Supper fast, professional, clean, and got my entire order correct. Have no complaints. Plus food was cooked amazing.

As Taco Bell locations go, this is a really nice one that was either a recent build or entirely renovated to achieve a modern interior design. The team is friendly and professional, and their professionalism reflects in how clean they keep the restaurant.

I go early mornings & the lady there working morning shift always make my food fresh & hot. Greatly appreciated since I work graveyard hours & too tired most times to cook breakfast when I get home. I don't know her name, but THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SERVING ME A HOT MEAL.

delicious as usual, this location particularly is very consistent with quality, speed and friendliness. I love Taco Bell, the cheesy gordita crunch is my favorite item hands down and has been for years. Don't get me wrong I eat the other items as well and I like to try the new ones here and there but I always find myself going back to the Gordita Crunch.🤔

I come here daily, I'm all through the menu like twice over. Dudeman, Cuban and Brisket for hot sandwiches and really any cold sandwich is good, everything I've had here is good.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell and this one is no different. Interior was clean, service was quick and polite. It was everything I ever wanted out of a Taco Bell, with the exception of a conspicuously absent talking Chihuahua.

Come on its Tacobell you know the indegestion you are in for eating here. This one is easy to get in and out of because of the red light. Store has always been clean when I visited. Worth a stop to get out of traffic for a few minutes in the afternoon.

My husband has been to several Taco Bells lately, and they have all been out of the mexican pizza he loves so good. This is the first one that has actually had them!!! Food was great and service was quick.

Taco Bell has great tastes and I miss their old limited edition menus. But often sometimes their foods are soggy and usually their food seem rushed based on how less or too much of certain parts if the dish are.

Don't let the line at the drive-thru get you down, they crank the orders out QUICK! Staff's efficient and friendly, everyone is careful about COVID protocols (masks and gloves on everyone), and your food arrives in bags that are sealed and hot!

The food isn't as good as it use to be . They have gotten rid of a lot of good items. They had and item years ago called the Bell Burger it was great. encerrito there food was great back in the 60tee's.

Taco Bell is great but let's face it, it's filler food. But now, at these prices with all the competition,.. I'm finding more value for my money at other places. Four stars is probably still considered too high for Taco Bell but normally as a regular customer I would have given it five. Not today! Four is very generous

Really hit and miss. In the afternoons the majority of the time, the foods going to taste terrible. At nights you're going to have that taco bell you've been craving. Definitely an issue with management.

The food tastes pretty good and they are generous with the toppings. However, the drive thru staff are not friendly and seem a little bothered if you customize your order.

With this place in particular, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. 90% of the time, they will miss one or more items. So frustrating when I grab this on the way to work just to find I'm missing a burrito. Food is good when you get it, but they always miss something.

This Taco Bell establishment is pretty much what you would expect. Generally, they do a great job of getting orders correct. At times they can be under-staffed and orders can take a while but it's a decent location.

Used to go to the Taco Bell near me almost every day. Then the company decided to not give seniors a discount EXCEPT at some locations. Been addicted to a crunchy taco since the 1960's. The Baja blast and Mango brisk are the best drinks they have.

Let's be honest guys, it's fast food. We've had good experiences here and really, really cruddy ones. Service is very hit or miss and the food follows. The dining area is usually clean. The restrooms are ok.

I had to change my post and post a picture, if it will allow me to. the hourly wage for the employees went up, but the food got skimpy. The beef chalupa was completely flat hardly anything inside. Pretty sad.

We told 2nd person at drive thru we did not get straws 3 times. He kept shoving food out on a tray saying everything was in the bag. After exiting we looked and they were NOT there. Had to go back, knock on door, and ask another employee for them. The lady employees were nice and helpful but we felt the gentleman needed more customer service training.

Asked for no onion in the bean and cheese burritos. Confirmed through drive-thru order screen and receipt. Got home and all 4 burritos had raw onion in them.

Customer service not good. Don't call out name very loud people getting wrong ordres. Tea tastes tradable. Standard taco bell food.

Our cashier was friendly and really seemed to try n keep up on the cleaning but she was the only one I saw doing anything. The food took a long time and the bathrooms were pretty dirty.

Stopped in to get a quick lunch and was very disappointed. The cashier was not very friendly or helpful, which should have been my first clue. I ordered a box meal and sat down to wait, and boy did I wait. I waited for almost 25 minutes seeing others get their food and leave. I finally decided that maybe something wasn't right. I talked to the cashier who asked for my receipt and after going to the back came up and told me my order never went through. She never once thought to check on me or even apologize for anything. The only redeeming factor was that the manager was very apologetic, yet didn't offer any type of compensation for my wasted time. I personally will not be going back.

The food was Luke warm I order the fiesta potatoes and honey this is nothing fiesta about it it was cold Rosamond Taco Bell need to get it together I’m thinking ordering inside to make sure they get it right I guess I be there mother watch them like a hawk or just have them make everything fresh.

Service was very slow and the cheesy gordita was a waste of money. The "cheesy" part had just a couple sprinkles of cheese and it was cold. Couldn't take back because I was well dosn the expressway already.

I have been to 4 other Taco Bells in southern CA and this is the only one that raised the price of the classic combo box from $6 to $9.

Honestly the worst taco bell I've been to. Terrible quality control. We go in every once in a while if I dont feel like cooking dinner and there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. The food is always lopside (meaning the ingredients are not throughout the item, such as a crunchwrap having all the meat at the bottom, lettuce tomatoes in the middle and sour cream/cheese on top?) Its to the point I dont even order a crunchwrap anymore, that's not the only item this happens with but just an example. I've gotten a simple soft taco and gotten home to realize there was no meat, only cheese and lettuce... the one thing I can say is that the workers work FAST. But once you get your meal it's literally slopped together, and all thrown into ONE bag...so everything is squashed anyway. You dont put a grilled stuff burrito on top of crunchy tacos and a gordita... it makes at least half the meal inedible. We just wont come anymore, it's not worth being disappointed and having to find something else to eat anyway. Save your time and money.

This place is not only slow, it's disgusting. On a recent Friday night a friend wanted some quick Taco Bell. As we pulled up, the drive thru was packed. So we went inside The reason the drive through was so busy? The only reason I could figure is, the place smelled like a bathroom! And in not a nice way. That smell when it seems like the sewer is backing up and coming out thru the toilet. My friend commented about it to the counter person. She just looked at us with a blank stare. How can a food prep place smell like a backed up sewer? I've been in porta pottys that smell better. Perhaps the selection of fast food is slim to none in rosamond. But no way would I ever go back. Not even in the drive thru. Food served in a place that filthy is disgusting. Pass.

Just went here last night around 10 pm Customer Service is awful,Drive thru cashier was super short with me when I inquired about Nacho fries, he has no people skills, take him off drive thru immediatelty. Food was hot fresh and correct. But the drive thru cashier angered me to the point I will not be back for a Long time. I'm tired of rude fast food workers. If life is so bad you can't treat people with respect, then quit.

They need to spend more time on making sure the food is at temperature to serve rather than using a kiosk Booth to service customers when there's only one. I had my order to be fixed twice and it still was wrong& cold.

Really annoyed with this place just cause I've been a customer for years and recently been doing door dash deliveries for this location and didn'thave wby problems til recently. Last time I was here I tried to get some dinner at the drive thru between deliveries and when I tried to order taco boxes, or the nacho fries they told me they weren't selling nacho fries or any boxes at the moment. 5 minutes later I get a door dash order for this place and guess what the order was? It was for many crave boxes and nacho fries. After I picked up the order I questioned the staff on why they were so rude in the drive thru and why did they lie to me. They just pretended to not know what I was talking about. Perhaps the staff really should treat everyone nice cause you never know who is going through the drive thru.

Closed right as I pulled up, even helped the 2 people in front of me but instead of telling me they are closed had me sitting there saying hello. Also they just started closing at 12 so its also something new. Always have the worst service at this Taco Bell save your money for jack in the box or subway

Just went to this Taco Bell and must say it was not good. There was no one in line when I arrived and I waited 10-15 minutes to order but no one waited on me. A worker did come out of the restroom and immediately went to the back. There was a cook also. I left without ordering. I needed to write a review as this is the second time this same incident happened. And to think, in a few years these workers will get $15.00 an hour! Unbelievable.

Well, I would leave a better review if the place hasn't been closed for a month and a half for remodeling. With no info about its reopening as a cherry on top. Thanks taco bell, oh yea, they also removed the chicken burrito. Bye bye Taco Bell, you lost a costumer.

Employees have repeatedly proven incapable of following requests on items even when ordered through the app. In one case I had ordered a burrito with no sour cream through the app only to have to wait in store for 20 mins while on my work lunch and to receive a burrito loaded with sour cream. Just today I ordered a hash brown breakfast burrito and was given a completely different item. These are only two cases among many more and I will no longer be returning.

Completely dissatisfied with the food and customer service. We had a hair in our food and the rest of our food tasted like it got thrown together with no training on how food is made. We made an official complaint to the district manager (Maribelle) with the business number that was given to us by the employee at Taco Bell. She was very rude when we were explaining what happened she began to say she’s sorry but she can’t replace anything over $100.00 but yet our order was $72.88. Again very disappointed with quality of food and customer service. Bravo Maribelle!!

I've Never been so terribly treated by an employee at a fast food restaurant ever!! And it was their mistakes, Missing food, wrong food & completely wrong items!! Making me drive all the way across town 12 minutes away, to come back and have employees treat customers with attitude, rudeness & laughing as if it's funny that 47$ of my food is now Ice cold!! Terrible service, the store needs a major renovation and they can never seem to get orders right and They DONT answer the store phone and the entire management team sucks especially the District manager which is why the store sucks now I waited at least 15 mins to be served cold cheese on a mini quesodilla and no one can explain why in the store yet they claim they cooked it as policy permits Dont let them ask you to back up and pull forward again in the drive-thru because if an accident happens the store isnt technically liable Oh and there is literally a new face everytime I go They lost my patronage because they think that just because they are franchise they can do what they want and not have to answer to anyone I dont patronize any Taco Bell locations due to the royal screw up of a store this location is from the District manager ALL the way down
