People say go here for the incredible views which are breathtaking, however the real reason is for the hard working staff they are all super friendly along with being very attentive. We were seated outside when the weather took a turn for the worse watching them rearrange the dining room to accommodate everyone was incredible. We never moved choosing “lunch and a Show” From appetizers to dessert all our dishes were yummy. Small but well balanced wine list emphasizing local wines very nice stemware for a beach restaurant Bravo!

Lila is an institution in Portals with a direct view of the sea and just a minute's walk down the hill/stairs to the beach. Every first Sunday of the month there is a great brunch. Several times a year there is a kitchen party with star chefs. Lunch and dinner are always incredibly tasty. Only the service could be a little more attentive, there are gradations here, whether you are known or according to the form of the day. But everything is certainly still "moaning at a high level". I can still recommend the Lila at any time.

Had a wonderful dinner at Lila Portals while visiting Mallorca. The setting is very spectacular, the views are awesome and the ambiance is perfect. We had 2 of the house cocktails and they were a good choice, very creative flavors. The special starter and main course for the day was a rhubarb and guava with tuna soup and a surf and turf of flank steak and a prawn. Very nice! Dessert was a 4 bite sampler plus a birthday slice of cake. Highly recommend!

What an incredible experience! We made reservations for a birthday dinner; The staff suggested starters and an entree. Our starter was a rhubarb and guava soup with tuna, and surf and turf with shrimp for an entrée. The steak was cooked perfectly, so tender, and delicious. They even brought out a surprise dessert. Thank you so much! Reservations are required, and they fill up fast.

The first time I had the prawn wok, which was good but not my thing. The second time I had the fried fish and it was incredible. Salted and seasoned perfectly. It was also so fresh. The salad was well dressed too.

We had a lovely meal here. I had the entrecôte steak, medium to rare. It was very nicely presented and had a good flavour. The view of the Mediterranean Sea is wonderful. There is also ample parking nearby.

Perfect lunch with great view. Service friendly and efficient. We had 3 tapas to start, padron peppers, garlic prawn, baby squid all well portioned and tasty. We shared the mushroom risotto with Salmon, perfectly cooked.

Very delicious and high quality food in a wonderful atmosphere. Although we’ve been there during winter times, the terrace offers a stunning view and experience during summertimes. Service was also very kind and attentive.

We went without a booking, got there and were told they are fully booked however the staff went out their way to find us a place to sit and have some amazing cocktails and then got us a table. The chef kept sending out some amazing starters, and the mains were absolutely delicious. The best ever Sea Bass I have had hands down. The atmosphere was a vibe and all the waiters were super friendly. Highly recommend Lila whether you're in the area or not it's so worth it! 10/10.

Had a meal here with my mum for her birthday (July 2022). I'm vegan and mum's vegetarian and we had plenty of options. The food was delicious and very well presented. The restaurant is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend Lila Portals.

High-quality food for a reasonable price! The location of this restaurant is perfect. We really enjoyed the view. The service is courteous. The employees are able to speak several languages - at least Spanish, English and German. The food was delicious and the price was worth it. Reservation is recommended - specially for dinner.

A neat little place for nearly all occasions. We had two tapas to share & two lunches. The dates with bacon were scrumptious. Pork in Hoisin sauce served on lettuce were pretty, sauce though was a little on the heavy side for my liking. Fillet steak burgers were for those still growing & have healthy appetite. Though I have to say it can be shared between two small eaters easily. Service is really good. Staff is friendly & all smiles. The place can get a little busy. Atmosphere is quite plush & yet casual.

Estábamos en la playa y llamamos para ver si tenían alguna mesa disponible y nos dijeron que sí, que tenían de las altas. Subimos y la verdad que la atención de Dani fue excelente, muy amable y atento en todo momento, todo lo contrario a su compañera española rubia baja, la cual creo que no sabe manejar muy bien el estrés de la temporada, ya que su atención y formas fueron completamente inapropiadas. La comida estaba tardando más de lo normal y simplemente le preguntamos si sabía cuánto le faltaba y su respuesta fue: “bueno es que vinieron de paso no?”… la verdad que no sé a qué se refiere, porque 1. llamamos y 2. vengas con o sin reserva somos clientes, estamos sentados y te estamos haciendo una pregunta. No hay ningún problema en que el restaurante esté lleno y se estén tardando un poco, el problema son las maneras y la actitud. LA COMIDA, estaba muy buena, me pedí el pescado con puré de coliflor y estaba EXCELENTE, el poke también y los entrantes estaban súper bien, la cantidad fue adecuada. Las vistas espectaculares!

Haciendo un análisis super objetivo : 1.- vista y lugar, inmejorable, 5 estrellas. 2.- comida cumple con lo justo, 3 estrellas. 3.- atención en extremo lenta. Todo demora muchisimo tiempo, desde que toman el pedido o solicitas algo adicional, hasta que está en tu mesa. 1 estrella.

Fuimos 2 personas a comer y nos pusieron en una mesa que parcialmente daba el sol y hacía mucho calor. La carta es corta pero comida es buena, pero media hora entre primero y segundo sin disculpa alguna no me parece correcto. El servicio es pésimo, muy sonrientes pero 0 organizados. Para que trajeran hielo lo tuvimos que pedir 3 veces. Si me vas a cobrar 6 eurazos por una botella de agua al menos que esté fría. Las copas de caña de cerveza del tiempo… en el Mediterráneo eso significa cerveza caliente El postre ni fu ni fa. En definitiva, un sitio con apariencia de buen restaurante pero con fallos en el la servicio de libro… para hacérselo mirar bajo mi punto de vista. Por cierto, ausencia de aparcamiento.

El lugar , las vistas es mágico, la cocina es buena y realmente trata de ser elaborada, pero el precio actual es desorbitado para lo que ofrece. Antes era mi lugar favorito aunque caro, pero ahora con el servicio pésimo que ofrece (ningún caso por parte de los camareros, algunas no hablan español ni te entienden, debes levantarte a pedir cosas básicas...., esperé 15 minutos la cuenta y nunca llegó..., al servir el vino lo tiraron fuera de la copa y ni pedir perdón....) no merece la pena salvo por las vistas y una comida buena no compensa el precio por un mal servicio. Una pena la evolución. Una copa de vino 8 eur

No ha cumplido mis expectativas. Comida de baja calidad, servicio de calidad discreta. Restaurante bonito y muy bien decorado, para nada en sintonía con la calidad de sus platos. Si buscas sabor y presentación no es nada recomendable. Para no repetir

Reservamos en Lila con ilusión, porque además era una celebración familiar. La situación y fotografía del paisaje es maravillosa, pero el servicio y la comida dejan mucho que desear. Aprobado. El personal agotado y “sudado”. La humedad del ambiente es extrema (es exterior y no hay aire acondicionado). Muy triste y surrealista, nos cobraron 49€ por 7 botellas de agua de grifo caliente ( 7 x 7 = 49€ ) servidas en sus botellas de vidrio corporativo, calientes y de grifo isleño. Nada apetecible. De impacto!! Muy muy mal sabor de boca para un restaurante que prometía e ilusionaba, pero decepcionó muy mucho. Reitero, no deberían cobrar por servir agua de grifo!! Muy poco ético. Para un restaurante de esta supuesta categoría se debería servir agua fría, embotellada, en todo caso. Decepcionante!!!!

We arrived at 6.35pm for an anniversary meal booked by my good lady wife. Lovely setting and great table. Service was muddled from the start with water arriving quickly but no drinks order. After a while we ordered some drinks. We were then asked if we’d like more drinks twice without receiving the first drinks. One of the drinks was then delivered all over the table. A genuine accident by the waiter that we laughed off. We had to ask for menus. We ordered. Food was lovely. Service was terrible. No one person seems to be responsible for your table. There was a large party who were having a buffet. After nearly 1.45mins from arrival we sat with empty plates and empty glasses for a good 20 mins before we’d had enough and decided to leave. When we spoke with the manageress she was combative not apologetic. It’s ok to have time go by when waiting but to sit in front of empty glasses and plates is not good service. We paid and left. Food is great but if you’re unlucky don’t be surprised by a very long wait. Perhaps take some cards a drink and a snack with you.
