, but definitely customer service and speed for food prep needs work.

The drive-thru line was too long, and it extended awkwardly into a lane, so we went in. Not one worker looked in our direction, let alone greet us. I don't even like people, but in every other restaurant, at the very least, someone welcomes you. Not here. There were about 7 people behind the counter, but we were ignored, and they even seemed to avoid eye contact. No one said, "we'll be right with you," or anything similar. We looked up above the cash registers to where a menu should've been, but there were just ads for... McDonald's. This made the whole experience feel surreal and cold; it was as if it were a movie set built by aliens to emulate a human environment, but the aliens forgot to tell their actors to interact with the customers. We looked around and saw kiosks behind us that said, "order here." The UI was a bit unfriendly, but easy enough. After receiving our receipt, the order screen didn't really guide us on what to do next. We just awkwardly stood near the counter again. Still, no one said they'd be right with us. No one made eye contact. We watched workers and fumbled with the receipt, confused as to what we should be doing. Finally, after what felt like 10 minutes, a worker brought us our drink tray and muttered something that may have been, "here." I always thought the future of touchscreens and technology and not dealing with people would be way easier, but it turns out to just be impersonal and cold and awkward. This isn't a worker problem either. I don't blame the employees. It's a design flaw at the corporate level. It's out-of-touch CEOs not knowing how anything functions. Do better, McDonald's.

Well it's McDonald's. Even though I expected the higher and had heard some things about a smaller sized filet of fish, I wasn't prepared. You can actually say that they are the size of a slider. 2 with an order of fries and a drink were enough for lunch without being stuffed. I also hated the fact that you have to order off of a large board computer so the only thing the worker did was take your money. In CA we are paying fast food workers $20 an hour, for what? Us to do half of their job on top of it. To me I thought it was ridiculous. If I'm doing half of their job, where is my part of their wage. Prices have gone up because of their wage increases, and now they're only doing half a job. I feel cheated.

Sadly service was not that good. Dinning area was not clean and it had a lot of flies! We could not eat comfortably.

Kinda upset to order an item online and you show up and they don't have it and make you take the item you didn't order as a replacement and it is ok. They don't offer a refund or a voucher for not having in the first place. If they didn't have it they should have not let you order it online like they do with some of their hot coffees.

I hate this McDonald's too. The employees are so nice but the drive through line is constantly 30+ minutes so it's faster to go inside except the only parking spots are across the parking lot.. but they're only taking orders through the kiosks which there are four of, but two are usually disabled and today one of them had a software malfunction so only one kiosk on a busy Monday at 6pm. I hate this

This is a very convenient location just off the 14 freeway. Easy to get off, grab your food, and keep moving. No refills on drinks. The bathrooms are locked with codes on the doors.

Okay so I’m a girl from Wisconsin so I was no expecting to pay so much plus in California it’s VERY expensive! they do not have the bacon egg and cheese bagel so I was very sad because that’s my favorite thing to get in the morning but the taste tastes the same.

Food was good. Don't like that they won't exchange whatever Happy Meal Toy you have. Weather it's old or new, I have been told that ALL McDonald's will exchange it as long as it's not open. Funny that they will run out of whatever toy they are giving out for the moment and then they will give you an old toy n tell you not to open it and they will exchange it the next time, BS!

Generally a terrible McDonalds. I am a McDonalds fan and this place is awful. Been going there for over a year now and they constantly mess up the order. Any moment you don't check anything about your order. It’s gonna be messed up. Ordered 2 doubles and a double big Mac. 20 dollar order in all and got 3 doubles no big mac. Phone number doesn't work and if you come in to fix it they argue with you to the point it causes an incident. Save yourself the trouble if you dont live here and just go to the next town.

Of course ice cream machines are always down. Also, don't consider Jack in the Box across the way as an acceptable alternative. It appears every time i try McDonald's, Jack in the Box also doesn't have ice cream. They must have the same cleaning schedule. Save yourself the time and frustration stuck in a slow drive thru line with nothing purchased and go across the freeway to Foster's Freezer.

Honestly? I NEVER buy McDonald's, but I had to work and the kids were hungry. I waited THIRTY minutes at the drive thru from start to finish. The HS was just out, so maybe it was peak hours (you'd think theyd know this and schedule accordingly). The window attendant was OBVIOUSLY irritated and she conducted herself with me that way. The inside looked like absolute chaos and the manager wore her mood on her face. Workload probably too much to handle. I saw some employees in the back screwing off near the hand washing station, maybe that's the reason for the congestion, who knows. Needless to say, I won't go back there ever again.

Another customer asked for a glass of water. The water looked good, so I asked for a glass and they wanted to charge me $1.00. I was shocked, I have never been asked to pay for a glass of water. Only for bottled water. I walked out with my order.

This McDonalds has switched to taking orders by kios only. I tried using 3 of their kios and had problems with all of them and not being able to place my order. I finally went up to the counter to just place my order and they told me the only way i could place a order was to use the kios. Finally fed up i just left and went to Tom"s 28 to have lunch. I stopped coming to this McDonald’s all really but definitely the one in our small town. They take long, most times you have multiple people waiting over 15 mins for food and by the time you get home (less than 5 mins away) the food is cold. And half the time they forget about you and after waiting in your car forever you have to walk in and remind them about your food. Worst one I’ve ever been too. Also the price increase is not worth it I can get better quality food at a sit down restaurant for the same price these days… And when you go inside your ordering from a machine and everyone’s else is “busy” standing there trying to figure out what’s what?

Every time I buy a filet O fish..the oil is never fresh and makes the fish patty dark brown and hard.I took it back they made me a fresh one and still brown. Manager said oil must be need of changing. Fries are almost 6 dollars and the quality of oil is terrible.

I hate McDonald's that stop having soda dispensers for customers to service themselves for drinks, and charging customers for refills. I think visitors need to start making these McDonald's locations more prominent with negative reviews to make sure they stand out as restaurants to avoid.

If you’re looking for a QUICK stop when you’re on the road, this McDonald’s ISNT it. Also, they don’t have decaf coffee. The food was good though.

This is not the 1st time, but is actually the 2nd time this week where I had depended on the order I gave to be the order U received, and it was not. I did not receive my 2nd DBL chs burger for $1 as I had asked 2z for, and the fries I received felt like they came out of a refrigerator, rather than out from under a heat lamp that at least will keep them pretty warm & rubbery. But Nope...my fries were cold & hard m crunchy, every last one of them too. Even tho I use the app for discounts, I still spend my dam hard earned $ there, I should be able to expect without wondering if I am going to expect the behavioral notes , and I expect my food to be at the very least WARM or ROOM TEMPERATURE. Order was wrong, options to order left myself getting food for the rest of the family that was incorrectly rang up and myself with no food at all! Sausage and egg mc griddles rang up at drive thru as just sausage. And no option to alter the egg on sausage egg and cheese mc muffins ( they have changed it for the last 30+ years now they can’t) looks like jack is gonna beat them out on the breakfast options! Now there is literally no reason to go to McDonald’s!

I would put no stars if I could. I ordered two McFlurrys and they charged for 2 large Oreo frappes which made it more expensive. So when I told the person at the window they gave me the two McFlurrys, but didn’t give me my change difference back. I asked the cashier about it and he lied and said the McFlurrys would’ve been more expensive so whoever is handling the window at 9pm on Saturday is a liar and a stealer for not giving me the money differential back which probably was about $5.

8 o'clock and half the dining room was closed. Soda machine not putting the right mix of syrup and soda so most tasted off. Charged .50 for salad dressing, which would be fine except that there is not enough of the dressing to cover the salad in the 1st place. Feel sorry for the people working here. If I order a burger with cheese, you'd expect it to have cheese, right? 2+ years of this location forgetting the cheese every single time would say otherwise. Their phone is perpetually disconnected, they're rude to customers, and they're about as tasteful and competent as that fast food manager from the movie Falling Down. It takes all of my willpower not to put a rock through their window every time I go here because they're not just bad at their jobs, they're incredibly rude about it while being so.

This is a place that I will never patronize this place again. I went to pickup some food,waited patiently waited to be attended to but was ignored or as was told by the young man that he didn't see me after standing by the machine the he was making drinks from and after a young lady came in he waited a minute and then asked if she was ready to order. I was upset with that and the attitude of the whole crew and decided then and there never again. Young people working in these positions need to be properly trained in working with the public in a setting as such.

I went through the drive thru and mentioned that I had a buy one get any sandwich for a survey. I mentioned I wanted two double quarter pounders. The person taking my order had no idea what they were doing and had a manager do it for me. When I got to the window they gave me 1 double quarter pounder and gave me a mcdouble for free. They then told me to pull around in front so they could make it. 15 mins went by and I decided to walk in. They forgot about me and had no idea what I was talking about when I told them they had me waiting outside. They then made the sandwich and Gave me a single patty after making me wait another 10 mins. I checked my sandwich before I left and said this a single. Then they had the nerve to make me go outside and grab my receipt. I bring it in and then they made me wait 15 more minutes for my order. The worst part is when I asked for my receipt back she tells me she threw it away. She printed me another after I demanded for one. The manager was rude about it and so was her assistant manager. I'm tired of the terrible service from this store and their attitude. They always mess up my order. I have stopped coming here the past few years and I'll try about once a year again to give them a chance. But they always fail. They don't seem to care about customers and I have talked to others in my area that have said the same. I am done going to franchises and will only go to stores run by corporate because corporate stores are the only ones that are able to get my order correct as well as have great customer service. I had to waste an hour of my time with this store as well as deal with being frustrated the rest of my night because of the BS I had to deal with.

The customer service here is really bad. Everyone has a different answer to the same question. They seem to always be training the cashier. So it takes even longer if you end up having a coupon for them to get a manager and figure out what button they're supposed to push. The drive-thru is constantly full So unless you have 20 minutes to wait for your food I wouldn't advise it. Plus they are rude, they never apologize for anything that's their mistake or even the customers even though they work in customer service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Normally, I'd never have a problem with this location. After all the negative comments and reviews I've read and heard about this location, I've been lucky to not have a bad experience until recently. I placed a mobile order through the app, drove to the location and parked curbside. App said expect about 5 minutes for order to be out. While my family and I waited for our order, we watched people walk up to the doors, grab the handle to try to open only to find out it's locked. They were closed. Employees were inside ignoring customers at the door. There were a few customers parked curbside likely waiting for their orders as well. I0 minutes go by, then 15 then 20 so I drpve to the drive thru and that was coned off. I parked again and walked up to the door and saw a sign that said sorry we're closed. Doesn't explain why. I understand it was Columbus Day but I don't think McDonalds has ever closed on that holiday. I drove away bc we had somewhere to be and hoping that my amount of $14.24 wouldn't be deducted from my account. I thought if the location was closed, it would say so on the app or wouldn't allow you to even place an order but that wasn't the case. After a day or two, I cked my acct and the money was taken out when I didn't even receive any of the food I ordered bc it was closed. I tried calling the location numerous times and left voicemails with no calls back. I even contacted McDonalds support online and they've forwarded both my emails to the owner/manager of that specific location. I received nothing. This is a true disappointment and frustrated is an understatement. I'm boycotting this mcds.

I haven't been to this McDonald's in several months. My partner and myself went thru the app, it took 8 minutes to get our food after we checked in and had to wait longer because the person that brought our food didn't bring our drinks and we had to wait another 5+ minutes. By the time we got home which is 5 minutes away our food was ice cold and the frys where hard. We tossed most of the food out and still ended up with upset stomachs most of the night. Next time if we go, we'll only eat there.

Only thing I like are the sausage McMuffins. Everything else is gross and too expensive. You can't even get refills anymore. All McDonald's should be shut down especially Mojave, they're really rude and lazy in the dinning room.

I don't think in my 47 years I've ever been to a more inconvenient McDonald's in my life. They make you order from the kiosk which wasn't functioning properly and didn't have the menu item that was available to pick from. When I asked for help the employee came out and couldn't figure it out either. What kind of corporate business makes it so difficult to order their product that the employees can't even figure it out? I will definitely not be returning to this location. I highly recommend anybody that wants to actually order a meal and get what they want without the frustrations go somewhere else.

KEEP DRIVING if you’re on a road trip. The bathroom is locked down I’m assuming to prevent homeless taking over. There’s a small tiny sign indicating this is the only McDonald’s that doesn’t offer refills. You’ll only realize this after you've ordered. They don’t provide water cups . The tables were dirty. The staff was kind and they realized people were frustrated. But seriously - just keep driving. This location and this town doesn’t need your money.

I frequent this McD and sorry to say it's not very well taken care of. The food is usually very good and the workers are all great, nice and hard workering. They really get great employees somehow, but the place is a wreck. The roof has leaked in many places in the dining room for over over 20 years and never fixed. Now it leaks in the ladies room and their storage room. If the urinal brakes it doesn't get fixed for months and they only have one and one toilet. During the summer the place has so many flies in the restaurant that it's crazy and disgusting. They walk all over your food and your face, arms and hands, which is really bad when you go into the restroom and see flies landing on the toilet and urinal, and then flying back out into the dining room. The building is small, cramped, and incredibly noisy. They often run out of supplies. This place is like the Twilight Zone.

Waiting over 30 minutes for food and they refused to check on it. Just stated they were backed up. 2 freaking hamburgers. Crazy!!!!!!

This McDonald's is just horrible. Everytime im going through the drive through they will forget something. Today I went through the drive thru after using the mobile app. Got drinks at the window and was Told to park in the #3 spot for my food. How is it i have to wait and every car behind me gets their food ? Who ever the manager is needs to be retrained. There is no customer service.

Worst McDonald you could ever order from. On many occasions they leave food out. When you try to call they don’t answer and when you come in they have bad attitudes. As a former McDonald’s store manager management needs to be redone !

Don't go here. This location, out of an abundance of poorly-founded confidence, have set their policy so that even if you are dining in the restaurant you must purchase a whole new fountain drink. No refills are allowed. The mediocre food is already priced close to sit down restaurant levels, and now they are price gouging fountain drinks as well?! I hope this franchise fails and sets the example for all other McDonald's to not get too big for their britches.

I ordered on DoorDash, a few times now, what’s the point of the surge charges if they can never get the order correct. Either missing meal items or they don’t include sauces or straws. Rise in food prices and xtra charges for what?, If you still can’t get the orders right. The xtra charges aren’t for their service or the convenience of delivery if they continuously get orders wrong or Purposely leave things out.

Ice cream machine not working. Of course. McDonald’s is famous for “our ice cream machine is broken”

Most of the time they they have attitude and are rude when I ask for something they forget almost every time. At this point I gave up. Even as something simple as asking for a straw makes them pissed off*

Terrible service at the window this morning. Lady with dark hair, open the window and almost threw my drink handing it to me. She didn’t greet or look at me. Not a word said. Everyone has off days but god, that was awful rude. Weird behavior

Horrible. Ordered through Doordash, it was delivered sealed and good but it was missing 3 out of 6 breakfast burritos. No way it fell or stolen. My receipt says 6 burritos. They are not careful when packing orders. Been trying to call them but they won't answer the phone.

No free refills? Just save your money and go literally anywhere else. The refils part was mind-blowing. Never seen that before in my life at a McDonald's. Took forever for our food.

Way off to the side behind the broken ice cream machine sits a no refill sign. Greedy owners. Food ordered online amd still waited 5 minutes.. empty place. Everyone busy bending over for district manager revisit. Too busy to keep ice cream machine going or to make food.

Went in for lunch they were not busy still insisted I use the kiosk to order, despite i would be paying at the counter. The food took what given today's fast food restaurant speeds, where typically before your given change your order is ready. This took around 15-20 minutes and then it was cold, the sprite i ordered didn't taste good, so I asked for something different & was told they don't do refills, would've thought with my drink nearly full & that I mentioned it didnt taste right, she would know it wasn't a refill. Overall experience very poor the restaurant was very dirty as well.

Every time I or my wife order food from here mine alone is always messed up. Wether it's the smallest request of taking something off or adding more of something it's either not done or just missing completely. I'd rather y'all take your time and assure everything is there and ready to go out than just sending out incomplete orders and taking my money.. The situation is even worse because you can't make a complaint through the app and no physical recipient is given with the order.

Let's settle this this McDonald's should close so something good can come in the service is garbage the food if you get it is never pleasing for the price or wait take out drive in dine in the people that work there aren't not so intelligent I was asked if I want ketchup because he was trying to help the kid that was arguing with me I did not order cheese burger happy meal instead of simply ask for the recite they No one there was trying to help they mostly ignored the situation that I ordered for dine in got it to go went to get the happy meal they forgot she looks at me like whT you want I am like I want the rest of my order the cheese burger happy meal then she says it was a hamburger I tell her it was with cheese and she rather arguing again so I asking for a refund at this point getting upset by the second then this guy coming aka Josh asking if I need something I told him I just want my money back and he ask if I want ketchup I'm like for what food bro if this place don't shape up doors will close they aren't intelligent there if the owner only new five months ago I got green eggs for reall and same poor service then I dont go much any more but this is really sad almost every time I go there is a issue !! The Rosamond location, I don’t particularly care for, but I go because it’s close to my home and my son, nieces and nephew like McDonald’s. As far as service, not the greatest at all and always slow. The food could be better for the prices they charge. Apparently now they don’t offer cheeseburger happy meals anymore. They only have hamburger happy meals and they charge you extra for cheese if you want cheese. What kind of mess is that? Anyways, I’m absolutely not a fan.

Went to order 2 breakfast sandwiches, took a solid 15 mins to get me my sandwiches which is pretty slow. They gave us this horrible looking sandwich, they shouldn’t have even sent out a sandwich like this. Please reprimand or continue to train all people working on the morning of may 4th. I go to this McDonald’s all the time and it’s never been this bad, maybe new employees but it sucked this morning. I was enjoying my Frappuccino when I had taken half of it I realized that there was a mosquito inside the frappe, they should be careful when they make the drinks that is disgusting to find an insect in the drink besides that I had to wait half an hour for them to give me my order in the curbside🤢
